Positive experience: I use this store as its convenient for me but sadly the prices are not competitive and the staff interaction with customers is lacking in friendliness or information about their products,if you have the time I’d recommend others health stores in Stratford area.

Negative experience: DO NOT MAKE AN ONLINE ORDER FROM THIS SHOP. I made a purchase 9 days ago. The website says Royal Mail 48 hours tracked delivery. The status of my order is still just 'ordered'. The website's refund/cancellation policy states that cancellations aren't possible if order has been dispatched. Mine hasn't been. I Sent an email to the shop, no response. I called the shop 2 days ago, the staff member said they'd get back to me. Still no response. I called again today, the staff member said that their manager is on holiday for another week and will deal with it when they're back. I told them that online orders should still be processed regardless of whether a manager is on holiday or not. They blamed it on bank holiday. Bank holiday was more than a week ago and has nothing to do with postage when an item hasn't even been dispatched yet. This shop should not be accepting online orders when they're unable to fulfill them and send them out to customers. I've had to contact my bank and make a claim to get my money back as I don't think I'll be receiving anything anytime soon.

Negative experience: Discussing customer service. I came into the shop today, my hands were full with shopping and I was refused a Plastic bag. I was buying a glass bottle item. The man is miserable and rude. I've been buying cranberry juice from this shop for years. But I will NEVER spend a penny in this shop again. I will buy it from Amazon. Same price. I was trying to support local shops. They had the guts to give me a dirty look as I was walking out the shop.

Kumar is hugely knowledgeable about all of his products and is more than happy to go the extra mile to help his customers. Excellent store and super friendly staff!

Negative experience: The guy is rude mean grumpy and judgemental. He decides whether he likes you or not and treats you accordingly. Ruined my day thanks. Been a regular of this shop for years and the guy is still horrible to me no matter how nice I try to be. Everytime I leave the shop I feel my mood slightly deflated. Which is weird people in natural food shops are usually so nice. Also didn't have loose Chamomile! What self respecting natural food shop doesn't have a ready supply of loose Chamomile. Maybe he could do with drinking a cup and cheering up! Try the health food shop in Wanstead or Stratford much nicer people.

Fantastic experience: Great selection of Vegan products which you don't find in the smaller supermarkets if you don't have time to visit the larger supermarkets. Vegan cheeses, Pies, burgers etc. Kumar a very nice helpful chap too.

Fantastic experience: I love this little local health shop. The owner is so nice. I get the whole families vitamins here. I get my toiletries and organic nuts/seeds/ cupboard food from here too. I refill my washing up liquid and browse by an amazing assortment of tea. Lots of alternatives to dairy products too. I hidden little gem in Leytonstone.

Negative experience: "Health shop" with the door handle muffled in what seems to be recycled bandages from a hospital, with some dirty sticky tape rolled around them – the very image of health, no less. I went in to ask for a herbal-based remedy for joint pains, and they sold me something that "soothes the skin". For almost double the online price. Another local outlet on my personal ban list.

Fantastic experience: I really value having a health food store locally that can provide a good range of healthy alternatives to allopathic over the counter remedies, as well as organic hair products and food. I go out of my way to support this business and to shop locally.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful service, very kind and friendly, great natural products. I needed help finding a cream for my niece's dry skin, as the other pharmacies were giving creams with lots of chemicals in that were hurting her skin. They stocked a cream that helped her skin heal in hours. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I've lived locally for years and this shop is a real asset - conveniently located and great for finding items I just can't get in any other shops nearby. I come here for vegetarian and vegan ingredients; biodegradable cleaning products; toiletries; and whole foods. The Ecover refill scheme for washing up liquid is really useful. They also sell Suma soaps which are my favourite. It is a small shop so as you would expect may not stock absolutely everything you're looking for, but countless times I've gone in with low hopes of finding something and been pleasantly surprised when they have it in stock. My personal experience is that staff are polite and friendly.

Fantastic experience: My go to shop for healthy shopping. The shop stocks a great selection of products and the staff is very helpful. They even take special orders for certain products they do not have in stock due to low sales. Very lucky to have a shop like that in this area where all you can find is trash food. Reading the reviews left for this shop makes me wonder what people expect from retailers. A foot massage when they walk through the door perhaps.

Negative experience: Very,very,very RUDE & lazy shop assistant!!!Overpriced shop! We asked him to show 2 items- they were already overpriced (at least twice). We thanked him for showing & his response was: “Waste of time” as because of us he had to stand up from his chair (!)”.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. The man who works in the shop is very rude. I am a health coach and I wanted to leave him one of my small posters and ask if he could hang it in the shop. I figured that being a health shop, they could be interested in working together. To be perfectly clear, I was ready for the possibility of receiving a negative answer, because it's perfectly legit for someone not wanting to advertise other's services in their shops. I wouldn't have been bothered by that, nor I would have pushed it. But I figured there was no harm in politely asking. He had the door locked and didn't even bother to speak to me, just shaked his head from the other side of the glass and turned the sign on the door to closed...Basically he doesn't even know what I was asking. I think there are definitely better ways to deal with people. It's a shame, because the concept of the shop is really great and they have a good selection, but I think I value more the interpersonal skills than the products.

Positive experience: Extremely chuffed that such a store exists in Leytonstone! Amazing for cleaning and beauty products, special dietary foods, incense and other health products. Range is not huge but great brands, pricing is a little expensive but worth it to support a local independent business trying to promote healthier products and environmentally friendly thinking. Only ever served by a lady who is very lovely and helpful.

Negative experience: The products are really good, quite expensive but this is understandable because it's an independent shop. However the man that works there (and owns the shop I believe) is very rude! Every time I go there, he never smiles, barely says hi and lacks all basic customer service skills! It doesn't take much to just say ''Hi, how are you today?'' and enquire about a customer's needs. This is such a shame because I love supporting small independent shops but I've decided that I'm not going there anymore because I simply don't fell welcomed...

Fantastic experience: Small shoo with good choice of aurvedic teas and alternative health products and food. Great location next to Leytonstone station. Less than 1 minute walk. High Road is also nearby. No parking around but there is Matalan car park within short walking distance.

Negative experience: I have personally been to this shop and found the mature man serving rude ... I now had to call the shop to enquire if they sold a product and the customer service or even basic manners is gone. The phone was answered promptly by a man to which I respnded good evening I was wondering do you sell (product) to which he asked who are you, ×what your name... yes I found it a strange question but I gave my name to which he asked where are you from...I asked why it mattered as I was just making an enquiry. He asked what company I'm from and I answered I'm not from any company. He then asked if I was a customer to which I said yes and I wanted to know if they sold ( product) in liquid for. .. he said no just powder as I was about to sayok. . Thank you the phone was put down. I will never shop here if it's last place on earth the man has no customer service much less basic manners!!!!
