Fantastic experience: Training at Roar Fitness has been nothing short of transformative. When I started, I weighed just over 100kg and was untrained and inactive. In just over four months, I’ve lost more than 25kg while significantly increasing my strength and muscle mass. A huge part of my success is thanks to my PT, George, who has been instrumental in guiding me through this journey. His exceptional knowledge of maximizing muscle hypertrophy, grounded in scientific literature, meant that even with just three one-hour workouts per week, I was able to achieve maximal results. Training with George has emphasised the importance of proper lifting techniques, such as controlled eccentrics, training close to failure, effective volume and tempo. George knows exactly how hard to push you, keeping me motivated to give my all in every session while ensuring I could recover effectively to perform at my best in the next. Equally, my nutritionist, Jack, has shown me that weight loss and maintaining a caloric deficit don’t have to be difficult. His advice on nutrition, daily activity, and lifestyle modifications has helped me build sustainable, consistent habits that made the process feel seamless. Jack was always available to fine-tune my nutrition plan, tailoring it to suit my needs and ensuring it remained personalised and effective at every stage. Fantastic experience: Love training at this place. De-stresses me from work, takes my mind off life and makes me feel better about myself. However, it would not be the same without my amazing trainer George. He MAKES my experience. Attentive, considerate, motivational (not to mention very funny!) - he’s just an all round great person, professional and trainer and I hope to train with him for many more years. Fantastic experience: I’ve always been a keen runner but I had never done anything like Roar before March this year and it has been phenomenal! It’s enhanced the way I feel, my energy levels are up and my running has improved beyond belief! Stas Tarabrin my PT is a total pro and 100% on it all of the time, a real class act! I initially signed up for a 3-month program and was thrilled with the progress I made—not just in terms of weight loss and measurements, but also how my clothes fit, my overall health, and how much stronger I’ve become each week. Fantastic experience: I've been training at Roar for over a year now and it's been such a great investment in my health. Strength training is so important but also something that's easy to get wrong (poor form or lifting the incorrect weight for my capability has lead to injury in the past). I'm so appreciative of what a perfectionist Jack is- always optimizing my form and pushing me to the appropriate limit. It's the first time in a long time that I can see see a difference. Not only does training give me the accuracy I need, but also the accountability.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out at Roar for nearly a year, and it’s been an incredible investment both physically and mentally. Fantastic experience: Wow, what a journey it's been – and it’s still ongoing! My experience with ROAR has been truly remarkable. The whole team has been fantastic, and my trainer, Sam, is simply outstanding. While I’m not quite a fitness fanatic yet, I always leave each session feeling positive and energized. Fantastic experience: I joined ROAR because I was going through a tough time, and life had really taken its toll. I finally decided it was time to take control and do something about it. It took me a year to finally book a consultation, but I’m so glad I did. To be honest, I was a bit nervous at first. My eating habits weren’t great, I hadn’t exercised in ages, and I worried about being judged. But then I met Alex. Alex is nothing like the typical intimidating trainer. He makes workouts enjoyable (yes, really), never makes you feel bad if you struggle, and seems to know exactly what you need. He’s supportive, knowledgeable, and actually listens. The facilities are excellent, and everyone is really welcoming. Even when I forgot my gym kit a few times, I’d find it neatly folded the next day—small details like that make all the difference. ROAR has a great atmosphere that pushes you in a positive way. It’s completely changed my approach to food and fitness. I’m eating better, I’ve understood where the weight gain came from, and 12 weeks in, I can genuinely see the results. I initially signed up for 12 weeks, but I’ll definitely be continuing. And a huge thank you to Alex (@Alex_RoarFitness) for being such an amazing trainer and always bringing a great sense of fun to each session. It’s made all the difference.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and environment. 5* personal training service . From the minute you walk in the ladies behind the desk make you feel welcome and all the trainers are very nice . My trainer Alex is a good guy and more importantly a very good trainer . West Ham fan though so unfortunately nobody is perfect . I look forward to coming to Roar even though I’m usually aching !!!

Fantastic experience: Training at ROAR Kensington has been an amazing experience. Regardless of where your fitness journey is (first time, you’ve trained before, or this is a compliment to other training/activities) I found that the entire team is fully committed to make your goals a reality. And the ambience is always positive and safe. I arrived the first day not feeling at my best, both physically and mentally, and I have to say the team was really nice and supportive throughout my initial assessment and during my training. My personal coach was Alex and he is such a great coach, from his knowledge in training to his positive attitude and energy. Training with him made my training days even better. Making a commitment to train can be hard at times and you might not always feel motivated to do it, but when you’re surrounded by a team like this, it makes every training session a more enjoyable and fulfilling experience. 100 % worth a try.

