Fantastic experience: I visited Star for the first time for a reflexology treatment while on holiday in London ⭐ This session was very much needed after a long day travelling. I was very excited to visit the clinic after reading raving reviews online. I felt at ease, relaxed and very comfortable around Star from the very start. Star is one of the most warm, friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable therapists I've met. She explained everything very thoroughly throughout and tailored the treatment to myself including intuitive oral drops and emphasis on deep breathing for relaxation. The treatment bed and eye pillow were heaven and helped me nod off during the treatment. The whole experience was completely different to any other reflexology treatment I've had with other therapists as I felt very emotional at the end for the very first time. Star truly cares for her clients as she was very reassuring and empathetic when I felt emotional at the end of the treatment. I would highly recommend getting booked in for a treatment with Star in London as I felt very well looked after through the duration of my visit. She goes above and beyond for her clients. The staff is super friendly and professional, always making sure I felt comfortable during the treatment. I’ve had pressotherapy done before with other machines but this one was definitely the best. Fantastic experience: I had my first ever kinesiology session @ Medical Mindset with Star Freudenberg. I loved the very holist approach of the practice that includes diagnosis, immediate solution and remedies prescriptions. Star is very skilled and knowledgeable in multiple techniques and able to go through a lot in just an hour session. I got in that I was very unbalanced with tensions and not in a good place, and at the end of the session all the issues have been covered and addressed. Very impressed!

Fantastic experience: I went to Star when I was really struggling with anxiety and depression - to the point I was in a really bad place. I had been to countless doctors and had countless tests done however I was simply put on antidepressants which led to weight gain and further depression. I went to see Star and she helped me slowly eliminate things from my lifestyle - including coming off hormonal contraception and diet along with other treatments which helped hugely before she did a number of tests including food intolerances. Turns out I have been badly intolerant to a number of foods I had been eating every day and thinking were healthy - having eliminated these and following further advice from Star I finally have my life back and I cant quite believe it! Cant recommend seeing Star enough.

Fantastic experience: Haley introduced and explained the conscious breathwork approach well before the session even started. During the online group session, she made sure everyone was comfortable and knew what we could expect. She encouraged us to let the body lead the process and respond to what wanted to show up. The conscious connected breathing felt very energising, allowing me to feel every part of my body. I could pinpoint tension and meet it with curiosity, opening up to the sensations. Haley held the space for us very gently and beautifully. I highly recommend her approach and work.

Fantastic experience: I visited Haley as part of a detox programme for colonic hydrotherapy. Having had a colonic a few times previously where I was more or less left to my own devices I was amazed and so comforted by Haley’s hands on and personal approach. Fantastic experience: My Holistic Way is an absolutely amazing clinic. Haley offers many different services and is extremely competent in all that she offers. I have had several sound healing sessions with her. I love the fact that she uses various instruments and is absolutely passionate about their healing powers. She also incorporates beautiful singing in her sessions. She is very grounded and sensitive to your particular needs. I have also had colonic hydrotherapy with her. She is very gentle and makes you feel totally comfortable and reassured. Her technique does wonders for my body. Her sessions are not only physically healing but also mentally through her very insightful conversations. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She is simply fabulous!

Fantastic experience: Tarot Reading .. I have been very fortunate to have had a tarot reading with Diane this past week .. I am amazed at Diane’s accuracy in all she shared ...
