After studying sport and exercise science at university I worked in media for 5 years and have now come back full circle to the fitness industry, simply because I love it.
I believe life is about balance. I also believe it is possible to achieve your health and fitness goals whilst looking and feeling great without the need to stop doing the things that you enjoy - I am here to help you do just that.
First, I find out what you want to work on, your goals and what you do/don’t like doing in the gym. I’ll then go away and put a programme together and work with you, implementing the plan and helping you reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: I started being coached by Mitch in April 2023 and I absolutely loved it! He is passionate about what he does; he's really knowlegeable and strives to be the best he can be, ensuring he's up to date on training modalities, and the most efficient ways to get his clients into the best shape. He's a realist, and and understand people have lives outside of the gym, so you won't get a cookie cutter plan with loads of unnecessary exercises; the plans are really tailored to you, taking your specific personal circumstances (time available, diet restrictions etc) into account, which makes consistency easy. Fantastic experience: Mitch has helped me in so many ways. I had so much personally going on with running my own business, two kids and one of them being seriously unwell long term. Fantastic experience: Knowing Mitch for years as a colleague and asking for his help and knowledge as a fellow coach hi has explored different education in coaching than myself was and continues to be an awesome experience. We hit target weight and body levels before the planned photoshoot and gave us time to experiment with various carbs loads and all the time providing more support in personal issues in my life to keep me focused and even talk shop as a fellow online coach. When I reached out to him, I had already been going to the gym regularly for around a year and a half, but I'd reached a ceiling and needed expert guidance to help me get to the next level. Mitch is a phenomenal personal trainer. His knowledge of the human anatomy, nutrition, biomechanics and his thirst for knowledge to ensure his clients receive the best service is second to none. Fantastic experience: I’ve worked with Mitch for over 2 years now, initially wanting to drop my weight and gain a bit of muscle. I’ve now been through 2 cycles and have a body I’m always proud of. Fantastic experience: It’s been a huge challenge to find someone who understands specific functional training and being able to consider aesthetic aspects of that as well, until of course Mitch. He has been brilliant in understanding what pole fitness requires and how that translates to strength training in the gym, and also addressing my aesthetic concerns. I have been training for several years, but I can honestly say I’ve only been able to achieve my goals with him and we’ve only worked for 3 months. To add onto that, I also travel every 2 weeks so the guidance on managing these intricacies have just been superb. Fantastic experience: I started out with Mitch after having been going to the gym for over 5 years, 5 days a week minimum, but never feeling like I look like the way I should. Mitch put a programme together for me which at first I was actually hesitant with because I thought it was too ‘easy’ (I wasn’t sweating ‘enough’..) after only 2 weeks started seeing small changes, now 4 months later I’m in the best shape I have ever been and I’ve learnt so much about the mechanics of the body and even the exercises/machines themselves. Fantastic experience: Mitch is the first ever personal trainer I’ve trained with and likely going to be the only one! He has great knowledge and is amazing at what he does. He understands your goals, what one would like to do and tailors the sessions accordingly. Having never done weight training before, I never thought I would enjoy it but I honestly look forward to my sessions with him. He motivates you, pushes you (but only the right amount) and keeps a check on you to ensure one follows good eating habits and lifestyle. He’ll chat with you amidst sets to ensure it’s still fun but quickly gets you back to work when it’s time. Having trained with Mitch for over a year now, I feel a huge difference. Fantastic experience: My fiancè trained with Mitch while I was pregnant and I seen significant results with him, it made sense I started with Mitch once I had the baby and was ready to get back training. After 2 months of training with Mitch I was back wearing size 10 and had my confidence back in the gym. Not only was Mitch professional and provide a very straight forward training and eating plan. Mitch was also patient and understanding of the fact I was a new-mum. I would highly recommend Mitch whether you are a novice or expert with training! Fantastic experience: I have been training for about 10 years with various trainers. Then I found Mitch. He completely changed my way of thinking about exercise. He created a resistance program to suit me, which we vary every six weeks. The change in my body is massive, I’m toned and sculpted and my clothes fit better. I feel confident in how I look. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Mitch for over two years now. In that time I have grown so much more confident and knowledgeable about how to train properly, how I need to fuel my body and how to get the most out of my workouts. Before training with Mitch I would go to the gym with only a vague idea of what I was going to do and repeating the same exercises that I knew and felt comfortable with. With Mitch I now have a training plan which is easy to follow, keeps me accountable and pushes me in every session, whether I am training with Mitch or on my own in the gym. Fantastic experience: I've trained with Mitch for over 4 years now. In that time I've become stronger and more confident in the gym. He mixes up my plan to keep things interesting whilst sticking to what works, progressive overload. Mitch imparts his knowledge, which means I've learnt loads in the time we've worked together; I now understand how to adapt/flex my training rather than relying on just what I'm told in our sessions, which means I get more out of the sessions I do on my own. During the various lockdowns we seamlessly switched to video sessions and outdoor sessions, when permitted, and he adapted my plan for the equipmentI I had at home. It was a tough time for everyone but Mitch kept his sense of humour and encouraged me and I credit him with helping me keep my sanity during this time! I've had some neck/back issues in the past and Mitch has been great at amending my plan to ensure I can train what I can whilst ensuring I rest and recover. I'm currently preparing for my wedding next year and Mitch has come up with a plan to help me get into the best shape whilst working around Christmas, hen dos etc. Having a plan that takes everyday life (for me, enjoying a few drinks!) into account means it's realistic and it works, as I've already lost weight and body fat, am toning up and growing my bum! All this through following my plan and being accountable. I recommended Mitch to my sister, who now also trains with him and would not hesitate to recommend him to others!
Fantastic experience: I had been training by myself for a couple of year, had created plans of my own but always struggled at sticking to one goal, I often chopped and change between bulking and cutting in matters of weeks. I wanted to break that cycle and gain a little bit more confidence in what I was doing. Mitch is great at providing the reassurance/motivation in both good and bad weeks, and I always learn something new. I can't recommend Mitch enough, even if you generally find you're confident in what you're doing, having that accountability and motivation and Mitchs knowledge is game changing. My confidence has massively increased not just in the gym, but in becoming comfortable gaining weight to achieve goals. Mitch is also an all round lovely person, signing up was easy and I didn't feel any high pressured sales pitch that you often find with other trainers. Fantastic experience: I came to Mitch in 2019 looking to achieve a goal to be in my best shape for holiday, achieving above and beyond of what I ever thought I could with his knowledge on fitness. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Mitch enough. I was at a point where I wanted to get healthier and fitter and enjoy the gym, but was terrified! That’s where Mitch taught me how to use the gym correctly and get the results I was looking for. Alongside meal planning I have lost 10+ KG in a few months and feel and look better than ever.
Fantastic experience: Mitch is the best PT. I used to do cardio and strength training while training over 8 hours a week and just stay in the same place in terms of my performance and shape. With less than 5 hours a week and much better training quality I have manged to see great results.

