Fantastic experience: I've just started working with Michelle so I'll share my first impressions for now and will follow up on this to add more to this review as my nutrition plan progresses. Michelle is a true professional: genuinely interested in your situation, what brings you to her, your needs, nutrition goals and preferences - she takes all that into consideration while preparing a nutrition plan for you: the plan is easy to understand as explained in plain English and very practical. It's also flexible and truly in tune with your lifestyle: like most of us, I'm quite busy so I don't have time to prepare elaborate, time-consuming meals; no problem at all for Michelle: the plan Michelle prepared for me is based on relatively simple but healthy ingredients, which are easy to get so preparing meals doesn't take much time (max. about 30 minutes for me) and is quite straightforward. The suggested meals are not only nutritious but very tasty too! There's also an app that Michelle uses to monitor my progress daily (amazing way to be held accountable for my dietary habits) and I'm asked for my body measurements regularly to further monitor how the nutrition plan works for me. Michelle is also very friendly, approachable and easy to communicate with - I'm very glad we've started working on my diet and I look forward to the continuation of this journey going ahead! Update as of the end of June 2024: excellent progress ✨ - as my plan with Michelle progresses, I'm gradually losing weight, down about 4 kg now - after a good few weeks (8) of following the plan! I'm loving it! Update as of the end of October 2024: excellent progress continues ✨- as I continue losing weight: I lost about 7 kg since I started working with Michelle at the beginning of May - surely it would have been even more if we hadn't had a few weeks' break in the nutrition programme due to my personal reasons; as soon as I resumed following the programme, my weight loss also resumed. It's truly an amazing journey towards my fittest and healthiest self.

Fantastic experience: Michelle understood my goal holistically and advised me what I need to do leading up to my swim challenge, during the challenge and post the challenge. Michelle’s nutrition advice was on point and impactful from the get go. She took no time to understand my goal and titrate what would give me a burst of energy in 30 secs. I saw immediate results in my intense training with her nutrition plan. I have broken the current record of being the oldest Indian to swim across the English Channel, which would not have been possible without her Nutrition plan.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the pleasure of working with Michelle for just a few months now, but that’s been enough for me to see the changes in my body that I’ve wanted to see. As a professional athlete, my energy levels, performance, sleep, recovery play a big role in my day to day life and I’ve definitely seen a big change in all these aspects. I’ve put on significant muscle mass which I’ve always had trouble with, at the same time I don’t feel like I’m overeating. Most importantly, my gut has never been happier. Fantastic experience: My husband and I were completely lost and confused when it came to nutrition. After spending hours on the internet trying to find a nutritionist that could help us to loose weight and create healthy habits on a wholefoods based diet, we came across Michelle. Michelle took into consideration our lifestyle and where we live and has created a meal plan for myself and my husband for our indivual goals in a way which is easy and convenient and we are not cooking separate meals that are also delicious. Fantastic experience: I found Michelle through a google search and I have been very happy with the results. Michelle created a meal plan/program for myself and partner based on our lifestyle and current activities. I have been following this for the past 8 weeks and have had great results. I feel so much better then I did before and have plenty of energy to do the training I want to do. I have also lost over a stone so far. Michelle is very friendly and knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. The meal choices are also great and have found that I have very little cravings for things like sweets and pizza which have always been my achilles.

Fantastic experience: Michelle made a nutrition plan based on the food I like, which makes it easier to follow, and removed some myths I had about nutrition. She also provides a recipe collection and a list of items for each food category (protein, vegetables/fruits, essential fat, etc) so you can diversify your meals.

