After only 3 sessions, Lois has released so much tension, restored movement in my neck, and my headaches have significantly improved. Fantastic experience: Really impressed with Restored Eden. Due to an knee injury I sustained whilst hiking, I was unable to train or do any fitness and had pain walking. Lois’ assessment was professional, and thorough. She effectively identified the issue and gave me the right exercises to treat and correct imbalances there and then. Lois also massaged (sports) my hamstring, getting rid of the tightness that contributed to the injury in the first place. Within a week I am back training and the leg/knee feels strong. Fantastic experience: I came in with frozen shoulder. Couldn't move my arm because of the pain. Now I've started a couch to 5 km. The tension has gone. She found where my balance problems were and has given me exercises and guidance to help manage this better and even supported me to go for a short walk outside again! Fantastic experience: Have been experiencing horrid back pain for the past 10 days, and it has been worse the past two days. Messaged Lois this morning and she managed to fit me in for an assessment at 12 today. After a thorough question and answer session so followed through with a firm back massage, which was amazing! My back hasn’t felt to free in ages. She has also given me a programme of exercises to do at home. I have booked for another session next week. Fantastic experience: I had my first ever sports massage with Lois after years of vigorous exercises without proper “M.O.T” of my body. All I can say is the experience was top notch, and I was left in awe of her professionalism and diligence. She was so thorough in working through the muscle tension (even located knots where I had not felt pain before) and helped to free my muscles up. I’m now enjoying my exercises pain free. She was also spot on when she told me why my knees hurt when I run. She then gave me an invaluable advice on what I needed to do to relieve the pain and strengthen my knees. Fantastic experience: I’ve seeked advise twice for injuries that have stopped me going about my daily routine. Lois was amazing! Both times I felt a huge improvement after the sports massage. The first time she identified what exercise I would enjoy that would get my hip back to good health and after dedicating time at the pool within 4 weeks I was without pain and fully mobile. The second time the massage really helped my frozen shoulder and again Lois has recommend exercises which I have been doing and already seen an improvement. Lois agreed to meet me almost immediately and soon diagnosed the reason for the pain. The therapist, Lois, spent time to understand goals and was able to diagnose my issue and provide effective treatment that offered some relief. I have seen Lois 3 times over a 4 week period and have had no migraines and already seen a reduction in numbers of headaches which now last a short time , managed by paracetamol. Fantastic experience: I saw Lois for a consultation on a long standing shoulder pain. She quickly got to work on working out the root causes of my problem and gave me a very good first treatment. This was followed up by a very thoughtful, clear and logical explanation of what was causing my pain and some clear guidance on how I could help myself avoid further problems. There was no pressure from Lois to book further treatments but I will be going again as part of my get well plan.

Fantastic experience: Amazing physio and sports massage therapist, I ruptured a part of my quad a few years ago playing football and my legs haven’t been the same since with recurring injuries and I have been close to giving up on football altogether. However since seeing Lois she’s identified an imbalance in my muscles in my legs and detailed what I should be doing to strengthen and improve the condition of my legs and in the past 2 months my legs have felt the best they have done since I ruptured my quad.
