Fantastic experience: I was a little sceptical before I went as I have never visited a chiropractor. I went because I had a persistent headache for several months and had been to the doctors a few times with no results. My job means my posture is compromised so thought I would give it a go. Initially I was unsure, but after a couple of sessions have surprisingly being feeling much better. I still have a couple of sessions to go but will definitely be going as a preventative measure from now on and will make it a regular occurrence. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. There appointment system is first class and they always accomodate me during my working hours. I was recommended to Chiropractor First by a few people and would certainly send anyone there way who thinks of this as a treatment or to help them in any way.

Fantastic experience: I’m having shockwave treatment for chronic plantar fasciitis, I was a bit dubious at first, but it’s working. I no longer have any pain when I first get up in the morning, or need to worry about how many steps I’ve done in a day. Everyone from the receptionists to the practitioners have been nothing other than friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time of needing chiropractic services from Chiropractic First. Following a period of agony due to problems with my lower back I was seen quickly by Dr Ivan Szretyko. After a very thorough consultation and x-rays a treatment plan was drawn up and I have been attending weekly treatments including manipulation and given appropriate exercises to complete in between treatments. I would highly recommend Chiropractic First. All the staff are friendly and courteous and I felt at ease and confident that they would ease my pain. On completion of my treatment plan I won't hesitate to rebook should my back problems return.

Fantastic experience: I was sceptical about Chiropractors and only sought help after 3 weeks of excruciating "sciatica" type pain, even after taking painkillers. After consultation with Dr Ivan, it transpired the pain was coming from the spine. He also addressed my painful knees, stiff neck and shoulder. Unbelievably, I am now pain free! I have nothing but praise for Dr Ivan for his professional and excellent care, which has made a significant impact to my life. Thank you Dr Ivan and thank you also to the friendly and polite staff. Fantastic experience: I found this clinic excellent. We were able to discuss the treatment before hand. I was impressed by my practioner, she was easy to get on with. My knee was slightly out of place, after falling off a motorbike. After the treatment my knee has gone back to how it was, before I fell off the motorbike about 25 years ago .

He has educated and empowered me to understand what is going on with my back. After my initial meeting where I was in chronic pain I feel I am well on the path to recovery and feel optimistic about my back health for the future.

Fantastic experience: My wife recommended seeing a chiropractor after suffering a ruptured disc and getting noticeable positive results in her pain levels and flexibility after only a couple of sessions. I organised an assessment session which was very thorough and presented quick and convenient results that were clearly explained by Alison prior to my first session. Having completed an initial bi-weekly and weekly, 6 week session programme I now book a session every 4/6 weeks as convenient and required. I also almost immediately noticed improvement in ongoing intermittent sciatica and general back and neck pain. Fantastic experience: I think the fact that I've had my back, hamstring and achilles issues looked after by Lewis for 12 years must say something about the quality of treatment and maintenance I regularly received. Negative experience: I wish I would read reviews here before and never visit this place !!! Absolutely horrible experience and just waste of money. All the treatment less than 5 mins duration. Dr Lewis just speaking beautiful about how will be better after all sessions but his main concern only how more money take from you!!!!! I did all my main 12 sessions and I don’t have any improvement from my sciatica and after his treatment I have even more pain. I paid almost £600 for nothing. I absolutely not recommend this place. They make you diagnose just while look at you and telling like a copy paste for everyone. But now I will complain to everywhere I can for this fraud place to return my money back because it’s absolutely awful to use the situation when you are struggling from pain but for this clinic it’s just way to take more money from you !!!!!!!! 100% Fraud!!!!

Fantastic experience: I finally made the decison to give a chiropractor a go, after years of minor continuous lower back pain and pain which flared up in my hips/bum area. The pain became quite prominent after a lot of walking or strenuous activity, I remember even feeling it at times leaning over the sink to wash the dishes. I was recommended to see Dr Alison Lee by a friend. At the initial consultation I wasn't really sure what to expect. I was a little nervous as I found it difficult to describe my pain and as it wasn't REALLY bad, I felt a bit unsure whether I needed to visit a chiropractor, or if I'd almost be laughed at going in and told there was nothing to fix! This absolutely wasn't the case . Alison was able to show me on an x-ray why I was experiencing the pain I was experiencing, and talk me through what my body was going through. I felt so validated that there was something that Alison understood to be wrong, that she was able to show me, was able to understand what would work to help that, and that I didn't feel like I was just being over the top or dramatic. After 10 sessions, I can honestly say my life has changed. My pain is virtually gone, I feel much less stiff, my energy is much higher and my mood is so much happier . Looking back, it feels crazy to think that I was just putting up with a constant background pain. I didn't really realise how much of my life it affected. Even if you don't think you're experiencing 'enough' pain to warrant going to the chiropractors, I would urge you to rethink that. We shouldn't be living with any pain. Dr Alison has been amazing and continues to help me. She is friendly, welcoming and has a lot of knowledge, and is always happy to answer my millions of questions. The team at reception are also incredibly friendly and welcoming. A great practice with a great team!

