Fantastic experience: I saw a nurse for travel vaccinations this morning, and she was extremely friendly and professional. I don’t think the current low rating on Google is deserve, I had a very good experience.

Negative experience: It is realy concerning. NHS needs to protect the elderlies and other people with Health Problems. We go to GPs to be treated professionaly/properly, not to be harassed and saddened. Those who mishandle patients in the prestigious NHS are very few.

Negative experience: Absolute waste of time. The Dr didn’t bother to read the online consultation I filled in and said he will read it after so he had no idea what was going on. Wasn’t allowed to get a vaccine I specifically booked for the appointment and the receptionist was no better. Just a really strange and creepy old man. He was asking unrelated questions during the appointment and throwing the most stereotypical jobs as he tried to press on finding out more about me when the appointment was for my son. Avoid at all cost.

Negative experience: I’ve been with this GP for years now and the only reason I don’t change is my repeated prescriptions as from experience it’s a nightmare to sign them over. I’ve had numerous encounters with them and I cannot recommend this clinic, at all. Firstly there is something wrong with their call system, do not bother! The only way is to actually go to see the receptionist in person. How they don’t fix the issue for years I cannot understand! Secondly they are hugely unorganised and do not communicate/ check their emails. Just a few month ago they send me to a specialist who notified me via letter that I needed another repeat subscription, GP said they never received the information and that I should take this up with the specialist. Won’t even bother getting into that back and forth, it should be their responsibility to check on these things as within the NHS there is no way to get hold of anyone. Thirdly my child turned 1 and nobody contacted me for vaccinations ( surprise surprise ) I thought at least with children they would take extra care but they don’t which is shocking and the last straw for me changing GPs asap. Be aware that there is no GP at this clinic, just on certain days and it is nearly impossible to get any sort of appointment. When my baby was sick at 3 month old I had to call 111 and they got me an appointment in Wembley ( which is 45min away ) at one of their clinics and all I got after traveling there with an infant was “so you are a first time mum huh” which is highly unprofessional! I must say the male receptionist at this clinic always seems to be helpful and the lady that take bloods is too.

Negative experience: Twice I have been here, and twice I have had issues. First time, I was told I needed to come here for a blood test and a vaccine. The lady said I could have a blood test, so I waited ages. Until past 12. I finally went in, and the nurse didn't know I had a blood test. I said to her I booked in with rhe receptionist she said it was fine. I said to the nurse that it was a general bloodtest (to my knowledge) and that would it be on the system? She said she didn't know. So I was turned away after ages. Had to rebook it, and the next nurse understood what bloodtest I needed this time. Not sure why the other lady didn't know. This time around, I was told by the dr to come here with my paper (regarding which blood test to take)... The receptionist told me I needed to go to willsden instead. Even though I was sent from willsden yesterday to come here. I tried to explain to her that WILLSDEN told me to come here, but she just said that's the closest, so now I cannot go today due to once again lack of miscommunication.

Negative experience: Needed a refill of my contraception and filled out the online consultation. I was then told I needed to provide my blood pressure which I did. I was then told I would have a telephone appointment at some point that day. I canceled plans and stayed home as I am very concerned about running out of pills. I was not contacted at all.

Negative experience: The clinic itself is fine and there is no issues, that is if you manage to get an appointment there and not get sent to one of the other clinics that are far away. Besides being near impossible to book appointments here, when you do manage to book an appointment they will message you 30/40 minutes before your appointment to cancel it. And then the only choice you have to get an appointment is to go to one of the other clinics that are far away. I can't complain about the treatment and the doctors and nurses but the booking system and the way they just cancel on you is utterly ridiculous and honestly they need to change this whole thing

Negative experience: Genuinely had such a laughably horrific experience at this clinic with the physio. He belittled me when I couldn’t complete an exercise, even going as far to asking my partner in disbelief if he could complete it as if the whole reason I was there wasn’t because I was struggling to walk. When I first arrived he asked me my pain on a scale of 1-10 (which i answered a 7) only later to say “if your pain reaches above a 5 come back” so clearly he was either not listening or did not believe me. He Ignored the fact that I have had a job for the last two years that requires a lot of exercise, then proceeded to tell me i need to exercise more and was overweight after googling a bmi calculator (my bmi is 27 because i have a lot of muscle mass due to my active lifestyle). I was then given a weight loss consultation which 1). I did not ask for 2). I was not asked if I wanted and 3). Was not made aware of either in session or by a follow up email or text. Even the lady who I had the consultation with wasn’t aware of what she was calling me for and because I wasn’t aware either she had to go and search for the reason. Entirely unprofessional but if you’d like unsolicited weight loss advice after having your pain and concerns ignored this is your clinic !

