Fantastic experience: Working with Edward (Chiropractor) at London Wellness - Canary Wharf has been a hug success for me! I had a hip and lower back issue which caused me great discomfort and I was also struggling to put my trousers on and tie my shoe laces because of the pain. It progressively got worse over a 6 month period and in less than 7 weeks it was completely fixed. Superb job Edward and I highly recommend the practice.

Being my first visit to a chiropractor I had some reservations but Malene was very professional and passionate about her work and explained things well and in details. She also exudes positive energy which helps settle nerves. After the consultation she identified the problem. She discussed the problem and available plans by being inclusive before starting with the chiropractic adjustments and for my case included massage with my plan to resolve the muscle issues by a messause (great personality) within the same facility. I feel very relieved now. You know she knows her work with her meticulous attention to details by spotting subtle changes in follow up visits that you do not even realise exist and resolving the issues. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend the chiropractor service. After years of office work and driving I had days where I could hardly stand due to intense, sharp lower back pain. I though I’d slipped a disk. However after seven adjustments at the centre over several weeks my back pain is gone. I’ve regained my mobility and I’ve started going to the gym again. This centre is absolutely worth every penny, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: It has been a week and a half since my adjustment with Malene and it’s one of the best things I have done for myself. I had only seen a chiropractor once before due to an injury. I was sceptical but was feeling generally quite unhealthy and unaligned and thought an adjustment with a chiropractor could help. Malene was so professional, she explained what she was doing and made me feel very comfortable throughout. Immediately after the treatment I noticed a difference in my neck motility but most surprisingly in my breathing, I believe due to the back adjustments performed I am now breathing easier and naturally a lot deeper. Additionally I have noticed less swelling/puffiness around my body including the front of my neck and am just generally feeling a lot healthier. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend my Chiropractor Tanesa Mohan. She is professional, supportive and well trained in the chiropractic arts. I suffered from a stage 2 tendon tear in my shoulder for 6 months prior to my first visit. With Tanesa's treatment I regained strength and mobility in my shoulder within the space of a couple months. Fast forward today, my strength and mobility has improved beyond what it was pre-injury. An added bonus was that my posture improved significantly and I started to feel a lot more mobile. I once also suffered from pain similar to sciatica. I was unable to walk without assistance and could barely sit or stand. But after just 1 session, I felt considerably better and could walk again unassisted. I entered the centre with a walking stick and walked out without using it. The Centre provides a detailed report and you get to see the progress you're making after reviews at certain stages. I've also got to mention Pete who helped a lot with his deep-tissue massage therapy. The staff there are very kind and helpful. If you're looking for a chiropractor, look no further.

I work at a desk for 8-9h a day, but I’m also a yoga teacher so my movements can often be too much sitting vs overstretching, causing muscle weakness and imbalances. Fantastic experience: I experienced issues for years with my back, left shoulder and arm. Eventually I decided to get help after the pain increased and it affected my sleep. I saw Edward Wilkinson who carried out a full body review and was able to specify the issue immediately. I booked in for a number of sessions. After one session the pain had eased (sleep was easier), and after a few the pain had subsided to just a minor inconvenience. I have kept up the sessions, and the pain has gone (to be fair it went after 5 or 6 sessions, but body upkeep is worth it), and I will continue to see Edward on a regular basis. Edward has an excellent manner and is great at making you feel comfortable, and welcome. Putting myself in the hands of an expert such as he is was easy. Relaxing when somebody is going to put your spine and shoulder back in order can be daunting, however Edward makes it a relaxing and a simple process. I can thoroughly recommend Edward to anyone who may have pain, restricted movement, or needs an overhaul to their body.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic team! I took my baby girl (2 months old ) for a choiropractor's work, as she was struggling a lot with wind, stiffness, she couldn't sleep well and had colic. From the first assessment and work we could see an improvement and 5 sessions later she was like a different baby. Fantastic experience: I've been coming to LWC at Canary Wharf for 6 months now, to finally address a long-standing lower back issue that I'd been ignoring for far too long (resulting in stiffness and pain extending to my upper back, neck and frequent bouts of sciatica). I had my initial consultation with Dr Tanesa Mohan, who immediately pinpointed exactly what was needed and suggested a course of treatments (chiropractic & deep tissue back massage) to address my multiple issues simultaneously. Between Tanesa (chiropractic) and Pete (massage), they have been extremely approachable and diligent in providing their treatments, so much so that they have also addressed any other issues I've encountered along the way (sprains/strains, shoulder injury flare-ups etc) with an efficiency I've not experienced anywhere else - their myofascial release techniques coming somewhat as a revelation to me! Although primarily a chiropractic clinic, LWC have a holistic approach to wellness, in both the short-term treatment as well as long-term prevention, and the staff at the Canary Wharf clinic exude warmth and professionalism, including flexibility when rescheduling appointments at short notice. Fantastic experience: I have been a client for a couple of years and i can only recommend London Wellness Canary Wharf. First i started massage treatments with Pete (who is great), and he recommended their chiropractor services, since my lower back pain was getting progressively worse. I signed up for the Silver plan based on the consultation and have had a massive improvement in my pain levels, flexibility and hence my daily life. The practice have been very flexible with timings and changes when work necessitated. Both Victoria and Florence are very pleasant, very confident and extremely proficient.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Edward at the Canary Wharf branch for approx 3 months. I presented with chronic back and lower body pain. I was assessed fully and have just had my 3 month review. I cannot believe how much I have improved and cannot thank Edward enough. Fantastic experience: I saw Holly with a really painful back on one side plus problems with my left shoulder after a fracture 2 years ago. I had a number of sessions on the bronze plan with her and can honestly say l have no pain at all thanks to her. I also had 2 sessions of deep tissue massage. I now am on 2 sessions a month maintenance for prevention. The reception team are also very friendly and worked very hard with covid prevention.

