Fantastic experience: My only regret with Thermomix is not buying one sooner. Is it a LOT of money for a cooking appliance? Yes! However it's genuinely SO MUCH MORE than that! It really is a "cooking robot," and cooking with my Thermomix makes it so fun, easy, and FAST to make beautiful and nutritious meals. It is a must for anyone with pain in their hands or who struggles to cut food, as well as being immensely helpful if you're someone who struggles with standing for long periods of time (as you can go rest/sit down while it's cooking). After eight weeks of using mine daily (and often multiple times per day) I can say confidently that I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. My most frequently made recipes include gluten free bread (it's incredible!), mayonnaise, risotto and pasta dishes, and THE BEST soups. I purchased my Thermomix TM6 through Ankita, and although the sales system is not conventional (as in, you purchase the device through a representative and not a store) there was no pressure to purchase anything and it's actually been reassuring knowing that Ankita is my contact point should I have any issues with my Thermomix. I attended an online demonstration with Ankita before purchasing my device, where she brilliantly answered all of my (many) questions and made me feel confident that this was the right purchase for me. I cannot recommend Ankita and Thermomix highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I was looking to purchase a Thermomix and I didn’t want to risk that sort of money on EBay or other sites. And while researching I came across Ankita and her website. As I read more and watched the videos I found out she was an advisor for the Brand. Only ever an email away she was able to respond and answer any and all questions. With in 24hrs I’d decided to purchase my Thermomix with Ankita’s help and through her as an adisvor. She made the whole process very easy. And is willing to go through every step with you, even helping out with demonstrations via live video. Just an all round excellent service and care.

Fantastic experience: I recently purchased a Thermomix TM6 plus Christmas bundle through Ankita. She was very helpful throughout the sale process but was also quick to highlight that her support post purchase would be there should it be required. If you are interested in getting a Thermomix, i would strongly recommend Ankita as she offers a lot more through her website than just a TM6 sale (i.e. newsletter, recipes etc).

Fantastic experience: I first met Ankita nearly 8 years ago, but it wasn't until this year that I finally bought a Thermomix. Throughout that time, she never pressured me, just stayed kind and informative. I'm so glad I finally took the leap, because the Thermomix really is amazing. I love cooking, so the hesitation was partly in thinking that I enjoyed it too much to let a robot do it for me. I also collect cookbooks ('collect' sounds so much nicer than 'compulsively buy,' doesn't it?), and I thought I wouldn't be able to use them anymore if I bought a Thermomix. Neither could be further from the truth. The Thermomix is like having a little sous chef on my countertop, patiently peeling my potatoes and stirring my risottos so I can get on with things I actually enjoy doing in the kitchen. And once you understand how the Thermomix works, it's so easy to adapt any recipe to the Thermomix, often with superior results. And Cookidoo turned out to be an amazing resource in and of itself. Those recipes are fantastic! So have a look, ask Ankita any questions. Don't feel pressured to buy today or tomorrow or even next year. Even if it takes you EIGHT YEARS, like it did me, Ankita will be there for you!

When Thermomix TM31 upgrade to the digital version, it really is a modern world. As an initial owner of TM31 too, I didn't think it could get any better but then the TM5, followed by TM6 and they are gamechangers.

