Fantastic experience: Michelle made me feel so comfortable right from the moment I sat down and helped me understand that so many things I was feeling around my body were all linked to my gut health. For years I've had terrible tinnitus and on top of that a fluttering sensation that takes over my right ear when I lay down at night along with the sound of what I can only describe as a distant helicopter. Fantastic experience: Where do I start! From the moment I walked through the door I felt incredibly well looked after! I’m currently pregnant and have been struggling throughout my pregnancy (if you know, you know!) until one evening I was in so much pain on the toilet that I knew I had to do something about it.. Fantastic experience: My 10 year old has been seeing Michelle for around 6 months for regular colonics. Fantastic experience: I have been receiving ozone therapy for stage 4 endometriosis, adenomyosis, kidney disease & other chronic conditions. I was feeling very un hopeful that I would see a change in my symptoms due to years of medical negligence from the NHS, but after only two sessions of ozone therapy I can see a huge difference already. Nowhere near as fatigued, no daily pain in my kidneys and my endometriosis/adenomyosis pain has reduced so much more than what it was, I would be in pain every single day and after only two sessions that isn’t the case anymore. I’m finally feeling mentally & physically better than I have done in years & years. Fantastic experience: I have struggled for many years with my belly, and the GP's haven't really given much help with it. I have been looking into alternative options & came across Michelle & the clinic and decided to take the plunge. I visited on the Saturday for my consultation & Michelle instantly put me at ease and explained the process thoroughly. Fantastic experience: I've been attending since July 24 and have found the treatment a life changer. From someone that was on laxatives for 7 years to not having any at all is an absolute achievement and a huge health benefit. Not only has my gut health improved my general overall health has seen a huge difference including my physical and emotional well being. I am so much more calmer and relaxed now . Negative experience: **AVOID AT ALL COSTS ** Awful ,I would NOT recommend this place at all I had an appointment with this salon I paid part cash & card there was confusion on Michelle’s part when I handed her the cash & tried to pay the rest by card. I did not realise till after that I had been over charged by over a hundred & five pounds. I have contacted them since & they have denied this even saying there is no camera evidence which is a complete lie. They have also denied receiving my text which I sent them the screenshot which they completely ignored at the time, when I told them I had been overcharged, yet they have answered me no problem regarding appointment information They also quoted me £155 for my treatment & after gave me a large bag of products which they never told me about it was just thrust on me not even asking me if I wanted to purchase them which then became a £315 bill !! What a con to thrust products on people to BUMP UP THE PRICE I did not want to refuse them as there was another client waiting in the reception it was a total embarrassing situation I’M SURE IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON TO BE CONNED BY THIS COMPANY I have been TOTALLY RIPPED OFF It’s dispicable & you should be ashamed of yourselves !!

