Fantastic experience: Deborah Chadbourn was an excellent grief counsellor for me. It is five years since my first wife died, and we explored how I am feeling now, and how to navigate new and old relationships while remaining true to everything from the past. Deborah is a great listener, and provides good challenge and advice. The venue worked well for me, as did the evening appointments. Thank you!

Her support came at a time when life felt overwhelming, and she helped me slowly rebuild my confidence and sense of self. I always left each session feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded, and the tools she shared continue to help me every day. She helped me piece myself back together and reminded me that healing doesn’t mean becoming someone new — it means rediscovering who you’ve always been. I feel like my old self again, only stronger and more at peace. I can’t thank her enough.

Fantastic experience: I am looking forward to offering homeopathy from Sheffield Wellness Centre. The rooms have a lovely relaxing feel and they are lovely and clean. Sheffield Wellness Centre is conveniently situated with on street parking and bus access.

Fantastic experience: Our work group recently had a Wellness Day and we were able to book Jemma Rosenthal and Ranaa Farooq from the Sheffield Wellness Centre for an instructional workshop. I have since received excellent feedback from group members. Jemma and Ranaa provided a very lively and well-coordinated session. We were able to cover topics such as Visualisation in a systematic manner. All along, attendees were impressed with the passion and interest displayed by both presenters. As an audience, we were certainly captivated. I can wholeheartedly recommend Jemma and Ranaa for any future events.

Fantastic experience: Came to have my session with Jemma Rosenthal here. The restrooms are so clean. There are steps that one needs to be careful of once you get onto the first floor. Fabulous place other than that, just wish it had a lift. Regarding my session: Oh wow, where do I start?! Even before meeting Jemma, i've felt at ease as there is something with the way she talks, which is so calming and reassuring. My first session was exhaustive, but I loved it. I enjoyed the relaxing Reiki in the end. She tells me that I need to tell her when I am feeling tired of talking about my depressive past and that she can approach a different way of therapy. This feels so liberating because she is basically willing to tailor the session for YOUR needs. She is a wise lady. Though she is younger than me, she is very caring, intelligent and as I said a wise person. I am so happy that our paths crossed and she is helping me come out of my bad phase. I came home and was so relaxed (I was singing freely and my husband noticed a change in the way I sing it was excellent)... I've been happy and been chuckling which is so not like me but the sad phase is jutting out of my system. I've had other private sessions for depression but wanted someone to coach my life who understands anxiety and depression. Fantastic experience: I met Richard today with a view to hiring the rooms for children's Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious the rooms were. The space was light and tidy and Richard was extremely welcoming and goes the extra mile for therapist. Providing web support, pages on Sheffield wellness site for all therapist. Support at gaining clients. The place is easily accessible to Sheffield and the Peak District. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful little haven tucked behind a busy street. Convenient to get to, the rooms are cosy and quiet - with a wealth of practitioners offering their skills. Its outdoor space holds a community feel with a neighbouring cafe and quirky shops to browse after a treatment.

Fantastic experience: I'm practicing Cognitive Hypnotherapy from Sheffield Wellness Centre. The therapy rooms are clean, tidy and well organised, and the booking system is mostly easy to use, and the team have been really helpful. I'd recommend practicing therapy and seeing clients in person in Sheffield here as it's on Abbeydale Road and close to Nether Edge & Millhouses residential areas.

Fantastic experience: I used the Sheffield Wellness Centre for a few months to practice Psychotherapy from. The rooms were inviting and an enjoyable place to work. They were clean, quiet and warm. Client's have commented on the 'cozy' feel of them. The booking system was easy to use and great if you value flexibility.

Fantastic experience: I've visited the Centre for a massage and I'm about to begin hiring the rooms myself as a practitioner. The rooms are really beautifully done out, with a lot of care and attention to detail. Richard has been very supportive and helpful in getting registered and started up.

Fantastic experience: i had 1-1 a reiki session with Nadine and it exceeded expectations. parking for the wellness centre on nearby streets was easy, it's easy to find and the therapy rooms are beautiful. i couldn't recommend it enough and will 100% be returning!

Fantastic experience: Contacted the Sheffield Wellness Centre for a Reki treatment. Communication was great and Richard put me in touch with Jennie Swift. The centre is a lovely relaxing space and Jennie was amazing, making time pre treatment to understand my needs and provide a lovely and safe space to have a relaxing reki treatment along with a lovely crystal and mantra to keep working on. I can’t recommend Jennie and the Sheffield Wellness Centre enough for the treatments and support provided.

Fantastic experience: Richard was amazing. Called in short notice for same day room and happily set a room up for me straight away. Room was clean, tidy, good WiFi and free water provided. Cheapest on google too. Thanks a lot! Will defo book in future.

Fantastic experience: I've had two massages with Fi at the Wellness Centre 'so far' and both times I've come away feeling like a different person. Fi not only has magic healing hands that make you feel wonderful with every touch, but she treats you with such calm and gentle compassion that this is a really holistic therapeutic experience. Rich was available to show me around and talk me through everything the centre offers. The space is discreet yet easy to find in a fantastic and easy to reach location. The rooms are calm and inviting with consideration taken for our new way of working. After a conversation with Rich I found myself joining the centre! Fantastic experience: I had a pregnancy massage with Fi and it was amazing! the centre is a very relaxing place and she had it warm and comfortable for me. Despite her wearing PPE, the gloves didn't affect the feel of the massage and wearing masks made me feel safe. The actual massage was so relaxing and relieved any tension I felt as Fi had asked me where any tension was. I would highly recommend her to any pregnant ladies!