Fantastic experience: Great service from Michelle, thank you so much! She made me a nutrition plan at the end of my pregnancy to prepare for the post partum period. It was full of simple, easy and nutritious meals and snaks. This helped me see what a nutritious diet actually looks like, helped me remove junk food from my diet and stop mindless snacking. I initially had trouble with sugar cravings but I have now got on top of that and now my diet looks a lot more like Michelle's nutrition plan! And I feel soooo much better and have much more energy. She was also super helpful and answered all my questions. Eating healthily is much more straightforward than I thought, I spend less time in meal prep, and I have an easier time merging my healthy diet with that of my picky kids. Fantastic experience: Michelle is not only the sweetest- she’s the first dietician to dispel all the myths around diet culture I had believed for so long. Nothing about her plan is restrictive; if anything, it helps improve your relationship with food. Fantastic experience: I am a senior aged cyclist doing long distance tours. In recent years I have been struggling to achieve the right nutrition regime that keeps my energy levels up all day and tastes good. Fantastic experience: Michelle has helped me a lot to improve my eating habits and learn how to eat healthy. Her recipes are delicious and her meal plans are sustainable because they don’t make you feel deprived and hungry. The progress check-ups have been key for me because she celebrates my small wins and that boosts my motivation when I feel I’m not making progress. Fantastic experience: Michelle developed an eating plan for me to help with my training as I felt my body was in a plateau and that I was not eating enough of the correct foods to have the energy I needed. This is where Michelle’s expertise and knowledge really helped me. The plan is so easy to follow, interchangeable with so many different options, which makes it incredibly easy to fit into busy life. Fantastic experience: I started working with Michelle three weeks ago and I am quite sure that she is going to change my life. Fantastic experience: Working with Michelle has been a super pleasant experience so far! I was a bit nervous about contacting a nutritionist, but Michelle made the whole experience go smoothly and she made me feel comfortable starting from the first consultation, through follow-ups, and all documents provided. I enjoy working with her and already started seeing small results throughout the first couple of weeks from implementing her nutrition plan, and I'm confident I can reach my goals with her. The nutrition plan she provided was 100% adapted to all my dietary requirements and an "upgrade" from what I was already eating, so that stepping into the new plan wasn't such a huge change and I kept some meals that I like, but it's definitely a step up towards a better balanced nutrition. She provides a lot of tips and insights and advice on workouts, and I think now I can finally achieve the balance between the two. I look forward to our next consultation and if you are hesitant as to whether you "need" a nutrition coach, definitely give it a try! It will make your nutrition journey so much easier.

Fantastic experience: I'm a figure skater and I needed a nutritional plan aimed at reducing my fatigue and improving my energy and recovery after training, and Michelle gave me exactly that - not only you get a plan customised to your needs, but a whole lot of information backed by studies and delicious recipes. My approach to food is much healthier now and my energy levels are definitely higher - so is my performance after dropping the 3kgs that I had put on after the holidays :) I particularly appreciated Michelle's transparency and customised approach. When looking for nutritionists in London, you'll get A TON of people who will try to oversell you their very expensive 'transformation programs' (the very 90s ones, the 'one size fits all' that you see on tube ads) even when you're really clear that is not what you're aiming for. Michelle is not one of them, she'll listen to what your needs are and tailor the program to you, whether you are a newbie to training and nutrition or a seasoned athlete. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Michelle is friendly and pays very close attention to detail about your needs and goals. She is very knowledgable about nutrition and sports, which will give you the best balance between diet and performance. I am a very disciplined individual when it comes to diet, so I believed something was wrong with my body as I would never lose weight. Michelle quickly identified that I wasn’t eating enough and after tweaking my current diet, I managed to lose close to a kilo of weight in 2 weeks which wouldn't shift in over 3 months. My body was screaming for me to eat more, so imagine how grateful I was to find out that this was the solution to my weight loss and physique goals. I am allowed a treat meal a week instead of being too restrictive, as well as healthy takeaway options if I'm short on time. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better nutrition plan. I am now able to control my eating habits and fuel my intense exercise efficiently. No more extreme hunger, bloatedness or night time hunger as well as a huge improvement in my IBS symptoms. Michelle has a very positive attitude, listen to you, calm and share clearly her knowledge about healthy food approach. Fantastic experience: Michelle is great - Hard to express how I impressed I am! I was gifted a nutrition session, and didn't have a clue what to expect (but dreaded being told to give up everything I enjoy eating!) Michelle spent time understanding my objectives and patterns, as well as likes and dislikes, and provided a detailed plan that helped me shift stubborn fat in just 2 weeks. The recipes I have tried have been delicious, and my eating patterns have been changed as a result. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Fantastic experience: I first reached out to Michelle to help me transition to a more sustainable type of sports nutrition, ie less reliant on meat, and she was immediately very responsive to my request. She has helped me track my macros better while providing multiple meals options to keep the experience as fun as possible. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Michelle more if you want a positive shift in energy and wellbeing. I was feeling fatigued a lot of the time, and after two weeks into new eating habits the shift was unreal. Michelle tailored a food plan to me, packed with foods that I enjoy, no punishment just healthy balanced food!

Fantastic experience: Worked with Michelle recently in my home gym; prior to the training, I had agreed a diet plan with her, which was achieving goals i had set. The training was good, challenging and varied weekly (did 6 weeks consecutively) and i felt value for money. Michelle is innovative and able to identify issues around technique and give advice on that. Each session was followed up with an e mail listing exercises done and schedule to follow, which was very useful. Michelle was punctual and easy to work with and is highly recommended for sports training and diet.