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to go due to the bad reviews, but honestly it was fine. Ms Tork was excellent, and very polite, I had the test done in 2 minutes, and when I called for the results they were very fast to answer.

Negative experience: This GP surgery is negligent. They do not contact you when they are supposed to. I have been lied to by the receptionists. Far from helping with my problems, they have actively made them worse. Please do not register with them.
Negative experience: THE WORST GP SURGERY EVER. Every interaction with this practice has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I spent almost a week without having my daily medication available because of their incredibly unprofessional service (where several mistakes were made). This was the last straw. I decided to register at a different practice to try and save my physical and mental health. I can’t believe this place is part of the NHS system, they should really consider doing a clinical audit because standards are not met in this medical centre. The only positive experience I had was with the nurse (a young woman) that sometimes works at Chamberlayne and does the blood tests.
Negative experience: Great service from receptionist, courteous and respectful. I cannot say the same for the GP, who asked me questions then kept on loudly interrupting me as soon as I tried to answer. The consultation room had a strong unpleasant smell of vomit, at least when I was there.
Negative experience: Not recommended my child was given expired vaccine and when I raised the issues they told me it’s only expired last night in other countries they give vaccines that expired for months the nurse didn’t even say sorry or showed any sympathy instead she was trying to put blame on me and denied she gave expired vaccine she said only sticker old but I saw her putting stickers from same box that’s given to my child and she said if even that happened it’s not a problem as it one night since expiry date would you accept taking expire sandwich or juice from shelf? Forget about giving a child expired vaccine and show no sense of guilt or support or at least apologize.
Negative experience: Trying to call them almost for a hour no answer this is not the first time i had to go to the gp and as soon as i went it the place it was quite no one was even in the gp so thats really annoying and it was for my daughter and son. Not happy at all
Negative experience: THIS CLINIC IS AWFUL. The receptionists are rude and desperate to get you off the phone and just don't prescribe your medication after saying they will. TWICE now they've never sent my prescription to the pharmacy. lazy and depressing

Negative experience: Gave 2* as they managed to fit me in despite me arriving 11 minutes late and ordered me some cream at a pharmacy local to my house. Downgraded to 1* as this pharmacy has been closed for over 2 years. Dreadful people. Receptionist was dressed in a football t shirt and dirty tracksuit bottoms. He didn’t seem very courteous either. The Doctor there was very rude and frequently raised his voice asking shaming questions such as “if there’s only one spot now and it’s getting better why did you come here?!” and “have you ever been to a pharmacy before in this country?!”(I formerly had rashes and spots all along my skin, some of which wouldn’t clear up). He’d also laugh when asking snide comments like this. He seemed to have no motivation to investigate my skin problem. Left feeling annoyed and honestly I wouldn’t trust this place. The GPs attitude was appalling, especially when you consider the importance of people’s health.

