Fantastic experience: I saw Brenda for my first treatment with her today, and i recieved a genuinely exceptional service. Brenda is not only an incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming person, but she gives the attention to all your problems that so many medical professionals dont. Ive been suffering with a bad back, chest and skin issues for a while. Doctors have never looked into any of the issues very far, but Brenda knew exactly what was going on after some examination. She linked my problems to their root causes, and gave me a fantastic massage, with some great tips about my overall health. I came away from the session more confident that my body will be healthier in the future, and with a clear course of action on how to prevent so many issues the doctors have failed to address. She is quite simply a miracle worker. Any client would be incredibly lucky to have her attention. 10/10 i recommend to anyone concerned about their physical health in any way.

Negative experience: Would never attempt to use Brenda’s service again. Appointment booked for 16:30 in Gosport; however at 15:01 I received a WhatsApp voice note from Brenda stating she would be 30minutes late (so 17:00). I said that this should be fine and moved things around. 17:18 she messages me saying “On route”. I ask for some clearer information as to timeframe, as now 48minutes past original booked time. I get nothing, so at 17:22 I decided I have to leave due to other commitments and not hearing back. 17:26 she calls to say she’s still on the way (almost 1hr after booked time and an additional 30+ minutes from her previously stated “late timeframe”). I told her I can not stay that late due to other commitments (children need collecting) so I just want my money back. She point blank refused! I will be contacting my bank, trading standards and taking to social media to make sure more people know NOT to trust this company/woman!

Negative experience: Bought a present (full body massage / 1 hour) for my girlfriend... She has received a phone call one day in advance from the owner/masseuse (Brenda Jogiana) who said that she can't make it at the time we have booked so she must to reschedule it due to some unknown reasons... following day - 30min before new rescheduled appointment we've received another phone call from the same person (Brenda Jogiana) saying the same thing that she can't make it again so have to move it forward AGAIN ...We arrived to Endulge place @2pm (agreed time) and was waiting for the person for 28minutes !!! After she came out and start apologising (but during whole 28min she was laughing and chatting to someone in the other room knowing we are in a reception room waiting)... Basically it ruined the whole day, mood,present and we lost money for unpaid day from work and still awaiting on a refund...I don't recommend this place - unprofessional...

Negative experience: Confusion over appointment times on various occasions. An appointment was booked, and I believe I was booked in on the incorrect date, I never received a reminder email, so missed the appointment as I wasn’t aware that I was booked in on that date. I wrote down the time and date on my phone after my previous appointment, which was different to hers.. I lost £80 pound, this could have easily been a £200 appointment. No call or text to say “Hi, are you running late or check to see where her client was. She has texted/called me a few times to ask me to come in later as she was running behind schedule, and I also changed an appointment as she was running late from the airport. I have received a couple of confirmation emails for appointments on the same date, that show different times, which can be confusing. She told her receptionist off on the phone in front of me, after I attended an appointment that was the wrong time. Apparently there had been several mistakes, I never complained about it, as I understand that mistakes happen. After contacting her regarding the missed appointment, she accused me of missing other appointments! Which is a blatant lie, if I was late or couldn’t attend I would have informed her.. After that I asked her to complete the treatment that she had started, and she blocked me and ignored my email. Always check the date and time, as it could cost you.

Positive experience: Deep tissue massage by Brenda was definitely worth the wait. Brenda was knowledgable and thorough. I had the best nights sleep after my massage and will definitely be booking again .

Fantastic experience: Feedback Pt 1 I have just left Endulge Holistic Therapy having had an all over body massage with Brenda during which she scoped for any problematic areas ans worked on stretching out my tense muscle groups. It was a MARVELLOUS experience because she is determined to get to the root cause of tightness and then put on the HARD WORK to remedy it and get the flow back. I have been too many clinics before but none have compared to this. The service and professional was top notch. The surgery has worked wonders. Fantastic experience: I received a Maya Abdominal Massage as a present from my friend Jane who has been a customer of Brenda for a long time. Being perimenopausal I’ve been looking for alternative treatment to help me. After one session I felt great and straight away I booked for the following week. Fantastic experience: Perfection. That's the only term I can use to describe Endulge Therapy. I have been their customer for a year now and have never been dissapointed by their services. Brenda does my intimate and armpit waxing every month and facial treatments once in a while. I also purchase all my face products from her shop. Brenda is very well trained on how to deal with different skin tones. From Black African, Asian to Caucasian which was very essential for me when I was looking for intimate waxing.

Negative experience: I ordered a gift voucher for Endulge as it looked like a great company with amazing massage options. Unfortunately I had a lot of issues including being turned away at the booked time because the owner hadn’t put this through the system, not being responded to, waiting outside the closed shop for my appointment for 15 minutes and being refused a refund even with all of the above in mind. Whilst I cannot speak on behalf of the services offered I can say that the customer service has been truly disappointing and I really hope the business learn from this experience. Ultimately I did not receive a service I had paid for and this was incredibly unfair and unprofessional

Yesterday was my first time at Endulge I had a full body wax a mani, pedi and my eyebrows threaded. Brenda was 5 stars super professional but yet made me feel so at home, super friendly super chatty ! Fantastic experience: Me and partner booked treatments here as the beauty shop was recommended from a colleague who attended Southampton University. I booked eyebrow threading, a microdermabrasion facial and a hot stone massage. My partner booked a prescription facial, reflexology, back massage and a Manicure. Our therapists for the day were Brenda and Jane. I can honestly say that Brenda delivered one of the best facials I have ever had. She took her time with my facial, she paid attention to each and every spot and used products that were right for my skin. She also recommended products and gave feedback on how I can update my skincare routine. Before my facial I was breaking out & had very prominent spots. Now just a few days after, my spots and scaring have improved dramatically. I have been using the facial cleanser that I purchased from her and this has also helping to clear my face. My partner also throughly enjoyed his treatments from Jane. He said that the massage was extremely relaxing and comforting.
