Positive experience: Best gym I ever went to, Only gym like it in the area without having to go further towards London, good equipment and good vibes all round. Building was poorly maintained, not very clean and absolutely stank however that was something that made me enjoy it more, that grubby non modern feel. Bailiffs took possession of the gym, heard bad stories with memberships so if it opens up again with the same owners I would probrobly say stay clear.

Negative experience: It was good but it's closed indefinitely now.

Fantastic experience: insane gym, best ive been too, great atmosphere, lighting, and equipment. Save it bro

Negative experience: This gym is closed as it was repossessed by the bailiffs. Avoid this gym at all costs if it reopens under the same ownership. Its been neglected for years - equipment ranges from taking months to be repaired to permanently broken. They have no intention to turn this gym around so don’t fall for it.

Fantastic experience: It was the best gym i've ever been to, it wasn't for snowflakes but serious lifters. I loved the raw conditions, the out of date equipments and most importantly the atmosphere. A bit surprised the owner couldn't keep up with payments as even in the early mornings there were plenty of people.

Negative experience: The gym in itself is OK. Although, in my experience a number of pieces of equipment were broken and took a very long time to be fixed. I didn't use the changing rooms but the downstairs W/C was often a mess. If you are looking for a no thrills gym with most of the equipment you are likely to need (not a great deal of cardio) then you may find the gym sufficient. My problems arose when I requested cancellation of my membership on 27/09/2023. Having sunsequently sent 4 e-mails without response and having read the concerns of others still being charged, I cancelled my direct debit (£42p/m). Having cancelled the direct debit, I was surprised to see that a payment was taken by all-inc fitness via Apple Pay of £47 in November (£5 higher than my requested cancelled monthly agreement). I have still had no response regarding any form of refund or assurance that the same will not be attempted next month. I have had to take the matter up directly with my bank. I did phone a few times and spoke to a young lady who was always very polite but appears to have little impact on the others. She advised me that she would e-mail her colleagues to flag the matter as ugent so that I could get a response. Unfortunately the response to this point has still not been received.

Negative experience: Absolute shout out to Kim and Dave that can’t seem to manage anything. I cancelled my membership on the 8th September and have since been charged twice. Constantly emailed and called the gym to chase what is going on but can’t seem to get a response. Had to result to messaging Dave on Facebook, which got a response once with his email address but no response since. Still waiting for a refund from last month and now will have to chase this months refund.

Negative experience: Awful customer, have tried to cancel my membership for 2 months now. Staff on phone are useless and no reply from any emails and have charged me again for this month!

Negative experience: This place is falling apart more then half of the equipment is broken

Faizal Saary 2 years ago

Negative experience: Unfortunately, if I can give 0 I would. The place is left to rot by the owner. Floor full of holes. Equipment do not work. Squat racks are set side by side. Couple of inches in front of the racks people dead lifting. Personal trainers (some of them) train people and leave the equipment on the floor. I have seen a barbell falls of on someone’s head, because the barbell base is not well secured. Another tripped while putting the dumbbell back on the dumbbell rack. Smells, no air conditioning. Couple of guys go around with no shirt like thugs. While training you see some of them start posing to take pictures in the middle of everyone’s workout and taking a large space to set camera and lights up. It was nice when they started couple of years ago. I won’t be recommending it to anyone based on the gym current state.

Negative experience: I was a member of the Aylesham Gym however all memberships appeared to be managed by this main site. I expressed my cancellation rights and was advised everything had been actioned. I have still been debited for 2 months. I have tried for months to get a refund of my £75 and have been passed around from pillar to post. The person dealing with it is now on maternity leave and her cover is not responding. I am in a position where I am going to have to consider what action to take to get this dealt with as it’s not fair I am out of funds. Megan McInerney

Negative experience: Yes I agree with @frankieC no care appears for members anymore! I want to highlight what has been said below! "In addition to this there is one small fan for your gym size of a large warehouse, care for your members training in the summer months shows a lack of care for a "rolling contract of £42 a month". Broken equipment is not replaced, injury from the broken equipment (dumbbells rip my clothes) and having to check for safety standards off my own back is not what I would expect. I sincerely loved coming and would no longer recommend anyone else further pay for a service that receives no care for members or a real care for their health. These are standard basics that should be there. No longer are you a gym in the area with a large space. I wish there were times like it used to be, where pride was once taken".