Fantastic experience: I've been using ROAR for several years now and it's a brilliant place. Great facilities, kept in pristine condition, and a lot of high quality personal trainers bursting with skilled advice and enthusiasm for people at all stages of fitness. I've been working with James Castle-Mason since the start of 2023, and can't recommend him highly enough - such a knowledgable, friendly, encouraging, but also demanding trainer who pushes me hard but always in a challenging and collaborative way that I really enjoy. I've also worked regularly with ROAR owner Sarah Lindsay, a former Team GB Olympian who knows exactly what buttons to push to get my competitive juices flowing! Her attitude sums up ROAR - fun, warm, but ultimately a place to get yourself in better, healthier, fitter shape. If it's worked for me, it can for you. Definitely give them a try.

Fantastic experience: The best thing about Roar Fitness for me was my trainer Stas who was amazing! After the 8 week program, I am definitely stronger and see a difference in my muscle definition, tone and refinement. Had he not been my PT, I am not sure I would have had the same positive experience and results.

Fantastic experience: I just finished an awesome 3-month training program with Stas, and I couldn't be happier with the results! He's super professional, knows his stuff inside and out, and is always precise with his guidance. Not only did he teach me the correct positioning for exercises, but he also educated me on muscle groups and how to target them effectively. In collaboration with Jack who handled the nutrition, Stas also provided his guidance which was very helpful. This comprehensive support has led to amazing overall results. Fantastic experience: I’m just about to complete a 12-week training package - as a complete exercise/strength training novice it has been a mindblowing experience! Alex has been incredibly attentive, positive and motivating, and has helped me improve so much in such a short space of time! I’ve also found the nutrition sessions far more helpful and informative than I was expecting, and one of the key benefits of the whole experience (beyond seeing my fitness and physique improve) is feeling more energised and able to fuel my body in the right way. Fantastic experience: Ive been training at Roar for the last 6 weeks with Stas. After having back issues for last couple of years i was really nervous about beginning my 3 month program incase i injured myself by having a trainer that didn't understand my injuries. Having been paired with Stas i honestly couldn't be enjoying the program more. I felt extremely lucky to have him as my trainer. Not only have i felt so looked after with him but he really knows what he's doing and spends so much time explaining, guiding and teaching me everything from injury prevention to what i need to be doing with my new weight training program. Thank you again Stas, you've really made me love exercising again.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with James for the past 7 months and cannot recommend him and Roar South Ken enough! I used to do HIIT classes and had plateaued in my progression, and thanks to Roar I’ve gained strength and have prevented injuries from happening. The staff is absolutely lovely and the atmosphere is really pleasant - it’s always welcoming and a great way to feel motivated to go to the gym. The amenities and equipment are very high quality and super clean.

Fantastic experience: I've just completed the 12 week online training program with Tom Bevan as my coach - fantastic experience. The set up of the program itself is relatively simple - intentionally so to make it easy to stick to - training hard 3 times a week with a focus on nutrition. My concerns going in were that I would just receive a cookie cutter program with limited personalisation, but I found Tom really worked with me to develop the program according to my goals and focus. I also found I learnt a lot during the course of the 12 weeks - Tom was so knowledgeable and really forthcoming with sharing why we were taking a particular approach or why we were making changes. The weekly check-ins were great for accountability, detailed feedback and a motivation boost. I really appreciated the option to add videos of particular exercises to check form - Tom was able to provide insightful advice on how to improve technique and safety. Can't recommend the program and Tom enough - I saw results in the 12 weeks and have been inspired to continue after the end of the program, equipped with the knowledge to make sure I keep making gains.

Fantastic experience: I started training at Roar about two months ago. It has truly been life changing. Having had two babies over the last few years, I wanted to regain my strength and shed some weight! Alex has been brilliantly helping me with my nutrition - really focusing on the protein intake, getting my 10,000 steps in a day, and keeping hydrated - checking in along the way and keeping me motivated. George I’ve been seeing twice a week for PT. It is incredible the difference from our first few sessions - I can now confidently lift those heavy weights and can really see the progression each session on the various exercises. He’s got me doing exercises I never would have dreamed of being able to do. He really encourages and supports me throughout our sessions, and has kept me very focused. His attention to detail is first rate - checking my posture and progression throughout. Couldn’t recommend Roar and their fabulous team more!

