Fantastic experience: Dan was excellent. He took the time to talk through my medical history and really understand the source of my pain. After the treatment, I felt noticeable relief in my back. While I know one session isn’t enough to fully fix the issue, it definitely helped me manage the pain until my next appointment. I’m also very grateful that he was able to see me on short notice. Fantastic experience: I saw Kathryn at the Winnersh clinic, due to having really bad neck and upper back pain. Kathryn’s assessment was very thorough and she talked me through what she thought was causing the pain and her plan. After the first session the pain had reduced significantly and after a few more sessions of adjustments, I’m now completely pain free. Kathryn was very friendly to chat with during the sessions and put me at ease in my initial consultation.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment to see a Chiropractor not really knowing if it would help my back, but I was getting so irritable being in constant pain. I met with Ryan who actively listened to my issues and then did a thorough review of where the pain was and what triggered it. He was reassuring and positive throughout the consultation and explained fully what was happening and why, it all made sense. He then did some treatment which immediately made some difference, he gave me a couple of simple exercises to do and thought it would take about 3 treatments to resolve the issue. I left feeling delighted, I had gone from not knowing if there was any point in trying a Chiropractor, to being so pleased that I had gone there. I would recommend Ryan to anyone with back pain, you really don't need to continue to suffer.

Fantastic experience: There was an error with the online booking, my appointment was booked at the wrong centre. I was phoned and asked where I was and told my appointment was in Maidenhead, not Winnershe where I was waiting to be seen. I was reassured that this would not be an issue and told I would be called back as soon as possible to see what could be done. I was called back and told an appointment would be made for me there at Winnershe in 30 minutes if that was Okay with another Chiropractor. Ryan kindly saw me promptly at the agreed time and reassured me and made me feel welcome. We spoke in depth about my medical history and what he could do for me. After my treatment- for back pain and stiffness- I walked out immediately feeling better and able to walk more freely. I have booked to see Ryan again to hopefully get some further improvement in my physical health. Very pleased and satisfied with the service so far

I came to him with what I suspected as tendonitis, but after fascia release and adjustments, I'm now able to train legs so much better and without twanging and pain. My stability is much better too. Absolute game changer for ailments I thought I was stuck with. Super convenient at the gym but you don't have to be a member to go. Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Reece for about 4 months at the end of my football season last year, and he helped me re-habilitate my ankle after I suffered a bad ankle sprain, he gave me exercises and constantly every week help provide support and treatment to help me get back to playing quickly and fully recovered. We had done lots of test to make sure I was ready to go back and checked in and supported me even when I was back playing.

Fantastic experience: Reece approached Newbury football club looking to continue his development as a sports therapist and put into practice his knowledge of sport injuries. He assessed players who had concerns and provided treatment plans, not only to overcome the current issue but to become stronger and to help avoid happening again. He provided fitness testing at training and pre and post match day massages. Reece gave players confidence in returning from injury and was a great addition to the squad during the 2023/2024 season. Fantastic experience: I met Dan last month when I had my first consultation. He took the time to really get to know me and my situation. Following that first appointment I felt the difference it made to me. I have had two further treatments and can honestly say that my pain and tightness in my muscles has been reduced and I feel a lot better. The treatment is holistic and takes into consideration all aspects of health, it is amazing how treating one area of the body can also help another area of the body. I am glad I have met Dan.

Fantastic experience: I was given Dan's number by members of the Rams Rugby Team as they say he is very good, I can actually say he is better than good, within two weeks, he has relieved my numbness in my neck, I have had an MRI scan and been diagnosed the problem, exceptional, his knowledge is more than 5 star and I have seen a lot of Physios etc in my lifetime as a Rugby player and he is at the top, I would have no problem recommended Active health to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dan at Active Health - Winnersh on 9th and 14th Feb. His approach to my severe lower back pain was commendable . Both the sets of muscles groups in the thighs ; calves and side flanks were manipulated and after after each appt the pain was a little bit more reduced in severity. Dan was extremely approachable; knowledgeable and professional and gave me excercise tips on how to proceed until the next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Freya at Active Health Winnersh. I've seen her 3 times so far at Move HQ and she always gets my back, pelvis hips more aligned and I feel much stronger and comfortable after a visit. She also works closely with Zidan Akers one of the strength and conditioning coaches at Move HQ so it's really good to get an aligned rehab / strengthening approach and programme and I definitely feel the benefits of working with both of them.

Fantastic experience: Dan Michael is a miracle worker. No violent heroics but careful investigations, listening carefully to history and symptoms with appropriate treatment. Came in with severe pain thinking I had done something really serious like herniated a disc and after a couple of sessions with Dan I was out of pain and back to playing tennis. He has also helped with a shoulder injury I did 20 years ago!

You won’t be disappointed. 27/10 - Update - Full session last night and I can confidently say that Freya was fantastic in the way that she talked me through the session and proceeded to carry out the physical work required. Second session booked and I am very confident that with Freya’s help my back issues will get resolved. 23/10 - Initial consultation. Very impressed. Freya was so considerate and understanding and as importantly was clearly a very experienced lady in her role. I have booked to return to have a full session to understand and rectify my back shoulders and neck issues.

The workshop included a presentation on good posture that was engaging, informative and easy to understand. The individual posture analysis that followed the presentation was insightful and provided practical tips and advice that employees could easily implement in their daily routines. Since the workshop, there has been a significant improvement in the posture of the 1-Fix team, resulting in fewer aches and pains. The impact of the workshop has been long-lasting, and 1-Fix looks forward to working with Active Health Clinics in the future. Fantastic experience: I received a Sports Massage for 60min from George Antoni at a new clinic in Winnersh. He was very professional and spotted the area in which I have muscle tightness. The muscles were relaxed after the session. The clinic is stunning, clean and the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend it.
