Fantastic experience: I recently attended a Viki’s pasta-making workshop, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Viki was knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly passionate about it all. We started by learning the basics of dough-making, including tips on flour types, kneading techniques, and resting times. We added different spices to the dough to make it colourful and more nutritious. What made the workshop stand out was its hands-on nature. Everyone got to roll, shape, and cut their own pasta – from tagliatelle to farfalle. The atmosphere was friendly. At the end of the workshop Viki cooked our pasta and we had a lovely lunch all together. The fresh pasta, paired with simple yet delicious sauces made by the host, was absolutely mouthwatering. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to refine your skills, I’d highly recommend this workshop. It’s a great way to spend a few hours, learn something new, and walk away with a deeper appreciation for the art of pasta-making.

Fantastic experience: We did a pasta making workshop and loved it! So organised, clean and great instruction. Didn't have to share one tool between multiple people and plenty of space to be creative. Vikki showed us loads of different and techniques and was very knowledgable about nutrition! The food we ate afterwards was lovely and the best sun dried tomato pesto I’ve ever eaten!

Fantastic experience: I recently organised for Viki to host an in office pasta-making workshop, and it was an incredibly fun and interactive session. It was great to take a break from the daily routine and mix with colleagues from different teams. Viki proved to be an excellent teacher with her extensive knowledge, engaging personality, and well-prepared equipment. The workshop was perfectly organized, and the group size was just right, allowing for a personal and enjoyable experience. The highlight was definitely getting to eat the freshly made pasta with Viki's delicious homemade vegan pesto! Viki was fantastic and we can't wait to invite her back again!

Fantastic experience: I attended one of Vicki's nutritional talks about Gut Health and it was so informative. Viki is passionate about what you put in your body and the effect it has and she shared her own journey, which led her down the nutrition path. She is down to earth and realistic about fitting it in with the pressures of family life, giving a lot of practical tips. She is a very motivational and inspiring speaker and could answer all the questions! It's a very sensible topic and one we should all be addressing with our busy lifestyles and the ever increasing availability of faster food.

Fantastic experience: I have some health problems and attended Vicky's talk. It was really informative and learned a lot. She made some delicious food even gluten free crackers. She showed us how to make kefir. Looking forward to the next one and learn more about how nutrition can influence our body at certain ages of life

Fantastic experience: My Daughter’s football team attended a Nutrition event hosted by Vicky @Twidddle. It was aimed at raising an awareness of the importance of nutrition with regard to exercise. She found the session to be informative, fun and engaging. She enjoyed making healthy snacks with her friends. I’m hoping that her new enthusiasm for healthy eating will carry on.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic time at the Pasta Making Workshop with Viki. It was a nice and laid back atmosphere where Viki ran through the steps in making a basic pasta dough then after getting the basics down the different flavoured/laminated doughs that are possible. We were then shown how to roll, cut and shape the dough into lots of different styles and shapes - where we had some traditional and modern tools available to play with. We also had some great homemade snacks provided for us while waiting for the dough to rest and ate a batch of our freshly made pasta with a choice of homemade pesto at the end for lunch which was fantastic! Viki was really knowledgeable - sharing recipe tips, answering any questions, and was always happy to help if struggling with anything. I'll definitely be making more pasta at home and I'd definitely recommend the workshop to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Myself and my partner enjoyed a wonderful masterclass this morning with Viki, and I can’t recommend her and her classes highly enough. Viki showed us not only how easy it is to make your own fresh pasta, but also how fun it can be. She spoke to us beforehand to learn about our dietary requirements and ensured she had plenty of ingredients for us to choose from so that we could colour and flavour our dough. We thoroughly enjoyed learning how to make the pasta and shape it in a variety of ways, along with delicious fresh sauce too. We finished the workshop with lots of different pasta to try, we were really proud of what we’d done and it was delicious! Fantastic experience: Viki's edible gift workshop was fantastic! The welcoming, festive atmosphere (including mulled wine!) set the tone for a hands-on experience in crafting chocolate salami and bonbons. Viki demonstrated the steps live, making the process engaging and enjoyable and also a valuable learning experience. Overall, the workshop was a delightful blend of festive fun, learning, and the joy of creating delicious treats. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had amazing guidance through Viki’s nutrition coaching. Her consultation was professional and thorough. Viki always kept in touch to keep me on track and if I needed her she was quick to reply. I’ve also learnt so much about nutrition, cooking methods and some valuable time saving tips. Fantastic experience: We had a lovely day making pasta and a Hungarian dessert. Lunch was also really nice. We all left feeling we’d had learned something and we all felt inspired to go home and have a go at making Pasta. Worth every penny !!

