Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Peter since April 2022 and would highly recommend. I started going as a preventative measure due to doing a highly physical job. However, I did not think he would be able to treat an issue I have had with my knee and shoulder for years! Within the initial consultation, Peter went into depth about what I wanted out of the sessions, and he thoroughly assessed the point I was at. While at the beginning I started with regular sessions, once the main issues I had were treated, session have become less frequent to maintain the progress made. Peter is passionate in teaching about form in every day tasks and tasks specific to what you do as a continued way to look after your own health. He ensures to explain it in a way that is easy to understand, and is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I can trust that if I have an issue outside of the scope of his treatment, that Peter would signposted me to the appropriate resource. While I went to Peter to prevent injury, the sessions have gone above and beyond my expectation as aches/pains I had that I thought were just 'part of life' have been treated and resolved. Overall: professional, patient, and good value for money.

I originally started attending chiropractic sessions at the clinic for a running injury, which neither a physiotherapist nor a sports therapist had been able to resolve. Fantastic experience: With the adjustment from office life to home working, I had become more sedentary than I'd care to admit and picked up some bad habits unknowingly. A few weeks into lockdown, I hurt my back quite badly just standing up from the desk. Peter got in touch and from the safety of my own home was able to provide an online video consultation and found out what was wrong and offered sound, professional advice. I've followed his advice and exercises and found myself up and running quite quickly and few weeks on, I've got no complaints. Fantastic experience: Peter is an excellent chiropractor! I initially went to see him as I had been suffering pain in my shoulder and terrible pins and needles and numbness in my arm and fingers. It was discovered my spine had become misaligned. Due to the skill and expertise of Peter I am now pain free. Fantastic experience: Peter has been my chiropractor for the past three and a half years. In this time I have always found Peter to be warm and friendly and excellent at what he does. Obviously I have no understanding of how the treatment works exactly , but I can honestly say that beforehand I had resigned myself to a life living in pain. I no longer have that pain. I was very sceptical about it before I attended the practice but I had nothing to lose. Fantastic experience: Peter is fantastic! I started seeing him as I was experiencing back pain as well as continual headaches. My mum, who is also a patient of his, described him as being a miracle worker so I thought I’d give it a go, even though I was somewhat sceptical myself. Within 1 week I noticed near elimination of the continual headaches that had been getting progressively worse over 2 years. This alone was incredible. Throughout the rest of my treatment I received adjustments that allowed me to remain pain and tension free. I was a ‘good patient’ and carried out the simple and effective exercises that Peter sent me home with. This allowed me to continue to improve between adjustments and aided my overall progress. Fantastic experience: Peter was recommended to me by a friend. She described him as ‘THE best chiropractor’ and he really is a brilliant practitioner. My daughter was suffering with back pain from a sports injury and Peter was lovely with her. The clinic is a comfortable, relaxing environment and Peter’s professional yet kind and friendly manner puts you at ease. During the initial consultation, Peter carried out an examination of her back and she was amazed that through touch (and possibly superpowers) he could tell the exact areas that were tender/sore, without any prompting from her. Peter took the time to explain everything as he went along, in terminology that she could understand. Using a model of the spine he demonstrated the impact that certain movements she’d been doing as part of her sport had upon on her back and why she was experiencing pain. He then devised a treatment plan and discussed what would be involved with her. Over subsequent sessions he carried out adjustments (which she found really helped), prescribed exercises to strengthen her core and taught her about correct posture. Adjustments can feel a little uncomfortable to start with, but Peter has a great sense of humour and she would often end up in fits of laughter. Week by week she felt her back improve and eventually the course of treatment enabled her to continue with the sport she loved, pain free. She is also now aware of the things she needs to do to protect her back and prevent injury in future. It’s clear from the off that Peter loves helping people through his work and he makes a genuine effort to connect with his patients. Thanks for everything, Peter! Fantastic experience: After extensive treatments on the NHS. With continuing chronic pain, I visited Peter. He was amazing, he treated me as whole not just my feet. I admit my treatment was prolonged. But after three years I am now able to live the life I did. I walk at least 6 miles a day with my dogs. Work in care walking constantly for 7 hrs. Peter practices traditional chiropractic techniques as laid down by D.D. Palmer which suits me perfectly. I see Peter 3-4 times a year for what I call maintenance having damaged my back (compression fracture L1) due to motor cycle crash. Peter plays rugby and really understands the dynamic involved as I do, lifting weights. As well as being an excellent Chiropractor, he is a really genuine guy and after treatment we have detailed conversations usually about biomechanics and all the latest info re techniques and nutrition. Prior to meeting Peter, I used to fly to Inverness for treatment as I couldn't find a chiropractor here that suited me. Excellent work Peter and will see you in a couple of months.