Fantastic experience: I've been training with George at Roar for over a month and it has been absolutely wonderful. He is charismatic, knowledgable, precise with his instructions, and most importantly makes me feel very motivated and safe during our sessions. Fantastic experience: I have been working with George for about 4 and 1/2 months now. He's the nicest sweetest guy and always happy and positive and making jokes thus making the training bearable. I was so happy when I was paired with him by Roar - which has a great programme. I was looking for a body transformation Hollywood style and with them have lost 19 kg (James my nutritionalist who taught me how to diet was central to this effort - I had to re-educate myself about all things food and he was knowledgeable, kind and brilliant in taking me through the steps was also essential). George has been the best personal trainer - he has taught me how to lift weights with correct form and technique and given me confidence in the gym. He pushes you hard but thats what you want out of a trainer. But he makes the whole process enjoyable. Honestly having had therapy it's like a good therapy session to go in there and be taken through the hour's session. Fantastic experience: Having trained with many Personal Trainers over the past 10 years I can honestly say that training at Roar for the past 6 months has been a phenomenal experience. George is an incredibly knowledgeable Personal Trainer! He brings amazing energy and expertise to each session and has helped me to achieve outstanding results. George plans and tailors each of my sessions to help me to attain my desired fitness goals. The consistent weekly progression I have achieved as a result has exceeded my expectations! Consistent, reliable and supportive. George has greatly helped me to correct my form and improve my technique when performing exercises and movements, which has been instrumental in influencing the recovery and improvements of my overall muscle rehabilitation, strength, mobility, energy and confidence in the gym. Alongside training I have also received great support from Jack for my nutrition who has helped me to stay on track and adapt my nutrition plan to my personal needs to achieve my desired results. Fantastic experience: I joined ROAR after seeing the incredible results and experience my fiancée had with them. I'm almost at the end of my 8 week programme and I've loved every minute of it, cannot recommend it more! Training with Florence has been brilliant, she's always pushing me, giving me confidence that I can lift heavier, while always ensuring I have the proper form and thoroughly going through technique for every single exercise. I've learned so much from her and always look forward to our sessions. When I think I can't do it, she somehow gets a few more reps out of me I've never felt stronger, I'm getting leaner and more toned every week, my sleep has improved significantly... The nutrition & body composition check-ins with Alex have been great to speak about progress and tweak diet and exercise to get me closer to my goals. Lastly, absolutely everyone is super friendly and supportive, it's such a great environment to walk in every training session.

Fantastic experience: I was passing by in my car, when I saw this big word ROAR! it straight away took my attention, I look it up to find out it was a transformation gym. Following day, I called, made an appointment and joined the gym obviously after thinking a lot of the financial commitment I was going to do, as it not cheap! To be honest It has blown my mind. I have been luckily enough to have been matched with Daniel Mardari my PT (a peculiar character :-D ) he listens, understand me and he has developed a training programe that works for a person like me with a lot of injuries, such knee, hips and mummy baby pounch after 2 C-section. Don't get me wrong he makes me to lift HEAVY WEIGHT, this is serious training :-) , in only 3 weeks he has made me shrink one size. (All my clothes are too big for me) He actually gives me the motivation and the discipline I was lacking all this year .. he worth every freaking penny I paid for this session. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I have consistently trained at ROAR for a year now and have loved every second of it. I’ve managed to lose the last stubborn 13 kilo’s of baby weight that just wouldn’t shift, in the first 9 months of my training which didn’t feel as hard as I thought it would. With excellent help and support throughout from Alex Smith throughout for my nutrition help and the consistent joyous fat calliper measurements, which help keep you on track even when the scales don’t make sense. Combined with excellent training from 3 different PT’s throughout my time at ROAR. This has been down to my personal choice and wanting to try different people as my needs have changed throughout my journey at ROAR. I have to say that my current PT Scott Webber has been completely phenomenal and the best PT I’ve ever had in my 19 year gym experience! Despite him starting only in November I was lucky to experience him at the end of December and immediately changed over my training schedule to him. I count myself incredibly lucky I was able to get my regular appointments booked in with him so early before he got fully booked up! His experience is second to none and it shows. He is friendly, kind, considerate and incredibly knowledgeable of his craft. Even though I started with him 9 months after I began my training at ROAR and, once I had lost nearly all of the weight I wanted to, the biggest difference was a complete body transformation within my first 3 weeks of training with him which was considerably noticeable to me and my friends after I started training with him. He is also the first and ONLY PT who has taken my goal of achieving own body weight pull ups seriously and on average I have gained the ability to do nearly one, if not a whole extra pull up each week since starting my training with him. I cannot recommend him enough. Your only job now is to get an appointment with him! It’s unlikely ROAR will get rid of my by choice now, I think they’re stuck with me for a while by the looks of things !

