Fantastic experience: I have visited Gulshan many times. She is extremely knowledgeable and I always leave feeling amazing. I compete internationally and visit before every big championship to have my motor points done. I have never been so successful!

Fantastic experience: I have been using Islington and Clerkenwell Clinics for a number of years to deal with sports related injuries and could not recommend them highly enough. Elisha is a fantastic massage therapist, helping me deal with issues including plantar fasciitis, piriformis syndrome and numerous sports niggles. I have also recently been visiting Shaheeda for chiropractic treatment for lower back pain and tight hip flexors which has been really helpful. Very professional and friendly staff.

Negative experience: I’ve been there few times with Doctor Brown. A session that lasts no less 3 minutes and then been charged for 70£. Didn’t saw any improvement. I was expecting to receive better treatment with much better and long sessions. Thiefs.

Fantastic experience: I had long term pain and regular tension headaches. Elisha keeps me pain free, always asks what's going on in my body and helps me feeling better than I ever have thanks to regular massages. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I visited Carol the podiatrist for pain in my foot. It was my first time visiting a podiatrist and I didn’t know what to expect. It was the most thorough consultation I have had, with the set of questions I was asked to understand the context of my pain and she gave me time to ask questions to ensure I fully understood her diagnosis and care treatment. Her approach was informative and thorough whilst being kind and caring. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Francesca is a wonderful chiropractor - she was instrumental in helping me come out of a horrid acute/ that became chronic sciatic episode during which I could hardly walk. I recently started to get a similar reoccurrence on the other side - this time, I didn't wait but went straight back to see her and within two treatments it was resolved and didn't develop. Francesca is very professional, explained everything to me and is very effective. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Negative experience: Beware Con Job 101. Sure they can help you with some short term pain relief but their claim to provide a long-term solution to your pain is just a con. I would have been better off popping painkillers than throwing away over £400 on these con artists. First of all £80 for a BS consultation where they take advantage of the fact that you only came there because you are in excruciating pain. Then you come back to a 10 mins treatment the next day and they set you up for the full nine yard con that you'll need 10 sessions ($52 per session) to gradually realign your spine (this is about normal for most injuries). After about 8 sessions however, I'm right back where I started (intense pain) and I don't even have a proper diagnosis I can take to show a real professional. Oh and they even tried to charge me for a session because I had to cancel on short notice. Thank goodness they let that one slide. So if you must go to this practice make sure they write out a proper diagnosis for you as well as their proposed treatment plan in black and white. A proper chiropractor is suppose to offer full advice on posture as well as exercises to correct/strengthen. The actual chiropractor was good with his adjustments but that was about it... A costly short-term fix.

Negative experience: My session was alright although it was very short, I went to the Clerkenwell clinic because of my neck/back pain. They did a bit of acupuncture meanwhile the Dr would be on her computer typing things which was pretty noisy and annoying during a moment that I was supposed to be relaxing I guess. Then I had few bones clinked and the whole appointment didn't last longer than 15 minutes After two sessions they called saying that I needed a 7 session treatment at £50 per session. At first I thought it was really good and it did help though I thought it was very expensive for what they did. A couple of years later I went to a different clinic and then I saw what a proper session is supposed to be like. I had a 40 minutes session with a professional that actually explained what was happening with me. So for me Clerkenwell clinic at the time with that Dr (it was back in 2019) It felt like they just wanted my money.

Negative experience: Went to see a chiropractic about pain in my knees. On first examination I was told I had flat feet which was the root cause of my problem, had some quick acupuncture and a bit of clicking for realignment, and was told to come back for another session a few days later. The second session the Dr was angry that the session wasn't long enough (or something), did more quick acupuncture, left me on my own in the room while he saw to another patient, came back, cracked a few bones and then sent me packing. Both sessions I asked what the follow up treatment might be (hoping for a clearer understanding of what the course of treatment might be, whether I should be doing some exercises etc). Both times I was brushed off with "I'll tell you in the next session". I felt like I was an annoyance rather than someone with real concerns, and that I was being strung along. Needless to say I've found another chiropractic that I am much much happier with who actually treat me like a person.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say that my experience with Gulshan was absolutely great, she is an Accupunturist and also provides nutrition advice. I was suffering from extreme lower back pain and also hot flushes due to being peri menopausal. After about 2 treatments I could feel the difference in my sleep, the stiffness in my lower back and an overall wellness in my general health had improved. Gulshan is very knowledgeable, calm and confident and takes her time to explain things in person and on the phone. I have since made a very positive recovery and no longer need to go for treatment but in future if I did ever need to go then Gulshan would be the first person I would go to. Thankyou so much Gulshan :)