Fantastic experience: I am new to this GP, I have completed online consultation and spoke with the doctor the next day, ordered blood test and this was done quick and efficiently by the nursing team. Last week I booked for today's appointment with nurse Afi Tork, who was very kind, friendly, extremely professional and knowledgeable, who referred me for additional checks. Negative experience: Today (28/03/2023 around 11:30) I was in the waiting room and a young lady was trying to speak with the receptionist and the he was so rude with her and started to shout in the room telling al the personal information of the lady in front of all the people that were in the room ! The lady run away crying, that's really unprofessional and this guys should be fired for what he did! Really rude and unprofessional!
Negative experience: This GP does not function correctly, it’s managed by Hazeldene Medical in Wembley. You can never get through on the phone, the online triage system is so obstructive you either end up with “a call 111 you could be in danger” msg, or “call our pharmacist” (which I did and was told the pharmacy number had been provided as a mistake and they couldn’t help me) or a “nurse will call you” msg. In the 18mths I was with this surgery I never managed to see an actual doctor. Hours of my life were painfully wasted on an endlessly repeating outdated Covid /Monkey Pox update phone msg which I had to beg in person for someone ro remove from the answering phone msg, as wait times were so long it was punishing. In the end I had to take myself to St Charles’ Urgent Care to be treated for my chronic condition who informed me I needed a hospital referral. Shockingly bad care from this GP completely broken system. Please avoid at all costs!
Fantastic experience: I know some of the reviews aren't great and so I was a bit apprehensive but everything went really well! They were super quick and super friendly! Made me feel really comfortable as I'm usually scared of taking blood. Thanks!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. I submitted an online consultation request on 15th of July, I was advised to book blood tests which took over a month to book, one day before my appointment they called to cancel/reschedule and finally I booked a telephone appointment for today, the 27th of September to discuss my results. I took annual leave from work to be available for the phone call and an hour later still no call. I have never ever encountered a more disgraceful treatment with rude staff that raised their voice over phone on numerous occasions and keep you on hold for 40 mins just to hung up. Their GP threatened me NHS will not offer me treatment for the rest of my life assuming I am some sort of parasite trying to rob the system of undeserved treatment!
Negative experience: Such poor service. 3 weeks for an appointment or go to Alperton or Wembley. Complaints get ignored. Hours in queue then get told “we cannot see calendar until next week, call 111 and you’ll get an appointment at Hammersmith Hospital. Still awaiting Ms Hiranis call back from April. Told she’s now on holiday and no one knows for how long or when she’ll be back or even who’s taking over her responsibilities. The worst you could ever imagine. Stay well away.
Negative experience: Receptionist at this doctor is getting from bad to worse. I've been trying to talk to reception for 3 days now no luck. Tried again today 23rd of September 4:05 pm precisely I was caller number two it took me 35 minutes to be imposition number one After about 0ne hour answering machine came on telling me to redial or call back I've been waiting too long. Three days I've been trying to get through to reception and waiting 1 hour then been cut off.

Negative experience: This is the worst surgery ever. All the positive reviews seem fake. I joined here reading all of this but the reality Is sad. I was asked to do smear test and after countless cancellations 24 hours before the consultation as they will always have an issue, I got it done. And for some reason the person who did it made some mistake and I have to redo it. Booked an appointment after 2 hours waiting on the phone line again (because their online booking doesn’t work), had to book a day off from work as they didn’t have more sensible days available. And now they’re calling me telling that it’s cancelled again. They don’t have anymore availability for this month or next. I’m going to change this surgery as I don’t think I can get to the root of my problem as they are not bothered if you still can breathe. I wasted many days of my annual leave as they always cancel in the last minute.
Negative experience: If I could give one star every time I deal with this place, I would. It’s always impossible to order prescriptions, delaying my medication all the time. The last time, I’ve been questioned suspiciously, why Do I need a certain medication (which I always order) as I should still have some at home. Why? Because I always order in advance and don’t end up without when I need it! Treating me like I’m dumb when it’s years that I take the same medications. Whoever is at the phone, mostly, is rude. Once they also removed my repeat medications without informing me nor my rheumatologist leaving me without treatment for more than two weeks!!! The physical pain that I got from that episode and the mental frustration have been awful. Maybe someone should go check for real and see if the people working there are actually competent.
Negative experience: Worst GP service ever! Never able to get appoinment there! For doing blood test have to wait 1!!! month! Receiption is worst ever! Dosent want to work. Many times see such a picture. Im calling GP, on the phone for 40 minutes, first in queue, but receptionist sitting outside my house, smoking and talking by mobile. And it not one time was like this, its always like this. Now 2 days surgery closed! No notice or something. And I cant even to collect my forms! Worste service ever!!!! Avoid.

Negative experience: I can only think all the positive reviews are fake - go to the NHS website and you’ll see the reality of this GP service. They have no in-house doctors. You must fill in a form to speak to a medical professional, then told to wait by the phone for a call that doesn’t come. I ended up in A&E as a result last time and it was 8 days before a GP called. The receptionist has no advice except to go to urgent care putting pressure on local hospital services. Please avoid at all costs, this is an extremely dangerous practice and needs to be shut down
Negative experience: Absolute worst Surgery, can’t even get a hold of them to book an appointment. Leave you on hold for over 2 hours on caller number 1. Their customer care will leave you absolutely frustrated. I have never left a bad review but this place was necessary.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with the services offered by GP checks, specialist medical referrals, and in-house medical tests. Medical advice is given expertly and with care.
Negative experience: Even if you are caller number 1, they keep you on hold for 30 minutes. Very unhelpful, takes over a week for someone to contact you to renew a prescription