Fantastic experience: Possibly one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. I trained at Roar, Kensington for 3 months and can honestly it was one of the most enjoyable experiences and I can’t thank both George, my trainer and Jack, my nutrition coach, enough for all their support and advice throughout my time there. George guided me steadily from the beginning (I hadn’t trained at the gym properly for 5-6 years) and helped me hugely with my form and technique, making progress each week and I ended up lifting weights far heavier than I could have imagined. The difference in my energy levels (as well as physique) has astounded me and a big part of that was the nutrition guidance provided. Fantastic experience: Roar Kensington was great for me. My main trainer was James Castle-Mason - the titan of time-under-tension, the professor of progressive overload, the “stay-in-the-set” supremo. James is a superb trainer, his knowledge is brilliant and we had a laugh every session even after he made me do sled pushes and single arm rows. Alex trained me part of the time when James wasn’t there and he was great too, plus Jack who also did a couple of session. These trainers really know their stuff and will not let you down. Alex did my nutrition, it’s based around a selection of recipe options and there’s pretty much something for everyone in there. He was on hand to check in with about sensible choices for social occasions like business lunches or date nights or any time when you can’t prepare something from the booklet. Roar recognises that people have a life, can’t always eat from the recipe menu, and shows you how to work around and enjoy your social occasions and still get the results you want. I was super happy with my results and would have loved to carry on longer!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Florence, Alex and the team at Roar Fitness Kensington. For context, I’m a veteran with PT’s, having had many over the years. It has not always been an enjoyable experience! I also hate gyms, loathe exercise and am a real skinflint around paying for fitness! But the team at Roar have genuinely turned that around. Florence, my PT, is an absolute legend! She is diligent, knowledgeable, answers all of my inane fitness questions and doesn’t let me get away with slacking or being ok with poor form. She keeps the sessions fun and I genuinely look forward to showing up and training with her. For the first time I’m seeing actual physical results (building muscle, losing fat and greatly improved cardio fitness). Florence has also been instrumental in spurring me on to re-start running, and I have recently completed the couch to 5k programme. The gym is great with a good range of equipment and weights and the PT’s are all friendly. While the music can be somewhat underwhelming, my overall experience at Roar Kensington has been awesome and has also been well worth the investment!

Fantastic experience: If you’re serious about getting fit and transforming your body then this place should be top of your list. As you would expect the facilities are great, but it’s the staff that make it special. Special shout out to Alex, who guided me through the nutrition maze and who was always listening and making suggestions and adapting my food intake with my goals in mind. But my biggest thanks go to Stanislav (Stas), my personal trainer, who did the impossible and made me actually look forward to training. He’s a fantastic personal trainer: professional, really friendly and easy to get along with, encourages/pushes you just the right amount, knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy to boot. Positive experience: Firstly, I am extremely satisfied with the personal training sessions. My trainer Danial Madari has proven to be exceptionally knowledgeable, smart, and motivational. I started not knowing much about how to train but now I have much more understanding of how to train smart. I’ve had a few trainers train me, but this man definitely knows what he’s talking about. I thought I knew the basics but I was doing it all wrong. He taught me the proper technique of how to do it properly, the training aspect of it is definitely 5 star. However, I regret to say that my experience with the nutritionist has not been as positive. Despite my expectations, I found their services to be rather useless. I believe there is room for improvement in their approach and effectiveness. The menu they have sent me could have easily been found through a simple online search. As a client seeking personalized and expert advice, I was expecting a more tailored approach that goes beyond readily available information. Especially because I spent 4600 for this service. I most definitely expected more.
Whilst we are pleased to get such great feedback on your training sessions we were very sorry to hear this feedback on the nutrition. Your plan was detailed, bespoke, and monitored by a highly accomplished coach that has worked for Roar for many years. The programme starts with a detailed assessment but the key to client success is attending the regular nutrition check-ins to allow your nutrition coach to develop your plan and ensure your progress. When the advice provided is not adhered to and nutrition check-ins not attended, it will of course have an impact on your results which is a great shame. Our team were fully invested in your results and supporting you every step of the way with your nutrition coach providing a number of solutions for you to try and overcome your barriers. We pride ourselves on our nutrition services, and believe they are the very best the personal training industry has to offer, which our clients are always happy to rave about in their reviews so we are very surprised to hear this feedback.

