Fantastic experience: I started coming to Chi at the start of the year with an issue to do with my shoulder which she was able to resolve over a course of acupuncture sessions. Since then I've had a twinge in my back which I didn't want to medicate with ibuprofen - Chi was able to squeeze me in on the same day and start a series of massage and acupuncture which got me back up and running within days!

Negative experience: Unfortunately very poor experience with hydrofacial, old machine, scratching my face, lack of water inside. I was ready to leave after 10 min. She kind of pushed me to stay.. Overpriced, the atmosphere compare to other places also poor, too simple.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to WE Clinic with Chi for the past 6 months. Before, I had constant breakouts and a lot of trouble with bacterial acne, as well as some hormonal acne. The micro needling and hydro facial sessions with Chi have worked miracles on my skin, and I have become more confident when walking in public. Alongside the phenomenal treatment Chi provides, she is a very respectful, kind, and wise person. We have very thoughtful conversations throughout the session, and she gives very good dietary and other kinda of advice to minimise breakouts and causes for acne. I would most definitely recommend WE Clinic if you also suffer from acne, and are not confident. Works wonders!

Fantastic experience: I came to Chi to treat my sports related injury (playing Squash). I twisted my ankle which was pretty painful. The pain wasn't evident until after the game once the adrenaline wore off. I feared I would be out for the rest of the squash season but having acupuncture with Chi made a HUGE difference to recovery. It accelerated my recovery so that I'm now able to play again as before. Chi has great energy and this undoubtedly helped the healing process (in addition to the acupuncture itself). Don't hesitate to see Chi if you have a sports related injury - you can't put a price on your health!

She is a qualified doctor in Western medicine and uses her skills in both Western and Chinese medicine to look at your whole health picture. Negative experience: I have mixed feelings about the service I have received from WE Clinic and I'm surprised that I'm the only one. The 8 sessions of acupuncture and/or 1 package of powder tea received from Chi seemed to have a positive impact on my skin and stomach (at least initially). However, I personally wouldn't book her services again. I found other TCM practitioners who offer the same services that also have a positive impact on my health while paying far, far less. Chi's pricing scheme lacks of transparency and from my point of view it's far too expensive, especially her tea and nutritional advice (£20 per session on top for pretty basic information and sometimes the advice didn't even take place as she was under time pressure e.g. when a previous patient ran late or she herself arrived late). For the first package of powder tea, which lasted 4 weeks minimum, I paid £234. For the 2nd one (same tea but a bit more content), I then had to pay £316. I've started using the 2nd package 3 weeks ago and I have the feeling it's causing diarrhea. 8 weeks ago I started to ask her to please share the list of ingredients with me - my aim was not to buy it somewhere else cheaper, which was her fear, but I assured her several times that I simply want to understand what I'm doing to my body everday - it's everyone's right to know what you're feeding your body with (while paying lots of money!). After my acupcunture sessions ended, I sent her several reminders, but no reaction until today and she always replied super fast when booking a session. My conclusion: I don't regret having booked her services as I had the impression it had a positive impact on my body. Also, it was my first acupuncture experience and I thought that spending lots of money would enable me good quality services and a trustworthy practicioner. Chi is friendly and has a lot of medical, nutrional and TCM experience, but the more I'm getting familiar with TCM and the more I'm speaking with other practitioners, I made the decision that I wouldn't recommend WE Clinic. I actually feel a bit ripped off. A fair and transparent pricing scheme is a must and, apart from that, she neglected her promise to share the lift of ingredients with me - she's been ignoring me for 8 weeks now. That's a no-go.

Fantastic experience: Chi is fantastic. She looks to understand the person and treat the root cause. I came for a knee injury caused by overuse in sport, and I felt better after a small number of sessions. I would highly recommend to anyone with sports injuries to compliment physio therapy or other treatment.

Negative experience: Edit: I'm not kate. Thanks for your reply though I feel guilty to leave a negative review amongst a sea of positive but the reality is it doesn't work for everyone. I read the reviews and went ahead and really wanted this to work. Chi is lovely but acupuncture simply didn't work for me. She said my pain was just in my head, to dismiss it like that was not helpful. Lesson learnt is reviews may be great online but it may not work for everyone. That's the sad reality, you just have to keep searching for what's works for you.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Dr Chi at her practice intermittently in the past year for acupuncture treatments due to an ongoing chronic inflammation and muscular issue. From the first visit, Chi took a holistic approach to assessing the problem and evaluating the most efficient and treatment options for me. She not only wants to treat the symptoms but also correct all of the underlying issues which have culminated to the grand problem. Over the months, Chi also has shared a wide variety of advice on areas of nutrition, mental health and how to approach conventional medical examinations and results. She has been an excellent guide at times of uncertainty and approaches us client as a knowledgeable friend who is advising the best options for the long term, as opposed to a medical professional who just wants to treat the symptoms on a transactional basis. Chi often advocates for taking less remedies than more, and never gives unnecessary supplements as is the case for some other practitioners in London. She is always available to help out over all communication channels. I would recommend Chi to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Had a hydrofacial by Chi. Very happy with the results. My face looked very clean and fresh after the treatment. It would be impossible to achieve the same results at home without the hydrofacial machine. Would strongly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I fell and twisted my ankle going down some stairs. As a result, ankle is swollen and very bruised. After acupuncture treatment by Chi, the swelling went down very quickly and bruises started going away and improving within 24 hours. The results are amazing. I've included pictures of the bruises before treatment, and one of after treatment just 3 days later. What's more, Chi was very caring and thoughtful in my treatment and even checked in on progress which is extremely kind of her. Can't recommend her enough and her expertise in acupuncture.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend the weclinic for acupuncture treatment. I have rheumatoid arthritis and after 7 sessions of acupuncture have much less pain and inflammation. Chi provides great nutrition advice as well as herbal tea to heal the body and takes time to make you understand the way in which Chinese medicine works. Negative experience: I'm a Health blogger promoting uk acupuncture to immigrants coming from Asia. The receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant, she hung up on me after 10 seconds of listening claiming to be extremely busy. I wanted to book an appointment to test the doctors skills so maybe consider rehiring as customer service is extremely important to asians. The real judge of good acupuncture can only be determined by asian immigrants as the procedure is most common in Asia so I hope your service can be more accepting in the future to good publicity

