Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend enough the 6 week challenge at TONE FITNESS. All the coaches have been amazingly supportive throughout my first half of the challenge. Lessons are versatile and catered for all habilitéis. I am thrilled with the way I feel, from being a person with pain in their whole body to one that has energy and almost pain free. Fantastic experience: I have just completed four weeks of my 6 week challenge and am absolutely buzzing. I had to give up running 18 months ago following a knee replacement and found myself gradually putting weight on. Nothing I did actively seemed to replace my running and then I discovered Tone Fitness. The food selection and the gym sessions have certainly put a spring in my step, as well as feeling so much better with myself and sleeping so much better as well. The trainers are so supportive, never more than 7 in a class, the sessions are very well planned and if you have difficulty with any of the stations, the trainers give you alternatives. I was very pleased with my review at 3 weeks and looking forward to seeing how I have got on by 6 weeks. Definitely recommend but you need to be committed and stick to the plan 100%.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the results from the 6 week challenge. I stuck to the diet 100% - everything was weighed exactly, and if it wasn’t on the list, I didn’t eat it - not a single cheat snack or drink. I pushed myself as hard as I could in the classes, and did additional weights at home - every single day. I drank the correct amount of water, and got plenty of sleep. I am 5’9, a size 8 (was a size 10 at the start), and now 9 stone 12 - you can now see my abs, and when I lie down, you can see my ribs, so I really don’t have too much more to lose. Yes - I have lost weight - 11lbs - but that’s obviously going to happen if you cut out bread, milk, fats, chocolate, have a high protein, low carb diet, and up your exercise routine - it would be impossible not to lose weight. I did the body fat percentage, as I wasn’t heavy enough for the weight loss target. I was told by Rory at the start, if I stuck to the diet and classes, I would hit the target - this obviously did not happen. I sent an email after the half way weigh-in, expressing my concerns about the target being unrealistic for my start height and weight, and was just told to keep going. I stuck to the rules, and did everything that was asked of me and more on this challenge, and still didn’t make it. Feeling extremely mis-lead by the advertising and advice given throughout this process. I met several ladies over the 6 weeks who had not hit the target - some of them said they didn’t stick to the diet, but the others were all slimmer ladies, who did stick to it. Maybe this only works if you are slightly larger builds in the beginning. A huge waste of £500 Also - to note, I left this acvount of my experience on their FB group, but it was swiftly deleted, and I was blocked. It seems they don’t like honest reviews

Fantastic experience: Everything is fab about the programme, as long as you put in the hard work and stick to the food plan, you'll achieve fantastic results - it's tough, but well worth it. The instructors are all lovely and the sessions are all so varied, it keeps it interesting every session. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am on week four of the six week transformation and could not be happier with my progress. 3.7% body fat at the half way point means I am well on track for the 7% target. The classes are brilliant, having so many instructors means you get a really diverse mix of styles and exercises. Don’t get me wrong the classes are hard work and the planning and prep has to be on point for you to fit this in with your existing routine. Hopefully all worth it in the end!

Fantastic experience: I am really happy I decided to join Tone for the 6 week challenge! I turned 50 recently and was hoping to start the next decade feeling healthier and fitter. The “diet” is easy to follow: the instructions are very clear and the list of what we can eat very precise. I am really enjoying the training sessions. They are challenging but I am on week 5 and I am noticing a huge difference already. I feel stronger, I sleep better and I have a new mindset when it comes to eating well and exercising. Fantastic experience: This challenge isn't a walk in the park but it definitely pays off. Loads of great nutritional advice plus I found out the only issue I had was meal quantities. I'm on week 5 through the challenge and I've already smashed my goal. The trainers are amazing, helpful and they're making sure you are exercising safely and injury free. I would recommend this to anyone that needs quick results BUT be prepared to endure some pain finding your limits. Great challenge !