Frankie C 2 years ago

Negative experience: If I could give half a star I would. Place has gone downhill. Facilities have dropped standards of cleaning too, especially the toilets not even any tissue to wipe down equipment. _________________ Thank you for your reply Dave. But having a look at other reviews its clear nothing has been done regarding hygiene standards or general cleaning which is unsatisfactory quite clearly to a lot of users. The gym has taken a bad turn over the years and dropped dramatically in standards and clearly no action has been taken. So with respect there is no need for me to contact you. In addition to this there is one small fan for your gym size of a large warehouse, care for your members training in the summer months shows a lack of care for a "rolling contract of £42 a month". Broken equipment is not replaced, injury from the broken equipment (dumbells rip my clothes) and having to check for safety standards off my own back is not what I would expect. Negative experience: Tried to give 0 stars but it’s not an option facilities in this gym like said before have bad hygiene there’s never any cleaning products around the gym or in the toilets , don’t fall for the No CONTRACT rolling membership rubbish as management is unhelpful resolving issues

Negative experience: Skip enrolling in this gym. This is the most disgusting gym I have ever been to. They don't even have air conditioning inside , nor do their fans work and when it's cold not to mention , they don't even have heaters. Their equipment are broken, you can even cut yourself on them. They have a made up contract. It's very common for them to take your money 2 times, and then they don't even want give your money back. The people at the gym are very rude, and I have no words for the owner. This is no way to do business!! I do not recommend.

Connor Lunn 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Open 24/7 and has all the equipment you could dream of. Really appreciate that they provide spray and paper towels to wipe down equipment after use. Coming here as re-ignited my passion for fitness so thank you All-Inc Fitness!

Negative experience: Will not let you cancel and will continue to charge you 42 pounds a month even if you delete your account. Staff do not answer the phones and will only respond to you to take money.

Fantastic experience: Nice staff pts are top notch no bad vibes at all

Helen Hox 3 years ago

Negative experience: There’s a long list of reasons this gym isn’t worthy of its 4 star rating or its £42 membership. Mainly the lack of care put in by staff to maintain the gym - it’s dirty and 80% broken. Things take months to be repaired (or bodge job fixed), the speakers don’t work properly or at all, the showers are minging, music selection is very limited and sometimes not even playing, equipment is dirty and poorly maintained - oil was brushed on the foot pads to make them appear shiny and new (huge health and safety issue), the toilets are an abomination - never any soap, rarely toilet roll, no blue roll or dryers to dry hands with after washing, members of the public are letting themselves in and breaking equipment leaving electrics exposed with no warning signs, people vaping on the gym floor, staff sit on their phones behind the desk and make no effort to keep the gym clean and tidy or show initiative for any improvements, flooring is a huge issue also - trip hazards everywhere from eroding and some part even have concrete exposed so it’s uneven making machines wobbly which is a concern, the dumbbells have sharp edges and cut members clothing and skin - this has been a problem for years and nothing has been sorted/no one has been reimbursed for their ripped clothing due to poor maintenance, some machines/squat racks are far too close together with plates flung around the floor - another injury waiting to happen! And that’s just the physical side of the gym. It can be a very intimidating place to be for women wanted to join and start their fitness journey, with groups of topless men grunting and being generally unfriendly/judgey. The admin is awful, taking days if not weeks to reply to emails, memberships are being cancelled left, right and centre but members are still being charged for MONTHS without reimbursement even though they’ve followed all protocols for terminating memberships. Just generally feels very unloved and the atmosphere is terrible. I’ve never been so unmotivated to train in my life. It’s a boring place to be and it’s gone majorly downhill in the last few years. Really disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Very good gym with good equipment and plenty of space. PTs are friendly and general atmosphere is good. Gym team regularly tidy the gym after those that seem unable to put the equipment back where they found it or find the bins for their rubbish. Equipment is fixed quickly if breaks and have steady flow of new kit. Open 24hours a day provides great flexibility. One of the best gyms I’ve been to.

Fantastic experience: Spacious, friendly and unique. This gym is very spacious, meaning there isn’t the issue of waiting for equipment or feeling to close to someone . The staff are friendly and helpful and it feels like a community. The gym has also undergone some changes to decor recently which are great Would recommend .

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym, now open 24/7! All the equipment you need and more! Great team of staff and atmosphere. Being such a good size, no matter how busy it is you can keep training without having to wait around like a lot of other gyms to get in equipment.

