Negative experience: Fantastic company and amazing products but NHS customers lost their (brilliant) discount during the Black Friday sales. As a subscription customer I was disappointed to learn my ongoing subscription would not be honoured was charged significantly more. This was done with limited communication (the small print in the bottom of a Black Friday email). Edit 8 days later; After Wild cancelled my subscription without me knowing, and charging me double to restart I am yet to receive the supplements despite the promise of them being sent out as urgent. Although everyone has been apologetic no one has actually taken any action to rectify their error. Terrible customer care. Edit; 9 days later. Still no supplements and a factually inaccurate reply below. My order was delayed because Wild cancelled my subscription and was further delayed because they did not send it with a courier but used Royal Mail who were on strike. They have offered to send more with a courier but only if they haven’t arrived tomorrow and no one will respond to my emails asking why a courier was not used to rectify the companies mistake in the first place.

Negative experience: This product is very expensive unfortunately it didn't work for me with my heavy periods. I took it for two months and I didn't notice any difference with taking the product.

Negative experience: Bogus. Unsubstantiated evidence, can't even tell you where their ingredients are sourced

Negative experience: Hi, I have started using these supplements under the guidance of my online coach. I am not 100% sure about these as I seem to have broken out in spots? Would like to understand if this is common? I am currently taking the vit D, Vit b12 and magnesium.

Positive experience: Very good vitamins but customer service not very helpful. I had an issue with the website where an order was automatically generated and charged to my saved card. I made efforts to cancel order immediately but to no avail. Although the lady I chatted to was nice, they werenot willing to cancel the order. Now I have to wait to receive it before I can return it. Could have been resolved before it was dispatched. Im impressed with the Vitamins but not the website or the efforts to resolve my issue.

Fantastic experience: For anyone committed to maintaining their own health, researching the most appropriate and the best quality supplements is very time-consuming. Since I stumbled across Wild Nutrition, that headache has gone away. I can get 90% of my needs fulfilled in one place with this company. I was thrilled that they also do refills for regular repeats on subscription - another saving. I am always happy to recommend this company to anyone who is serious about their health.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Wild Nutrition for about two years now and they are by far the best vitamins I have tried. Going through the Menopause, their Menopause complex and Immune Support have really made a difference to my life and helped me enormously. Their products are "clean" with the minimum of "extra added ingredients". Unfortunately, they are no longer able to ship to the EU (I live in France) so I will no longer be able to purchase their product. A sad day indeed!

Fantastic experience: First and foremost, I would like to compliment the amazing team at Wild Nutrition, especially Lorna and Tessa, who are so lovely and considerate, it really feels that they care about your concerns. Wild Nutrition was introduced to me by Planet Organic when our first round of IVF did not go well. At that time I was in my late thirties, ate very healthy and was fit, but wanted to see what else I could do. For most of my life, my view regarding vitamins/supplements had been ‘I guess it helps a bit, in any case I don’t think it harms me either’. I was taking folic acid from a retailer’s brand and I switched to Wild Nutrition’s Fertility Supplement. A few months later, I got pregnant naturally and reached out for the first time to Wild Nutrition directly for advice. Lorna was just amazing, I asked so many questions and she patiently answered them all. She even told me what kind of blood tests the midwife should take and asked for results (Lorna was very strict about making sure the midwife would check my iron and vitamin D levels, I loved it especially since this was my first pregnancy and I had no idea what should be checked). I have continued using Wild Nutrition’s vitamins/supplements throughout my pregnancy and during breast feeding. I had a wonderful pregnancy, was not really sick at all and just felt really well. We now have a super healthy and happy baby. Now to be clear, do I think this is all down to vitamins/supplements? No, I think it is a combination of many factors (your health, the food you eat, pre-existing conditions, luck, etc. etc.), but do I think Wild Nutrition has made a big difference to us? Absolutely, no doubt about that! We are just so grateful to have a healthy baby, so thank you Wild Nutrition!