Fantastic experience: I joined tone fitness more for strength building than losing weight and to reduce my inner fat percentage. Positive experience: Just about to start my penultimate week with the “target” for the 6 week challenge being to lose 8% body fat. The sessions are amazing. The instructors are very knowledgable and motivate you throughout the sessions. Whilst they say it’s a maximum of 7, in the lunchtime sessions I attend it’s me and one, possibly two others and that’s it. The exercises are varied and what I love is as someone who slipped a disc a few years ago and has chronic back ache, they always vary the exercises to make sure I can do them without risking hurting my back. The only real criticisms I have are: - The initial “advert” that caught my attention is a little misleading. You have to pay a few hundred upfront and if you hit your target, which they give you (either weight loss or body fat reduction), you get your money back. - At 14 stone 2 and 21.4% body fat my target was to lose 8% body fat. At week 3 I had only lost 2.9%. I hadn’t followed the diet plan they give you (which is very thorough) exactly but did give 100% in all sessions so was a little disappointed in my results as unless things really pick up in the second half, I won’t be getting my money back. I had only varied it slightly from their guide. However, I definitely “look” better, feel better and my back feels stronger so that is a big win! - If I were to keep doing the 3 x sessions a week you are encouraged to do on the 6 week trial after it’s finished, the monthly cost would be over £200 a month which a pretty hefty for most people. Overall, I would recommend the 6 week trial even though it’s likely I won’t get my initial investment back as it’s helped with my back, confidence and I’ve really enjoyed the sessions.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I decided to join Tone for the 6 week challenge! I wanted join to give myself a bit of reset and to get back to feeling fitter and healthier and it has definitely worked. The food plan is straightforward and easy to follow and the PT sessions have been great. I've really loved being pushed and I am definitely feeling stronger and fitter. As the team said at the start it is definitely a challenge, but it is totally doable if you put your mind to it. Fantastic experience: The workouts and trainers are great. You don't have to think about what you need to do, it's all done for you. Each session is explained at the beginning making it easy to learn the movements, the trainers provide guidance during the sessions to help and spur you on to push it. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about this place that’s not already been said? One thing I can say that if you had told me that in four weeks I would be able to do 4 sets of 45 second planks, skip and exercise for an hour without needing an ambulance I’d of laughed at you. Thanks to Tone Fitness I can do all these bar the skipping. (Sorry Maddi). My transformation In four weeks is incredible. I feel better, eat better, look better and exercise better. I’ve found a new love for Greek Yogurt, enjoy going to the gym again and that’s all down to Tone. There is no judging, no people sat on equipment taking selfies. Just helpful, friendly and motivational PT’s who want you to succeed. Honestly, I can’t recommend doing this six week challenge enough. It’s hard at first but the rewards are worth every sore body part.

Fantastic experience: I am 4 weeks into the 6 weeks challenge and can honestly say I am so glad I took the plunge to do the challenge. I am well on track to meet my target in 6 weeks and it has given me the boost I needed to get back into exercise and help with weight loss. As a busy mum I have struggled to find the time to exercise and I have never been a fan of traditional gyms as I lack confidence and never know what exercises to do to get the best results. Tone has taken away that anxiety and the trainers are brilliant at pushing you and ensuring you are getting the most out of the session and motivating you when you are struggling. Fantastic experience: I’m just coming to the end of week 4 of the 6 week challenge and it is amazing. I’m definitely seeing results and even my friends, family and people at work are noticing the difference. The workouts are very tough and they push you hard but also keep within your abilities. Fantastic experience: the first 2/3 weeks I found was hard with the fitness and the meal plan I thought I would never be able to do it .my 3 weeks weigh I had lost 12/6lbs so on target to beat the challenge , week 4 plus I felt and looked thinner and felt really good in myself . the PT instructors know their stuff and work you hard no fitness session was the same . it was fun and made new friends I have just over week left to go even if I don't lose my challenge weight for a refund I have lost weight and look and feel better . 5 Stars to the the PT instructors and the office stuff

Fantastic experience: Tone Fitness definitely does what it says on the tin. I am five weeks in to the six week program and have hot my weight loss targets. The classes with different instructors are constantly varied and have kept me motivated. Fantastic experience: I'm 4 weeks in to the 6 week challenge now, and can really see the difference! Classes are still hard work, but SO worth it! The instructors are all great, and can alter exercises to suit, if you have an injury. I'm so glad I joined the 6 week challenge!

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say...I love it!! The people are lovely..friendly and the instructors are just fab!! When I felt I couldnt do anymore, to the point I couldn't breathe, they kept up the encouragement to keep me going when I thought I couldnt. I have felt unhealthy and sluggish and just plain ill with constant visits to the chiropractor for a very long time, But now I feel energised, healthy, less bloated and happy. My mood has changed and it's teaching me a better relationship with food. Being a massive comfort eater for years and a yo yo dieter, I'm feeling like I'm in more control. The workouts are great..very intense but fun too. Not one workout was the same. It's better than going to a gym!!! I never feel intimidated like I did at the gym. Everyone is so friendly. Fantastic experience: I have just completed my 3-week (the half way point) TONE Fitness weigh in. Delighted with the results which is a reflection of the quality of the programme. Fantastic experience: Loving this experience with Tone Fitness. After 3 weeks I had lost 12 Llbs out of my 20 Llb weight loss goal. I have now just finished week 4 and continue to make good progress, although the scales in the Gym are not as favorable to me as the 0 week and 3rd week scales which are best. Fantastic experience: I’m doing the 6 week challenge to lose 6% body fat and I am really enjoying it. The food plan is simple but so insightful, it makes me realise how much I was probably over-eating and even after 3 weeks, I feel like I have retrained my eating habits. Fantastic experience: Since joining I have really enjoyed the variety of sessions and the friendly atmosphere in the studio. Fantastic experience: I am just over half way in the six weeks programme and have already achieved my target of loosing 6% of body fat. I really enjoy the exercises and the trainers are brilliant and very attentive.

