Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Neeta Still, the Clinic podiatrist. When in hospital care, fuss-free and clear communication, gave me podiatry care within the same working week. No issues with payment; cards taken on site. Instant electronic receipts and invoices meant I could submit an insurance claim the same day. She even left the nursing team some simple guidance on how to keep my feet maintained so that I can get the best outcomes whilst on my hospital journey. All the finances were made crystal clear.

Fantastic experience: My frail 88-year-old mother has been having regular appointments with Kate, for a little over a month and although she is still 88 years old, she can finally get regular sleep! This is benefiting her (& me!) beyond recognition or expectation, having not had a full night’s sleep in several years suffering terribly from restless leg syndrome, advanced Rheumatoid and Osteo Arthritis, and getting over two hip replacements after falling (18 months apart). She is now doing her daily exercises, making phone calls, organising her own diary again and is much more able to get in and out of my car unaided. Her ability to enjoy The Now has been transformed which makes us all happy. Thank you, Kate, for being so capable and patient with us!

Fantastic experience: Christian is a miracle worker! I went in with a baby that was tense, scrunched up, uncomfortable, struggling to pass wind and would only sleep me. After 4 sessions I have a baby that will sleep in his cot, is not scrunched up and able to pass wind with ease. Our first session he screamed the whole time and in the last session he slept for most of it! This is my second child that I have taken to Christian and I will continue to recommend to any new mother. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I took my 8 year old daughter to see Christian on Monday, I have been living with her not sleeping since a baby, I just thought she was a ‘bad sleeper’ I was recommended to take her to see Christian for Cranial Osteopathy, I was very skeptical as I just thought she didn’t like sleeping. I don’t usually post reviews, but if you’re having any similar issues, please please don’t hesitate! Christian was amazing with my daughter, he is very child friendly and was so nice to her. He made her feel very comfortable and on Monday he gave her cranial treatment. He assured me that I would see a difference that night… for a child that goes to bed at 8pm and won’t give in until 11pm on a good night (which was starting to affect school life as she was too tired to function) Monday night she was in bed at 7.30pm as said she’s tired and she was asleep by 8!!! This has happened for the last 2 nights now. I still just can’t believe it! I just cannot rate Christian enough and highly HIGHLY recommend him. Thank you so much Christian, you have made my life so much easier and you have been gifted with a really special talent, as my daughter says, Christian has magic hands ☺️

Fantastic experience: We have been getting hydrafacial’s with Sarah and massages from Amber and now Helen. Service is really amazing here. I always feel refreshed after a facial and definitely relaxed after a massage. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice, friendly and lovely group of people to look after you!

Fantastic experience: I had my second son in December 2023 via planned C-Section. As soon as we headed out of the newborn weeks, he became very agitated, wasn’t happy on his back, wasn’t happy on his front- in fact he wasn’t very happy in any situation unless he was asleep. He was pretty miserable, wired and I was at my wits end if I’m perfectly honest. He seemed so frustrated. I took him to the GP who (even though there were no digestive issues) suggested he may have CMPA so prescribed him some Hydrolised formula which needless to say, made no difference at all. A good friend of mine suggested taking him to see Christian but foolishly, I thought we had left it too late as he was about 5 months old at this point. I noticed a difference in his temperament pretty soon after his first session, as did my husband who was a bit sceptical at first if I’m honest. Fast forward, 4 sessions in and he’s a different baby. Calm, content and most of all happy. He started crawling, standing and cruising all in one week. What a difference you have made to him, and me! Happy mum, happy baby! If you’re reading this thinking it’s too late- go for it, you won’t regret it! Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Kate with knee discomfort and after just 3 sessions can report significant improvement. Kate is knowledgeable, professional and caring. She is also a great communicator and patiently explained the problem, the solution and the exercises I needed to do to strengthen my knees. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her.