Fantastic experience: Working with Michelle has been a delight. From day one she’s been committed to understanding my personal challenges and my own lifestyle to come up with a plan that works just right for me. Her focus has been on making incremental changes that make sense to me and that will work long term, not a quick fix. Fantastic experience: I have started this journey with Michelle approximately a couple of months ago. Before then I found it difficult to get a peaceful relationship with food. Michelle uses a great approach with the nutritional plan based on your taste and preferences, and food habit. I do not regret and I am glad. Fantastic experience: Michelle has been fantastic. Her knowledge and expertise has really helped me see the results and performance I thought I could not achieve. Fantastic experience: I have been with Michelle for over a year now and i have to say that the experience has been very good. With the amount of information available today nutrition can get confusing and thats when having a nutritionist helps. Michelle carefully listened to what I wanted my body to look like and how i wanted it to perform. She carefully designed a plan just for me that was easily readaptable to my changing needs. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking to get in shape and be the best version of themselves. It all starts with the food. Have a chat with Michelle and you will quickly understand that she knows her thing. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Michelle has been extremely positive. Throughout each interaction she has been professional, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She dedicated the time and effort to tailor a program to meet my specific needs and has been consistently available to answer my questions. Her plans are clear, concise, easy to follow and most importantly for me - maintainable, as the meals are quick/easy to prepare and she encourages clients to still indulge in "real life" events (birthday celebrations, dinners out, etc) on occasion, in moderation. Her expertise has changed the way I eat, my energy levels have gone up throughout the day, I am more fueled for my workouts, and I've never felt better overall. I can't recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: After some injuries and a few months of motivation loss I gained quite a lot of weight and decided it was time for some help. Having never asked for nutrition advice before I was a bit lost and it sounded a bit daunting to me at first however I'm so happy that I found Michelle as she made me feel really at ease. She tailored a plan successfully to my needs and I've been able to lose weight (fat) consistently over the past few weeks while eating healthy. My energy has increased and my fitness is (almost) back where it was a year ago. I would highly recommend Michelle.

Fantastic experience: Michelle is an excellent trainer. She's kind, patient and positive. My weekly sessions have certainly improved my motivation to excercise and overall fitness. Sessions are varied and fun and the hour passes quickly. Michelle travels to me which is extremely convenient.

Fantastic experience: Michelle has helped me overcome issues with bloating and blood sugar spikes. Within a few days of starting my nutrition plan I noticed a huge improvement to my symptoms. Fantastic experience: Nothing but great things to say about Michelle. She is a pleasure, the plans work and she's very professional. I went to her with a goal of toning up and losing some 'squidge' but NOT losing weight or dieting, and the bespoke plan she gave me was everything i needed. I got to eat more on my plan, but most importantly of the right things, which stopped me always feeling hungry. An added bonus is that she takes into account the things you actually like eating and things you're not keen on, so every meal she gave me was right up my street. I've recommended her to all of my friends.

Fantastic experience: Having loss and regained 70% of my loss, I was at a point where I really needed a coach to help me get back on track with my crazy corporate/travel life style, but in a sustainable way, combining nutrition and fitness. I missed fitness, but needed to regain strength in a optimal way that wouldn't agitate my back and would also help me rebuild confidence. Previously my weight loss was achieved by a high protein, no/low sugar/carb/dairy way - it was efficient but not sustainable. What is great about Michelle is she has helped to establish realistic frameworks and variety which means I don't miss out on the corporate/personal social events. She's also created a safe space for me to be open/honest about my challenges. It's a long road for me and I'm grateful to have Michelle's support, experience and guidance. Even better that she makes it fun!

Negative experience: I had personally a very negative experience havehere. I had a considerable weight loss to undergo at that point (nearly 1 year ago) and I felt misjudged and mistreated, almost like she was only interested in getting my money, so I never went back after the 2nd appointment. The prices are ridiculously high compare to the service provided, for most people it could only be affordable maybe once a month, and she pushed me to meet every week or at very least every 2 weeks, at the same time she doesn't offer any money saving "package" or anything like it, I really felt that it was everything just about squeeze me out, instead of providing help and support. I gave 2 stars just because at least she answered quickly to emails and text messages, but for the rest I am really disappointed to have waisted so much money for nothing good!