Fantastic experience: Chi is so transparent and friendly! I came to her clinic with terrible gut issues and have seen a significant difference since working with her over the past couple of months. She takes a very natural approach to healing looking at your diet/lifetstyle too which I really like. For me specially we do acupuncture ever other week, look at my diet/nutrition and have found success through using her herbal teas too. This is the only approach that has really worked for me. Ive gone the functional medicine route and used various supplements over the years but Chi's approach has worked best for me. It will just take time to see results and going in you need to be aware of that and be patient with the process too. Overall, I highly recommend if you are suffering with tremendous amounts of inflamation/bloat, PCOS, and endo symptoms like myself.

Fantastic experience: Chi is a true magician! My first appointment was back in November 2021, when I was struggling with stress and severe anxiety. I was a bit skeptical at first, but the first treatment completely changed my mind. I felt much better and realized that I am capable of being calm and collected, I have no reason to wind up myself. I am very uncomfortable with sharing my problems and struggles, but Chi made me feel extremely comfortable, I felt like I could be completely honest with her and speak up about true emotions and feelings. I am very grateful that she listens to me and supports me with kind words and advice. Chi warned me that the treatment takes time and I need to understand it and be calm and patient. And it worked! Fantastic experience: I started attending WE clinic last year as I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism last year and many years ago diagnosed with PCOS. I started showing a lot of symptoms from both my health issues. Not wanting to go down the western approach. I started looking for someone who had a great understanding of western medicine and also understood that the body mind and soul is intricately connected. Since attending the clinic and working with Chi from the end of last year. My symptoms have been drastically reduced. My stress levels are much more manageable then before. Fantastic experience: I have been receiving Acupuncture from Chi on and off for the past two years. Primarily this has been to help me with occasional back pain, resulting from a disk problem in my lower back. Over the years I have seen numerous Chiropractors, Osteopaths, and Physios etc all with limited results however Chi has been the one person who is has made a significant improvement in my condition and as a result, standard of life. I cannot recommend Chi highly enough for anyone who suffers from back pain. In additional to getting treating for back pain, my wife visited Chi for acupuncture when we decided to start trying for a baby. We had previously had a miscarriage in early pregnancy and we were both keen to start again quickly. Chi, made no promises, but she explained that acupuncture can help significantly when trying and importantly afterwards with avoiding miscarriage. Whilst we were both sceptical at first, after speaking with our GP and getting her support, we decided to give it a go. Amazingly my wife pregnant on our first attempt and we are now in our second trimester. Importantly Chi offered support to my wife throughout, from dieting to exercise to moral support. Chi has been wonderful and we are both extremely grateful.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting accupuncture from Chi for over 2 years. I suffered from some anxiety and sleeping issues which have now completely gone. As well as the main improvements in my mental wellbeing Chi has kept a record of my blood pressure amongst other physical markers. I also have some inherited cardiovascular issues and my blood pressure has reduced from 140 (and above) over 100 to a steady 120 over 75 and it is often lower. This has all been from Chi's expertise in accupuncture and good advice during each session. Recommended

Fantastic experience: I visited Chi back in January 2015 as i had heard that acupuncture could improve female egg quality, at the time i had a rough idea of my hormone levels but not my level of fertility. By the end of 2015 i decided that the time had come to do further fertility tests, i did so and found everything to be good except for a slight blockage in one of my tubes. This may have reduced my chances by at least 50%, thus myself and Chi came up with a plan of action, regular acupuncture, a particular diet and her personal concoction of herbal tea (which she made up weekly for me), within a matter of months i fell pregnant thanks to the help of Chi and her excellent knowledge of fertility. I am now almost 5 months pregnant and patiently awaiting my little one. Thank you Chi you truly helped and your knowledge and genuine caring nature made a refreshing change from other practitioners out there.

I had migraines for 15 years and as a consequence of Chi's' treatment I am migraine free. Without Chi's expert and professional treatment I would not be living such a healthy life style. Fantastic experience: Chi treated me for a trapped nerve which caused a problem walking on my foot. She treated me with a combination of traditional and modern Chinese medicine, using acupuncture combined with electronic needles to regenerate my nerves. The results were very good and with about 16 sessions I had recovered about 70% of sensation (combined with resting from running). I highly recommend Chi to anyone seeking acupuncture as she uses many modern techniques that other practice's do not try, such as the electronic needles (not as scary as it sounds!) She is also a very friendly and intelligent character who you can chat about many subjects during treatment, and you feel very well looked after following a session. I have since recommended her service to many others. After I completed all my sessions I have almost completely recovered all sensation in my foot, just in time to go traveling, so thanks Chi!