Fantastic experience: I was recently unsure of some conflicting advice my midwife had provided around links between tongue tie and folic acid. I wanted to ensure that I wasn’t taking anything that would cause harm during my pregnancy. Marianne answered my query quickly and professionally and reassured me that I had nothing to worry about as this is a food grown supplement. I’ve responded really well to taking this supplement, it’s helped with my digestion and my eczema has improved, not to mention that I’m pregnant!! Really like the wild nutrition products, both my husband and I have been taking them, so much better than synthetic supplements which have previously made me very uncomfortable with lots of digestion issues. Fantastic experience: I've been using Wild Nutrition products for over a year now and haven't looked back. The research that has gone into their products is commendable and for me shows in the results and benefits I've seen since using them. As they are food-grown I find my body easily absorbs them and the best thing is that they are fuss free with no rules about taking them at certain times of the day or with food - I love that! Fantastic experience: I have been using Botanical Menopause Complex for 2 months now and I must say it has been a game changer for me. I had very heavy menopause symptoms, physical and mental tiredness, irritability, interrupted sleep. I had tried body identical HRT for 8 months but I had found it too hard on my body, my mood was low and I felt menopause was a life sentence with unending symptoms. A nutrition expert suggested I try Wild Nutrition Menopause Complex, she told me to take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening to help my liver, which would reduce my tiredness. I was sceptical to say the least as I wasn't familiar with the brand at all, but within 2 weeks I felt a difference. My mood has changed, I feel more positive, I can deal with this, I sleep more soundly. Of course it won't resolve all the symptoms of Menopause, but honestly I am so happy to have found this product and while it may not work for everyone it is certainly worth a try. Fantastic experience: I had a free short consultation with Lorna, a nutritionalist at Wild Nutrition, who advised me what products would help my son recover after his vaccinations prior to a 4 month trip to India and support him whilst traveling. My son took Cognitve Connect, B Complex, Multi Strain Biotic and Ashwagandha before going to India, taking some with him as well. I was so relieved to see him in far better health than he had been a month before leaving, his health had been devastated by the vaccines. Apart from one episode with an upset stomach, he's been in good health so far after a month and a half in India. I'm extremely grateful to find such effective supplements, myself and my younger son have been taking them also. We have been enjoying better health as a result.

Fantastic experience: As a homeopath I use Wild Nutrition supplements for my clients all the time. Lorna and her team offer amazing customer support and are excellent at suggesting the best product. It has really made a difference to my clients health , giving them a solid foundation to work from no matter what it is they are coming with. Whether it's stress, anxiety, low energy, hormonal issues, skin problems, digestion or immunity. Because they are Food Grown they are so much easier for the body to absorb and utilise and I can really see a difference when people are taking them , and are what I use for myself and my family too !

