Fantastic experience: Jackie was recommended to me to help relieve some discomfort and “clicking” I’d developed in my neck after doing some work where I’d been craning my head backwards for several hours. She explained in detail what had occurred with my neck, and massaged and manipulated it to relieve the discomfort, and free up the movement in my neck and shoulders. I felt much more comfortable following Jackie’s treatment. She also suggested various exercises to keep my neck flexible, and e-mailed these to me following the treatment. I’d certainly recommend her to anybody seeking osteopathic treatment or advice.

Jackie always works her magic and gets rid of any soreness and tightness, and massively improves my movement. She always offers helpful advice and exercises to try and prevent these problems. Fantastic experience: I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knee which has been very painful for over a month and has made it quite difficult to walk. I was recommended to Jackie and had my first appointment with her yesterday. I have to say she has worked wonders as my knee feels a lot less painful and I have been able to walk normally today. She was very informative in explaining what was happening in my knee and leg. She also gave me exercises to do. Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience going to Jackie to get my pain issues sorted. Every time I have felt immediate relief. What I like most is Jackie’s effort on making you feel better by you taking control of your own wellbeing so that you don’t have to return for further/regular treatments…which is very unusual for a private practitioner. She’s very easy to talk to and very good at straightaway finding the root cause of the issue (which could be anywhere else in the body rather than where the pain is) and getting that treated.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to see Jackie at Blackfen for more than a year now and every time I go, I learn a bit more about my body. I have always left with a good realignment of my body and feel relieved about any concerns I have regarding injuries, workouts, or even my diet. Fantastic experience: I visited Jackie a week ago with a chronic pain in my neck and shoulder. I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I received from Jackie. She discussed thoroughly my medical history, which enabled her to treat my whole back, legs and arms to alleviate the pain in my neck. Not only was the treatment very beneficial, but she followed up with emails to check on my progress, and give advice, and also provided a programme of exercises which have helped relieve the pain very effectively. She does not try to oversell anything. She said I would only need this one treatment, but I was more than welcome to see her again in the future if required. The video chat prior to the actual visit helped reduce time there which should be a relief to those who are concerned re Covid issues. Jackie was also very thorogh with questions to ensure diagnosis and treatment could be as effective as possible.