Fantastic experience: I am not one to post reviews but I had to for the London Wellness centre! Holly (who has sadly left now) had been treating me since September for chronic back pain I have been having since a young age... and boy treatment has helped! I am so glad I found her and the team. She is great at what she does, very friendly and kind. I have been treated by Ben and Edward aswell when Holly was off and they were also just great! So kind, funny and really patient with any questions you have (I ask a lot lol). They make you feel at ease and you just feel like a new person every time! I am now being treated by Victoria who is also just great. Really lovely, friendly. I have enjoyed myself throughout my time at the London Wellness centre! Shout out to the massage team too!!!

Fantastic experience: Had a Covid test done so we can travel To Barbados. The test was easy, staff were lovely and the email came through in 24 hours in time for the flight! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been going regularly to the London Wellness Centre (Canary Wharf and London Bridge) for over 5 years now : having regular chiropractic sessions has resolved longstanding sacroiliac joint problems and helps counterbalance a lifestyle that swings between sedentary desk time and intense exercise, as well as getting me through a pregnancy with next to no pelvic pain. Pete also gives the most amazing deep tissue massages!

Fantastic experience: I never really believed in "alternative methods" when it came down to fix something in the body. In the past few years my lower back was going from stiff to sore and painful and locked. This was gradually getting worse and started effecting my lifestyle. By the time I had difficulties to even put my socks on, having stabbing pain while sneezing my wife referred me to Dr. Anthony Putrus- Schnell..."The American". My consultation was already an eye opening experience as I understood that a totally different approach was needed. Anthony explained everything to me the main concept of what happened to me and how he could help. And I was amazed. I'm halfway through with my treatment but already have huge improvement. I can move more fluidly, I'm not in pain all the time, even my gut function improved just by fixing my back! There are no miracles of course I have to put some work in it on top of my treatments but investing time and money for a pain free body is always worth. Some days now I feel I have my new old body back, some days my body just feels weightless again. I'm glad I found the Clinic it is really about improving the quality of life. Also I have to mention the helpful and professional reception staff do a great, efficient job. Keep up your momentum guys!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to the LWC for several years. Everyone I have seen there has been fantastic, kind and caring. I was in pain constantly before I discovered them and didn't even have a hope that I would be able to enjoy any of my favourite sports like running and climbing again. Now I can do all of these things. If you are looking for relief from pain and longterm improvements in health I would highly recommend LWC.

Positive experience: Treatment averages out at £195 for those looking for prices as I too could not find quotes. I prefer more of an open treatment centre in regards to pricing but it was alright overall.

Fantastic experience: I have to say when I first heard about chiropractic care I really did not know what to expect. YouTube made it look terrifying and overall I was in agony in all parts of my body and I feared It would be aggravated . As I have always suffered on and off from a younger age the last year had been the worst as it started to become more noticeable in my everyday life and I felt the effects more as the days went on. It was affecting me a lot mentally. BUT ,I’ll tell you this for free. Concurring my fears and walking into the wellness centre may just be one of the best things I have done. It’s not only the amazing Dr treating you but it’s also educating you about your body. Dr Anthony taught me a lot about how the mind and body interact in various ways and helped me come up with an amazing diet and exercise plan. Not to mention the extra caution and support due to my hyper mobility. Since being treated I have never felt so good I have more energy. As a chef I am on my feet for hours on end but these past few weeks after going to get treated 3x per week I can not begin to even tell you the improvement of my overall physical and mental state. I have been having back pain for almost half a year now which affected my work and daily routine, been to multiple Gp appointments where I was given painkillers and no further treatment was advised. Fantastic experience: I have been in pain for as long as I could remember and nothing the GP did or investigated ever came back with results that would be beneficial to me in any way. I was then recommended by a friend to try LWC Canary Wharf and warned me to be patient! During the first consultation I knew straight away that I had made the right decision - I had been suffering from lower back pain for a long time; pins and needles; any excess in movement was painful the list goes on... I started seeing Anthony late July and over a period of 6 weeks alone, the rest have been indescribable!! He has worked wonders, my pain is so limited now; from being in constant pain to maybe an episode once or twice a week at most! I have been able to get back into the gym! It really is a WELLNESS centre, because they take care of your inner wellbeing as well working with you on your symptoms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Staff are ever so friendly and approachable. The centre oozes sophistication, cleanliness and great professional courtesy both to colleagues and customers :)

Fantastic experience: No words can describe the impact a few visits had on my life. I have visited wellness clinic for a lower back and joints pain. After thorough interview doctor Anthony has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He has guided me through a life style changes - starting from my diet, which had caused joint inflammation through consumption of gluten and sugar. Advising on right set of food supplements and vitamins, which had cleared my head and improved my mood and anxiety attacks. Symptoms of IBS had been elevated, I feel 10 years younger and I am full of energy. I can strongly recommend this clinic to everyone as it will bring positive change to their well-being.