Fantastic experience: I’m not a professional athlete (or even an amateur one!) but after a couple of years of working out to improve general fitness I became aware of how important a part nutrition is to a person’s overall health and fitness. However, with lots of information online, with much of it contradictory, I had mixed results experimenting with nutrition plans, often finding my weight yo-yoing or finding myself being hungry a lot of the time. I decided to get in touch with a few nutritionists to find out more about how they could help and Michelle was quick to respond, seemed very knowledgeable and the cost seemed reasonable, so thought I would trial a plan with her. I am happy to say I am very glad I made this decision as I have had great results with Michelle, managing to lose an average of 1kg a week in the first couple of months of the nutrition programme, with minimal muscle loss. The best thing is that I am now enjoying a much more varied diet and I am rarely hungry even though I am restricting calories to lose body fat. Michelle has also been a great help with any small questions or concerns I’ve had via email between appointments, which has been really reassuring and helped me stay on track. I have also recently asked Michelle to provide me with an online training programme to help me reach my goals quicker and it’s reassuring to know that my training and nutrition programme are aligned as much as possible. Overall, Michelle has made getting in shape a lot more enjoyable and achievable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a way to improve to improve their health and fitness - the only thing I wish is that I had contacted her sooner!

Fantastic experience: I was looking to lose weight but at the same time have enough fuelling as I’m training for an Ironman and not lose any muscle. I also have a very busy schedule so I needed a plan that was simple and adapted to me and my needs, instead of the typical generic calorie deficit guidelines you know. I also needed to know what are the best calories I can give my body to maintain a top performance. Michelle has been doing just that, she’s given me guidelines, coaching and a nutrition plan that’s very simple (even includes take outs!). Michelle has been available to answer any question around my meals or given me new options to swap, I’ve been losing weight (body fat!) but more than anything I’ve been feeling great and full of energy despite being training 12-14 hours with a full time job. My body has rebooted and it’s operating at its best!

Fantastic experience: Michelle is a very reliable, understanding, supportive and extremely competent in her job. When I found her randomly while pursuing a nutrition plan and a training plan that would suit my needs and ambitions, she is literally the best person in London I could have found. By being accountable to her with my diet and my training habits, it's actually helping me to recover from setbacks and keep back on track.

Fantastic experience: What can I say, Michelle is amazing. I'm a super busy person and I don't have much time but I do train with Michelle for 1 hour a week, every week, in the park and not in a stuffy gym As I'm a bit competitive, she started me of with a fitness test on my first session in Feb 2018. Once a month we check my progress and run the test again. even with only an hour a week, each time I run the fitness test I always beat my previous scores, I can even do pull ups now. What I like about the way Michelle trains me is that, even if I'm not up for it and not in the right head space, she always finds a way to quickly engage me and before I know it I'm in to the session and motivated. As well as the fitness we have managed to sort out my nutrition and hydration as well, although I'm not really that focused on it, I have made some minor changes that have made a big difference. That last thing I want to say is that the session really help with my overall mood and motivates me so much. Thanks Michelle, keep up the great work

Fantastic experience: As a competitive cyclist I’ve always known how important nutrition is but but not given it enough attention as thought ate ok and calorie counted. Over the last few months have been working with Michelle and have a nutrition plan that is focused on great food and recipes which is easy to follow and offers great variety. This has helped me on my way to my goal weight whilst able to continue to race and train with good levels of energy from food rather than reaching for the synthetic food substitutes. Michelle has been supportive through the plan with regular reviews and quick response to any questions or changes in my training load or life events. This isn’t a miracle solution you do have to be disciplined and at times it isn’t easy as the sugar withdrawal is tough comparable to giving up smoking but with Michelle on hand the cravings pass and your actually looking forward to the next meal which helps. Would highly recommend getting in touch with Michelle if want to eat great food and feel great whatever your goal.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with so many nutritionists over the years and Michelle is absolutely the best. I have been through many dietary changes throughout my athletic endeavours and Michelle has been able to work with each from meat/fish/vegan/ vegetarian/high carb/low fat to high fat/low carb. Fantastic experience: I have had two face to face nutrition consultations with Michelle and have seen amazing results. As a recently qualified PT I wanted to be in the best possible shape to enable me to eventually train and educate clients of my own. I also had my own goals which I wanted to achieve. My initial session with Michelle was brilliant. She is friendly and SO knowledgable. We went through my diet throughly and Michelle asked me to explain my goals then she took all of my measurements. Using all of the information she created the most amazing and comprehensive nutrition plan for me which I have used ever since. The amount of delicious recipes is incredible - I am still trying new ones months later! Although my diet hasn't changed dramatically Michelle's help now means I am able to choose the best possible food and drink options to suit me and I am much more aware of what I am putting in my body! In my follow up with Michelle these tweaks in my diet were evident as 3 weeks in I was already close to reaching my goal. Then we discussed focusing maintaining the goal once I reach it. I really do feel like my sessions with Michelle were highly valuable and worth every penny. I would and have highly recommended her to friends and family and when I eventually start training clients I will be sure to refer them to Michelle for additional nutrition advice.