Fantastic experience: A proper gym. No health care frills, just quality equipment and lots of heavy weights. Classes here during the week and a boxing ring as well. 6 squat racks, plenty of bars, a LOT of weight plates and even a running track and strongman equipment. The guys and girls here are absolute monsters, but a real community feel. If you're in the area and need a proper gym, then no B.S., this is it. And membership is stupidly cheap for the area

Darren Ryan 6 years ago

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area, best equipment around

John Cooper 6 years ago

Positive experience: The gym itself is very well equipped and has everything you need for a good workout. It has a good feel to it, a 'no nonsense' approach. The membership options are very flexible and well priced compared to other gyms I have looked at. It's not the cheapest when you compare it to PureGym etc, but it's got more equipment than the places I have seen. The only problem I have with the gym is the changing rooms, specifically the lockers. I have to get changed for work (suit/shirt) but the lockers are so small you cannot hang anything inside them so I have to either leave it all in the car and get it after the workout or hang it on the outside of lockers therefore blocking access to others. Out of 20 or so lockers, only 3 have working locks and keys, the rest are not lockable which is rediculous. The lockers are also not attached to the wall which is dangerous and have almost fallen on me several times. Something needs to be done! Could also do with more bench space in the changing room as once you have 3 guys in there, it's pretty crowded.

Fantastic experience: Really glad I changed gyms. This gym is just what I needed to move to the next level. They have great equipment, but still strive to improve their facilities.

Joe Zampa 6 years ago

Fantastic experience: A great gym for serious gym users who wish to work out!! Reading through some of the comments below, to those people I think you are better off going to a David Lloyd where they lay towels out for you and make you a Caffè Latte at reception, if you're happy to pay well over £100+ per month that is! However, I believe TRG offers high value for money and a friendly environment unlike the corporate competitors. I say, stop moaning and support local independent businesses instead!

Rafid Nassir 6 years ago

Negative experience: I really hate leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately this gym has a long way to go before it's anywhere beyond mediocre. I'm all for the "barebone" gym approach, but come on, there's a line you cross where you just end up being in a bad gym environment. Especially considering the fact that you pay £40/month, which is more than double what you'd pay a much better quality 24hr gym like Puregym in Epsom. For starters, the reception isn't a reception. It's just wooden walls cornering off part of the entrance to the gym. No desk or anything. Just a chair in the middle and a couple iPads. Either have a reception that's done well, or don't have one at all. Changing rooms are like boys' school toilets, with like 9 lockers, all of which are broken. Considering the amount of people rammed into this gym at once, you're basically stuck having to carry all your stuff around with you while you work out. Not ideal, especially in winter. Moving onto the actual work out, the one thing I really liked was that the dumbbells go up to 60kg, which is fantastic. The highest most gyms go to is 50kg, which I have outgrown for my DB chest press. However that's quickly ruined by the fact that there are only 4 free standing benches in front of the dumbbell section to actually work out on. Again, with the amount of people working out, you'll be waiting a while before you can properly go. No water fountain. So, difficult to fill your bcaa-ready shaker that you'd hopefully bring with you for recovery. Tons of machines (a lot of which are really good actually) all rammed into the middle section, but there still aren't enough machines for what you need somehow. Also, mirrors to check your form, etc. are scarce. Ultimately though, the pump & DOMs I got from working out here were nowhere as good as what I usually get at Puregym, and that's less than half the price, with way better facilities.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym I know that management is improving it little by little new Smith machine

AlfamusMax 7 years ago

Negative experience: shocking customer service. AVOID

Jed Hassell 7 years ago

Negative experience: I give up with this place. Almost 4 weeks since my complaint via email. And still - nothing has been done. Groups of people coming in, climbing over the barrier training for free. Utterly disrespectful.

Adrian Pieczynski 7 years ago

Positive experience: The ring is where I spend my time as I only do the mauy thai sessions. There are 3 tedmills and only one works properly. Some of the machines are dated as you have to change the weights yourself and there isn't really a place for those, they are spread around the gym. The personal trainers are great, good atmosphere in the gym.

Asim Naz 7 years ago

Positive experience: Good gym but could really be improved. Looks half complete as there is still scaffolding in some places. Overall good equipment but can get really packed at certain times of the day making waiting time really long.