Negative experience: Really bad service spent more time in the waiting room than getting chiropractic treatment overall a real let down, spent 80 something they said allow an hour for your appointment was in and out in less than 15 min!! , went in with slight shoulder pain left in a lot of pain. This is the first time I've ever wrote a review for anything, don't want anyone else to go through that. Their con artists don't spend your money here and definitely avoid shaheeda extremely incompetent,all their after is your money they tried booking me in for six sessions over a three week period you should not be adjusted this frequently which just proves my point further your health is not a priority to them, spending your money is.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely cannot recommend this clinic enough. I used (and will continue to use) the Chiropractic service and I could not have chosen a better clinic and Chiropractor. A special mention for Dr Simarjit Dhami. Uber-professional, warm and personable and A+ in her profession. There are so many services available and going forward, this is the place I will not hesitate to head to when body and soul need a re-tuning. Also an extra special mention to the reception team...what a lovely bunch they are. They never forget a face and obviously the vital cogs as to why the place runs so smoothly. Darryl is amazing. You will not disagree when you meet him. So happy to have found this great people

Fantastic experience: Words cannot explain how good Kevin is. I was having neck pain and stiffness for over 6 months and was back to normal after just one session with Kevin. He’s very knowledgeable and gave me lots of helpful information for exercises and improving posture! Would definitely recommend this clinic! I could have saved a lot of pain and ibuprofen, if I had done this sooner.

Fantastic experience: Got chiro treatment from Simar (she's very knowledgeable too) - I've had this nagging dull ache in my neck for about a year now from and after a few sessions it subsided. Plus my posture and range of motion has improved - if your neck hurts, I highly recommend. And she is also super friendly so that helps!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Gulshan, the acupuncturist for about 3 years now. First time was a complete different experience from what I had with any acupuncturist before! She is simply the best!! Any problem absolutely any problem she will solve!! I went to see her for strong neck pain and period issues and she simply solved all of them straight away. She gives very good food and lifestyle advice, always listens, talk very honestly which is very refreshing! After every session, I leave pain free, stress free and feeling very light! I have sent her many very sceptical people and all of them have been amazing at her skills and abilities to cure! She also has a kind and positive personality and always makes every session pleasant and professional! Seeing Gulshan was a game changer for me!!! Go!!

Negative experience: I went there because I have a back pain, and i was hoping to learn some exercises or directions on how to deal with my pain.but instead they put me on a stretching machine and did some clicks, which helps but not for long.. I know for this long term condition I should be doing some type of exercises and stretches to treat that..but i paid for 2 sessions and i was told that i needed to book more..but no further directions and no advice on what should i do to eliminate the problem..it was waste of time and money, appointment last for ten minutes and they are rushing you to finish quickly . Don't go there..do your search first , anyway maybe other patients got good experience with different chiropractic but i didn't with my chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: I went in out of despair one day as I had been suffering for years from heavy and chronic seasonal migraines - it got to 3 life-ruining attacks a week! - to try acupuncture with Gulshan Noorani. My case was bad, terribly tenacious, and apparently a tough one to overcome. But she is highly knowledgeable and considerate, and instantaneously bounces off the results she sees to adopt individual, accurate new ways to tackle the problem. My issue was her concern, and I was so relieved to see that after 4 sessions and along a diet she worked out for me, the migraines were finally hugely alleviated. I'm very thankful and will certainly go back should I ever need to.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly, very welcoming clinic, amazing staff and only a short walk from either Angel or Old Street station. I have regular acupuncture appointments since the beginning of July, nearly every 2 weeks. I highly recommend seeing Gulshan Noorani if you are in need of acupuncture. I had acne I struggled to live with and now my skin cleared up and I am very happy to leave the house completely makeup free. I also took my dad who is a huge non-believer and the one time with Gulshan changed his mind after the appointment hoping to book more. Reasonable prices, and you get a little discount when you refer a friend.

Fantastic experience: I've seen Gulshan for Acupuncture and she is incredibly helpful, she genuinely cares for her patients and you can tell she is very experienced. After just one session with her I noticed my eczema improved! My skin was less irritated and I felt much better. I can always rely on her to help me with my skin condition.