Fantastic experience: I have fibromyalgia it's a chronic pain all over your body for people who don't know. I had lower back pain on top for quite a while and I was in middle of having had to move house. I came across the Facebook voucher for £15 off about osteopath and massage each. from last experience I know they both good for me and I went for it. When I first came to the clinic I was greeted very friendly and then Kate treated my lower back I imidiatly fell a change change and not only that over the week she advised me to do some light movements as they say anything is better than nothing. A week later I came to see her again and after the treatment a big chang in my movement I couldn't believe it. I then didn't see her for 2 weeks as I moved home. But This time my knee was hurting and she treated that. I would like to say I can't prace her enough for what good she is doing, well certainly for me. Without this moving house with stiff muscle and all would not go as smoothly as it did. I will definitely see her again in a month time as a regular and o I was given another voucher £15 off for massage due to my birthday date as a present. Absolutely amazing and yes next week I am going to have a massage with Lean. Looking forward for this. Thank you Kate and thank you lovely people at perrymount clinic.

Fantastic experience: It was strangely suggested for me to go to Perrymount Clinic as I suffer from horrendous migraines. I was at the point I would try anything as the doctor's suggestion was just double up on medicine! I have been 3 times now over 3 weeks and I have not taken one painkiller in 3 weeks and amazingly I have not had one migraine! It is literally life changing for me. I cannot recommend more strongly to go and have a treatment if you are suffering from migraines!

Fantastic experience: I came across Christian and The Perrymount Clinic after anxiously googling about why my baby hated the car seat and why she seemed so uncomfortable in it. I found Christian's video about this on YouTube and thought it made so much sense! We were able to see a difference right after the first session and had 4 sessions in total. My baby is still getting used to longer journeys in the car but she doesn't scream anymore, which is an incredible improvement to how she was. The Perrymount Clinic is such a lovely practice and everyone is so warm and friendly. Thank you so much Christian and The Perrymount Clinic, I am so grateful for all your help :)

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the Perrymount clinic enough! I went there originally, in excruciating pain and unable to stand up straight! I have been seeing a lovely lady called Freya. I was able to stand up straight after our first appointment. I have had 2 sessions since and continue to see an immense amount of improvement after each one. I highly recommend the Perrymount clinic and Freya in particular, to anyone suffering with joint or muscular pain/issues.

Fantastic experience: I have seen quite a few podiatrists over the years but seeing Neeta at the Perrymount has been extremely helpful in dealing with my nail issues. She is very knowledgable, puts you at ease and leaves my feet feeling the best after and up until my next appointment. I highly recommend Neeta for happy feet.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Neeta Still at the clinic for years and can't recommend her enough for everything and anything podiatry related. Her treatment combined with our continual testing of foot creams on the market has resulted in the best heels I've had for years! I still need to regularly see Neeta because of my dry skin but the cracked heels are a thing of the past! On top of this she is just a very kind person, who takes a generic approach to your health care and is generous with her knowledge and own experiences.

Fantastic experience: I've seen NEETA STILL-PODIATRIST a few times.I have flat feet & suffer with pain .Neeta has supplied me with excellent insoles & has given me invaluable advice to help reduce my discomfort. Neeta has a wealth of knowledge that can only be gained from years of experience I would highly recommend an appointment with Neeta for any foot concerns.

Fantastic experience: After suffering chronic pain in my hip and back for 2 years after falling down the stairs, I finally saw Christian for an Osteo appointment. I was miserable, having sunk to a new low of having to use a wheelchair on a work trip in an airport and taking prescription painkillers just to get through the days. Christian checked me over, saw where he needed to work and treated me. After the very first treatment I couldn’t believe the improvement in my mobility and pain. A set of treatments followed due to further work trips and my condition has steadily improved to the point that I am moving towards being pain free and only using painkillers when I really need to - and all of this achieved in only 9 weeks. I cannot tell you how much this has changed my life and my mood. If you are suffering in any way or have restricted mobility I urge you to speak with him. The practice is lovely, super professional but friendly and all the practitioners are great, offering a fab range of treatments. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Get in while you can!

My son has also had cranial osteopathy with Christian in the past which massively helped with sleep troubles as a toddler. Fantastic experience: We visited Christian with our newborn who was struggling with digestive / wind issues, wouldn’t lie flat on his back and was very unsettled. We had three sessions with Christian and our baby was like a different baby afterwards. He is three weeks old now and is so much more settled and his wind and digestion is improving every day. Probably most importantly to us, he will now sleep on his back! Christian is incredibly knowledgable and skilled in the area of babies. Unfortunately I was given a lot of antibiotics after my caesarean and Christian advised us of the detrimental affect that this had had on our baby’s gut. His treatment plan has made a world of difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Christian. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: The Perrymount clinic looks after the whole family ever since I've discovered them when I moved to the area from London. First, I have heard about it at the pre-natal clinic in the HH hospital and I started to see an osteopath there who helped me with a hip pain during the pregnancy. I lead an active life style and it was important to keep me moving. Then Christian treated my new born with cranial, as my boy suffered with colic. I have my favourite osteopath in the clinic, but in the last 5 years I have seen almost all of the therapists working there ,as I needed urgent help at times, and I can honestly say that all of them are excellent and provide first class care. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. We are all grateful for their care.

