Fantastic experience: Frank is superb! I'd been contemplating using a PT for several months and finally but the bullet last month. Being a regular gym goer/runner, I'd like to think I'm quite fit but fast approaching 40 and a new decade I wanted to improve my core, strength and focus on lifting weights. Sure, there's Google/Internet/Pinterest but I wanted a professional to show me the ropes. I chose Frank due to his 5* reviews, immense qualifications but in particular Postural Correction. Amongst others: Bespoke Plans, Persistence, Motivation, Strength and Conditioning as well as Nutritional Guidance. Frank is genuinely a phenomenal human being. He is professional, fun, listens, passionate, drives you and very organised. I opted for a monthly plan (one hour session per week) rather than pay as you go (slightly more expensive). It's the best money I've ever spent. An investment to yourself is priceless. Being local to my gym was a bonus. Whilst not trying to lose weight but build strength I have lost a bit, my BMI improved and felt more energetic. Being a vegetarian for 33+ years I know my diet has lacked. Frank provided inspiring nutritional information and I have gained confidence using various machinery at the gym/weights I wouldn't have approached by myself. Fantastic experience: Absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt (and by a significant margin) the best PT out there for a number of reasons. I started with Frank on a once per week basis. I was out of shape, unhealthy and unhappy about it. I am now in good shape and making excellent progress and real happy about it. Below are some reasons as to why Frank is the ultimate PT. Personality: Frank is very intuitive which is a huge bonus for a PT as he can quickly work out how to push you, in the way that works best for you as an individual. He is also really good fun and very supportive. He doesn’t just want your money, he wants you to succeed and he really means it. Sessions with Frank are fun as well as productive, focused, effective and value for money. Knowledge: Frank has really done his research and knows his trade. He knows about every aspect (nutrition, muscle types, recovery and importantly, how mental health and well-being can impact your motivation etc… Results: I personally have seen excellent results from working with Frank and I am now very confident in what I need to do. However, it was important for me to have a PT who looked the part. This would provide visual evidence to me that the person I am trusting with my fitness and money does know what he is doing. You can tell easily that Frank is in excellent shape and thus, the “proof is in the pudding”. Structure: When you need to make a good start at something new, which needs consistency in order to succeed at your goals, structure is the key. Frank is very good at providing that and then keeping you on track with it. As a result of Frank being so good I now feel confident enough to crack on without him. My goal was to have a PT until I felt I knew more about what to do and how to do it. Frank taught me this. Personally I plan to still use Frank on an ad hoc basis to focus on specific things from time to time. I enjoy seeing him in the gym, saying hi and seeing him working so well with his other clients. I highly recommend Frank to anyone and at any level of fitness, whether brand new to the gym, under or overweigh and even if you want to train specific aspects or for an event etc… I hope this helps you in your search for a PT.

Fantastic experience: Passionate, motivating and personable are the three words I'd use to describe Frank. Whilst we've only been working together for a short time I'm already learning loads, feeling more confident and seeing positive changes! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, will get you to where you want to be! Strong, client specific focused PT with varied exercises, encouragement and energy which will mean steady progression to your goals. I also find that the workouts combined with education on diet and lifestyle is really useful to apply away from the gym to complement the PT sessions and progression.

Fantastic experience: Frank is amazing. In simple language, no BS. I approached him to begin PT with him, just told him a few standard things everyone is looking to do, he called me right then, took some measurements and bang we started off. No time waste and no false promises. He reminded me a million times that it will be a painful journey and discipline is key and that i have to turn up no matter how much pain i am in. He helped me train my maind notnto skip exercise because of "pain". Some of his strengths are: Communication - whether about scheduling a session, or reminding a session or cimmunicationg throughout the session and each exercise. When he first said this will be key in our trainings, I did not quiet understand what he meant. But he gave it a whole new definition. How you feel, where you feel, how much you feel, where you should not feel, why should you not feel, what itbdoes, why are do anything we are doing, and so much more. Professional- very professional and passionate in what he does. Sometimes it feels he is more engaged than me and it pushes me to work harder. He has good techniques to support your moves with a very delicate and professional approach and making sure you are not uncomfortable. Knowledge - not just anyone with a degree. He knows his stuff and very quick with improvisation. I developed some knee issues and he never let it delay or stop our sessions. He changed and workouts around my limitation. Further, he helps find out solutions to improve my knee issues and spends time in trying to understand my situation better and plans workouts accordingly. Motivating - I am not surprised he says his little boys have endless energy! Frank has limitless energy and focus. He keeps the workouts different, interesting, powerful and helps motivate by sharing knowledge, other people's achievements, his own progress and most importantly he appreciates when you do well. Many a times when I feel it hasn't been a good set and tell him that, he would explain differently and highlight what was good about it. One feels positive with his approach. I am way more confident with weights with his support. I would highly recommend him if one is looking to make a lifestyle change and re build approach to exercise.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Pure Gym Kidbrooke, Frank introduced himself and welcomed me. He informed me he was a Personal Trainer and told me he was aware I was new, which showed how much attention he paid and how often he was there. Whilst handing me his business card he let me know he was on hand to answer any questions I might have. Listening to me and what I'm looking to achieve, Frank immediately made my goals his own. It feels like a team effort so I don't feel alone on this fitness journey. The initiation email provides you with all the information you could possibly need from supplements to eating plans. The booking system is great, numbering sessions so you can keep track where you are and what you'll be doing. Frank sends early morning reminders of booked time slots and messages often to ensure you're keeping on track. This is often a welcomed reminder, to stay focused and make the right choices when it comes to food, drink and a healthy lifestyle. Health and Safety is a key factor to Frank's training which makes me feel incredibly safe. From learning how to safely jump off a fast running treadmill to neck positioning on a barbell squat, he's always ensuring I'm not going to cause myself injury. I trust him wholeheartedly to catch me when my ankles are weak or I'm lifting heavy. I've worked with PTs before but Frank's energy is different. His ability to keep the energy high and the sessions fun encourages me not to give up when it gets tough. I am not a confident person in the gym, often feeling intimidated in the weights area, but that completely disappears when I am training with Frank. He has an amazing way to make you feel like you're the only one there and doesn't waste any of your paid time on others, despite the attention he gets from people wanting his advice. Frank also encourages me to take photos to track my progress, especially when I feel like nothings happening. He points out where I've grown, how far I've come and instills confidence in me with these little "confidence boosters" which teach me to trust the process. When my knee is acting up, he's very quick to adapt the session around my needs, ensuring no time/or my money is wasted. He knows what exercises to avoid and how to get the most from me without it impacting or causing more injury. I would 100% Recommend Frank Does Fitness, he's got the credentials, is well experienced, professional, fun, driven and ambitious. YOU WILL ACHIEVE RESULTS, IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THAT.

Fantastic experience: Best training I’ve ever had, Frank pushed me to my limit each time (of course, with caution!) and will only accept improvements & will never let you slack. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Frank for a few months and within this time my fitness, strength and physical appearance have improved immensely. Prior to training with Frank I have always believed I was unable to run on a treadmill, however he coached me physically and mentally and within a few sessions I was able to run with elevation! He is a great personal trainer who trains with passion and determination to achieve results. He genuinely cares about the wellbeing and progression of his clients and I highly recommend him to anybody who wants to see results.