Fantastic experience: My two children and I have been patients of Dr. Sheetal and her practice for many years. I do not have enough superlatives to describe how I feel about what she has done for my family and her wonderful care. From basic medical issues to complex mental health and personal challenges Sheetal is incredible. Nothing is ever too much and Sheetal has a caring style with a useful dose of reality that makes for a wonderful bedside manner. Always available and highly sensitive to different personalities with the ability to communicate to all ages with great effect. Negative experience: I've been with this practice for just under a year before I finally decided to move on and change to a different GP. Their online services don't work, getting a call back takes a week, and my last request for an appointment took two weeks to be acknowledged. Their positive reviews on Google look suspicious to say the least. Try calling them for yourself and see if anyone picks up. - Edit: see response below. Unsurprisingly, not even the complaints section of their website works.

Negative experience: This surgery made me cry from pure frustration after trying consistently for 2 months to get a single consultation with a GP. After a long saga of online, phone, attempts, a missed call (they only call once) and a call from a pharmacist (?!), I never got one so I changed practices. They only have the ‘online service’ where you can never talk with a gp and they respond within three days.. then they don’t follow up if there are issues. The receptionist when I went for a urine test was unprofessional - he told me COVID wasn’t real and wouldn’t let me use their toilet there to take the test- told me to go find one down the road and come back. One bright spot was the nurse who took blood- lovely woman. However, please avoid this surgery and save yourself a lot of stress and frustration. I don’t understand where these positive reviews are coming from and I honestly don’t think there is actually a doctor that works at the surgery as I never managed to get a hold of one.

Negative experience: Possibly the worst Gp surgery that ever existed, took my father years ago with suspicion that he had dementia I was told bluntly that I was wrong took a year for them to test him and refer him to memory team where they confirmed he did. Doctor has no bedside manner and is very rude reception equally rude even to social services best move I did was leaving there, advise anyone to leave this practice asap

Negative experience: This surgery dont offer same day emergency appointment for 2 years old which was very disappointment. It is not part of their policy. They asked us to fill the form online and online form recommended to see the GP. Stay away from this surgery.

Negative experience: This place is a con - no one ever enters or leaves. Patients call the ‘press for help’ button and wait outside with a dial tone for ages, but no one ever answers. I live down the road and have never seen anyone inside, never seen the door open, and never seen any signs of activity.

Negative experience: Unbelievably poor service!! I moved to this GP after I moved to the area. I wanted to make an appointment due to consistent headaches, I never go to the GP or hospital but really wanted to see the GP. I had to fill out a econsult form which I did, then asked for an appointment. So the GP did not even bother calling me. I received a text to tell me to take paracetamol and get an eye test. No one called to check up on me and when I called in to reception, I bought this up and the receptionist said they would raise it and get back to me. They didn’t. I called again for something else and raised it up again. The receptionist asked if I had an eye test and that I needed to call tell them what happened. How am I supposed to know this if the text did not say this and I can’t even speak to the doctor without filling out the econsult form? I filled out the form again and described the problems in detail, the GP called me 2days later and told me she will arrange a blood test and if I can take pictures and point to where I get headaches (I literally described it to her and told her where) but apparently these pictures are important for her cause she needs to see (please note the GP has an option for video calls). I’m writing this email while I’ve been on the phone for over 30mins waiting to ask about how to send these pictures. I’ve been told that I’m caller number 1 in the queue since the start of the call. I’ve never experienced such poor service and really wish I kept my old GP who were just fantastic. If I could give this GP less than 1star, I would.
Negative experience: I don’t understand the high reviews of this GP. Maybe they were before COVID. I needed an appointment to refill my acne treatment and took me 3 weeks to get it although I had the treatment before. I was told I would be called on the 29th without any time. I was called at 10:20 an 10:40 and as I was in a working call I couldn’t answer. When I called back they told me my appointment was cancelled and I had to make another one because I missed the “appointment”. This is highly inconsiderate of the patients time and inflexible of the gp. If you want to have flexible time for doctors please be considerate of patients time as well! I do not know how is able to just sit and wait for a call the whole day. People have jobs as well...
