Fantastic experience: Jamie-Lee is absolutely fantastic, offering a range of counselling services which were incredibly helpful, tailored and effective. I can't recommend him highly enough. I found the specialised EMDR therapy that Jamie-Lee offers especially helpful, overcoming trauma that I'd been unable to work through previously. wonderful service! His Empathetic, kind and firm approach was a perfect blend, and by far the best therapeutic experience I've had. The rest of the staff at the Natural Health Centre were also very welcoming. A really great experience all round. five stars!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Jamie Tippins for counselling for the last 6 months to help me work through my anxiety. He immediately made me feel comfortable and safe, and I have benefitted so much for our sessions. He also offers EMDR therapy for trauma, and I have found this to be very effective for some of my PTSD symptoms. I'd highly recommend Jamie, and his price is also very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Friendly welcome at the reception desk, puts you at ease. Attended for counselling, Jamie was truely amazing. He listened, coached and gave me some great techniques to help me cope. My anxiety is now under control.

Fantastic experience: Ben is a great Physiotherapist. I’ve struggled with tennis and golfer elbow simultaneously on both arms for most the year. I tried a different physio and I could not see any improvement. After much googling, I came across this clinic where Ben helped use a combination of treatments at one time, including shockwave therapy. After only 3 weeks, the pain has reduced and I am now lifting lightweights as part of the rehab programme from Ben. Honestly have to say I was pessimistic at the start, as anyone with chronic pain would Be. But Ben demonstrated great passion for his work, always referencing different treatment therapies and up to date research. It’s really comforting when you have this in a physio. It takes me 40mins to get here and then 40mins back but it’s totally been worth it.

Negative experience: Popped in over a week ago the person I needed to speak to wasn't in that day so the gentleman behind the counter took my phone number said I would get a call back the following day nearly 2 weeks now and no call they obviously don't want the business

Fantastic experience: Every time I’ve ever had any issues, whether migraine, bad back, leg problems, tightness in hips, the Natural Health Centre has not only accommodated me when I really needed them but have always gone above and beyond to make sure I can stay in work and managed my issues. Jo is always welcoming and friendly, with excellent organisation and knowledge of who is best to see for my problem, Ben & Amy have been my practitioners for years and always helped when I needed them most could not recommend them highly enough. Munir has recently helped with my chronic migranes which stopped me from working. I have just left there a new person. Thank u natural health centre.

Fantastic experience: I have used the services of NHC for many years and recommended them to all my family/friends. I’ve had treatment for various injuries, aches and pains over time, and always come away feeling fantastic! In particular Ben, Sam and Munir helped my recovery after being hit by a car. I can’t recommend them highly enough - miracle workers!

Fantastic experience: I have been using the natural health centre for many years on and off for various ailments, some quite debilitating. Jo on reception is always happy to listen and advise where she can. Otherwise she will request support and advice from the therapists that work there. The Natural Health Centre is a lovely tranquil space and very welcoming to all.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to the centre and I saw Janet Spence, my therapist. She was very professional and very calming and explained everything very clearly to me. When I went in, Jo, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend going to the centre, it has many varieties of alternative, holistic treatments.

Fantastic experience: Popped in while passing to say hello as I've been going to the centre for around 15 years now and have had various treatments over the years all of which have given the results needed. Timed it perfectly as someone had cancelled an appt with a massage therapist I see regularly and so the centre manager/receptionist offered this me - I snapped it up! Fab massage and a nice unexpected treat on my afternoon off. It's my go to place and I'm forever recommending it because all the staff and therapists are friendly, welcoming and professional plus nice clean environment and treatment rooms.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, Google does not give me the option to rate zero stars. So I am rating a very reluctant 1 star! Janet Spence, what has happened to you? I was a client many years ago and Janet was a very professional and attentive lady. Today, I experienced a total contrast of that. I booked a treatment for my partner and I as a treat. I am a staff nurse, always busy and stressed and he runs his own company. We were looking forward to treating ourselves. However, I ended up attending the appointment alone as my other half had Covid symptoms and was alerted by the NHS track and trace to self isolate due to him being in close contact with two people who have the rare variant of the virus. He received the notification this morning and had no time to cancel his appointment at this short notice. As I am sure you can understand, we followed the government guidelines in order to protect the public. Upon arrival, The receptionist was rude and abrupt. She made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and made my business known to everyone in the waiting room. No discretion or privacy. Just when I thought it could not get any worse, Janet took me into her room and told me off like I was a naughty toddler. She would not listen to me. She spoke on loud speaker with my partner and done the same to him. Then, after all of that animosity in the air, she started preparing her couch, ready to start the treatment. Erm....Really!!!! I decided to leave. I have never experienced such extreme unprofessionalism in my life. Janet, life is NOT black and white and I think it would be wise for you to consider some training on people skills and allowing your customers to speak. As for the secretary, first impressions are everything and she does not reflect a good image for the business. I recommended all of my nurse friends to book a treatment but now, I will strongly advise against this. I arrived at the clinic with the intention of having my treatment and of course, paying the cancelation fee for my partner. well....I was disgusted from the onset. The receptionist needs to be replaced as I am sure that many people who need a job would appreciate the role with friendliness and a warm welcome.

The therapists and staff are so lovely and will go out of their way to help and accommodate, to ensure they offer you the best treatment needed, whether its natural or therapeutic. It's my go to place for any treatment. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this health centre for several years on and off for physio for my back. Most recently been seeing Jamie who was very professional and sorted my back after 3 sessions. He gave me plenty of exercises to strengthen my back in between physio sessions. Would highly recommend if you are struggling with back pain.

Positive experience: When you enter the Natural Health Centre, you are welcomed by the receptionist, and really makes you feel welcome. The Health Centre is like 'Dr Who's Tardis', doesn't look big when you walk in, but there are 14 rooms, each facilitating all forms of treatment. Naturally, the building is very old, so the stairs are narrow and steep, but if you are unable to use stairs, they can accommodate you in a downstairs room, if available.

Works wonders on your issues. He is very knowledgeable and while he is doing the treatment he explains along the way. I must add he is very reasonable on price too. Guys, you will not regret coming here.

Fantastic experience: What a gem of a place. Made to feel very welcome and at ease by the bubbly friendly and very knowledgeable receptionist. Sorry not sure of her name. She advised me of the best person to see then went out of her way to sort an appointment to best suit me and my schedule. She greeted and knew the people that came to see the therapists without being rude having her attention taken away from dealing with me. The reception area is small which can be a bit intimidating but all the people smiled and said hello. Nice calm atmosphere and am certainly going to take the advise I was given.

Fantastic experience: I wish this place was closer to where I live. Always great to see Jo she is so welcoming. I have had Bowen treatment from Sandra for years very effective. Janet is also great, but I hate colonics.

Negative experience: Many years ago I visited this place to see the iridologist Janet e Spence. She was fabulous and attentive. Her advice helped me alot and the supplements she recommended also aided my health. Fast forward a few years I visited her again and what a sharp contrast to my first visit. She was obviously very busy and rushed off her feet. I didn't get the attention or service I received the first time and was so disappointed by her attitude. I barely got the time I was allocated and everything was rushed. I haven't gone back since and she shouldn't make appointment's with clients if she can't give them the time. Her service was excellent but it's gone downhill and I can't see myself going back to her which is a dreadful shame.