Fantastic experience: Ran a great and really fun pasta making workshop for our team. Twiddle are really responsive to emails, will act on suggestions and will go above and beyond on the day to make sure everyone has a lovely time. We had a team challenge to make something we all liked out of pasta, so we made a teacup to represent a warm cuppa after an autumnal walk (along with many other more traditional shapes).

Fantastic experience: Viki is a fantastic nutrition coach and, in many ways, her role even extended to being a bit of a foodie therapist for me. Food is such an emotive subject, especially when there are difficulties surrounding it, and Viki navigated the issues I was facing so sensitively, yet confidently. My son has additional needs which extends to sensory issues around foods and he has limited number of “safe” foods that he will eat. I was concerned about his diet and also, as we had implemented so many different strategies to help him in other areas, when I realised that diet was one thing that we had actually really overlooked, I reached out to Viki to see if she could recommend any foods that would be good to include in the diet of a child with ADHD and whether there was any way I could increase the list of “safe foods”. I was mortified when Viki asked for a food diary for my son and a list of foods he loves (think plain pasta, chicken nuggets, chips…) and hates (practically everything else, with broccoli and greenery,l at the top of the list!). I needn’t have worried as Viki was completely non-judgemental, kind and understanding. Where I worried I was failing, Viki helped me to see all the fantastic things were already doing and helped me to reframe my perspective into a positive one. Viki has so many great ideas. One which really stuck was slowly introducing small variations on ‘safe foods’ and I’ll admit that, as I placed down a plate for my son with one of his favourite “safe” foods (pork sausages), alongside a (he’s definitely not going to touch this “gross” thing!) herby chicken sausage and vegetarian (won’t even try that in a million years) sausage, I was extremely sceptical, but amazed when I saw him not even pass comment but simply eat all three variations (all up!) something I honestly had not expected him to do. I’m excited to continue on our foodie journey and Viki has reignited a passion in me for food and cooking that I thought I had lost for good. Thank you, Viki ❤️

Viki was very friendly and helpful when answering all my pre-session questions and the boys were more than comfortable setting off. Both came home with great stories and some very different pasta to our normal shop bought stuff. They both said they had enjoyed the session and had a really good time. Fantastic experience: We booked Viki for our daughter's 8th birthday as she loves cooking and baking and we thought it sounded like a great 'party' idea. Viki totally surpassed our expectations - turning up with a beautiful freshly baked loaf of sourdough and homemade roast beetroot hummus, she set to work setting up for the party. She had even brought a personalised chef's hat for my daughter and a sourdough starter with instructions - such a lovely touch. There were colourful aprons for the kids to wear and they had an amazing time (and so did I!), we all learned so much. Using natural ingredients to create different colours of pasta dough, we ended up with an eclectic mix of shapes and colours that Viki then cooked up with a simple sauce that everyone tucked into - absolutely delicious! I found Viki a highly knowledgeable and inspiring lady, and a delight to have met. We were blown away by what a great party it was. Thank you, Viki!

Vikki was a great teacher and made the demonstrations and instructions easy to follow. I enjoyed the workshop and had a lovely experience. Fantastic experience: A good setting in a Italian restaurant led by a lovely lady with a sense of humour that got us to have a hands on experience which is what I wanted and she made it enjoyable. We got to sample our food and take some home. Also got to eat her homemade delicious bread and pesto. Would like to go on another of her courses.

