Fantastic experience: I may have given a review before, but just to emphasise - I’ve had the best massages ever at Santi. I’ve tried too many places that i can count and hands down nothing tops santi. practical and non pretentious and does exactly what it says. If you’re looking for a real massage , the real thing, in a clean and practical place done by experts who know exactly what they are doing, then this is it. If you’re looking to get pampered and spoiled and want a spa day with the girls, then this ain’t it.

Fantastic experience: I discovered Santi when I moved to the area recently and was looking to treat an ongoing neck/shoulder issue. Over a few times we managed to alleviate this and I left with advice for posture, sports and everyday activities. And it actually worked. I have seen many therapists all over the world with varying success, but at Santi I really appreciated the no-nonsense approach - I can highly recommend Marley who really knows what she is doing. This is a very personable place whether you are looking to address your skin needs via their state of the art treatments or need body work.It’s a rare find nowadays.

Fantastic experience: I find it hard to express how much this place has changed my life. I live in Los Angeles, CA, one of the great wellness capitals of the world and when I travel, I always like to treat myself to one solid massage. I was visiting London a couple of years back and searched Google for a top tier spa. Of the five options I narrowed down, Santi seemed the least pretentious, most wellness focused, affordable and close by. I had no idea that the therapies and holistic and practical insights, would actually alter my state of health for the long run. I now plan my trips around my visits to Santi. I take any chance I get to visit this facility. I want to state for the record that I've never had the same massage therapist twice. Each woman has been extensively trained in varying modalities, deeply experienced and highly intuitive. They all seem to LOVE what they do. They have actually made me better. During my remedial massages here, I ask endless questions and then implement whatever they tell me when I'm home in Los Angeles, to great results. I no longer use orthopedic inserts when I walk. I sit up straighter despite the scoliosis in my left shoulder. I could go on, but I won't. One day, I'll try more of their vast menu of treatments, but for now, I don't just love my Santi massage team, I need them!!

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous boutique spa! Lovely fragrance and relaxing vibes as soon as you walk in. The staff were incredibly friendly and caring. I had the Santi Glow facial which I will definitely do again! It was so relaxing, I fell asleep for a bit, and left there with my skin looking fresh. It’s right by South Kensington tube station so it was super easy getting there. Very highly recommend this place!!

Fantastic experience: Dream spa with the most knowledge team. I had a slight break out after a facial there, just my skin playing up as I’d had many there during my pregnancy, Tariq who owns Santi invited me back in and gave me an in depth analysis of my skin and treated the problem. I’ve had massages here too which are the best in London. Really a magical place.

A received an amazing deep tissue massage by Alina - who was very attentive and made sure I felt very comfortable during the session. She later gave me a professional evaluation which was very helpful and gave me some insight on how to make sure I’m at my optimum health. I feel like a brand new person!! I recommend to everyone. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr Yazan in Santi for Botox for two years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had previously had a bad experience (somewhere else) and so was very hesitant to try it again. After my friend recommended Santi I went and have never looked back. I have an eyelid that doesn’t love me getting botox, thankfully with the in-depth appointments & obvious knowledge I feel in very safe hands and have had no issue since. Each time my face is fully evaluated and any notes from previous sessions discussed. The space is so soothing & there is always a personal touch to the experience. Couldn’t recommend Santi more!

I had 5 facials with Suzanne who has been wonderful and did a brilliant job. I would 100% recommend using Santi Spa instead of using a high street Spa for your services as they go above and beyond. Fantastic experience: Step outside of South Kensington tube station and into the world of Santi, a space of tranquility and calm. Tariq, the owner, is the perfect person to expertly advise and help one navigate the dizzying world of anti aging and skin care procedures. He’s both honest and caring taking into consideration one’s life style and expectations. It was my first time entering into this world and I must say I was very anxious about the prospect of my PRP treatment; I needn’t have been as the whole procedure was quick and frankly fine! It was a little uncomfortable sometimes but nothing compared to waxing. Mr. Mobin Saeed, immediately put me at ease with his professional expertise and vast knowledge and experience. He was excellent! So, I leave the calmness of Santi with my face looking fine, heading back to the country wondering why I was so worried.

Natalia was excellent at working the painful areas and very knowledgeable. The warm towel to massage my feet at the beginning was such a nice touch. He will tell you exactly what your skin needs and put a treatment plan in action. The chemical peels have helped smooth out my skin and drastically reduce pigmentation always leaving my skin feeling so fresh! I recently tried the laser vein removal around my nose which acts like a magic wand and zaps away the veins instantly. Suzanna also gives the best facial! A rare gem, thank you Santi.

I'm new to aesthetics and so having a leading cosmetic surgeon as the practitioner was important to me – and he didn't disappoint! Dr Yazan took the time to listen to my concerns, ask questions and give his thoughts and advise on the best treatment. He's very professional and I felt in safe hands. Negative experience: Had a very needed and expensive treatment here a few years ago and can't forget the experience for how terrible it was (I lasted around 5 sessions). The customer service was the worst I had and the treatment didn't even work (they actually burnt my skin and made it worse). To the day of today still suffer from the side effects. Avoid if you are looking to feel welcomed, comfortable and safe as this are just cold rude people taking your money.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a bespoke peeling to treat hyperpigmentation and it worked quite well. My main concern was a stain on the cheek and it went lighter. I will definitely return and carry on with other treatments.
