Fantastic experience: Acupuncture has made a real difference and am really impressed with the results achieved. Not only has my Asthma and Emphysema symptoms improved, but the pain I was experiencing in my hands from Osteoarthritis has immensely reduced. In contrast with conventional medicine, I have found acupuncture to yield greater results. The sessions are calming, and professionally carried out by Hanna who listens, and is genuinely caring. I would highly recommend you give acupuncture a try, and in my opinion Hanna is the best.

Fantastic experience: I saw Hanna over a number of months when trying to conceive following two miscarriages and then throughout the first trimester of my pregnancy once I'd conceived. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Hanna enough. The nutritional advice she provided me with was detailed and personalised to help with my fertility and manage my type 1 diabetes, and it completely changed my health for the better. Her acupuncture is incredible and she always takes the time to chat first to prioritise your needs whether it’s period pain, headaches or stress management. I visited her more frequently just before my IVF round and I believe that contributed to a successful round. Fantastic experience: I went to see Hanna when I was trying to get pregnant with my first child. She was a calm, supportive voice at the start of a process which was emotional and unknown to me. I do then and have now, the up most faith in her. You feel very confident in her hands and her positivity really boosts your focus on what you need to do to in order to achieve your end goal. Fantastic experience: I met Hanna whilst undergoing IVF and she provided acupuncture and nutrition advice. Hanna was amazing throughout my journey to get pregnant, I gained so much knowledge on the IVF process which she is very familiar with which gave me a strong sense of comfort. I was able to change my diet based on her guidance which I feel contributed contributed strongly to the process going quite smoothly as my body kept changing. The acupuncture was very soothing and relaxing which also helped calm my body and mind on the crucial dates in the IVF process.

Fantastic experience: I saw Hannah for acupuncture during my last pregnancy. She’s the best! First, my baby was in breech at 36 weeks and she helped with moxibustion and acupuncture (we had a successful flip into position at 37 weeks with a gentle ECV at the hospital!). Then, I went four days past my due date, so I went to see Hannah for acupuncture to induce labour. I went into labour the same day as a session, and I was so relaxed and confident. Beyond the benefits of acupuncture, Hannah was encouraging and empowered me to feel relaxed and hopeful through my pregnancy.

Fantastic experience: Hanna's treatment has been great. I have Post Herpetic Neuralgia - a dreadful pain left from having had shingles - and was really struggling coping with the pain 7 months after the initial onset. The acupuncture has been an incredible help - these last few weeks of treatment has seen an upward shift of the pain reducing in size area and in intensity, the first time in probably four months. Doctors told me there was nothing to be done other than just a waiting game. Having had the treatment I can at last see an end to the pain. Hanna also spent time researching information about the type of pain offering me further areas where I could get help; but in reality the greatest help I am having is the acupuncture. If only someone had told me about Acupuncture about 6 months ago I do believe I would have been on the road to recovery so much earlier. I think Hanna would have agreed I was in a bit of a mess when we first met but now I'm in a far better place. Huge thank you Hanna.

Fantastic experience: I was really scared about getting into acupuncture as I have a fear of needles. Yet I risked it. Now after having started about 6 months ago I must say that it has helped me for the better. So much that I try to go on a regular basis due to all of the positive health benefits I have noticed. Right from the beginning, Hanna was kind, welcoming, informative, wise. During the sessions, she provided a space for me that was calm, empathetic, therapeutic above and beyond 'just' the treatment itself, and I would really look forward to visiting her. Anyone vaguely thinking about doing acupuncture to help with fertility, do do it if you can; it's been so valuable for me both physically and mentally, and I can't thank Hanna enough for all she did.

Fantastic experience: Hanna has been helping me to manage my symptoms and pain for over 7 months. I visited her while being on chemically induced menopause following endometriosis excision surgery. I have a very complex health condition, PCOS, stage 4 endo, hyperthyroidism and thrombophilia. She has been guiding me through improving my diet and food choices, which led to increased energy levels (I am currently training 4 times a week, before I could hardly exercise for over 30 mins), my sleep improved massively (I suffered from insomnia) and I am not agonising from the same paralysing pain which didn’t allow me to move. Surprisingly for me now my ovaries are vibrant and full with healthy follicles, which wasn’t the case when I visited her for the first time. Also as a person who was dreadfully scared from needles, she managed to relax me without feeling any pressure and gently to introduce the acupuncture techniques which gradually become stronger. Her kind personality and professionalism makes the whole experience very intimate and powerful at the same time. I could definitely recommend her both as a nutritionist and acupuncturist, she is experienced in women health related issues and with the right guidance could make a big difference in your life. She’d be honest about what could be achieved and how (for how long) and is available continuously during your treatment, replying on emails, etc. I am grateful for all the support and care which Hanna is providing for me and cannot recommend her enough.

She has supported me through challenging dietary changes, offering supplement advice to heal and repair my gut, I am pleased to say that 5 months from starting treatment my gut health has improved, and I have no symptoms. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Hanna on and off for several years for various health complaints but, most recently, I went to her because I had to come off HRT and didn't feel as though I could cope without it. Fantastic experience: I've been meaning to write a review for Hanna for ages - but her successful fertility treatment, and our subsequent baby boy have conspired to keep me busy! Hanna is a lovely, kind and gentle woman full of great advice on nutrition and the way your body works. She has helped me to de-stress during busy periods at work and at home, and as well as providing acupuncture to help with fertility, pregnancy and general health, she will often suggest other things I can do to improve my well being. Having had our baby, I have continued to see Hanna as her acupuncture treatment has also been a fundamental part of keeping the aches and pains of fibromyalgia away and helping me sleep. I can not tell you how knowledgable she is, or how great her treatments are, I fully recommend her for both fertility treatment and general acupuncture. But please don't all go running to her - I don't want her not being able to fit me in!
