Fantastic experience: I’ve been having full-body laser hair removal sessions at 360 Degree Clinic, and the results have been amazing. The reduction in hair growth is already dramatic, and each session makes a noticeable difference. They use one of the most advanced machines, and the treatment is completely pain-free, which makes the whole process so much more comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I have recently started laser treatment using the Soprano machine at the clinic. Suzanne has made the process very simple, with a great deal on the package. The soprano machine was also painless, which makes it the best type of laser hair removal. The clinic is also very clean and modern, I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing as always had my third RF micro-needling with Suzanne she’s delightful knowledgeable professional and friendly. 360 degree clinic has become my clinic of choice as they have a range of treatments not just the latest for face or under eyes (salmon dna) but for the body such as oxygen therapy and wellbeing options such as nutrition, blood tests that also include early cancer screening blood test to name a few. It’s a well rounded clinic and I highly recommend to all.

Positive experience: I recently completed a laser treatment package with 360 Degree Clinic, which I paid over £1,000 for, hoping to see significant results. Unfortunately, after multiple sessions, I’ve seen no noticeable changes, which has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Given the high cost and the commitment involved, I expected far more. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and professional. However, there was a mix-up during my treatments, where they assigned me a new beautician without informing me in advance. While the beautician was polite, I would have appreciated being consulted or at least notified of the change beforehand, as continuity can be important in treatment results and comfort. Overall, while I appreciated the team’s approach, the lack of results makes it hard for me to recommend this service, especially given the cost and commitment involved.

Fantastic experience: I got one of their promotions for laser treatments. Chloe was very friendly clinician, quick and efficient. I did 9 sessions in total and I can see a big chance. Will need to go back again for a better result. Process is painless and quick. Ladies it is worthy to go for it and I surely recommend 360 Degree Clinic.

My therapist, Suzan was very welcoming and made me feel so relaxed during the treatment. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I was given a delicious herbal tea at the end of my treatment. Fantastic experience: I was so satisfied with the services at 360 Clinic, I was compelled to write a review! From the warm welcome and professionalism of Rauf to Suzanne's very attentive care. All of my questions and concerns were addressed pre emptively. Was very pleased with the glow-inducing facials, and Chloe's gentle approach during laser hair removal and her good communication was very much appreciated. Each team member demonstrated professionalism and expertise. The clinic is impeccably clean and inviting, creating a soothing atmosphere that instantly put me in a relaxed state. Every detail, from the comfortable waiting area to the state-of-the-art equipment used for the treatment, showcased their commitment to excellence. The hair removal treatment exceeded my expectations, providing noticeable results after just three sessions! Haven't even finished the total paid sessions as yet. While I've only had two hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions, I felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterward. A sense of mental clarity and alertness, similar to the feeling after a refreshing nap or meditation session, though I feel I'll need more sessions to assess its effectiveness for chronic fatigue and brain fogginess. I belive consistency is key with HBOT, as the benefits tend to accumulate over multiple sessions. So will see how that goes. Overall, 360 Clinic has set the bar high, and highly recommend them. Fantastic experience: I started Nutrition programs with Suzane (who is a qualified nutritionist ), since last June. She took a detailed information about my lifestyle and eating habits, types of cuisine I eat and nutrition goals She made a tailor made plan for me and all the plans are individually based. She is amazing and lovely person, very attentive and has allot of patience. The plans change according to results and goals The clinic itself is very glamorous, super clean, with a very calming and peaceful environment that which encourages self care. I am always treated with a warm smile and a choice of tea and coffee with a healthy treat. I am so grateful to 360 Clinic and Suzane for helping me be a new and better me. I have lost 17 kg so far and still continuing. I will definitely recommend this clinic and it’s nutrition packages. I am really glad I discovered this treasure in Surbiton

Fantastic experience: Did soprano titanium laser hair removal. Process is painless as long as you shave properly beforehand otherwise it feels a bit prickly. That itself does not hurt but 30 seconds of prickles can be a bit unpleasant - I will be ruthlessly shaving next session. Chloe was a lovely clinician, quick and efficient and adjusted the technique for the sections I was not the most diligent with shaving. The clinic room was very large, clean and super comfortable. The treatment was very tolerable with nothing like the shocking zap of other lasers. Parking is easy behind the building or in the Sainsbury’s next door. They have good promotions as well. Really good owner run clinic and look forward to my next treatments.

