Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Jen at the Heeler Centre enough. As somebody who has chronic pain due to fibromyalgia and hypermobility, I was a little nervous, however this melted away very quickly. Jen is extremely knowledgeable, put me at ease and listened when I first went in for lower back/hip issues. The approach she uses is gentle, but precise and really focusses on the whole body. It really is a reset for the nervous system too. I have greater mobility, feel more aligned and am having much less pain on a day to day basis. I am so grateful, Jen. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I found out about the Heeler Centre through Toto, who gives an incredible massage. When I was talking to her about my terrible menstrual cramps, she recommended that I try the Myotherapy treatment developed by Paul Heeler. From my first session, I was amazed. Just by touching parts of my body, he knew more about my symptoms (and seemed to be able to handle them better) than many gynecologists I had seen in the past. The "real test" that I admit I was really afraid of was stopping my contraceptive pill and seeing what my period would be like. From my usual 7 days of pure chaos, intense pain, pain killers to get me through the day, cramping spikes, and heavy bleeding... This was reduced to a total of 2-3 days of less heavy bleeding and less cramping! We did a total of 5 sessions, one per week, and I can honestly tell you that after 30 years living with such pain, I never imagined that I could have such a drastic improvement in my life! We filmed the process because - many times - I knew I was moving, but I didn't know how/how much. As Paul defines it, the treatment is a conversation with the subconscious, where it tries to align with what 'our body says'. I'm super happy with the result and I couldn't recommend it more!

Offered some excellent advice on how to maintain them myself with a recommendation to maybe pop back in a couple of months if I need to. Very refreshing compared to some companies who’ll try to sell an unnecessary and expensive treatment plan!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Paul for years & he is absolutely amazing!! It doesn’t even feel like he’s doing anything but he clearly is. He doesn’t push you into doing multiple sessions like my previous osteopaths & I always feel much better even after just one session. I had a car accident years ago & now have a reoccurring problem, it went again recently & I have not been able to walk for a week. Walked out of there feeling so much better today! I can’t express enough how much I trust this man, he even helped me with my menopause symptoms! I had excruciating pains, with sciatica shooting down front of my legs & these have now gone away! Amazing & life changing for me!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been struggling with a sports injury for 3-4 weeks, where it was painful to put weight on my right leg. Lee was recommended by my PT and after just one visit was able to pinpoint the problem and treated it accordingly. Improved after initial visit. Lee listens to your concerns and is always willing to answer any questions you may have. I will be returning for any future niggles that might occur without any hesitation and would be very happy to recommend Lee to anyone interested to improve their physical wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: I have only recently started seeing Jenny, having seen a number of osteos and chiros over the years. Jenny is brilliant - with both me and my young daughter. We have both particularly benefited from cranial osteopathy which has helped relieve a significant amount of tension. In my case, resulting in the total disappearance of a stubborn 'knot' in my neck which had been there forever. As well as getting great results quickly, Jenny is an all-round lovely person to be around during sessions. Highly recommended.

I was recommended by a friend years ago after I was having incredible back pain, Paul managed to correct the pain within 3 appointments. Since then I have come back for various different ailments. Each one resolved so efficiently. My most recent appointments have been for Plantar Faciitis & Achilles Tendonitis with Paul resolving them in just a few appointments! Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I first went to see Lee for help with my lower back pain around 8 years ago and go to see him every now and then when I have flare ups. More recently Lee has been helping me with hip pain and back pain which was really bad since having children. Lee always helps me to feel safe and relaxed and reassure me I haven’t done anything serious when I have a bad flare up. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone looking for an Osteopath and/or help with pain in general.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend a massage with Nilnate. After a brief chat about my general wellbeing of late, she expertly selected essential oils just right for the rejuvenating I needed. Her Thai style deep tissue massage was spot on!! I went for full body with a bit of a focus on the neck and shoulder problem area. She again expertly worked her magic using different pressure on different areas to avoid pain and get the best result. By the end, I felt like my whole body had melted a little. Tension gone!! I left feeling blissfully relaxed and rejuvenated. I wasn't even sore the next day as you sometimes get with deep tissue. Nilnate is a massage wizard!!

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from lower back pain for many months, trying physio, chiropractors and many exercises. Nothing seemed to help. I was told that a couple of sessions of acupuncture may be required before I could feel any difference and was not expecting much improvement. Within two days I felt 90% better. I know that it will not be that way for everyone but it surprised me how quickly I could move easier. Now I can actually do the exercises set by the physios. Having acupuncture is painless and so relaxing, I almost fall asleep!! Thank you to the team in Brighton and Hassocks. You’ve changed my life!!

Fantastic experience: I saw Lee Lewis a month ago. After a very informative consultation Lee was able to work on the areas necessary to help fix my shoulder pain in both shoulders. I was in discomfort for a while, about a year. I am now nearly free of discomfort and pain which I’m sure everyone is after and it was certainly what I wanted to achieve from the sessions I had. Following the sessions I have had, I have booked another for 6 weeks time, this to me shows that there is care and desire for his patients to feel the benefits for the foreseeable future rather than a quick fix. The heeler centre is very welcoming and attentive. Lee is extremely knowledgable, his presence puts you at ease and is very good value for money compared to other treatment centres. Overall couldn’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I would have given a star rating of six if I could have! Lee lewis at the heeler centre worked magic on back pain that I was suffering on and off with for a couple of years. After just my first session with lee I noticed a very significant change in my back and had a good understanding of why I was in pain and what I needed to do to help resolve the problem alongside treatment. Fantastic experience: I started going to see Lee Lewis after I injured my neck at work. After an initial assessment, he got straight to work and found the source of the problem. He is very knowledgeable and mindful during every treatment. My initial injury is now healed but I will continue to visit periodically for maintenance. Worth every penny

Jade is just amazing, she makes me feel so comfortable, and has taken so much time to get to know me and my back! She listens and I now class her as a friend! I always come away from my appointments feeling stronger and more confident with my back and that’s down to Jades knowledge and the way she treats me. She is always so quick to reply to a text too if I’m worried or uncomfortable. The reception staff are so lovely and welcoming too and I feel I could probably stay all day just chatting to them all! Thank you. I know when I have an appointment here, I relax a little knowing I will feel so much better soon!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Heeler Centre for over 8 years now and being relatively active I do benefit from the Sports Massage to release tensions in the muscles to help recovery and reduce possible future injuries. I have also made use of their 'one-stop-shop' ideaology, as they have your information to hand, and have seen their Osteo's and Acupuncturist to help recover from pains and injuries. A welcoming, friendly clinic with some real professionals.

Jade is first class at sports massage and her diagnosis of specific injury is second to none. This is the place to get the treatment you need. Oh and the reception staff are brilliant, always a helpful text to remind you of your next appointment.