Negative experience: I had my treatment come to grinding halt and I would recommend to AVOID this clinic. if you plan on using private healthcare. I’m told this clinic is not recognised as a business for private healthcare, but some of the Osteopaths are registered with private health care providers. So I got caught between the clinic, individual osteopath agreements and a private healthcare company in relation to charging (I have proof of this issue) Both Osteopath's I had were amazing, and my treatment was progressing well. My situation was easily resolved, however after I left three messages and emailed the clinic, no one was interested in calling me back. It’s disappointing being part way through treatment for it to stop and I now have to find somewhere else to go, and go through the whole process to register, go through my issues and re start my treatment. Disappointed is an understatement!

Fantastic experience: We visited Christian as a last resort for a 1 year old who didn’t like sleep! He was waking 2-3 times a night, taking a very long time to settle; requiring us to rock him and cuddle him to sleep. When he would wake he would be hysterical and difficult to console. Christian was very knowledgable and immediately explained the root causes for disturbed sleep. He talked through the impact my son’s quick birth may have had and what he would focus on to address this. We are now 3 sessions in and it’s like we have a new baby! He settles himself and sleeps 12-13 hours a night with rare wake ups. If he does wake he will drink milk and settle straight back down. His naps have also improved, getting longer as we can see from his nursery graph. We are all a lot happier and our quality of life and stress levels have improved significantly. I wouldn’t hesitate to any mum struggling with sleep.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the perrymount clinic for many years now. I started with cranial osteopathy during my pregnancies and then for my new babies and ongoing through their childhood when needed. I have now moved onto osteo and message regularly for myself for general maintenance, I wouldn't be without my visits now. All practicioners are lovely and very knowledgeable, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Upon receiving a sports related injury to my right leg earlier this year I was recommended The Perrymount Clinic for some much needed Osteopathy. I was introduced to Freya and after a thorough initial discussion, followed by several visits over a few short weeks she corrected the problem to ensure a full recovery. Fantastic experience: The Perrymount Clinic is a wonderful natural healing clinic where I have regular ostepath treatments from the amazing Kate Nunn. I have also visited Christian for an Avatar scan which was a life-saver. I had been experiencing chronic digestive issues for a few years and within 3 months of visiting Christian, they had disappeared! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Everyone is so friendly and helpful too, and the cost is very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I love going to Perrymount Clinic to maintain my spine flexibility. Each Osteopathy or Massage treatment worked wonders + l've slept much better without the muscle stiffness. Christian Bates, the Principal, does a very gentle cranial neck treatment, no cracks or clicks, which l recommend. For babies who don't settle, or had a traumatic birth, read their website + try Perrymount Clinic for the kindest, gentleness treatment Sandra on Reception is a star when it comes to accommodating your timetable. The Clinic smells divine.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been for a while, but when I was having specialist orthodontic treatment, Christian Bates was the person that my highly skilled dentist specifically wanted me to see. Christian was able to do what my dentist needed and make sure my jaw was released after every dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I use this clinic to see Amanda Hirst for laser hair removal and I can't recommend her enough - so much so that even after moving from Sussex to Suffolk I still come down to see her for my maintenance sessions. I had been for a few consultations at other clinics before seeing Amanda and at my first appointment with her she explained things that no one else had before, such as conflicts in my medications, results I will likely achieve, possible side effects etc. She was very informative and managed my expectations about the results I would see which is also something other clinics hadn't done (my assumption is they just wanted my business regardless of the outcome). Her pricing is fair and you don't feel like she just wants to take your money and get rid of you, she goes above and beyond. She is also so friendly and easy to chat to which makes the whole process so much nicer than it otherwise would be. The clinic itself is also a nice place to be, spotless but welcoming. Highly recommend.