Fantastic experience: I had my first ever Hydrofacial and the experience was really good. It included an unexpected face, neck and shoulders massage at the beginning to relax me and the whole hour long process was pain free and felt really good as the deep clean and serums did their work. My skin feels and looks very clean and full of moisture - thanks to Susan.

Negative experience: Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber 18/11/23 In response to the 'reply', my review is on the basis of value for money and the fact is, this establishment provides a maximum of 10 litres of oxygen per minute (which they themselves confirm) where there are others that provide up to 20 litres per minute, for a longer duration rate and for only a marginal increase in the package price in comparison to that of 360. In terms of value for money, let the customer be the judge. In addition, when previously I advised 360 that I wished to end their packaged hyperbaric sessions early, I instead kept being badgered to continue with them until I could no longer. Simple. 17/11/23 If I could give it a lower rating I would. Their maximum 10 litres of oxygen per minute for what they charge is NOT best value for money in comparison to some other high street providers. But whenever I raised any concerns at the venue, I was 'gaslighted' and patronised as though my comments over the feeble rate of air flow pressure I could feel coming through the mask were 'ludicrous'. I have since discovered that some other similar high street commercial hyperbaric oxygen chambers would provide up to double that amount of oxygen flow to their customers at up to 20 litres per minute for just a fractional increase in cost per hour to that of 360. This is why 360 can 'appear' to charge lower on their hyperbaric oxygen offer packages but, proportionally, a customer may end up paying far more per hour because while they may be receiving up to 50% less oxygen than other high street venues offering similarly discounted packages, they may not similarly also be being charged a price at 50% of some of these other competitor's prices. Do your own research before you sign up as refunds on 360 offer packages are discretionary, at best and, only then, such refunds from 360 require a customer to have suffered a 'bereavement' or a 'medical condition' first which not every customer will feel comfortable revealing to a third party just in order to claim a refund on any unused package session! A credit note for the value of any remainder sessions is the most a customer can reliably expect to receive back following any advanced bulk payment a customer had already made on a hyperbaric oxygen offer package. However, this credit note will be valued AFTER a deduction is first made of previous used sessions but, NOT at their discounted offer package prices but at their FULL price so you would get less back on any credit note for the 'unused' sessions as the charges per 'used' sessions in the discounted offer package would have gone up to the full amount. I have not tried 360's other services so cannot comment on those but, based upon the cost and experience of their hyperbaric oxygen chambers, I would definitely NOT recommend it as value for money

Susan and her team are world experts, and the knowledge they presented was evident throughout the services they offered. Am so excited to have found this gem of a clinic locally, their level of professionalism and thoroughness is truly admirable, and fully deserves the 5 stars given.

Fantastic experience: I went for a complete blood test at… I went for a complete blood test at this fabulous clinic. Rauf was very professional and so gentle in taking my blood and I got the results super quick, in a couple of days! The team is very friendly, Liz one of the team member showed me around the clinic and explained in details all the many fabulous treatments. I will be back! Negative experience: I sadly feel that I need to share my experience today at 360 Degree Clinic. I do not normally leave negative reviews, as I much prefer leaving a positive comment after receiving a good service. On 24 July I sent a whatsapp message to the Clinic's number, asking for a quote for a full legs laser hair removal session. I am an old customer, as last year I completed 6 sessions of full legs laser hair removal, and I specified I only wanted one touch up session. They replied the day after saying the following: "[...] we are currently running a summer offer of 50% off for bikini, underarm, face and legs. With the 50% discount, one session of full legs is £137.50. Best wishes 360 Degree Clinic". I then booked a session for today, but when I arrived, Suzan told me that there was no such discount, unless I paired this session with a bikini or face session. She also said that the discount could only be applied if I then selected to do 6 more sessions. I tried to explain that this was not what was agreed in writing, but Suzan and the other team members who got involved kept repeating that the 50% discount would not apply to one session only. The Clinic and I entered a contract when they offered the session for £137.5 and I accepted it. In their messages to me, the Clinic never mentioned that the discount was subject to me booking 6 sessions, or any other conditions. The messages received were sadly misleading, and I am very disappointed because I am an old customer, I spent over £1,000 over the past year in their laser hair removal sessions, and I always recommended the Clinic to friends. After what happened, I really don't think I will ever book any future appointments at the Clinic, unless they make it right to me.

