Fantastic experience: A special place , back in July was not in great place with numerous issues , could not get appointment with my regular GP , managed to get appointment at The centre with Dr Rodriguez let me tell you he changed my life was so compassionate , I’m anti taking medicine but he persuaded me to try taking a medication he recommended with his sincerity. This is massively demoralising and quite disgusting behaviour. 111 said my condition is critical and i musy go to A&E, the hospital want to do tests rather than treat me immediately, the exact same test my GP keeps doing, when I said I've had those tests, they direct me back to the GP. 111 tell me again my symptoms are critical and I must go to A&E and be treated immediately. Im suck in th this merry go round are my health is rapidly deteriating . I'm in serious pain, i can not eat, my situation is serious, I do not want to die over something as simple as being denied anti biotics.

Negative experience: Awful service. Impossible to contact them. Was experiencing back pain and walked there and back (1 hour) for a scan that was not necessary. Am now in much more pain than before from the walk. The GP was meant to phone for follow-up but did not and sent a text to say I can book an appointment next week. As a fun extra, they gave me a feedback form to fill out. I did so and it said I couldn't submit it because the form had already been completed. Can't contact them for your appointment, can't give them feedback, but on the plus side they will make your pain worse. I would advise it's safer to go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Been a patient since 1986 . The last few years I have begun to feel as this is now more thinking with their commercial mind oppose to helping a patient . Sincerity to help is dying especially with the new breed of doctors/clinical physicians in this surgery. On hold for 40 mins to be told to go via the text link ….i can deal with that …just about !! But the total brashness by the apparent medical expert (in this case Mr Ali ) ….its almost like computer says no . He has an answer ready before you’ve asked the question - he wants to explain that he knows your symptoms and pain better than you and then tell you to try again next week . I have had 2 calls with him - he lacks complete empathy . Distinct lack of emotional intelligence and just black and white scripted intelligence . They need a review of etiquette and tone - when somebody calls imagine it’s usually because they are in some form of distress . Oh and the usual response is … if symptoms persist go to a&e …almost as if that the get out of jail card . The me Ali needs to go .