With ongoing treatments and exercises at home given by Carolyn, the improvements are incredible and I cannot recommend her enough. Fantastic experience: Myself and my 2 sons have all been treated by the amazing Carolyn who is really friendly and makes you feel very relaxed. All the reception staff are really helpful and polite and you can often get an appointment very quickly. The fact that Carolyn is available at both locations is very convenient. My oldest son and I have also been treated by the magic hands of Tim who's deep tissue massage always hits the spot! The only downside is that Tim is so popular that you have to be on your toes and book in advance. Aleesha (?) is a very good alternative to Tim if he is booked too far in advance.

After a series of treatments with him I was not only pain free , i was able to lift my 5 year old son up which was a big challenge for me to do with my constant lower back pain. Fantastic experience: I have never received chiropractic treatment but after suffering through a months worth of lower back pain I thought I would give it a try. My experience with James was great and I am very happy that I made the decision to have my back looked at. James was very quick to diagnose the problem area and his level of experience was evident. After doing some work on my back during the consultation James recommended some really helpful exercises to do at home. I would definitely recommend James to anyone with lower back pain and will be stopping in for further visits to ensure my back stays pain free.

Fantastic experience: Charlotte is absolutely amazing. I decided to try acupuncture as I had been having upper back issues for some time. She was calm, friendly and put me right at ease. Through our conversations I also realized there were other issues impacting my well being such as stomach pains and stress in general. With her treatment, I felt better in only 4 sessions and have recommended her to many friends since.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Shaheeda Chowdhury for treatment to stabilise and maintain the health of my spine for over ten years. I started seeing her at first few days a week, then weekly, then monthly sometimes even every 3 months. I always feel immediately better after treatment with her. Shaheeda is very professional, caring and gentle person. She always has smile on her face. She is an excellent chiropractor and knows exactly each time where the problem is on that particular day. I have tried many chiropractors but Shaheeda is definitely the best one for me. I would recommend her to anyone with recurrent back problems.

Fantastic experience: Tom Mansfield is quite simply a chiropractic magician. Within a very short period of time his treatments have restored me from a person who was in constant severe pain, unable to climb stairs, unable to hobble more than a few metres, and - most importantly - unable to lift or play with my baby and toddler; to a completely healthy and pain free individual. My back injuries were caused by late stage pregnancy and a difficult birth and Tom was fantastic both in resolving the pregnancy related back pain and then in fixing the severe back injury which resulted during a difficult birth. I cannot recommend him highly enough - at every appointment he has been kind, professional and thorough. His expert knowledge and comprehensive approach have totally resolved my back pain in circumstances where the NHS was unable to help. Pregnant ladies / back pain sufferers - you will not find a better chiropractor than Tom Mansfield!

Fantastic experience: I have visited Tom Mansfield at both Clerkenwell and Islington clinics for back and shoulder pains. Tom immediately puts me at ease and explains everything he is doing clearly and confidently. I will always return to Tom for treatment. Brilliant!

Fantastic experience: I have had massage treatments with various therapists at both the Goswell Road and Prebend Street clinics. All have been absolutely fantastic. I suffer from chronic neck ache and hip pain, so massage for me is about alleviating these symptoms, as much as it is about time out to relax. The therapists are incredibly professional, taking time to understand symptoms and offering practical and knowledgeable advice on how to improve these in day-to-day life. All have a very intuitive touch and ability to locate the root cause of the pain - which may or may not correspond to where the pain is felt! I always walk away feeling a million times better.

Negative experience: I had lower back pain. They convince me to have continued treatment not to mention an expensive package of 10 treatments. 'You have to continue and complete the treatment to feel the benefits'. I didnt. They will shake your hand with one hand and take your money with the other. I never felt they had my best interests in mind.

Fantastic experience: I had an excruciating pain on my front of the lower stomach and went through several health check and found nothing. In the end The company GP examined me with High Tech Scanning equipment and found my lower spine looked a bit too straight that should be carved S shape. I have contacted Islington Chiropractic Clinic and they recommended Dr F Powell. In first session I was surprised the fact he explained my spine without High Tech equipment and told me that my lower spine looked a bit too straight. After a few session, Dr Powell created a list of exercise that I could improve my body. All worked very well and I am very happy with the outcome and highly recommend to everybody to visit Dr Freddie Powell.
