Fantastic experience: I have been going to Silvia for acupuncture, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I had never had acupuncture before and was understandably nervous. She is so gentle and absolutely amazing. She is lovely to talk to and does a wonderful treatment altogether. I would not go anywhere else having experienced Silvia.

They’ve been so patient and supportive throughout my journey and really helped with reducing my pain. They take the time to actually listen and talk you through things at every step. Fantastic experience: I’m a severely disabled 79 year old with quite a handful of health problems …..but Miss Molly McDermott at the SoCo Therapies Clinic has been helping me with a planned course of remedial massage to help me improve my general mobility and movement. She is exceptionally kind, very professional and caring. Mollie is working extremely hard during my weekly sessions to help me. My mobility and general well-being is improving…and I’m hoping that over the next few months her hard work on my behalf will help me even more. Fantastic experience: Great stuff from James Brown. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't the 1970's American soul superstar that had traded it in for a career in musculoskeletal health, but once I got over that. I was very very happy with the care and results. Highly recommend

He hasn't just treated me during my appointments but also gave me some exercises to take away and do at home which have been really helpful! I would definitely recommend him for treatment!

Fantastic experience: I saw Silvia today for a Lymphatic Drainage Treatment. Absolutely fabulous! She walked me through the procedure and why it is an important treatment especially after surgery. It was a calm and relaxing treatment. I would definitely recommend Silvia as I now know she also does Shiatsu and Acupuncture too.

Fantastic experience: I went to Jayde following some pain in my lower back/hip/glute area. Jayde was quickly able to diagnose the issue and less than 2 weeks later I am pain free and slowly getting back to the activities I enjoy. Fantastic experience: I've been using Jayde for well over a year now. I've been working through alignment and posture due to knee injuries through sports which had left me applying weight unevenly. She has helped immeasurably. And throughout this time I also gained a rotator cuff strain which I am working through but her continued treatment a has eased it dramatically. Jayde is professional, Empathetic and fantastic at what she does. If you need an Osteopath I could not recommend her more highly.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Soco therapies since October 2022- I hadn’t been able to walk for 6 months, and was told by 2 different physios at other practices that I would most likely never walk unaided again and to forget running, mountain climbing, swimming etc I arrived at Soco therapies unable to walk and in so so much pain. A month later they had me on my feet again. Now with regular maintenance, seeing James for sports massages I have ran my first half marathon this year and I am about to do my first ever powerlifting competition. I’d say Soco therapies are pretty damn special. They got me my life back and more. There no words to express my gratitude for this wonderful team. Thank you a million times James and Jayde ❤️

Fantastic experience: James is very thorough in the questions he asks, to ensure he fully understands the issue before even beginning any treatment. The deep tissue massage has provided much relief for my lower back pain, and is helping to ease the chronic pain in my arthritic shoulder. James is also great at adapting and tailoring exercises to take account of the limited capabilities in my hands due to osteoarthritis. He really is a master of his craft.

Fantastic experience: Very happy after today’s treatment. I have a frozen shoulder that I’ve been told can take years to get better. Jayde made me aware that it was a slow process. I have had a few treatments with Jayde for this over the last 3 weeks. I was getting frustrated with the condition; the continuing lack of mobility in that shoulder and the aching. Today she really worked on me. I immediately noticed that it was less painful than before and there was a vast improvement in my range of movement. I could now really notice what the previous sessions had been leading to. Very impressed with Jayde’s skills. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have had a few sessions with Molly now. Molly is obviously very experienced in the anatomy and explains all of her massage techniques to me with explanations for why she is using them on different muscles and areas. She can adjust her pressure to what's needed, and all of the areas she has worked on for my issues are well improved, I look forward to my sessions and feeling more healthy without pain.

Fantastic experience: I first went to see Jayde with back pain, after some tests I was diagnosed as having a slipped disc. Jayde did wonders for my recovery by using massage and acupuncture. I am continuing my visits for ‘maintenance’. Jayde possesses a vast amount of knowledge and I trust her with her hands (and elbows!)

Fantastic experience: I've had 2 pregnancy massages with Silvia and both times I've felt very well cared for. It was both relaxing and functional, identifying and working on particular issues. Fantastic experience: I went to soco therapies for low back and neck pain and bad posture, I saw the osteopath Jayde who treated me with massage, acupuncture, and manipulation. I also saw James the sport therapist for some exercises and sport's massage. Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment with James the sports therapist for my ongoing knee pain. I found the session informative and actually fun. I had been worried about my knee for a while so it was a great relief to have more information about what was causing the pain and finding solutions to fix it. James has also set up an exercise/stretching plan for me between sessions which is super helpful and will get my body back in balance and working pain-free again. 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: I referred one of my clients to see Jayde after she was experiencing back pain. The feedback from my client was all positive and Jayde took the time to call me and discuss her findings, informing me on how to move forwards with regards to weight training in the gym. Great professionalism and I wish more practitioners took the time to discuss their findings with their patient's coaches and getting us involved in the treatment plan!

Fantastic experience: Jayde very patient & thorough. Very specific showing exercises to ensure done correctly & good at explaining what's happening with body so easily understood. Very easy to contact in an emergency & very helpful. Mine not the easiest problem to fix & James has been good at releasing some really tight muscles.