Fantastic experience: After my beloved Florence left Roar, I found my allegiance wavering despite having just renewed for another 12 weeks. My hopes of connecting with a new trainer were marginal at best. Enter Sam. Sam is 189 centimetres of unbridled enthusiasm and joy. A stickler for form, he puts as much into his coaching as I do lifting the heavy weights he puts into my hands. When he asked what my goals were, I told him I wanted to perform a perfect pull-up from a dead hang. "Alrighty then!" was his response and we immediately and methodically got to work. It took months, but we got there one week after my 57th birthday. 1 pull-up has now turned into 4 with an eye toward knocking out 10. Thank you, Sam. I may curse your name after our Saturday met cons, but I secretly like them because I feel like such a bad ass afterwards.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend ROAR fitness. Having lost confidence and gained a few too any pounds post surgery I needed help and joined ROAR (London city). All the PTs at ROAR are friendly and at the top of their game. I was only meant to be training with Dan B for 8 weeks, but we’ve now be training for over 6 months which I think speaks for it self. He’s always professional, positive, full of knowledge and patient.

Fantastic experience: Training at Roar has been an incredible experience. It's my second time back training with Roar since having kids and I'm enjoying it even more the second time round. James, my PT, is exceptional. I have a lot of old injuries which at the start affected my confidence but James (who is a stickler for good form and is an incredibly experienced PT) has given me the confidence to carry on with a challenging training schedule without any of my old injuries resurfacing, which is quite miraculous. The sessions are hard work but always fun and I'm feeling the strongest I've been in ages. Alex, who deals with my nutrition, is an excellent support and is always on hand to offer guidance with food/meals and always provides an overall morale boost. Furthermore, what's also great about the Roar experience is that whenever James has been on leave, I've been trained by some of the other PTs (Alex B, Alex S and Jack) and they've all been absolutely brilliant. I think they're going to struggle to get rid of me!
Fantastic experience: The group classes at ROAR are the best in London. As a self-proclaimed “class person”, I’ve tried most of the “best” spots and have been a member of a couple of the bigger brand name studios. What makes ROAR stand out from the crowd, and keeps me coming back for over a year now, are the instructors and the community they have built. It was through the classes that I also became a PT client (training then with James Colebrook who also leads the classes). While my PT program with ROAR has ended, I’ve kept up the classes and highly recommend them. The small class sizes of 10 mean that you get individual attention and a more “PT” feel. The environment is fun, friendly and inclusive. The music is fab. The workouts are constantly changing so you’re never bored and ALWAYS challenged. The programming is strength-based with a variety of dumbbells, bursts of cardio built in to get that heart rate up and also always a focus on the core. It’s well-rounded and taught by seasoned, technical instructors who truly know how to get results while creating a welcoming and fun environment. James Colebrook and Fay Jagger are truly the best! I mean it when I say there is nothing else like it in the area or across London! My only wish is that they would add Sunday classes and also the option to have an ongoing membership (as right now, they only offer class packages).
Fantastic experience: The classes at ROAR are my favorite part of my week. There is a community feel, without feeling like a cult. The music is good and the classes are high energy, without feeling like you are in a rave at 7 in the morning. Best of all, there is NO TREADMILL...just weight training and core training. This doesn't mean you don't get a serious sweat (there is cardio interspersed) but, it does mean I save my knees from the monotonous grind of treadmill running. It also means I can build muscle and tone....not just force my body to consume itself. Class sizes are small, so trainers can make adjustments and the experience still feels personal. James Colebrook and Fay Jagger's classes are personal faves. If you are looking for weight-training focused classes, in a friendly environment that leaves you wanting a protein shake, rather than a glass of Kool-Aid or a bump of coke, I HIGHLY recommend ROAR Kensington.
Fantastic experience: By far the best workout classes I’ve tried in Kensington/Chelsea. Have been going consistently for almost a year and seen major improvements in both my strength and performance. The coaches are also great - special shout out to Fay who’s super motivating and always checks on your form throughout the class!

Fantastic experience: I signed up with Roar after years of trying various other training / nutrition programs and getting no results, which left me feeling like my goals weren't achievable. I couldn't be more delighted to share that with Roar, I started seeing results instantly. I couldn't feel luckier to have gotten to work with Daniel on training and Alex on nutrition. Alex always provides feedback when I have questions and has been able to help me understand / tailor the nutrition plan to suit my sensitive digestion. I also had paralysis around scale weight, a large obstacle, which he has helped me to overcome. Training with Daniel has been physically and mentally transformative. When we started, I had some physical challenges, which are thankfully behind me now. He understood exactly what was going on and how to adjust the training without disrupting my progress. He pushes me in the most positive way, which has been fundamental to building both mental and physical strength. The gym itself is a great space. Always spotless with a relaxing reception area and super helpful front of house team. All in all, the experience has been truly exceptional and I genuinely look forward to every session!

