Fantastic experience: If you are looking to get IV injections or drips, look no further. I am getting my glutathione injections here and nurse Sanny is my angel&absolute hero. She is a super talented nurse and her touch is so gentle. She makes me feel safe, she listens to her patient and welcomes all their needs. The team is super warm, welcoming and it is a very friendly atmosphere which at the same time is clean and hygienic. If you ask them to show you what they are injecting they are 100% transparent and they do it in front of you. I will continue doing all my injection treatments here, thank you so much team!

Fantastic experience: If I could leave more stars I would. After two days at an amusement park I developed an awful headache. By the next morning the headache was coupled with severe nausea. After two extremely painful days and not being able to take it anymore I asked my boyfriend to see if he could book an appointment for me here. We were able to get an appointment within the hour and when we arrived everything was speedy and I was taken back to get the hydration and multivitamin drip. By the time I got home I was already feeling better and after a cold shower (which the attendant recommended) I’m now finally feeling like myself and pain free. It’s definitely worth the money and the staff are very caring.

Positive experience: Good service and explanation of the device and how it would work, how to use the controls, etc Unfortunately, my left foot was not positioned correctly and with the pressure, it became quite sore. Obviously this was my first experience with the compression therapy. I'm not sure I was the ideal type for it to benefit much.

Negative experience: I found the staff inexperienced and unprofessional. When we arrived the person on reception told us that a person was off sick and about what wasn't working that day. I went for altitude training and the machine was not working properly. Instead of discussing how it wasn't working behind closed doors, they discussed their frustration in front of me and other customers. Equally, I am a busy professional person and I do not need to receive multiple emails and texts about my upcoming appointment. This is very off putting.

My daughter is terrified of needles as her veins are tiny, but no problem, IV needles inserted painlessly. Drip was a breeze and relaxing in a nice quite beautifully clean environment. Negative experience: The staff clearly lacked proper training, exhibited poor welcoming skills, and lacked professional experience. During my recent visit, the receptionist's explanation about the drip to other customers was concerning. Moreover, my appointment scheduled for 4:15 started late at 4:40, with the nurse struggling unprofessionally with packaging. Three clients even left as no one attended to them. This experience fell significantly below the expectations for the price paid. In the year 2024, such standards in London were disappointing. I am now unsure about the nurse's qualifications and certifications, which makes me hesitant to consider returning in the future.

Fantastic experience: Really fantastic service! We had an NAD+ IV drip and both members of staff were attentive and friendly. My girlfriend struggled to have the standard titration due to the side effects of the NAD but the staff were more than happy to slow this down, despite the process taking longer.

Positive experience: I chose this branch after reaching numerous reviews. The staff definitely needs more training, especially the nurse who administered IV injection. There seemed to be lack of communication among the staff. I was told the injection to be pushed was Saline,due to a miscommunication I was instead given the Vitamin one. Thankfully everything was alright. This could have easily led to uneventful outcome. The nurse seemed to be quite relax and not serious enough. It didn't seem she was focused and kept dropping things on the floor which looks quite unprofessional. It's such a shame, as I wanted to go again for further treatments. I hope they take this review seriously and train the staff better. Otherwise everything was quick, good location, easily accessible, warm reception.