Fantastic experience: I have never trained like this in my life. I didn't know I had it in me or if I was able to! But because of this amazing program I realise I am able to. The trainers have pushed me and motivated me each and every session. Every day I am stronger and fitter. I also notice I am able to do more and progress every time. In only 3 weeks I have lost 5ibs and 2% body fat! - Well on track to beating my goal and target. I notice it in my clothes and every mirror I pass. This programme is honestly life changing for me and I'm so excited to see what else I can do!

Fantastic experience: Hard work but amazing at the same time. The sessions are great; they are set to challenge and I always leave feeling a sense of achievement. The PT’s are so helpful and supportive and the workouts are different from one day to the next. It’s the end of week 4 and I can see changes to my shape, I’m feeling fitter and stronger. The results have definitely been worth it!

Fantastic experience: Some excellent workouts, pretty varied and certainly hard work. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they push / encourage you in a good way. The food takes some getting used to but the results are worth it.

Fantastic experience: This challenge has opened my eyes to what I can achieve. In just over 3 weeks I’ve lost 16pounds and over 2% body fat, and I’m eating more than I did before. Embrace the food is fuel mentality for the first few weeks and you’ll figure out what’s best for you. It gets you into good habits of eating which will stay with me after this challenge. Gym sessions are only 3 hours of your week and with late sessions this works perfectly for me. love the feeling when it’s done too If you’re over 45 and struggle to lose past a certain weight then this is definitely for you. Fantastic experience: Currently 2/3rds in on the 6 week program…. I have absolutely loved it so far. The gym is well equipped and maintained, the instructors are great fun and really work you hard to get your desired results… such a great bunch, I can’t recommend them enough

Fantastic experience: Week 6 and 2 sessions left. I didn't know how unfit I was until I started the 6 week challenge. It was an eye opener. Not sure what my weight will be at the last session but I lost 17 lbs by week 5 and I know I am fitter and stronger. Well worth the effort and the instructors are so good and patient but always encouraging. Great team!

Fantastic experience: Just about to start my 5th week and am 15lb lighter than when I started, Brilliant ! Excellent trainers and a great atmosphere in the gym, don't get me wrong it's bloody hard work but the results are worth it. Fantastic experience: Over the past few years, I have been aware that my general fitness was becoming worse. I have tried working out at the gym, but just didn't feel that my efforts were bearing fruit. I saw the advert for Tone Fitness and decided to give it a try. Well, the first couple of weeks really brought it home to me how unfit I was! However, after 4 weeks, I am feeling so much fitter and more flexible than I have for decades. I wouldn't dream to tell anyone that it has been easy, it wouldn't have the desired effect if it was easy! It is very hard work, but it is becoming more manageable. As with any weight-loss regime, it's not just about the exercise, but the diet as well. This is were I have struggled. I love sauces on my food (and way too much of it), so the diet regime has been a 'challenge' for me, but over the first 3 weeks, I lost over 8lb and I am fully expecting to at least double that loss over the last 3 weeks. Already, I am the lightest and fittest I have been for over 30 years. It has been very hard work, but also, strangely enjoyable. Maybe its the endorphins after exercise, the feeling of the achievement, and the feeling of better fitness and weight loss. I should also say that the Personal Trainers are fabulous. They are your will power and your motivation, and the group setting certainly works for me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve nearly completed the 6 week challenge and I’ve really enjoyed getting back into shape. The classes are really varied, the PT’s are great and push you to achieve more, the people who attend are friendly and it’s a good atmosphere. I would definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking to improve your fitness and health.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love it! All the PTs are so friendly and motivating! The workouts are tough but definitely I couldn't have made a better decision! Fantastic experience: Tone fitness is excellent and I’m thoroughly enjoying the classes and the results I’m getting. Fantastic experience: The small focused gym sessions, never more than 7 people. The great friendly PTs who create challenging circuits and give support and advice on the exercises whilst nudging you to do a bit more. The strict and structured diet plan, you won’t go hungry and there are loads of options for all. The constant support, reassurance, motivation and encouragement that you can do this. If you are willing to put in the effort then Tone will do their best to help you reach your target.