Fantastic experience: ROAR has been a great experience for me. The weight based work outs give visible results really quickly, which is very motivating as you feel better almost immediately - and stronger. Everyone at ROAR has made the process a joy, and is always so nice and encouraging when I come to the gym - even if I don't feel like it when I arrive - I get into the sessions really quickly. I joined up a little reluctantly, as I worried I was unfit and wouldn't be able to do the routines. Whilst I've done personal training before, I have never done a weight based training. I had no need to worry as Florence my PT has been brilliant at explaining all the techniques and moves from the beginning. She has really encouraged me, and every week she works hard to push me to the next level. I really look forward to our sessions - she is so professional, and at the very top of her game - but she is also lovely and understanding, especially if I can't always get it right first time. ROAR was recommended to me by three friends - and I'm so glad I took their recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Roar Fitness. I have been going there for a year now and they have completely transformed my fitness and my outlook. I was a very nervous beginner, having not really done any weights before and not having any idea what to do. I had undergone major surgery on several occassions and had 25+ stays in hospital in the previous 8 years, so my fitness had really taken a downturn and was non existent. Roar have not only restored that but given me the confidence to do exercises I never thought would be possible. Don't get me wrong my level is still nowhere near what some people are doing but this is my journey and it is important not to compare yourself with others. I have made a huge improvement. I still have a long way to go but Roar have given me the confidence and knowledge to continue. I promise you will not be disappointed if you sign up. I have had a couple of trainers and all the staff are very knowledgeable. My current trainer is Florence and she is brilliant, having been going to Roar for a year now all the staff are really friendly and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: 4 weeks in and I am so happy with my progress so far! Alex gave me an introduction at the beginning which was already very motivational. Jack is a great nutritionist and always happy to help with any of my questions. He is very honest and rational about the nutrition needed to achieve my goals. But of course my biggest compliment goes to Tyler, my PT!! He has been simply incredible. He constantly motivates me, pushes me, but also makes sure I am doing the exercises properly with the right weights. He knows exactly how to tackle the right areas with the right exercises. Always explains amazingly whenever I have a question about a certain exercise. 4 weeks in and -2.5kg so far - feeling stronger, healthier and more confident. Can’t wait to complete my 12 weeks and already looking forward to extending! Update: Amazing continued progress at Roar with Tyler! Dropped 5kg in total so far and I have another month left. Tyler’s approach resumes to be very consistent- pushes me to train harder. He clearly knows my own limits better than I do as I always surprise myself with Tyler’s help! Fantastic experience: I started a 12 week online programme with Tom, I loved my training and I feel so confident with what I have achieved, I wanted to shred fat after having my son and I managed to drop just over 10kg in 13 weeks! What I loved about this is that there were few changes and adaptations to my life, I didn’t feel like it was an inconvenience and absolutely loved my workouts and learning along the way. Tom was great at answering any questions I had and really helped to motivate me during my programme, which I wasn’t sure how it would work since it was online but our weekly check ins always helped me to start on track and keep getting stronger and leaner. I couldn’t do assisted pull ups at the start but I can now do an actual pull up with body weight, I also have been able to lift heavier weights which was a big goal of mine. I would highly recommend Tom and Roar if you are looking to transform your body and your life! Thanks Tom!

Fantastic experience: I joined Roar 7 months postpartum feeling weak, tired and still wearing my maternity clothes. Coming to the end of my 12 week programme (& planning to extend), I am now feeling stronger, more energised and confident in my body! I was gobsmacked during my half-way check in to see how much body fat I had lost which was a great motivator. I have Florence as my trainer and Jack & James as my nutritional consultants to thank for my results! I am having the best time training with Florence and look forward to our sessions. Fantastic experience: I'm only halfway through my 8-week programme and already feeling so much stronger, more energised and seeing a huge difference in how my clothes are fitting. My trainer Florence has been absolutely amazing, I'm so lucky to have been paired with her. She explains everything thoroughly and each session pushes me to my limit, always focused on watching / correcting my technique. She's also really motivating and I look forward to every session. Roar has really changed my mindset on exercise and nutrition, and given me the confidence to continue my fitness journey long-term. Really looking forward to the next 4 weeks!