Fantastic experience: My experience has been excellent. Susan and the receptionist are wonderful and very professional. Susan going out of her way to ensure my face gets better as she's discussing with her dermatologist friend. So far so good. I'm happy. The only man I see there sorry I can't remember his name is very nice too always smiling. I still have 5 more sessions which I'm very positive about it

Fantastic experience: I had threading on my face. The doctor who performed the treatment was not only amazing and caring but also highly professional. The follow up checks were both efficient and thorough. It is a refreshing change to be taken care of by a totally reliable team who put clients first.

Fantastic experience: Can you give ten stars? Amazing amazing amazing! Such a fab location, gorgeous, luxurious decor,friendly, warm, informative staff and incredible, state of the art beauty and wellness services offered! Plus they have really good promos there making it so much more reasonable than other similar luxury clinics, without quality of service being compromised. I have had both the Hydrafacial and the black diamond therapy facial in there and both were fantastic! Suzan, the therapist, is so lovely, kind, friendly and knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had about the steps involved. I firstly had a skin analysis which was gone through in detail, explaining all of the issues . The facials were fab, so relaxing! It was extremely comfortable in there and just such a lovely atmosphere. Afterwards, my skin looked incredible and still does! They really are wonderful, luxury treatments and I can definitely see the difference in my skin. I have also been using the hyperbaric chamber in there for oxygen therapy for general wellness and it is the most glorious bit of me time of my week. I feel refreshed and revitalised after using it and I really am feeling so much better! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Such a fantastic place to relax and be pampered! The staff are all so lovely and professional and the clinic itself is gorgeous! I had the hydra facial treatment done. The treatment was amazing and my skin was glowing immediately! The staff are highly knowledgeable and very invested in their clients. I highly recommend this place, and will certainly be going back for more regular treatments!

Fantastic experience: I visited last week and had an hour facial. It was amazing! I felt so relaxed - I actually dropped off to sleep at one point. The whole clinic is beautifully decorated too. The facial was a little expensive (£120) but definitely worth it as it really cleansed my space. I have been suffering with spots and haven't had once since the facial! I cannot wait to return!

Positive experience: The facial analysis was very depressing showing page after page of how bad my skin is. Its obviously a sales pitch for treatments and products but after mentioning this the only recommendation I got was an £80 sunscreen so I'm no wiser. The Hydrafacial was good though and I will go back to try more treatments.

I had a patch test and immediately booked eight sessions after experiencing such great custoner service and professionalism. The machine that was used was painless! Fantastic experience: I discovered 360% by accident...walked past, recently moved from central London Knew immediately when I just went in to check it out....just wow state of the art, creme de la creme of the latest technology in laser, l mean totally pain free....I'm am now hair free..no pain.. yay Great deals btw ( nothing you'd get in town) Then the owner showed me the hyperbolic oxygen chamber.( only one in Surrey).. ..used for athletes to enhance and recover etc as far as I know.. I used to be a dancer, now a yogi ,and have old injuries..arthritis etc.. I'm 4 sessions in and my god , I can feel the difference already... I've a sliped disc A3, and ankle fusion.. My disc actually slipped back in during my second session and my ankle has no swelling now ( hoped it lasts!!) Also the clinic, is just beautiful, exquisite. But it's not that really that's important to me perse.....I like results And I'm getting them..staff wonderful...the complimentary herbal teas and spa water... Its the service and results...first class Very Impressed
