Fantastic experience: I had a consultation and Colposcopy with Miss Heather Evans who was extremely knowledgable, professional and reassuring, I couldn’t have been any happier with my visit and would highly recommend Miss Evans. I would also like to thank Miss Pinar who was chaperoning she made me feel extremely comfortable during the Colposcopy. Both receptionists on the day were professional, polite and super helpful. Thank you to the whole team if I could give 10 stars I would.

Negative experience: Whilst this clinic may be good at dealing with other / straightforward gynaecological matters, I found the consultant I saw to be disappointing. She was truly compassionate in terms of the physical pain and emotional distress I was in which was great, but was lacking in medical knowledge around things I would expect any gynaecologist to be well versed in. She was unable to diagnose a textbook case of vulvodynia, looked up on her computer how to deal with recurrent thrush, and when given a full history of my symptoms and concerns, said multiple times that it's a 'mystery' - not comforting words to hear from a specialist you've paid substantial money to see. Ultimately, after the tests, the mystery remained, the explanation was insufficient, and the treatment suggested was not suitable and did not work. She did not get to the bottom of the issue. I eventually got an answer and solution from the NHS a few months later from a gynaecologist that knew her stuff. Regarding the clinic itself, the only nice thing I can say is that the waiting room was nice and well equipped. Aside from this, waiting times were terrible - especially given this is a private clinic. Communication about delays was poor and on one occasion, I travelled in, waited a long time, only for the consultant to then tell me that the test results I'd come in to discuss had not even been received and we had nothing to discuss. This was known prior to my appointment and should have been communicated. They then said they would not charge for that appointment, but still did. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic. Other consultants here might be good but even the waiting times and terrible communication is enough to put me off. There are plenty of better private clinics to go in London.

Negative experience: Why are you declining my numerous calls to ask for an update on this charge??? Receptionists charged my insurance for a HPV vaccine package consisting 3 doses. I signed the document at the beginning of my appointment highlighting my insurance coverage. They asked me to pay (210 additional pounds) stating the consultant I saw is not covered under my insurance, despite them cancelling and rescheduling my appointment at the last minute - changing my consultant from one who is insured to one who isn't. Instead of rightfully refunding me, they told me they will contact my insurance to check if they can cover the mistake the receptionist made. So they have been paid for the vaccine coverage, and also random additional costs which they would rather keep than refunding. They cancelled my appointment last minute, and none of the many receptionists knew what to do! I was told my jab would be done by a nurse, and even the 'consultant' who isn't insured didn't ask me any questions/discussed anything, just gave me the jab and it was done. Weird how I have been charged for my injections and also, a 210 pound mistake that they have owed up to, but rather would profit and ask the insurance to cover their bums as opposed to just refunding me. Money hungry place that has so many receptionists but none of them know what to do.

Positive experience: Fantastic consultation, I felt very cared for and felt I could trust my practitioners. I would absolutely recommend this clinic. Unfortunately administration needs improvement. Package costs and details was ambiguous online, reception staff were confused about how to book a blood test, then on phone there was yet more confusion. Surely you can book or you can’t?! People can’t just hang about waiting to see if there might be availability.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff, receptionists always answer the phone with a lovely warm welcoming tone, always a nice hello from the nurses when I’m in the waiting room. My consultant Dr Khinder has been excellent, she explains everything perfectly and makes sure I know what the plan is before I leave the clinic. Answers all my questions in detail and has been a great support in the lead up to my procedure. Would highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: It’s a great practice. Clean, friendly and efficient. Couldn’t recommend it more. I’ve been going for many years now and it’s always been very efficient and helpful.

Positive experience: I visited them for a prepregnancy check that involved blood tests and physical examination. Very friendly and professional staff; the doctor lady was very prompt too- the moment you walk in , they make you feel home. They gave me the test results quickly in 2-3 days too so no trouble there. The only issue was the blood tests; the nurse used the wrong vein I believe as I had never bruised and scarred this much. Not adding my arm’s photo in case you feel squeamish and goes against guidelines, but Boots lady was horrified :/

My doctor, Dr. Phadnis answers all my questions or concerns and he always finds a solution re my HRT issues via our phone consultations while I am travelling the world, even overseas. He never leaves our phone conversation with a question unanswered, I can feel totally safe and looked after by his service even when I am not in the UK. I am very happy with his knowledge and support. Another bonus is that I always receive a kind reminder in advance about any suggested follow up examination date or procedure needed. I will use London Gynaecology as long as I can and I would highly recommend their top quality service to anyone who cares about their health and wellbeing. Thank you !

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with my experience with Mr. Pisal and London Gynaecology. Mr. Pisal performed a laparoscopic myomectomy on me for a large fibroid. The whole process was seamless and I felt looked after. Mr. Pisal explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all my questions. He really put my mind at rest and I felt relaxed throughout the whole process! Two months on, I feel fantastic. Fantastic experience: I went to see Mr Narendra Pisal from London Gynaecology August 2021. I had a very large fibroid and just wen through an embolization in June 2021. By then I was advised this treatment or an open surgery which I was nor keen on. However, the embolization gave me a huge pain which dragged for months. I then went to see whether I can do a laparoscopic myomectomy. I then quickly realised that I should have to London Gynaecology in the first place.... people here are professional, understanding, and most importantly, Dr Pisal is the best gynaecologist I have met so far! He is able to do a laparoscopic myomectomy on a fibroid up to 17cm! I have regretted that I did not come to see him earlier.... my surgery was carried out on 8 Oct. It went very well and I recovered quickly.

Fantastic experience: I very highly recommend London Gynaecology. They have a group of 12 consultant gynaecologists at the time of writing in Nov 2021. My consultant is an excellent gynaecologist and one of the most empathetic and kindest persons I've ever met. I felt very safe and calm, and he gave me the confidence I needed. The staff at their Austin Friars practice is extremely friendly and welcoming. My consultant assured me that I could be treated with laparoscopic surgery (keyhole) while other practices I went to said that open surgery was the only option. I had a wonderful experience with them and cannot recommend them highly enough.

The entire process felt really smooth, and he did everything to reassure me about the procedure. Following the surgery, I’ve had a few follow ups at the clinic, and was always in the best care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. (Mrs.) Piscal listened to me and has been so helpful with getting my body taken care of. I finally had a diagnosis for my constant bleeding and was educated on the situation and possible treatments. I ended up having a partial hysterectomy and I was well cared for. Fantastic experience: A bright, modern and chic clinic in the middle of the city. The clinic offers top doctors on their respective fields. I was personally seen by Dr Pisal and he has dealt with my condition in a reassuring way. He is calm and he really listens to your concerns. He clearly discussed my medical condition and explained to me the options available. We decided that a surgery was my best option and I could not believe that I am already back to normal within a week and there are almost no scars visible from my operation considering that I tend to have keloid scars. Nurses and other staff are very friendly and approachable. They go beyond their duty of just caring but made sure that you are comfortable and fine while waiting to be seen. I would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr Pisal to my family and friends.