Fantastic experience: I am delighted to now be part of the Sheffield Wellness as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist. The centre is a hidden gem in Sheffield, off Abbeydale road with an independent local café in the courtyard. The counselling rooms are exactly what I'm looking for for my practice, and Rich has been supportive, welcoming and flexible every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: As a complete beginner and not being quite as agile as I'd like I was a bit nervous about attending a Yoga class but while I may be slightly biased given Elisha of Grow Yoga is my daughter I can honestly say I enjoyed every second of her class. She's a beautiful human with a passion and energy that radiates from her. She explains everything perfectly and encourages you to just go at your own pace and enjoy. On each occasion I've been I've left feeling like the world is a much brighter place with a calmness that is rare to feel in this very busy world. If you do have the chance to try one of her classes please take it, you'll fall in love with Grow Yoga

Fantastic experience: I first went to the Sheffield Wellness Centre to attend a sound bath. I fell in love with the place and its energy, the studio was just so calm and welcoming. I have since then joined the practice and couldn't be more excited as the studio and therapy rooms for hire are just what is needed to build a safe and calm practice! Richard has been very helpful in setting things up and iim super excited to work there.

Fantastic experience: I have had the most wonderful hypnotherapy session with Fi from the Sheffield Wellness Centre. I knew from previous chats with her that she had the perfect voice and open demeanor for hypnotherapy, and I wasn't wrong. She immediately put me at ease and I was able to open up honestly with her. The session itself was lovely, I went quickly into a trance state and, although it's early days, feel very much that the session was beneficial: I already feel lighter and more in control of the anxiety and other problems I suffer with. The Sheffield Wellness Centre is also the perfect therapeutic space. The therapy rooms are lovely and perfectly suited to a range of therapies and the studio is bright and welcoming. I'm so excited to continue my therapy with Fi and am 100% sure this will give me so much benefit, I can't recommend her and the SWC enough.

It's a great location in Sheffield and as soon as i walked into the studio i knew i could work from here. Fantastic experience: Lovely venue, I had a Reiki session with Jess. It was my first session with her, she was very welcoming and explain the process in detail. The treatment was wonderful, I felt relax and a sense of joy during the session.I highly recommend Jess and the place to anyone that wants to try Reiki for the first time as she is a very gentle and calm person.

Fantastic experience: I loved the atmosphere of this place! Since the first contact, they were very welcoming and supportive. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful stores and a coffee shop, but still very quiet, like an island of peace in the middle of the city. The rooms were cosy, well isolated and perfectly fitted for any therapy. I loved the flexibility and openness to use the premises as well as all the support they offer to develop my personal practice. I'm looking forward to starting working with this beautiful team!

Fantastic experience: I was extremely impressed when I first met Richard, he was kind, informative and genuinely interested in my profession, we chatted for ages and there was no rush. I was in need of a therapy space to work privately and was definitely not dissapointed once shown round the rooms. They are spacious, well equiped and a competitive rate per hour. Richard even went the extra mile (after listening to how I work) by buying and placing something in one the rooms which I can use with my clients. He did not need to do this, but shows how much he cares about the professionals and clients who come to the Wellness Centre. I am thrilled to be using the rooms at the Wellness Centre and look forward to what they hold for my clients. Thank you Richard!!

Fantastic experience: i used the Wellness Centre main room for a photoshoot ... The light was perfect, the environment clean and pleasing and the people lovely. It is a such a lovely environment in which to work and the calming and easy feel of the place unmistakable. While A photoshoot is not the primary role of the Wellness Centre I can highly recommend it should you want to use it as such ... And other wise ... It is just a lovely calming environment to use and the guys who run it lovely!!!!

Fantastic experience: I want to say a huge thanks to Richard he is amazing person and I am very pleased working with Richard ! I can't believe how I am change I mean my attitude and behaviour with my food , in the past I try 1000 diet and SlimmingWorld and weight watchers etc , yes it helps to losing weight but for temporary, but with hypnotherapy sessions you can start control what you eating and how much ! I always having sweets after every single meal even if I was full but now I don't need it!!!! I had 2 hypnotherapy sessions and I am very very satisfied. I am so grateful I meet Rich in my life I know it's not very cheap but believe me it worse it every single penny!!!!!! Thanks Richard!

Fantastic experience: Pamper Party What a great idea! A bit of ‘me time’, in the most wonderfully relaxing surroundings. The Wellness Centre has such a relaxed, homely feel to it - much nicer than my actual home, as it is clean, tidy and welcoming! The atmosphere immediately put me at ease, I absolutely loved having time to chill out, chat and eat cake. Fi is the perfect hostess, making sure that we all had everything we needed, with her wonderful warm and caring manner. It was great to be able to choose what particular treatment or massage I wanted on the day. I surprised myself by trying something new and going for the hot stones massage, and I’m so glad I did. It was amazing, so deep and yet so gentle. It was really nice to experience my massage while listening to everyone else chatting happily, too. I completely recommend this if you are looking for the perfect excuse to have some guilt free time to yourself.

Combined with the clear information available via the website, I have found the trust I needed to move forward with this treatment.