Fantastic experience: Week 5 commences. Its been a great challenge for me, and something I'm proud of doing @ age 61, given my low levels of exercise for the past number of years. But the programme is great & the trainers are really good and motivate you every step. The sessions are never boring. I would strongly recommend the 'challenge' to anyone wanting to get fit and/or trim. Well done Tone Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Applied to do 6 week CBW workouts and found the different sessions to be varied, however they were well explained and demonstrated. The PTs were helpful and encouraging even though it was hard at first, but as they say “No pain, No gain”. I would encourage anybody who wants to get fitter and lose weight apply and just do it.

Fantastic experience: I am really pleased I decided to commit to the 6 week challenge and am just finishing my fourth week. Whilst I am finding the workouts challenging the instructors adapt the exercise to match my ability and I can now lift weights I would never have tried before. The food plan is very straight forward and ensures that I make the sensible decisions when I am choosing my meals for the week. The suggested recipes are easy to follow and give a bit of inspiration when I am deciding on healthy choices. I already feel a lot healthier and am looking forward to completing the challenge.

Fantastic experience: I have been on the six week challenge and have achieved more than I expecte. Habits have changed and the exercises no longer look as daunting as they did when I first started. I am going to stick with it - sessions at the gym and a weight loss programme. Worked for me.

Fantastic experience: 3 Weeks in and i've lost 18lbs. The sessions are tough and the meal plan requires commitment and dedication, but if you seriously want to be worked hard and pushed and not just lose weight, but tone up, then give it a go! I'd reccomend it so far. I'll update the review at 6 weeks.

Fantastic experience: Hard work outs but the trainers are very professional, attentive, friendly, helpfull and quick to change an exercise for your ability. The groups are small and friendly. Classes start on time so there is no hanging around. Diet recipe ideas are quite tasty tho no quick slice of toast allowed!!!! Would definitely recommend the 6 Week challenge programme.

Fantastic experience: I am halfway through Week 4 and have dropped a dress size as well as 10lbs. The fitness classes are excellent. Was very worried I wouldn't be able to keep up but adjustments can be made. The classes are varied and hard work - but worth it. When I finish the 6 week challenge I am definitely going to continue using the gym.

Positive experience: Join the six weeks challenges 3 weeks ago, yesterday was my half way weight in. 3kg is gone and 2.4% fat lost. A bit anxious about not achieving 6%fat lost, because it is either lose 6% body fat or lose my prepaid £300. Overall, the exercises and the instructors are good but following strict protein diet is tough. No pain no gain. :-)

Fantastic experience: The best decision I made was to join the Tone 6 Week Challenge. I was really struggling to keep the weight off. Nearly 5 weeks in and my body shape has changed a lot and I am well on the way to reaching my happy weight. Clothes fit me that I haven't worn for 12 months plus. No new wardrobe needed now. The instructors are great and really motivate you with the very varied workouts, which are hard work but no pain no gain.

Fantastic experience: I have been at Tone Fitness Poole for 5 weeks. I’ve lost one stone in weight and my clothes are a lot looser. I’m also lifting heavier weights than I’ve done before. The instructors are very good. Will give alternative if any injuries and will push you to succeed. It’s like have your own PT as the sessions are for 7 people.

Fantastic experience: Just over half way into the 6 week challenge! I’ve found the food difficult to adjust to purely because I really hate cooking! but done right you see the results. I’m feeling a lot fitter, have more energy and have lost inches everywhere! Fantastic experience: I joined the 6 week challenge 4 weeks ago to improve my health as I was feeling sluggish and had put on weight. The first week I started I found the gym sessions wore me out but gradually week on week I’m feeling much stronger with tons more energy. I have always enjoyed exercise classes but never enjoyed the gym before now, probably due to not knowing what I was doing. Instruction makes all the difference. At Tone Fitness the instructors are friendly and motivational. I can see the healthy food sense behind the meal plan and have routinely weighed and planned daily and sometimes in advance and enjoy my 2 Purition shakes per day. To sum up.......I feel great and on track to achieve my goal but whether I do or not in the next 2 weeks, I’m looking and feeling so much better than before I started this 6 week challenge!

Fantastic experience: My friend, and My mum both inspired me to join a challenge at Tone, i have not looked back. I have learnt to love the workouts (especially once they're complete), everyone is so welcoming, encouraging and helpful! I have a new love for weight training and my body confidence is the best it's ever been, i can already feel the difference in my strength! The food feels like a minefield to start with, but the book is easy to follow and all the Pts are full of advice! 4 weeks in 2 to go ...

Fantastic experience: I joined this challenge for myself, I wanted to lose weight and get generally healthier. I am 4 weeks into the challenge and it has been hard work but great fun, the trainers are lovely and supportive and each session is different using a variety of equipment to tone different parts of your body. If you want a challenge then this is for you.. go for it will be worth all the effort in the end...