Fantastic experience: Had a brilliant massage from Alice, sorting out some neck/shoulder issues, alignment issues, and tension headache! Alice gave great advice after the session to support my sports activities too. Overall professional, relaxing and very safe, comfortable experience.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Alison Lee last year in a real bad way, with severe lower back pain and numbness. Dr Lee treated me regularly fitting me in when I was available around work and urgently when I needed it. I have had regular treatment since and I’m so much better. Can’t recommend her enough. Knowledgeable, great adjustments, kind and friendly.

Negative experience: i did not have a pleasant experience, i would go and less than 5 minutes i would be out, i have not seen any improvements, i complained about having issues with my jaw and shoulder and he totally ignored me and talked about something else. waste of time and money.

Fantastic experience: After seeing a few chiropractors in the past, one thing that sets Chiropractic First from the rest is that they do x-rays of your spine/neck before setting up a treatment plan. After a few weeks, you have a progress appointment to see if there’s been any improvement and exercises are given. I’ve never had this level of service before. After a month, I already feel better thanks to Dr Lewis Kingsnorth. CF is affordable and sessions are just 15 minutes so it doesn’t take much time out of your day. Fantastic experience: During the first session , I was impressed by the detailed analysis of my condition with the aid of 2 X Rays . The subsequent two sessions were directed at the problems which I had on the left side of my neck , back and leg .The relief which I experienced was substantial and sustained . I can confidently state that this was the most professional chiropractic treatment which I have ever experienced during occasional consultations over many years and in various countries .

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Chiropractic First regularly for several years. In the past I had severe back pain which often stopped me doing activities that I wanted to do. When I first went to Chiropractic First, I had an assessment and was offered a treatment plan. I have followed this treatment plan over the years and now I am pain free for most of the time and can live a normal life. My back is stronger and I am able to do the activities that I want to do without risking damaging my back. I can definitely recommend Chiropractic First.

Fantastic experience: Back pain since Dec 21. Saw GP who referred me to physio. kept getting worse. referred to back specialist who did MRI and said nothing was wrong. Got to the point that I could hardly stand, sit, walk, turn or do anything really and I was in constant agony. I was desperate so I contacted Chiropractic First. The first session I couldn’t open the door! They helped me in, and I saw Alison, She was confident she knew what was wrong and how she could fix it. 6 weeks later I can sleep, wash the dishes, look over my shoulder and just function more as a human, oh and the pain had massively decreased. I was in such a bad place, was desperate and I honestly don’t know where I would be if it wasn’t for Alison. Oh and she looked at my MRI and I have a dodgy disc, which she thought at the start! Best money I have ever spent, thanks Alison! You really have given me my life back.

Fantastic experience: In the middle of treatment! Currently having a very good experience. They work it like a medical profession rather than a product they offer. They explain why they do what they do and how they do it. I was informed as to how it will benefit me in the long term not just the short term. And how important it is to correct my spine at a young age. Can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I went to the Chiropractic First and I had a very good experience. DR Lorena checked on me and we could also speak in Portuguese! She is really good and I felt comfortable with Lorena. All her knowledge, explaining to me everything that was going on with my neck/shoulder was great. I also had an x-ray for a very reasonable price. I appreciated the fact that she was honest, referring me to physiotherapist to take care of my tendinitis. I'm sure when I heal from my tendinitis I'll make another appointment with Lorena. I highly recommend her work and the experience with Chiropractic First.

Fantastic experience: Had an hour's sports massage by Rosemary today. I was recovering from shoulders injuries and was really stressed from organising house moving lately. Rosemary was great in relaxing my tense muscles, tendons and joints by applying a gentle force to move my arms around the shoulder joints and neck. I felt great. Thanks Rosemary.
