Fantastic experience: This was my very first experience having a colon cleanse, and I must say I couldn't have asked for a better introduction than the one I had at Parkland Natural Health on High Holborn. I was initially a bit nervous, not quite sure what to expect, but Anatoli made sure the whole experience went by very smoothly. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and at ease. The environment is calm, clean, and professional, but it’s Anatoli who really makes the difference. He’s not only clearly knowledgeable and experienced, but also genuinely kind, attentive, and easy to talk to. It was a pleasure to converse with him throughout the session, which helped me feel relaxed and reassured. Anatoli walked me through every step of the procedure, answered all my questions with clarity and patience, and ensured that I was comfortable at all times. What could have been awkward or uncomfortable turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant and even insightful session. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and well taken care of. It’s clear Anatoli takes pride in his work and truly cares about his clients. Fantastic experience: Attended on short notice appointment after being very unwell which the medication I was taking left me severely constipated, in alot of pain and discomfort. I have never had a colonic before and was desperate to feel some relief, my appointment was with Milla who was very comforting, she listened and made me feel less embarrassed about my situation and comforted me. Milla explained everything in detail and explained the components and what she would be doing with them. After the session I was finally able to go to the bathroom which I hadn’t been able to for about 5 days, I have instantly felt more relief and felt like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Milla is very knowledgeable and offered a lot of advice and tips on gut health, probiotics, what I should eat/drink, foods to avoid after a colonic and explained how some medications can contribute to constipation which is what happened with me. I have left the clinic and purchased some probiotics to help my gut health and I will definitely book another appointment to keep myself in check. I booked the colonic with Alkalising colonic irrigation with sodium bicarbonate, the treatment is painless and apart from helping me with my ‘blockage’ I would recommend I have never felt so clear. And I would also recommend Milla.

Fantastic experience: I have had 4 colonics within a space of 2 years. This by far was my second favourite. Fantastic experience: When the results returned, they showed that I was intolerant of some "healthy" foods that I had been chewing for the past few months, including carrots! Cutting them out of my diet had an almost instant effect, and within a few days, my stomach fell noticeably, and my symptoms of IBS decreased significantly. Fantastic experience: Helped reduce my symptoms a lot. V clean and they give me lots of time to relax after. I get good tips on diet etc. I went after I experienced many food allergies, constipation etc after an exhausting work period. I had also come up positive in Candida albicans tests so I started doing the Parkland Candida cleanse colonics (coupled with rest, exercise and healthy diet) and my symptoms have pretty much stopped. I'm continuing to have colonics here as I feel it's having a beneficial effect on my health!

Fantastic experience: Great! I loved these people. I started to have colonic hydrotherapy here 4 years ago and do it almost every month. I feel great. I have recently been treated with antibiotics for Boreliosis and my doctors recommended I have bowel cleansing again upon finishing my course of IV and oral antibiotics. Seeing as I have used The Parkland Natural Health before to successfully remedy intestinal candidiasis, constipation and bloating (all caused by antibiotic therapy in my teens and early 20s), I returned once again for more treatments. Negative experience: If you really care about your gut health; DON'T GO HERE. It’s a conveyer belt of appointments as opposed to taking the time to truly treat people. I arrived at 17.00 and was slightly delayed going in. By the time I probably lay down for treatments, it was approximately 17.20. By 17.42 the treatment was abruptly over!! I wasn’t even given the courtesy of emptying and was left to hop quickly to the toilet where it was evident I needed more time; I was still filled with water! I was still in the bathroom when the next person arrived. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and there were no soft wipes left. I asked Tony several times to please be gentle when he massaged my stomach; he WAS NOT. He was hurting me. I have been for many colonic’s and I’ve never experienced such rough massaging; it was horrible. My stomach is really sensitive. Tony came across as arrogant and seemed dis-interested. I felt like I was not emptying by the time the next rush of water was filling my bowel. It was incredibly uncomfortable and I have been ripped off of £81.00. Apparently my issue is that I don’t exercise enough, even though I am active and do stretching. Whilst exercise can reduce stress levels, and help, it’s no cure for severe IBS. I paid £81.00 to be talked at. I’m just upset to have had my money wasted and my stomach pummelled.

Fantastic experience: Having looked for a new place to get a hydrotherapy scheduled for some time (and some disappointing treatments elsewhere) I searched online and found Parkland Natural Health Clinic. All I can say is: I will be back. The premise is at first a bit hidden but it is absolutely hygienic. Anatoli is fantastic: a very resourceful and patient individual, not to forget that the prices are unbeatable. Straight after the colonic (I added the Sodium Bicarbonate on the day of treatment upon recommendation) I could feel a difference inside and out (it might be my imagination) and can only recommend Parkland Natural Health Clinic to everyone. Given the treatment that he gives the environment is always clean and refreshing to walk into. He is very professional in his approach, never overselling products. There is always mutual discussion and respect and he is always very sensitive to the way he handles me.