Smart formulas that haven’t had nature beaten out of them in a lab. Fantastic experience: As a nutritional therapist, I often recommend Wild Nutrition supplements to my clients and also use them myself and for my family. I have found them to be extremely effective and intelligently formulated to support the body's complex and inter-connected systems. As food-state nutrients which use lower doses than many synthetic supplements (and without the fillers these often include), Wild Nutrition supplements are also much better-tolerated than other supplements I have used. Their use of adaptogenic herbs is an added benefit and I completely trust the quality of their products. I have also found the Wild Nutrition support team to be hugely helpful and in advising on products and I value the company's commitment to plastic-free, sustainable packaging too.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend for anyone to try Wild Nutrition for themselves. I really love the fact that I know who is making the products (the fantastic nutritionist Henrietta Norton). I pick them over other brands because of the natural ingredients and herbs. They also don't use fillers like some other brands.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking Wild Nutrition vitamins since they first launched and feel so lucky that I found them so early on and therefore have benefitted hugely from them as well as recommending them to many others. Over the years I've taken the various ones such as Magnesium to help me sleep - even in times of stress, the Ashwaganda has helped me in lower times and I take the 45+ supplement. My kids love the vitamin D, Omega 3 and kids multi-fit (my wife especially loves that they come with no hidden nasties like every other childs vitamin which is laced with sweetners or sugars) and my daughter now takes the teen girl multi-vit which has helped her no end as she enters puberty and all its challenges for her and us! The ordering and delivery system is so straight forward and customer service excellent. My wife has even been to some of Henrietta's talks over the years and loves her honesty and total commitment to providing the best possible product for the market. Friends who found Wild Nutrition through our recommendations have also talked very highly of the consultation service provided by them including helping my Mother with her Arthritis. I even love the amount of thought they have put into the packaging with everything being recycled and recyclable. The parcel is guilt free to receive! I simply can't recommend them enough. Wild Nutrition (and my other favourite company Riverford) are the perfect combination for me to remain as healthy and earth conscious as I can possibly be. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: Have used Wild Nutrition supplements for about 6 months and found them to be more effective than previous suppliers, maybe due to “food grown” process and more easily absorbed capsules. I have used omega fish oil and turmeric which have helped knee arthritis and enabled more enjoyable tennis. I am sure the multi vitamin and mineral 45+ Product together with vitamin D has helped ward of colds this winter that have affected many friends and grand kids. A bit more expensive than some brands, but they seem to work better, so well worth it.

For 5 years I did not sleep more than 3/4/5 hours a night, as a single parent running a business I felt wretched most of the time. In dealing with the other areas of your life that may affect how you’re feeling, and not just your diet, eg. sleep, stress, they identify how you can best move forwards to feel better. As a personal trainer, I have been recommending Wild Nutrition to my clients for years. If you are experiencing any kind of health/ nutrition/ stress related issues, I can’t recommend Wild Nutrition more highly. My life is so different now that I sleep properly and feel well.

Fantastic experience: I am an ultra endurance sports person, and in my journey to find better training, recovery and nutrition, I discovered wild nutrition by chance, within the first week it was WOOOOW, because of the extreme of my sport I have to pick everything I consume carefully and in that journey I have been brought closer to natural products because they don't cause any issues with digestion or energy levels, I found synthetic multi vitamin and minerals simply didn't cut it for me, I found wild nutrition at first I was lets say, ahh another company selling product bull, but on reading the rear label, I thought I was going to have a giggle at the bull, BUT I thought I should give them a go as it looked a little interesting and different, I can tell you I am sold for life, within a week digestive issues sorted, two weeks to a month loads of minor things like hair, nails and skin were like perfect not that I was looking for that result but it was so noticeable it was something that couldn't be missed I feel so much better in everyday life, more relaxed, alert and vibrant in person? I have used the multi nutrient, vitamin d, thyroid connect, magnesium and others but mostly stick to the multi nutrient which seems to tick the boxes for me. to date I have had no issues with this product and am confused why this hasn't taken off a long time ago. Not many products have taken me to a level of WOW, simply a nutrition gem, keep it up wild nutrition and please don't change or sell for loads of money you know they only destroy your product.

I have taken several different supplements from Wild Nutrition when advised by my nutritionist, including ones for Endo support, Cognitive Connect and their Magnesium and B vitamins. They work better than any other products I have tried. They might be more expensive but there's no point wasting money on cheaper products that don't work, as I have done before

Negative experience: The website is insufficient. Beware about the delivery subscriptions of their products ... it would be very hard to cancel! I had emailed them several times with requests to cancel and without any response from the Company . I can still see the upcoming orders on my account page. I wasted so much time on this matter by now. If the customer care is so bad what could you expect about the company's responsibility in general?

Fantastic experience: Can I just say how superb a company Wild Nutrition is. Having received an email to say that my order was not going to be fulfilled on time I contacted them to say that I would ideally not have to skip tablets as these are pregnancy supplements and asked what I could do. They only went and hand delivered a pack to my house as they are somewhat local. I have of course had no problems with the supplements and only good experiences with the staff.