Fantastic experience: I was on lowest point in my life when I met Mitch. I was recovering from extensive back injury and not being able to train for long time,I had lost all confidence in my self. Mitch took time to hear me out,listened all my worries and concerns and made me feel valued and gave me lot of hope that soon enough I will be back to my full health! Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Mitch highly enough. Our sessions are always intense but enjoyable. He balances routine-based workouts with creativity; enough to ensure that I hit/exceed targets without ever getting bored. After only 3 months of 2 sessions per week I’m seeing great results - enough for others to notice too! This is all with only minor adjustments to my diet (if anything I eat more!).
Fantastic experience: I have worked out with Mitch in the spring of 2016, at the time when I used to live in London for an internship (I'm Belgian). We used to work out 2 or 3 times a week. Mitch went out of his way to fit our workouts in my weekly rotating work schedule. I absolutely loved the workouts! Mitch is a fantastic personal trainer who is very good at feeling where your boundary is and manages to push you just beyond that boundary. Our workouts varied a lot, something that I appreciate and need when working out. We re-discovered my love for boxing and Mitch used this as an advantage during our next workouts. He taught me some basic but elementary techniques and we started boxing regularly as a way of cardio. Because I liked it so much, it forgot how heavy the workout actually was. Win-win! One final thing I really appreciated about Mitch's personal training is his broad knowledge about the field. When I had a question about a certain muscle or technique, he was able to answer my question. If you are looking for a personal trainer that both delivers results and makes working out fun, Mitch is your guy! Joy

Fantastic experience: The main reason I decided to get myself a trainer was that I had gained weight and needed to feel better about myself with being a bus driver it was seen difficult making less time to exercise. But then Mitch came along has been an absolute delight, he has helped with my confidence, pushing me all the time in sessions even when I felt like I couldn't do any more, he always makes the training sessions fun, learnt about the different exercises, correct techniques. He's has helped me in so many ways and I can't thank him enough. Not only that's he's a good guy and has become a good friend of mine.

Fantastic experience: I recently trained with Mitch for around 3 months and it was indeed a wonderful experience. As it was my first time in a gym and my health wasn't that great, I was a bit skeptical about my decision to join MyPTStudio at first but Mitch not only made me feel comfortable but helped me grow stonger and fitter and hence more confident about myself within weeks. Fantastic experience: Such a brilliant personal trainer! I have always found working out a really hard thing to get into and to stay motivated but since he's been training me I've felt such a difference.