Since my purchase of my TM6, Ankita continues to be there every step of the way. Fantastic experience: It’s been a fantastic experience to start our Thermomix journey with Ankita. She’s been very approachable and answered all our questions which made it easier for us to decide whether this is the right purchase for us. Fantastic experience: Professional, knowledgeable, and patient! I bought a thermomix and TM friend with Ankita's help, and then afterwards nearly made a huge mistake! At the end of my two week trial period, I was finding I couldn't get on with it - to the point that I contacted Ankita and told her I wanted to send it back. Despite her obvious disappointment and surprise (apparently I would have been the first person ever to return one to her), she was every bit as helpful, efficient and professional as she was before I bought the product. ...Then, shortly before boxing it up, I had a sudden change of heart - just some kind of a feeling that I'd regret it if I sent it back. For a man who usually follows head over heart, this was unusual indeed. Ankita however, was every bit as patient and efficient about reversing my decision, and then continued to be really helpful in aftercare, helping me to learn how to get the best out of this wonderful gizmo. It turns out my complete ignorance of all things culinary were leading to poor decsions in what to cook and how (to give you an idea of the depth of my ignorance: it turns out you can't just substitute brown rice for any other kind of rice without altering cooking times - who knew?). That was about four months ago, and now I can categorically state that this thermomix has been the best large purchase I've made in years. My life is absolutely better because of it - in terms of stress levels (I really hate cooking. No you don't understand - I REALLY hate cooking!), the time saved preparing food, and also the type of food that I eat after a long day at work. Gone are the takeaways after work, gone too are the 'triangle sandwich meal deals' at work - replaced with tasty and varied meals that practically got cooked for me after I got back from work - in many cases in just half an hour. The constant supply of frozen lunches in tupperware boxes is also saving me a fortune! Throughout this ride, Ankita has continued to be a patient and knowledgeable source of advice and support- quick to respond and always helpful. Thanks Ankita! I'd highly recommend to anyone, and award a whole constellation of stars.

We've all been there, thinkings, "do we or do we not purchase the Thermomix, it's so much money, is it worth it?...etc." So sharing your customer journey from recommendation to demonstration, and your first few weeks is so important for other new customers out there. And yes, you almost made a mistake of returning it (using the DSA return policy) but I'm so glad, you changed your mind. The Thermomix does take a little time to adjust to, especially for non-cooks like yourself, but with a little time and effort, as you can see you can start to reap the rewards of owning one - creativity with 60,000 recipes on Cookidoo, time saving and ultimately money too because of not buying all those takeways. I'm so glad that it has been life changing for you as you've said. I always cringe a little when I say that a simple kitchen appliance can be life saving, as its sounds so cliched, but it is. It was life changing for me as a Thermomix customer and that's exactly why I am an Advisor, to share this life changing kitchen appliance with all my passion with others. Why make life harder than it needs to? With a Thermomix, things are a little easier and we all could do with less stress and more time to enjoy the other things in life too. Fantastic experience: Hi there, I bought a TM6 through Ankita, she help me understand what is a Thermomix and gave me all answers I needed before making the decision to purchase one. Then she came over to my place for a demo. We cooked together and showed me every function that the TM6 has. What I liked about her is that she is very passionated about what she does and naturally makes you feel very confident about using the TM6. She took time to go through every steps and even participated in cooking the dish I chosen to make, it felt like I was cooking lunch with a friend. She also gave me a lot of tips to make things even more easier and that’s not written any where or part of instruction book but simple learned from her experience and that’s very handy ! I was very impressed with her website, and I'm happy to say her service matches it in quality. Fantastic experience: Really happy with my purchase. I have pondered over buying one for years and recently went for it and can already tell after just 2 days that it’s going to be my most used piece of kitchen kit. The whole family are keen to get involved too which is great. Ankita gave me some great advice and info prior to buying and made me feel very comfortable with purchasing from the UK even though I live in Qatar. The support she gives is practical, honest and helpful. I was a little overwhelmed when I first unboxed it but decided to take the plunge and made bread dough and smoothies! Fantastic experience: We were very taken with the idea of a Thermomix after we attended a demonstration nearly 5 years ago. Thank you Media Queen TV for the review. I totally agree, the Thermomix can be overwhelming at first - it's an expensive piece of kit and with over 60,000 recipes online, one can be bamboozled. The beauty of buying through an Advisor is that we are there to hold your hand every step of the way, from purchase to set up, (virtual) welcome visit, and throughout your ownership. By the end of your first month, you'll realise not only is this the best piece of kit you've bought but also be referring your friends, family, neighbours and work colleagues as your friend did.

