Fantastic experience: This was a fantastic programme and I'd recommend to anyone to get in touch with phnutrition if, like me, you want to get leaner and stay strong for training. Luke was an excellent and motivational coach throughout and happy to answer all kinds of questions I put to him. Since finishing, I have continued to use the information and recipes. I saw pretty immediate results with a few weeks which has continued since officially finishing the programme. It is actually really simple to follow once you get your head around it. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service! pH nutrition are brilliant at helping you achieve your goals and empowering you to do so. There isn't pressure for constant weighing/progress photos/measurements which is something I liked as it meant full focus could be on getting nutrition correct to positively impact training. Fantastic experience: I’ve done two blocks of coaching with Tom over the years and he’s world class. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I’m a masters CrossFitter and Tom has got me stronger, fitter and faster each time, and during our blocks I’ve PBd areas of strength and engine work. Tom’s manner of transmitting his incredible knowledge is done in a way that leaves you happily accountable. He even insisted on supporting me when HE was on holiday. He’s armed me with enough knowledge to not have to go back, but there’s every change I will because he’s a phenomenal mine of information who is able to deliver it in a way that means you don’t have to know everything there is to know about science or nutrition; but you’ll learn plenty along the way and enjoy doing it.

Fantastic experience: This six week strength course has been one of the best £175 that I've ever spent on fitness. For three years I have trained between four and six times a week not getting the results I wanted. If anything I have just been losing weight so the answer was obvious, more calories. However I could never work out how to do it as carbohydrates were the enemy and There wasn't any way short of bathing in mass gainer supplements I could possibly eat or drink more protein. I was really struggling and quite fed up with the lack of results. Working with Luke for the last six weeks has been amazing! Learning that carbohydrates are not the enemy and are in fact your friend, and the important role they play has been a real eye-opener. The amount of information you are given and the way The information is presented is amazing and makes you feel like it is possible to manage your food going forward rather than thinking that you are on some kind of a diet which you have come to the end of after six weeks whether that is a weight gaining or loss diet. The food sheet that they give you is amazing with the variety of meals, recipes and do your own meal help. I am totally blind and there is nothing that Liam and Luke could have done to be more helpful. They made sure that things were in an accessible form for me and if I needed things emailing rather than supplied in any other way then that is what they did. A totally fantastic six weeks and I am excited to take this forward myself.

Fantastic experience: PH Nutrition was recommended to me through my gym - my consultant, Becs, offered a free consultation to understand my goals and talked me through the packages I could consider. I chose the 6 week “Stronger” Programme which was perfect for me; it equipped me with all the knowledge I needed to understand food, how it fuelled me, and how much of which foods I should be eating to achieve my nutritional goals. Becs was always available to provide extra advice or answer questions, and she helped me reframe some unhelpful thinking. Fantastic experience: My program was with Harriet and was money well spent. You get so much for the price, and the support Harriet gave me throughout the 6 weeks was brilliant. She was really knowledgeable on all things nutrition, and was able to help me with any queries or worries I had. The program is really straightforward, once you get your head around the initial spreadsheet, and I can honestly say that I was able to change my mindset about food by the end of week 1. The daily lessons were also really interesting and manageable to digest (no pun intended!). I had no cravings for unhealthy food and even if I had a stressful day, my initial reaction was not to comfort eat, but to carry on as normal. Have recommended Harriet to two people already and would recommend to everyone! She was very warm and reminded me a couple of times that self worth should not be determined by the number on the scales. A simple comment that was very powerful. This program helped me to lose 8lbs, which, given my struggle to lose ant post-pandemic weight, has now at least started and is trending in the right direction, hurrah! Thanks to Harriet I'm confident and comfortable in my ability to continue going forward from everything I have been lucky to learn over the past 6 weeks.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend highly enough, especially for active people. I ate healthily, exercised lots and struggled to lose weight. Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this programme enough. It’s not just about scale numbers and how much you lose in 6 weeks… it’s about mindset and knowledge - and both of those give you power. Had an amazing experience working with Harriet - she really understood my Weightlifting specific weight goals and was clear in the advice and instructions she gave. I’ve lost 14inches total, while only losing 2.5kg - which shows me a real body composition change has taken place and I am thrilled. My before and after photos are mad! Fantastic experience: I loved the program. Was motivating to have someone there for that accountability and the lessons were so informative, I enjoyed reading those everyday. My goal was to lean out a little bit for my friends wedding as the dresses were tight fitting and I definitely felt super confident when wearing it. I suffered a lot with bloating and low energy levels but during the plan they subsided. A few tweaks here and there really made a difference and were manageable to my lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: I signed up to the 6 week fat loss program as I wanted to understand how to fuel for my crossfit workouts and my daily walks, whilst also losing weight and enjoying my social life! I asked for Becs as I have been following Bec's journey for many years and she seems to have nailed her nutrition and training! The plan was so easy to follow and I was never starved or deprived! I had social plans throughout and still lost weight and saw a massive improvement in my training. What i loved about this plan was how easy it was to apply to my life and how much food I could eat - no more starving myself all day and then binging when I got home! Energy levels rocketed in the afternoon, where I used to feel serious fatigue and brain fog. I also had a nutrionist who understood how to fuel and rest around my menstrual cycle and measured my progress against so many factors (and never once asked for my weight or to cut anything out). Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed and got a lot out of the PH Nutrition strength program. Not only have I learned so much about food and fuelling my training and eating well, I’ve gradually increased one or more of the weights that I’m lifting at almost every gym session, I’ve achieved running PB’s in my 1 mile pace, 5km, 10km, 15km and 10 miles too! Fantastic experience: A big shout out to Luke and i can’t recommend this plan enough! I signed up for a 6 weeks fat loss program, to improve my knowledge on how to eat better and fuel my workouts and body in the best way possible. I can’t recommend this plan enough. It has equipped with so much knowledge and life long habits, for which I will ever be so grateful. My coach Luke has been fantastic. The daily to weekly checkins and been able to reach out to him when I required was spot on. His responses were prompt backed up by science based facts. Fantastic experience: The best decision I’ve made with regards to my health. Nearing 40, eight months postpartum with three children and a hectic life I was struggling to get back to my pre baby weight. I felt unhealthy, lethargic and bloated. Fantastic experience: I recently completed the Fat Loss Simplified plan: I especially loved creating the recipes and making simple adaptations to what I usually eat. The guides and food timings was a game changer for me as I would usually eat snacks for the sake of it which resulted in unnecessary calories. This plan made me re-think my food choices and listen to my hunger signals more carefully. I have lost 1 inch from my waist and legs and although the 30 days is over I am still continuing to follow the guided portion sizes for better control around portions. Fantastic experience: I’ve always been able to motivate myself to train but I always let myself down when it comes to eating. So I wanted to learn how to fuel my body properly and that’s exactly what I got with this 6 week fat loss program. Fantastic experience: My reservations about the course were that I would get really bored with the food/feel hungry often. Neither of these things were the case. I found for probably the first time in my adult life that I felt properly fuelled and nourished, and that I was seeing improvements in my training, changes in my body shape, gradual weight loss. I also felt more knowledgable and in control, that I’ve gained a better understanding of nutrition principles and my relationship with food has improved. Really pleased with everything I got from his course. Excellent support from my coach who responded to all my needs and questions. My only suggestion for improvement would be a call/zoom session at the beginning of the course to go through the plan. The video from my coach was great but I think I might have gotten to grips a bit quicker with a call up front.

