Fantastic experience: I went to Formula Health today with agonising back pain brought on by stress, and I feel so much better! She used a mix of acupuncture, massage, and heat therapy, which has really eased the pain and tenderness. The new clinic is stunning and in such a peaceful spot! Fantastic experience: I first came across Formula Health whilst suffering from a neck problem and the cheese shop in Pangbourne recommended I go take a look at Formula health. I was lucky enough to meet Gemma that day and get a full tour of the facilities. I want to congratulate them on a really thoughtful set up and also their commitment to community. I moved back from the west coast of America where health care is at a premium and you get what you pay for. To stumble upon a place that offers so much in terms of wellbeing and health care was a major plus for me. And their holistic approach lets you know they are committed to more than just fixing that neck problem. Since then I have gone through a clear thoughtful rehabilitation process with Tom. Tom is an osteopath that clearly understands your needs instantly and can read where the body needs help. While giving an honest and realistic recovery route. After 9 weeks of work on a neck nerve issue. I’m back to where I needed to be. And felt focused and understanding that it was a process without a quick fix. I’m even moving on to a training guidance plan and ways to avoid this in future. In this time I’ve seen Formula Health move locations and always had the kindest greetings and connections. I will continue to put my health choices through Formula health and explore more of their services. Especially when it comes to inner body health and wellness. As they look to work on the root cause rather than the symptom which I value so highly.

Fantastic experience: I am a patient at Formula since 4 years and swear by the amazing expertise both Gemma and Tom provide. I had seen before a succession of osteopaths and physiotherapists who never provided me the same level. The first time I met Gemma I had a frozen shoulder which stopped me moving and lifting my arm since 6 months despite having had physio treatments .In just an hour treatment I could move my arm above my head. A year later I had a very bad knee and was told by a specialist that I needed an operation. Over a year's treatments and specialised training in the studio with Tom, my knee was restored and I avoided an unnecessary operation. My family and I are regular patients for any needs we may have. I have also under Gemma's guidance carried various comprehensive health tests, which I must say managed to impress my GP , telling me it was the most detailed and thorough one he ever saw. I can only warmly recommend Formula Health and their all team for their exceptional expertise and care.

I have seen osteopaths before due to complex spinal and pain issues. Gemma’s approach is completely unique . She is very knowledgeable and thorough . I benefited from the very first appointment . I actually feel hopeful - something I have not been able to achieve over the last 9-10 years . If you are looking to see an osteopath I would warmly recommend Gemma.

Fantastic experience: I started at Formula Health after speaking with Gemma the owner who is sooo knowledgable. I have severe PMDD which at times can be life threatening. I was prescribed HRT from my doctor but this led to me having hormonal breast cancer. HRT obviously didn’t suit my body so I tried Acupuncture and it has completely changed my life. It balanced my hormonal system after a few months and now I feel better than ever. If you have any disorder which is disrupting your life then speak to Formula Health as they are amazing and always go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: The standard of treatment at Formula Health is second to none. After months of physio somewhere else, and on the brink of an ACL operation I tried Formula Health. Tom listened to the symptoms, and what was my usual range of movement and activity, then tailored the treatment and exercises to exactly what I needed. There was no generic worksheet, no 'just rest more'. Instead I got solid advice and fantastic treatment.

Ive been having problems with my health like dominio effect for half a year so discussing my health problems to him he understood and didn't make me feel paranoid. Just started Tom's treatment plan. Joli called me through to my appointment and immediately put me at ease. She was professional, kind and caring and explained everything that she was doing and why. I booked the appointment because I have a very sore and persistent corn on my little toe, which Jodi removed for me and it’s been such a relief ever since!! I highly recommend her and will not hesitate to go back.

Fantastic experience: I met Gemma several years ago, but only contacted her again recently following a sudden onset headache which lasted 5 days in total. It had been a fraught time whilst traditional medicine - CT scan and lumbar puncture had ruled out everything else. In the absence of answers I contacted Gemma who in a short time identified the problem and set to work. The very next day thankfully, my headache had finally lifted. Gemma is truly magic and is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I was very ill with Covid and bacterial pnuemonia in December last year. Lara offered to help my recovery with kinesiology and has proved to be very effective. I've been going roughly once a month for six months and the treatments always leave me feeling relaxed and re vitalised. Either the Covid or the antibiotics I received in hospital have left me with dietary sensitivities which Lara has helped me to identify. The kinesiology has also helped me to deal with the vestiges of some long standing psycho somatic conditions. Now here I am six months later preparing to go on a 3 month sponsored bike ride to North Africa, and full of positive energy. It has been an amazing turn around, and I can't rate Lara and her treatments highly enough.

Fantastic experience: The Formula Health team are very knowledgeable and it was of extra value that they had experience of looking after top racing drivers. This meant that physiologically and nutritionally they could address the needs of my son who is a racing driver. The physiological assessment revealed areas requiring correction specific to him and also provided preventative measures for know stresses on a racing driver's body. He feels much better for it. The nutritional assessment involved an in-depth review of his biological characteristics and provided nutritional guidance to help develop him for his sport. Thank you