Fantastic experience: Ankita was a great help in my decision to upgrade my beloved TM5 to TM6. She responded immediately when I emailed her with my questions. She gave me her direct number and I called a week or so later. We talked for a long time about the differences in the two machines although spent lots of the time chatting about our shared experiences of family and lockdown. Ankita was clear about the differences in the machines and shared her personal thoughts on the changes. She offered me plenty of options and invited me to some of her live online lessons. I ended up buying the Friend and TM6 bundle mainly because I wanted to buy an extra bowl. Surprisingly, I’ve used the Friend quite a lot since I bought it- very handy to cook rice and curry at the same time! I had been following Ankita on Instagram for about 3 years and would highly recommend buying from her. My TM5 went to a great home-a local chef who needed one for his restaurant.

Fantastic experience: Extremely helpful service from Ankita in buying our Thermomix. We were warmly welcomed into the Intro class with other Thermomix users, followed by a brief one to one demo after we had received our machine. Most of all appreciate her honesty and genuine approach through the process and she won't push you for a sale. Can feel assured that her support is there for the long term if required, and gives great tips on authentic Indian recipes too which was one of our main requirements of the machine (our demo involved cooking dhokla effortlessly). Fantastic experience: Ankita is an excellent Thermomix advisor - not only knowledgeable but sensitive to her customers needs and responds quickly to post sale enquiries - she is fun, informed and above all kind - which counts for a lot. Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share my experience with Ankita. In summary, I'd definitely recommend Ankita for those looking to invest in Thermomix. I started my journey with Ankita back in December 2020, I had come across her website through Google search. We started exchanging emails to understand the process of purchasing a Thermomix, at the time Ankita actually advised me to wait for a week to see if head office was offering a better deal in January of 2021, this gave me confidence that she wasn't just looking for a quick transaction. Fast forward to February 2021, I had taken up on the Friend bundle offer with a new TM6. Ankita has been great help in this process. I am delighted with the TM6 so far, having used it for a few days now my initial impressions are very good, I can tell the machine has excellent build quality including all the accessories. I always try and do my best towards my future client base, and as the head office offer wasn't appealing as Christmas had passed by the time your enquiry came in, waiting to see if there was a January offer and what it was, is worth the wait. I always say the actual 'deal' is having a Thermomix in your kitchen in the first place, but everyone likes a little extra so it's good to see which deal from the head office takes one's fancy. For some, it was the extended warranty in January, and for you, the Thermomix Friend Bundle. I feel being completely open and transparent is what customers want and giving them all the options to make an informed choice, rather than trying to close a quick sale. Quick sales don't build long-lasting relationships or trust and that is my aim. Not only are you happy with the process pre-purchase but that once you do make a decision to purchase a Thermomix that is our relationship as Advisor-Client remains beyond the transaction. I offer a full enquiry to lifetime ownership service. I'm glad to say we have built a good rapport with each other already. We have had the Thermomix for 2 weeks now and we absolutely love it. We have been cooking restaurant quality dishes with no sweat at all.

Fantastic experience: Buy a Thermomix was the best idea of my life. All family was quite sceptical, almost everyone was complaining about how expensive it was and that I wouldn't use it much. I received my Thermomix 7 ago and I can say that this 7 weeks have been completely life changing. I love to cook, but unfortunately my professional life never allowed me much time for that pleasure. My daily routine used to include ordering take away at least 2x. In the past 7 weeks, I have cooked everything from bread to yogurts, cheese, spreads and the most delicious recipes. My close family is in love, and my friends, although still sceptical about the prize, see plenty of advantages. In 7 weeks, I have not bought any processed food, take away orders disappeared, and the only "outside meals" were done for social motives. It's particle, economic and my new best friend.