Fantastic experience: Well, I have always suffered with irregular bowel movements putting down to my hypothyroidism. Then a few years back became a chronic migraine sufferer - daily preventative meds for the past few years which is 3 tablets every day. Side effect of these is constipation so on top of everything I was already dealing with was not a good mix. I had heard about colonics and was interested in the process so I went ahead and booked a consultation knowing I wanted to go ahead with the treatment. After my second treatment my monthly cycle was due and low and behold my migraines didn’t appear. So for the first time in however many years I’ve had a pain free cycle which meant a week less of strong pain relief. Woo hoo! Couldn’t be happier with my colonic journey. Fantastic experience: I was told by a private gastroenterologist I had a dropped large intestine and will be on laxatives for the rest of my life (now 36) they were making me fee horrible and not getting rid of the full compacted problem. Fantastic experience: Where do I start to tell you my journey with Michelle at Eternalbeing. TBH I hadn't heard of EB it only came about when I was talking to a gym buddy and we started talking about feeling bloaty, irregular bowel movement. So I thought as I have had problems since being a young girl around the age of 5 when I really struggled to go to the toilet so I was injected in the bottom to help me. So when I looked into the services that EB do I was so excited to think there was someone out there who may be able to help me. I made the call I was very nervous but after a telephone conversation which lasted about half an hour I booked in with her. Well, what an experience that was. Never thought in a million years my issues, fears quickly went away. My first clonic liver cleanse was a little bit surreal. Fantastic experience: Another excellent treatment from Michelle, I have a taken advice from Michelle and had regular colonic treatments over the last 12 years in relation to my gut problems and bloating. Can I stress it is not an uncomfortable treatment as she is highly qualified in her area of expertise. Well worth a consultation and a treatment if you are suffering in agony with your gut problems. Fantastic experience: I first contacted Eternal Being and spoke with Michelle in July this year . I was really struggling both emotionally with grief and with my health, feeling generally unwell, bloated , lethargic and just not well having felt like this for many years I had settled for the fact that this was how I was always going to feel . After a bad fall through being so tired and lethargic at the start of July and suffering several injuries including a fractured wrist, I decided it was time to at least try to change the way I felt . Eternal Being was the very first place I read about and something told me that this was a good place , how right I was . I had my first appointment and found Michelle to be very friendly, warm, caring, very straight talking and honest with a terrific sense of humour ( very important ). Fantastic experience: We came to eternal being after my client was diagnosed with severe constipation, and had been in and out of hospital with complications from the constipation, to which they just sent us home with laxatives and no information about what was causing these boughts of constipation and uti’s etc, we spoke to Michelle and had an over the phone consultation before we had a face to face session, we explained that my client had Alzheimer’s and severe constipation, Michelle was very knowledgeable and detailed about the gut and was very understanding with my clients health issues. We came every few weeks to help my client with her constipation and within a few treatments she started to become more regular with bowel movements, less infections, and more responsive in herself. Fantastic experience: For years I have struggled with bloating, indigestion and food cravings. But since I found out about Michelle and Eternal Being my life changed! Fantastic experience: In January this year I was recommended to Michelle at Eternal Being. What I was hearing sounded just amazing and exactly what I was looking for. Following our first consultation we discussed everything and already Michelle was giving out great advice. I then went to her clinic and everything changed at this point. The first session was so emotional, learning to connect my brain to my gut etc. she then told me that I will one day be back to normal and she will get me there…….Wow!!! Colonic hydrotherapy treatment is just unbelievable, definitely not painful just intense for me at times because of how backed up I was. I started with having sessions every week for 4 weeks and now I have them every 6 weeks. During the first sessions I also had a gut analysis done which was sent off to Germany to be tested. It showed that I was really low EColi in my gut and this meant that proteins or any kind of nutrients were not being absorbed properly. To support my gut from this point and for the future, I am now taking lots of supplements which sure has helped in my recovery. Michelle also got me on strictly no yeast of sugar in my diet. All of these combined together have helped me look & feel the best I have felt in a very long time. I just couldn’t recommend Michelle and her clinic enough. Fantastic experience: What can I say, Michelle and her tailored treatments changed my life. From years of suffering from constipation and poor gut health I didn't know where to start. Fantastic experience: I went to see Michelle at Eternal Being several years ago for digestive problems that were causing me to feel bloated, lethargic and generally unwell. She was able to work out a treatment plan for me which was fantastic! I finally felt well again and have seen Michelle regularly ever since. Negative experience: Mixed review here but completely honest. Upon first meeting Michelle she was lovely, welcoming and very informative. She made an uncomfortable procedure very easy and enjoyable. However when it came to booking my second appointment i wasn't welcomed the same and by this point she also already had £500 of mine for a due treatment so i was stuck. I had booked in for a date and asked Michelle if there were any other dates available, to which she completely cancelled my appointment and offered dates a month later. Through a small miscomunnication to which i never got upset with her i got a phone call from her which was beyond unprofessional and happened at my workplace, which was stupidly embarrassing. She accused me of lying and when i asked her to look at the text messages she saw i was not and was still too egotistic to accept she was at fault and continued to attack me and then blame her reaction on other things. There was no respect for me as a customer of hers who also hadn't spoken rudely to her once. She blamed her reaction on many things which i understand and even apologised for (even though i did nothing wrong) but her reaction made me far to uncomfortable to ever attend again. As a result i lost £500 as she refused to return my money despite being so rude to me. She attacked me on the phone as if i was a stranger or someone who had seriously harmed her, i've never been dealt with like that by someone who is the business owner. Towards the end of the phone call she acted like my friend but it was too late by that point when you've just had a go at me for ages...? Overall she has a good setup but you never know what side of her you are going to receive and it is risky to invest £100's into a service you may lose if she misunderstands something and goes completely off on you. So please be wary when visiting her spa as i am only speaking as someone who lost hundreds of pounds due to her unprofessionalism and rude attitude.

Fantastic experience: When I first visited Michelle I was really unwell. I had huge problems with my bowel function and bloating which affected so many parts of my life. My weight was increasing and I could hardly move. The NHS, as always, said just lose weight. (If it is that simple, why do we have an obesity epidemic???) I opted for an initial assessment which was incredibly detailed, Gut testing and a course of treatments. The testing showed a number of issues and Michelle recommended targeted supplements, combined with regular treatments. I am not exaggerating when I say that the results have been life changing. I had the same concerns as everyone at the beginning. I was sceptical that this was some sort of modern day snake oil. I also worried about the physical process of Colonic Hydrotherapy but I shouldn't of worried. Michelle makes the whole experience warm, funny, educational and not intimidating at all. When I look back now I did not appreciate just how ill I was. Michelle fixed me and had things gone on as they were I am not sure that I would have still been here. My bowel movements now pass without incident and I have a new energy and outlook on life. I would heartily recommend Michelle and Eternal Being to everyone.

Fantastic experience: My family were getting Covid one by one, and Michelle provided me with a Covid Recovery Pack. Consisted of several ingredients to take daily. I was sceptical and started the treatment on the first day I had symptoms. By day 4 I am nearly better after having symptoms a bad cold whilst the rest of my family are still ill as they were not fortunate to start the treatment when symptoms first started. Covid Recovery Pack is the way forward as an essential pack to have if you have not yet had Covid.

Negative experience: I visited Michelle for a treatment over six weeks ago and noticed I was overcharged in error, I contacted Michelle by phone and she said she was busy with a customer but would call me back. Unfortunately the return call that she promised never materialised and further attempts by me to contact her ( phone call, e-mail & snail mail ) have been met with silence, no contact and furthermore no refund of the money owed to me. As you can imagine I'm both disappointed and angry with the situation after these several weeks, I would advise proceed with caution when dealing with this company and in particular Michelle, I will still continue to try and retrieve the money owed to me in the meantime.