Fantastic experience: As a very busy mum of 3 boys, I finally found the time to get back into cross fit. But, my weight didn’t start to reduce, it increased and I felt I was eating more, but all the wrong things. I started this 6 week program to really get a good insight into what and how much I should be eating to reduce my weight, but also increase my day to day energy and get more out of my cross fit sessions. Fantastic experience: Would thoroughly recommend the fat loss plan, I lost 7 1/2 pounds without losing any strength and I did actually PB my deadlift and back squat halfway through the plan! Positive experience: I really enjoyed the 6 week programme and really liked working with Becs as my coach and would 100% recommend it to someone looking to improve their understanding of nutrition and lose some fat (if that’s the goal). The only reason for the 4 stars is that I felt the spreadsheet could have been better. It just felt a little bit clunky at time, some of the auto pull throughs didn’t always work and I think the meal options for dinner and lunch should be different. However, overall it was a really good 6 weeks and I’m really glad I signed up.

Fantastic experience: I signed up with PH Nutrition six week plan, I didn’t realise it was mostly CrossFit based, but don’t let this put you off. I am a middle distance triathlete that was struggling with low energy, bad nutrition and not completing some of my training. Tom took this all on board and understood my requirements as an endurance athlete. He made me rethink my nutrition and with his guidance I managed to implement the plan he organised for me. This is no quick fix and you need to be dedicated to the process, but I found the more I put in the more I got out of the program. After six weeks I’m 5lbs lighter, have more energy and smashing out my training with out feeling drained afterwards.

Fantastic experience: I signed up to the 6 week fat loss programme, in this time I've lost 13lbs. I've lost 34 CMS from my body measurements, lost just under 3% in body fat and gained 1% muscle! The plan was great, lots of information and super informative. I've managed to stay on track the whole time and have lived a relatively normal life which is amazing with 2 small children. Fantastic experience: I’m still following the plan and it’s going really well. After my initial 6 week plan finished I took a week off. I am now 2 weeks into the fat loss moderate plan. I’ve been consistently losing weight which is great. It’s been exciting to stand on the scales on a Monday and have lost weight! My coach at the gym said to me the other day - you’re looking really good. But more importantly I’m feeling good and my training is going well. I have found a good balance. Whilst the 6 week programme was great, for me, the proof is what you do afterwards and can you keep making the gains. I feel like the resources and the set up are really empowering and you are not left floundering afterwards when you don’t have a coach anymore. The 6 week programme helped me snap out of a series of bad routines I was struggling to break, and my mindset and habits have improved heaps.

Fantastic experience: Months ago I signed up for the 6 week fat loss plan. At the time I didn't realise just how bad my relationship with food and my body was. I realised that I had been drastically under fueling my body for a ridiculous amount of time. Because of all the sensible and practical information I got from the lessons and the ph hub I was able to adjust my diet and start to work on the mentality that was driving behaviour up to that point. Fantastic experience: I have just finished the PH Nutrition 6 week fat loss program. Having previously completed the Working Against Gravity (WAG) nutrition program, i found this program far superior in the sense that you are not just given a set of macros to follow, they are teaching you about nutrition fundamentals. My relationship was food wasn't great, I trained a lot but knew I needed to refuel better in order to make progress with my training. Fantastic experience: Fantastic challenge, for someone that thought they ate a lot of colours already, this opened my eyes to new challenges (3 colours in brekky), new recipes and just being more creative in the kitchen. I have found through the challenge that I enjoy food much more, learning lots along the way with Liams daily resources and info packs. The challenge has left me feeing happier daily, training better than at the start and also recovering really well, with noticeably reduced DOMS. Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 6 Week Strength program back in January and the knowledge and support Liam and his team have given me has been amazing. My goals were to gain strength, fuel my training and come back as strong as possible after major shoulder and bicep surgery. Not only have I seen big benefits in all areas, but my self knowledge and learning about food, how to prep, and how to understand the finer details of macros has been a great eye opener for me, someone who in over 30 years has never tracked my intake or looked at what's in food.