My sister-in-law was given a Thermomix as a wedding present (it's a very popular wedding present in Europe), 3 years before I even ventured into seeing a demonstration. I didn't believe that a kitchen appliance could be life changing. I waited 3 years before I even saw a demonstration! But by the time I did, out of necessity rather than pleasure, I was convinced from 0 to 100 percent just in the demonstration and never looked back. I became an Advisor shortly afterwards, purely because I wanted to share my passion for Thermomix with friends, family and anyone who would listen. I always say, that you never really know the power of a Thermomix until it's in your own kitchen and I'm glad to see that the 7 weeks you've had one has been life changing. Fantastic experience: Ankita was so very helpful, we needed some advice and she gave it without trying to sell us anything! No pressure just really good advice. There was a problem with a product but she sorted it with no hassle. We use the Thermo everyday and love it! Would definitely recommend Ankita and the thermo! If you are undecided!.... just get one
Thank you so much for your review Karl, really appreciate it. Karl is moving to the US soon and asked about a Thermomix TM6. Unfortunately, the model sold in the UK is not compatible with the US voltage, so I advised him to buy there instead. The models sold in the US are manufactured for the US voltage. It was the right advice as a new Thermomix is an investment and for a only a few months, it was not value for money. Given that it's COVID and lockdown, he wanted to buy now so I suggested a second hand TM5 as an interim solution that he could use for a few months before the move and then sell on, if he needed to. I had a couple of my personal TM5 machines in my garage and was happy to sell it on at a reduced price. The small issue was the Cook Key not connecting to the Thermomix, but I swapped them and everything was then resolved. This was a very unique enquiry and needed a unique response. I'm glad we were able to help each other out, as buying new or second hand involves trust and I'm glad we had that. Now, the fact that Karl is a TM user, I will remain his Advisor for the lifetime support.
Fantastic experience: A few years ago I started searching outside of Australia for Thermomix cookbooks and chanced upon the Ankita Stopa: Our Girl and her Thermie website. At that time I purchased from Ankita and took advantage of receiving offers and news from her in the UK as Australia's offers are quite different to those of the UK. In all transactions I have found Ankita to be a wonderful help, very quick to respond to questions and one to always goes out of her way to assist me in any way she can. If I was in UK I would be asking her to be my Thermomix consultant. I highly recommend Ankita as an Independent Thermomix Representative and thank her for all her ongoing support and professionalism to me personally.
Thank you for such a wonderful review and for your support over the years. Yes, each local territory produces cook books that are not available to those not residing in the UK as the head office only delivery to UK & Ireland addresses. So what we do is order them directly from head office, ship them to me in London and then I pop to the post office for onward postage to Australia (or anywhere). This requires the trust and transparency of both parties. I am not adding any fees or uplift to the product, just offering a service for Thermomix fans outside the UK. I pay upfront and take the risk, that when I have posted and have all costs added up, the end customer does pay me. I'm eternally grateful in this case, it's Glennis and she does. She's a very loyal customer and I hope I can now say, friend too.

Fantastic experience: Ankita was very helpful annd attentive and was able to answer all the questions I had and took time to provide a great customer service. In relation to the thermomix or as I call it my bimby, I wanted to wait a week before posting a review. I have cooked pretty much every meal with it and absolutely love it! It took me years to come round and justify it and my only regret is that I hadn't done it sooner although I'm glad I have the TM6 I have a busy life with a full time job and 2 young girls and was finding that our dinners were quite late, I also tried to find the easiest and quickest meal during the week but now I have done quite a few recipes that without it, I wouldn't even look twice at it. Fantastic experience: Ankita very kindly agreed to do a face-to-face demonstration with us at the end of August and from the moment she walked into our house she followed the recently introduced safety guidelines. She is professional, knowledgable but most importantly, very friendly and down to earth. She explained how our demonstration would work, what I could expect and she made sure to answer every single one of my questions. And the best of the presentation? The cooking, of course! Fantastic experience: So a good friend talked and convinced myself to get the thermomix for my wife as a present. At first the price put me off and i was like there's no way until i saw it in action and even without asking my wife i had placed an order with Ankita who was introduces to me by my friend. The whole experience from purchase to delivery to my UK freighter and to me here in Kenya was a wonderful experience and Ankita has been always helpful and supportive whenever i needed anything regarding info, delivery etc. After receiving it we had an intro class and it went really well. The Risotto we made in my kids and wifes words were ''one of the best we have had''. We have been trying a lot of new stuff on it and especially some on Ankitas recipes and are loving it. i would recommend the Thermomix to anyone looking to buying. YOu will not regret it.
