Fantastic experience: Suffering severe lower back pain, hardly walking, taking 15 minutes to get up from a laying position, it was not fun. I booked in to see Teresa on Monday of this week posting this review. 2 sessions complete and my back is free, mobile and can get back a day with so much less pain. Still lots to work on, but in just 72 hours, it is all going in the right direction, a small miracle.

Fantastic experience: Jason Croucher does a lovely,( if sometimes challenging) balance class. My friend and I have found it to be great fun, and useful. As a runner the stretches and body reset has been invaluable. I can't recommend this highly enough. Look it up and join in the fun.

My legs and hips feel so much better and it's down to his manipulation of my feet ..Everything starts from the feet and I feel I can actually walk further without stopping in pain. Fantastic experience: Have been to see Teresa with problems with muscles and bone due to having Cancer and resting alot thus weakening my muscles. Teresa is so good, I would highly recommend her. She knows exactly what to do to ease the pain off and I have only been 3 times. Look forward to seeing you again on Friday. If you are reading these reviews and not sure, just do it, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I am a counsellor and hired a room here from Jason. Communication was always great, easy to navigate room availability, the room itself was spacious, even though the rooms have treatment beds in, it was still absolutely fine for my therapy clients. It was always clean and tidy, nice kitchen area, everyone who I met along the way hiring other rooms were also lovely, so a good atmosphere to work in and for clients coming in to. It was easy access from the train station for me too, just a 10 min walk. All in all a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a room.

Fantastic experience: Teresa has been an angel, she has transformed me! She was the only person I phoned that recognised my emergency situation, turned her phone to video ans helped me off the floor. From there she has been so knowledgeable and professional, from the day I 'crawled' in, to now when I'm able to walk in and out! Her rehab plan has been great and she also offers me advice on general wellness. I'm keeping up regular check ins so I can continue to focus on my wellbeing. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Walking in I was sceptical at first to be honest I thought they'll be like Doctors and don't care but I was completely wrong I've had lower back issues going on nearly 3 months pain and so tight due to lifting something at the time but not thinking at the time as we all do at some point and that was it pain very stupid on my part. Well Ben was brilliant his knowledge was great and after doing what they do pushing in certain areas of my body and christ it was definitely bit painful at times but it was like clicks and crunch and immediately I had more flexibility and movement and he identified it explaining everything and what I need to do. Yep brilliant I woke up this morning and my back feels so good.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing!, I booked an appointment due to a painful back and shoulder. Within the first appointment it was identified what was causing the pain. Two days of treatment and I now have most of movement back already. I have less pain. I will definitely be booking back again in future,and totally recommend this practice for anyone with back or joint pains.

Teresa is so knowledgeable, honest, kind & welcoming, especially when I have to bring my little ones with me. I had years of discomfort and pain & I honestly feel better & better after each visit. Fantastic experience: ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I cant speak for anyone else but Jason has a wealth of knowledge and experience that dwarfed other sports therapists. I was seeing 2 other sports therapists, 2 chiropractors and my GP about my back issues. Since seeing Jason and following his advise I no longer need to see anyone but him. For me he has been excellent and saw me as a unique case and didn't just apply standard treatments, instead he elected to holistically explore many areas where the problems might be occurring instead of just treating the worst and most obvious symptoms. I would rate it 6/5 if i could.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend a visit to Jason for a sports massage if you are experiencing any niggles. Really good straight forward explanation on what is causing the pain, and more importantly how to avoid it going forward with some easy exercises and advice on posture.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING!!! podiatrist....I suffer with really bad feet. Eight out of ten toes have a fungus infection and they are all about 5mm thick. They looked terrible! I've been really embarrassed about getting my feet out. Svitlana thank you so much!!! This lady is an angel for the feet. She cut and sanded and trimmed and drilled then used this wet drill tool thingy to reduce my nail thickness. i felt no pain in fact i even enjoyed it! In one 35min session this machine of a lady completely sorted both feet....I never really write reviews but this ones easy...You are an absolute credit to your profession Svitlana!! MY feet look forward too eight weeks for their second appointment :) *****

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with a pinched nerve in my neck, shoulder, upper back and arm for about 4 months, I work as an HCA in the hospital and have been unfit for work as a result. I had been having some physio with no improvement, and on heavy pain medication. I decided to try a chiropractor, I'd never been before and was quite nervous as I was in a lot of pain. Teresa set my nerves at ease and was so friendly and didn't push me to far.After the first session I was able to get a nights sleep, and my movement was better, now 3 sessions later I really feel I'm on the mend. Here's to continuing with my recovery.

Fantastic experience: Teresa was able to book me in very quickly, made me feel really comfortable and was able to relieve some of my pelvic girdle pain (at 35 weeks pregnant) in our first session which made me a lot more comfortable walking and sleeping immediately. I wish I had addressed my pain earlier and recommend Parkstone chiropractic clinic, especially for prenatal for those who may be nervous about finding a suitable practitioner. Really appreciate the help making these last few weeks more comfortable and will definitely continue if I need further support postnatal.

Fantastic experience: Having suffered with knee problems as a result of over training and having spent vast sums with Osteopaths and other Massage/sports treatments, it was recommended that i visit Jason & Sarit. What a transformation! Their expert knowledge got me through a marathon and several challenges that I would otherwise just had to forget. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
