Negative experience: The owner of the shop was being very pushy and kept on coming close to me and my friend despite being a minor. He was overly complementing us and called my friend ugly due to her acne. I would never come back to this place and advise others not to as well.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional and disturbing behaviour from the owner of this shop. I sent my 15 year old sister to buy a few items, and the man not only made comments about her and her friend’s appearance saying she’s “beautiful but her spots ruin it” but also kept moving close to them while talking. This made them both feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. My sister came home in tears. She already struggles with her confidence, and being spoken to like that by a grown man was completely inappropriate. No child or customer should ever be made to feel uneasy or judged in a shop. He behaved like a creep, and I want others to be aware of this before sending young people there. I’m not sure if he is the owner but he is an Eritrean or Ethiopian man and I think his name is Neb.

Fantastic experience: I just completed the atunbi cleanse. I started at 8:30 and the cleanse for me lasted about 2hours. Felt slight cramps but nothing too major, I handled every. What a great kick to started a healthy journey. Also thank you to Nev for explaining everything clearly, it made the process a lot easier. I was a bit skeptical because I have a big vomit phobia, but I didn’t experience any of that.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service, thats all ill say. However busy you are, a simple acknowledgement of presence goes a long way. Then when you are with someone try not to get distracted because they gave you grace and patience to serve those before them in peace. Love

Fantastic experience: Whilst I was in the shop the assistant heard my coughing and recommended me the Shu powder for my cough. I told him that I had a chest infection and was prescribed antibiotics by my doctor which I had completed without any affect, which then led to a throat infection also. I started taking the Shu powder twice daily and after a few weeks my cough went away. I am very grateful for your recommendation as I had this cough for 3 months.

Fantastic experience: Best natural shop in Brixton

Negative experience: I visited the store Saturday 27 July around 5:30. A lady with a shaved head that served me was extremely rude and unhelpful. Customer service, is imperative if you want your customers to return . I made a long trip to a black owned store and to experience this is frustrating!!

Fantastic experience: The best experience ever. I called the shop while in panic as we really needed some herbs, and we are not London based . Over the phone they helped me and checked what they had or not in stock. Then I had to organise an Uber to collect all and they were absolutely patient and kind. They even let me share the uber journey so that they could see where they were parked. Absolutely KIND and PROFESSIONAL. Before them I called other 7 places and nobody even tried to help me. Attentive sales assistants Went in for Sea Moss and the lady acknowledged my bad acne, she advised I tried the Blood Cleansing tea explaining everything on the skin comes from the gut. Fantastic experience: The best shop with the most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff! So many amazing things in the shop and I always come out with great tips and suggestions from Aurora. My first visit to the shop I was struggling with really awful, inflamed acne on my chin, jaw line and cheeks and everything I tried only made it worse. Aurora was really helpful and gave me a number of products to try, including an herbal tea and their black seed oil. I have been using the black seed oil for the last couple of months and my face has cleared up so beautifully. So grateful for their help and for the remedy, and I highly highly suggest their black seed oil if you are struggling with any inflammation or stubborn acne.