Fantastic experience: What a treat I had. Not only is Viki delightful but so is her teaching. I couldn't believe what I learned about making fresh pasta. No more supermarket pasta from now on - only the fresh stuff made by moi!! Voila!! Uh that's french. I would recommend that anyone interested should take the time to do this session/lesson/course. If you're not I would recommend you become interested as you're missing out.

Fantastic experience: We booked the Colourful and Fresh pasta Making Course as a Birthday present for mum. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. Viki hosted a great interactive workshop firstly you're shown how to make the dough for your pasta and shown a number of different additives to not only colour your pasta but make it more nutritious. Following you're shown many ways to shape your pasta and how to use a pasta machine. Your pasta is then cooked, and you eat your own creation with some amazing sauces made by Viki (which i would recommend you get the recipe for). I couldn't recommend more! I'm now making pasta on a regular basis at home. Viki was a great host and the venue at la mama was a great setting. Definitely worth booking.

Had I known how simple it was to make delicious pasta at home I would have been making it a long time ago! Fantastic experience: We used Twiddle - Love of Food for a corporate, team building event. Viki created a fun and inclusive atmosphere ensuring that everyone was able to follow along and make the pasta shapes and styles that they wanted to. Viki also provided two type of breads and dips which were delicious and her lemon cake was dreamy! Due to COVID we moved the date of the event a couple of times - Viki was very accommodating and understanding which made the event even better.

Fantastic experience: My 12 year old son and I attended Vikki's pasta session today and it was amazing. It was such a lovely way to spend time in a relaxed and friendly environment. Archie was the youngest there and got stuck in making Hungarian paprika pasta and then cocoa pasta in a variety of shapes. Definitely given him the confidence to replicate at home. Fantastic experience: Viki gave a presentation and Q&A as part of our Nutrition programme. She's lovely and provided good tips and ideas to make life easier in the kitchen while being creative with your cooking. She also shared recipes with our members which is really nice of her.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved Vicki’s Twiddle Food pasta making workshop at Kooc Cafe last summer. Her passion for what she does is infectious and I came away with a new (tasty!) hobby that I find really enjoyable and relaxing to do. I couldn’t recommend Vicki enough!

Fantastic experience: Y4 from Dore Primary School, certainly listened carefully and observed intently as Viki from Twiddlefood carried out a bread demonstration on Monday. Not only did we hear about the specific techniques that are required for bread making e.g. kneading and proving, she also enhanced our Science knowledge by considering the changes of state that take place when using yeast (look at the photograph of the balloon). Next week we will put this knowledge into practice when we bake our own loaves.

Fantastic experience: For my birthday I had Twiddle come to my home and do a pasta workshop. Everyone loved it! Viky showed us how to make the pasta dough, roll and even some tips and tricks. We still talk about how good the pasta party was to this day (even though it was well over a year ago).

Fantastic experience: Vicky came to our house and managed to teach 10 blokes how to make and cook pasta, which turned out to be very tasty. I would highly recommend to others, for a fun, social evening. Vicky was organised, knowledgeable and managed despite our awkward kitchen. I have also since managed to make pasta with the kids. Fantastic experience: We have booked Twiddle Food for our annual company get together. Staff and their families joined in this large pasta making class that culminated in everyone eating freshly made pasta together. We would genuinely recommend this fun and interactive experience for all ages as we still talk about it. Plus, we all got some valuable pasta-making skills. On reflection, this Twiddle Food workshop will also make a cracking team-building activity.

Fantastic experience: Spent a fab few hours making and learning about different pasta flavourings colourings and shapes Viiki is really knowledgeable and helpful not to mention a wonderful chef the experience was only enhanced by enjoying home made bread, humous and then a wonderful freshly made pasta sauce to go with some of the pasra i had made.
