Fantastic experience: After years of suffering with back pain and various other pains, caused from 30 odd years of being a builder, and after seeing numerous back ‘Specialists’, I was recommended by a friend to go and see Arty, and I’m pleased to say it’s one of the best things I’ve done, after my first visit my back pain reduced immensely, and Arty is slowly but surely working his ‘Magic’ on the rest of my body, I couldn’t recommend Arty highly enough..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: This has been such a good experience for me. I'm a long time sufferer of chronic knee issues which the NHS has been 'helping' with physio, but after years of physio I wasn't seeing any results. After only a few sessions at DAOS I was in less pain and had a plan on how to recover. I put in the effort with DAOs and with the massage and with the holistic approach to helping me improve, I'm feeling so much better already. Fantastic experience: Visited Arty at Daos Clinic last week after a persistent back pain. After describing the issue he took the time to assess various movements to properly diagnose the issue. Very observent to see that both my posture and stride was off. Went to work on the various issues for 45 mins and pleased to say the issue is now resolved, he recommended stretches to help which he sent videos of. Fantastic experience: Arty is more than just a massage therapist he’s a life coach for me, I went to him two years ago and never went back, in that time I never found anyone as good as Arty and for the price he charges you won’t get such a wealth of knowledge in a masseuse like you do with him, I came back last month and it’s the best thing I ever done. Fantastic experience: Arty was able to quickly assess my ongoing health problems and manipulated the points accordingly really reaching areas which no massage or chiropractic services have been able to do before. After a few sessions and working on different areas and discussing my diet and all other areas such as how to breathe when moving and also assessing my energy and what was draining it by how I think and what I worry about he was able to alleviate pain that I have been suffering with for several years. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives excellent lifestyle advice. His techniques are way ahead of anything they practice in the west as he was trained in St. Petersburg. Fantastic experience: Have had neck pain for the past 3 years without knowing what has caused as have had good overall health and gym regularly. Arty showed me in one session something which I had completely missed, how much my chest and shoulder on my right side had become unaligned due to a repetitive strain injury of using my mouse at working in an office setting and you've guessed it for the past 3 years. Fantastic experience: My personal view , The world needs more Arty’s in it , he is a very unique therapist and I feel lucky to have found him. I was at an all time low as I was feeling so unwell but my gp was dismissing my symptoms and I was in a cycle of symptoms peaking, blood tests and then nothing would be done and this had become a constant cycle that had been going on for years. I also developed other symptoms due to inflammation levels etc etc I was in a bit of a mess. I found Arty online , I was looking for a holistic treatment path to make me feel better. My personal view is that you put a lot of trust and faith in a therapist when you walk through their door for treatment , it’s a very private , personal thing and I was vulnerable and at a very low point , being in pain and suffering whilst just carrying on and trying to cope with the day to day is exhausting and debilitating . Arty brings something else to the table , he treated me both physically and mentally , you do have to go in with an open mind so at first I found this difficult but after the first treatment I walked out of the room in less pain and discomfort than I did when I walked in and that was huge …. I felt relief for the first time in I don’t know how long . Arty asked me to agree to work together so he could help me feel better and that really gave me hope when I had not had any for a long time. I started seeing Arty weekly, Arty was very warm and radiated positivity and helped me to feel more positive about things, his knowledge and understanding of the body is really impressive. For example he will ask where my pain was and know what to focus on during the treatment and at the end I walk out of the room feeling relief. Arty always gave guidance on exercise and strengthening between appointments. From the spiritual side Arty will coax things out of you and break it down and explain things in a way I’ve not experienced before, it’s refreshing and to the point and it works. Don’t get me wrong It’s not always pretty but when you go home digest it and come to terms with it …. It make sense . One particular thing has a been life changing for me !! Fantastic experience: I first went to Arty 6 months ago for shoulder and neck pain. He helped me get that sorted within a few weeks. That's what I expected though. Fantastic experience: My visits to Arty at Daos over a six month period have been beneficial. Arty is intuitive, and empathetic and had a holistic approach to my pain. As well as myofascial massage in the clinic, Arty set home exercises and advice especially around posture. The myofascial massage for the jaw/mouth area was a revelation to me. Focus on the lymph at the back of my knees also relieved pain when walking. Expect a very personal and professional service tailored specifically to your needs in which Arty will explore the root cause of your symptoms and work with you to alleviate them.

Fantastic experience: I have called Arty feeling hopeless after seeing the doctors and A&E department for months to help with sudden onset of allergies in a form of swelling and hives multiple times each week. Arty’s positive attitude is contagious and his approach is very different, a real holistic view. He gave me exercises to do at home daily and advised a change in diet. After following his advice, the change was unbelievably fast - from hives and swelling in various body parts a few times a week to sporadic small reaction once in a blue moon. There is more work to do to bring my body back to full balance, but with Arty’s help I am confident that I’m on the right path

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend visiting Arty if you experience bad muscular pain on a regular basis. I have been visiting Arty for about a year now due to bad lower back pain, shoulder pain and knee pain from Latin dancing. After a couple sessions when first seeing Arty my shoulder and back pain disappeared quickly and after every session my knee pain has been hurting less and less every time with the help of exercises Arty has given me.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Arty he is very knowledgeable in many areas, I've only been 4 times so far and the pain I was receiving from lifting my arm up for the first time until now which is very little. Fantastic experience: I already visited Daos clinic several times. I started to visit it because I had Intercostal neuralgia which cause me a lot of pain that last for hours, and no painkillers really worked. Artyom found an issue and helped me, in addition he provided me with exercises and stretches to do. Following his guidance I am not experiencing sever pain related to my Intercostal neuralgia anymore, and feel so much better. Artyom also, check on you after the session to see how are you doing and happy to help with advice when you experience any physical issues outside of the session. Fantastic experience: In short. I highly recommend going to visit for all types of muscle and tendon issues, Arty is freindly, professional and will make you feel alive again. The long story. After getting a bad back I contacted Arty to see if he could help. He was able to fit me in quickly and soon got to the bottom of the problem. He is very thorough and spotted some issues with my posture from bad habits over the years, he worked to help reslove them and advised how to avoid issues in the future. I also mentioned an issue I have had with my knee when cycling that has been causing problems for years, I was amazed to find it was tight muscles and tendons. I had been to several physios in the past, they didn't find anything wrong so put it down to getting old. After a few sessions, I am pleased to say I can get back on my bike and start to push my fitness agian with no pain or clicking. I highly recommend visiting as you're be amazed what he can put right.

Fantastic experience: A friend recommended Daos clinic to me. I’ve had many health and wellness treatments in the past but this one was very different/ exceptional in fact! First time I’ve experienced the mental, spiritual and physical put together. Arty explained how they all affected my body which then manifested in an issue. Just after one treatment my body felt 90% better. One thing to understand here is that it’s team work - the therapist does his work but the patient has to follow his advice to complete the healing process. I was given exercise to do.