Fantastic experience: Probably the best boutique fitness studio in London. Lovely location, waiting area and trainers. Exclusive feeling, not crowded, good quality equipment and plenty of space. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this place highly enough. After knee surgery I lacked confidence to train and had gained some timber. I knew that I could rely on ROAR and booked myself in at the City gym. Josh has put me back on track with world class coaching and motivation, constantly encouraging and checking in but also taking me to the limit of my training every day. This was complemented by superb nutritional advice and support from Tom who kept me on track with positivity on every step of progress made. Aside from the team, the gym facilities are best in class too!
Fantastic experience: I joined the online Roar Fitness programme and I was paired with PT Thomas Bevan. It has been a fantastic experience and after struggling for 3 years to lose extra pounds, I have seen a significant drop. Thomas is very very supportive and is extremely knowledgeable and has managed to keep me on track (not an easy thing to do) and to identify when my motivation levels were low, even through an online coaching programme!. He has now equipped me with ideas moving forward on how to maintain my weight loss, how to account for social events etc. I would highly highly recommend their online coaching programme if you don't live close enough to get to their gym in person. The food plan and recipes have helped massively. I would also personally recommend Thomas as I would not be where I am today without his coaching and guidance. I just wish I lived closer to attend the gym in person! Thank you!
Fantastic experience: Coming to the end of 12 weeks training with Florence. It was exactly what I needed having falling out of a training routine and gained excess weight. The training sessions are tough but love the feeling afterwards and the results. Dropped a dress size in 12 weeks, but more importantly feel stronger and healthier, with a good routine. Great support from Jack too with nutrition advice. Highly recommend Florence and the Roar team, it is worth the investment.
Fantastic experience: Training with Alex (Smith) has been an absolute blast! He’s always made sure to push me out of my comfort zone while keeping me motivated. Despite the workouts being difficult, I’ve looked forward to every session and always leave feeling like I’ve gotten a lot out of it. Highly recommend Roar!
Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Tom Bevan as my PT for a 12 week programme. Had fallen out of training and needed a boost, and was a joy to work with Tom and and Jack. I learnt lots about fitness, nutrition and dropped the excess weight I was carrying and really set up some good habits for life. Tom was a brilliant trainer who pushed you hard when you needed it knew when to ease off and work around injuries and also worked around cycle and lifestyle. Really pleased with the results and would happily work with him again and would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Tom (Thomas Bevan) is a first-class PT. He has tailored our workouts to be exactly what I needed in terms of awareness of prior injuries and my fitness goals. Not only does he tailor and personalise the sessions themselves, he also totally personalises the delivery to what sort of person you are. For example, I love learning about the science and evidence behind working out, and Tom was a huge source of knowledge and experience. Lastly, Tom has really set me up for success to continue my progress on my own. Would 100% recommend to ANYONE! Whether you're a beginner or very experienced gym-goer.
Fantastic experience: I am nearly at the end of my 12 week program with Roar and have really enjoyed it so far. My trainer, Gus Nash, has been great at trying to adapt exercises to try to work around an old knee injury whilst still pushing me to keep gaining strength. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: I have just completed a 3 month course of training with Jack and Brook and nutrition with Jack. Both were extremely approachable, supportive and made the whole process really enjoyable! They were very knowledgeable on all aspects of fitness and nutrition. The gym sessions are challenging but fun, and most importantly they do yield results if combined with the nutrition advice. I was really keen on understanding how to use weights to keep fit, and this programme has shown me how to do so. I would highly recommend ROAR for anyone who wants to feel stronger, fitter and leaner and am already missing my sessions now that it is over!

He was full of knowledge, patience and understanding - qualities which you can't get enough of in this game, as it's a hard, enlightening and a challenging journey trying to loose and maintain weight. Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Road to anyone who is serious about getting fitter, stronger, and healthier. I’ve been training with Kai for over 4 months now and every session is a new challenge but with the support and knowledge of my PT I have hit some personal bests I could have only imagined before. The environment is friendly, the equipment is great and you won’t regret a single training session.
Fantastic experience: I signed up for an 8 week transformation hoping to lose a bit of weight and tone up. The results so far have way surpassed my expectations and I am totally hooked! Stanislav is the perfect trainer for me, has paid careful attention to my pre existing injuries and I am now stronger and fitter than I have ever been all thanks to him. He is super knowledgable and professional and incredibly nice. Jack has provided great nutritional support and has also been incredibly helpful answering my questions and doubts about the diet. Fantastic experience: I am now close to completing a 3 month programme with Roar in Kensington. The experience has been amazing with Alex Smith as my PT and Jack Pressling as my nutritionist. Not only are the team welcoming and friendly, they are attentive and always available to answer questions, flexible around my availability for training and extremely encouraging throughout the programme.I have loved seeing my body shape change quite dramatically and found that at 44 years old I am still strong and fit. The gym feels like a safe place and I now have the confidence and knowledge to be able to train at other gyms without feeling intimidated. The most amazing change has actually been to how I feel. When I started the programme I had been diagnosed with arthritis in my hand. Within a week, the constant aching had disappeared and I was able to use my hand without pain again. My energy and drive is through the roof and I feel confident about myself again. Roar is truly life changing, and in such a short time frame!
Fantastic experience: The team at Roar Fitness just know what they are doing – I’m 8 weeks in, a stone lighter and, despite training 3 x week at 0600, I haven’t once wanted to skip a session. My trainer, Stas, is an experienced coach with deep knowledge of anatomy, as well as effective strength training, so he knows how to protect you from injury/what works/what doesn’t while getting the best out of you. Jack’s providing great nutrition guidance and the environment is welcoming and non-judgmental. It’s not cheap, granted, but then again neither is that gym membership you’ve scarcely ever used.

