But boy, how I wish I had known Paul then and had been in his care… I have visited numerous osteopaths in my life and none of them can hold a candle to Paul. He is clearly in a class of his own. I was concerned about his feeding after he had a tongue-tie procedure and Sabrina was incredibly supportive. Her knowledge, experience, resources and guidance were super helpful and we were able to resolve and move on from so many concerns. When my son was 4 months Sabrina helped me find the right support for his plagiocephaly, and later when he started walking she helped me understand the way he moves in order to support him better. Fantastic experience: Paul’s shockwave treatment for my iliopsoas tendonitis exceeded expectations, with immediate reduction in pain from treatment no 1. After two further treatments the pain had settled down and after a rehab period, hip functionality returned. Paul took a holistic approach by treating other muscles involved with the problem, not just the trigger area. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've suffered from chronic head pain for half of my life, since I was 20. I've been heavily medicated for most of that time under various Neurologists, and have tried every alternative therapy I could find. I visited Mark through a friend's recommendation. No. Only someone who has experienced prolonged pain will know exactly what I mean. I look forward to 2023 pain-free and excited for the future and it is all down to Paul and his amazing team.

Fantastic experience: To the best Osteopath that I will ever know. A little bit of my pain history: I suffered from sharp, localized pain in my glute area, it was not constant or with the same intensity, but at times, I could barely walk, and had to use crutches for the days where the pain was unbearable. I've tried over 2 years the following: NHS physiotherapy, private physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, chiropathy, Osteopathy (where I live - they asked me to do an x-ray and used a software that showed my posture and the points that needed to be corrected, an even with all that, after 5 sessions I felt little or no effect, and still the diagnostic was that I had sciatica, which clearly I didn't and don't have as the symptoms do not match). All this for years with wrong diagnostics and no further investigation. After talking about my situation with a colleague he recommended Dr. Paul Morrissey as he was the best professional that he knew and had helped him with back pain, at the time I thought that I had nothing to lose, I was at the point to try anything and everything, so I booked the session. My experience from the booking to getting to the clinic could not have been better. The team was very informative, caring and kind. Dr. Paul was very professional and caring, he listened carefully to what I said and asked questions, as my pain was not constant or in a specific area, he proceeded to examine me and within 10 minutes he knew that there was something wrong with my sacro-iliac joint, which then affected all the tissues surrounding, giving me the sensation of 'glute pain' he then proceeded with a session and recommended to return 2 weeks later. Walking back to the train station I could not believe how the pain was almost gone, it felt surreal. The pain came back with less intensity, but I could walk and exercise. I continued with the sessions with less frequency, and got better to the point that I forget that I have that pain. Dr. Morrissey is also very observant, so he will know if there is something else that does not look right and will analyse and focus on the areas that need immediate attention. I did go to a private specialist and got x-rays, echography, blood tests and MRI scans as I needed to understand exactly the root of the problem. I was diagnosed with HLA-B27, hence the appearance of some issues. When I told Dr. Morrissey the diagnosis his response was brilliant, he acknowledged the issue but said that he does not like labels that can limit our abilities and that, made me the happiest ever, his approach of movement and mindful connection with our bodies has been the best thing as it makes me want to get better regardless of my condition. I have always done exercise and not being able to move properly has had repercussions not only physically but also mentally, now I don't put any limitations on the type of exercise/movement as I know I can always count on Dr. Morrissey's advice and guidance. He delivers beyond what is expected, because of his vast experience, openness to new technology and ideas, his attentive observation and the most important he listens and communicates. Apart from being very professional he is funny, caring, humble and makes you feel at ease. This has been by far the best investment that I've made last year and will continue to do. Wishing all the best to Dr. Morrissey and his team, they are truly superb!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Paul for more than 10 years after being referred with a prolapsed disc. He is an excellent and hugely experienced Osteopath who has got me out of jail and back on my feet many times. I now see him every 3 months as a maintenance measure to avoid issues building up and, touch wood, this has been effective in keeping problems at bay. Fantastic experience: I first found out about cranial osteopathy following the birth of my first daughter after a difficult labour and cesarean birth that resulted in her being quite unsettled and having a difficult time feeding with a tongue tie which i was hesitant to cut after finding out so late. After two sessions with Sabrina who worked on my daughters problem areas, there was a huge change in her overall demeanour, her abiltiy to feed well and settle for sleep. After having my second daughter 15 months later, this time after a vaginal birth I didnt hesitate to take her to see Sabrina again, and this time much sooner, at 6 weeks. A year a half on and after two pregnancies in close succession I found myself experiencing moderate to severe pain in my lower back, glutes, hips and shoulders and so I finally visited Sabrina who assessed me, throughly explained the exact reasoning behind my discomfort and after one session the difference in my body was instantaneous. I slept like a log that night and felt the drastic change in my body the next day and thereafter. After, the second session, exercises and stretches I am astonished at how important and crucial seeing Sabrina has been to my postpartim recovery. She is warm, affirming, knowledgeable and inspiring and I would and do recommend Sabrina to my clients and to any mother who has given birth, in any way and at any point in their postpartum journey, be it 6 weeks, months or years.

