Every explanation was thorough, gentle, and delivered with genuine kindness. The entire staff is highly competent and extremely kind; for example, they gave me some biscuits and water after my visit. Fantastic experience: Came for an abdominal ultrasound and an InBody test. The place was easy to find, and the staff greeted us promptly upon arrival. The facility was clean and bright, with a good selection of complimentary teas and biscuits. We were waiting no time at all for our tests to be carried out, and the clinicians were very professional. The InBody test was very informative and provided lots of details, which were thoroughly explained by the practitioner. The ultrasound was straightforward, and the report was emailed to me swiftly following the procedure. It was a pleasant and quick experience, both treatments for the two of us took less than an hour in total.

Fantastic experience: The indoor environment is clean and tidy, and the staffs are very gentle and patient. The blood-drawing tools here are the same as those used in hospitals in China, and the doctor's technique is also very skilled. In the past, when my GP drew blood, they directly pulled the needle out, and although the nurse seemed careful, my arm still bruised in one spot. However, at MEDii, I didn't encounter this issue.

Fantastic experience: Recently I am for a pre-employment health check at MEDii Health. The whole experience exceeded expectations! Booking was easy, and all staff speak Chinese which made everything very comfortable. The check-up included chest X-ray and other routine screenings. The clinic is modern and welcoming, and they securely email the results. Just remember to book a morning slot as fasting is required. Would definitely recommend!

Positive experience: Got the reference range on my blood test results wrong and showed one of my numbers as abnormal, had to retake another test which was completed unnecessary, and I spotted the discrepancies myself ... They however dealt with the issue quite well and refunded me plus voucher for next time. Hope theyve tighten up internal process now

Fantastic experience: The services of Medii Health is quite good. The customer service is supportive. The phlebotomist who took my blood sample, Ms. Nargis, was so skillful that I didn’t even feel the so-called ‘scratch’ pain. Additionally, the costs of taking the tests are cheaper than the other equivalent clinics in London. I would like to strongly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: As I am not allowed to add another review, I am expanding this one as we had to use their service again. My wife was refused to travel by Lufthansa staff, as they said a sister with pancreatic cancer apparently isn't a good enough reason to travel (!!) (and they didn't do a refund either for the ticket. Disgraceful). Anyway, booked again on KLM for the following week. KLM staff brilliant, as was Medii Healthcare. Emmy assisted my wife through the whole process again, we also had the same lovely nurse drive down to our house in Dorest again. Their compassion and professional service is something the staff at Lufthansa in LHR could learn from. So once again a big thank you from us. My wife Pinky booked the tests (2 of them ) needed for travel to the PRC with this health firm. From start to finish they responded quickly. They came to Dorset for a house visit to take the samples and the results came in that night. The nurse who came down was very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended VIP service thank you.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Medii Heathcare. I had appendicitis which has been misdiagnosed by other doctor. The delay of the treatment makes the problem even worse and I need to do the operation ASAP, Medii Heathcare helped me arranging doctors, body scans and operation on the next day. Obviously, without their help, I could not get everyting done so fast. They also provided me with different price plans from different hospitals and gave me advice for the most cost effective solution. During the whole process, they are helpful and patient.