I lifted more than I would have ever imagined and he help me to progress quickly. He is also very nice and fun and very knowledgeable. I really recommend him as your PT.
Fantastic experience: I have been training at Roar for over 2 months now and it is by far the best decision I have made. My trainer Gus Nash is brilliant. His enthusiasm, knowledge and encouragement pushes me further in every session. I have reaped so many benefits already and feel stronger, fitter and laser focused. Fantastic experience: I have now been training at Roar for over twelve weeks and couldnt recomend it more highly. Jack my trainer and nutrition coach has been a pleasure to work with pushing me to lift heavier, develop better form and I look forward to each and every session. Training four times a week with someone can either be something you dread or look foward to and that comes down to the trainer. I am very grateful that Jack gets the absolute best out of me each time but at the same time has great conversation/jokes to distract when needed. Fantastic experience: I trained with Stas and Jack for the 8 week program. Jack was very helpful for me to understand my nutrition and keep me disciplined on it. Stas is a fantastic trainer and helped me improve my form and motivate me to get myself in shape. Fantastic experience: I have been at Roar for 7 weeks training with Stas and having nutrition advice with Alex. It’s been an amazing transformation in such little time and I feel so much stronger and in such great shape. First time ever at a gym and I love it. I’ve lost 7lbs and have muscle definition. Stas is a fantastic trainer with attention to detail with technique and just pushes you that little bit further to get the most out of the sessions. Alex has been fab too - encouraging and supportive with nutrition and listens to what your aims and goals are. Highly recommend these guys.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Kai for a while now and I couldn’t recommend him more. He pushes me to my limit and I always leave feeling like I’ve really worked out and made the most out of the session. I’ve never really lifted weights before so the whole experience has been totally new for me and Kai has been extremely informative (and also patient!) as I have got to grips with this new style of training. The results are evident and I honestly feel stronger than ever. I’m also getting my confidence back after having my baby and that’s all thanks to the training sessions which Kai implements. What’s more I’m really enjoying myself and look forward to the sessions! 5/5 for Kai! :)

Fantastic experience: Very happy training at Roar Kensington. I’m stronger now than I have ever been despite having done years and years of spinning, pilates, and barre. My trainer Brook is excellent technically, and is always encouraging and positive. I feel comfortable training with him and expressing body angst (and how to train those areas) more than I thought I would. The whole team is kind and its clients mutually supportive - a great atmosphere - although I'll always hate the chest press! Well done to the team.
Fantastic experience: I'm about 9 weeks in to programme and really really enjoying this - and feeling so much better. Lost 7kg+, feeling much stronger with new diet habits in place. Brook my trainer is first class - he's created a bespoke program for my training and I can feel real progression on my conditioning and my strength. He's been super thorough on technique and form. He also makes it light hearted and fun - despite the burn and push to failure!
Fantastic experience: I initially signed up at Roar for the 8 week program, thinking the 12 week one would be too much for me, and seemed overwhelming. Happy to say that I made it through under the guidance of my PT, James Enfield. I loved the sessions so much that I’ve signed up for another 8 weeks, to continue moving in the right direction with my goals of losing weight/fat, becoming leaner, building stamina and feeling stronger. James has been a great motivator, with each session going fast. James is friendly, a perfectionist, who focuses on form, gives just the right amount of push , will make you repeat reps if not properly done ,all while smiling! The program has been very structured, which I’ve loved, there hasn’t been a single day where prior to session I’ve said to myself “oh no, I’m seeing James today for PT.” In addition to James, my other support person has been Jack, who has given me guidance on the food/nutrition front, encouraged me to keep going with the meal plan. The first week of the meal plan was hard, tough to get used to a new way of eating, but it does get easier and you do get into a rhythm. The gym area is clean, all the staff are friendly and approachable, clients look happy - a great atmosphere overall!!