Fantastic experience: To say that the Osteopathic clinic has been a lifeline to my family would not be overstating things. From rugby, Brazilian jiujitsu and judo injuries, to pulls and strains from swimming Paul Morrissey and his team are ALWAYS there to help. With two in the family enduring hypermobility (JHS) as well as scoliosis we probably get into more scrapes than most and from initial diagnosis through treatment for each separate symptom and then on to exercises for every day designed to help prevent reoccurrence it is a wonderfully holistic approach. The surroundings at the clinic provide a superlatively zen atmosphere with Pilates studio and garden, adding to the body and mind approach that is so important to the success of the clinic. Having been with Paul for 18+ years I can honestly say that he is my saviour and long may he continue to be so!

The first session is thorough, offering you a full examination of your pelvic floor, core muscle connection, spine and hip alignment... A detailed plan is written just for, offering informative nutritional advice, a 4 phases fitness programme, stretching schedule and regular calls from Sabrina to check on your progress so that the programme can be adapted further if necessary. I have suffered from chronic back pain for years and unfortunately childbirth accelerated this pain further. Being a new mum, with not much sleep, I was encouraged weekly by my osteopath to continue with the suggested care plan, which I am truly grateful for. I felt supported throughout my journey to recovery. This programme reignites your confidence, and most importantly, builds your strength back. It is an excellent programme that every mum should have. And I would definitely recommend Sabrina to any mum wanting a mummy MOT.

Mon ostéopathe (Sabrina) et la réceptionniste (Stéphanie) parlent français (et anglais bien sûr) couramment. Sabrina est très à l’écoute et professionnelle dans son approche. Elle explique ses gestes et prend le temps de travailler en profondeur tout en s’assurant qu’il n’y a pas d’inconfort pour le patient. Elle a complètement débloqué mon dos en deux séances et m’a recommandé des exercices à la maison pour maintenir les résultats. J’en ai profité pour faire un séance de rééquilibrage après accouchement (chose que j’aurais dû faire il y a deux ans et demi). Entre autres bienfaits, j’ai vu la cicatrice de ma césarienne diminuer rapidement alors que des mois de massage n’avaient jusque là eu aucun effet, et cela grâce au travail préalable de Sabrina. J’ai également amené mon fils de 2 ans et demi pour un check-up (en 2 séances) qui s’est très bien passé. Sabrina est patiente et douce, elle a établi un bon rapport avec mon fils et il est très à l’aise avec elle, ainsi qu’avec Stéphanie qui prend toujours le temps de lui parler. Fantastic experience: Exceptional service! I’ve had two sessions at this clinic and I’m about to book my third. The professionalism is outstanding! The clinic is also extremely clean and my osteopath, Saif Abbasi is very experienced with a great amount of knowledge. I’ve suffered with chronic neck pain for years which resulted in me having migraines at least 3 times a week. After my first session with Saif, my migraines improved significantly and he also managed to fix a problem I’ve had with my hips within the first session! I’ve only ever been to a Chiropractor prior to this, and I can say with confidence that I will stick to osteopathic treatments for the rest of my life!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client for osteopathy and Pilates for several years. Both have been excellent. The team are super in their knowledge and skills, to top it off extremely friendly with all ages. Paul comes to greet his patients personally, and we don't even attend his clinic. Fantastic experience: At 5 months pregnant I started suffering from very bad pelvic girdle pain, leaving me in agony whether I was walking, sitting or even lying in bed. I’ve seen osteos in the past for sports-related injuries but wanted to find someone with more specific experience to this; I found Sabrina recommended on a pregnancy website and was very happy to learn she was based nearby. She seemed to have really in-depth knowledge about pregnancy related pains and was able to simply explain what was causing my issues and why. After the first treatment my pain reduced significantly and it improved further over the next couple of days. I had a follow up appointment a week later, after which the pain was completely gone. Sabrina also kindly sent me some detailed information about exercises and stretches to do at home which have definitely helped keep things under control. I will continue to have regular appointments, just to keep my body in-check, but after my initial panic that I would be in pain for the rest of my pregnancy, it’s now such a relief knowing how quickly Sabrina can resolve any problems I have. I would absolutely recommend Sabrina to anyone needing an osteo, and specifically anyone with any pregnancy related pelvic pains.

Fantastic experience: Paul is an excellent osteopath! I have known Paul for over 25 years and I cannot recommend him enough! He always fixes my back, shoulder etc in just a couple of sessions, he is absolutely amazing! I have two abiding memories of that first treatment... the pain of the treatment and the relief afterwards when my problem was resolved. Fantastic experience: Having used The Osteopathic Clinic for more years than I care to remember, I can not recommend them highly enough!! Paul is a magician in identifying issues, rectifying them or suggesting ideas to prevent them reoccurring. I have been treated by multiple members of the team, all of whom were great, knowledgeable and effective in the treatment provided.
