Fantastic experience: The most amazing chiropractor that I have ever been to. Leslie has been helping me rehabilitate from long-Covid, fibromyalgia, various back, neck, jaw, nervous system and emotional issues. I honestly could not have made it through without his support. I have not been to a chiropractor with his level of expertise, and patient centred approach. Leslie really, really cares and goes above and beyond. He is incredible. I am sure he is part Angel and part human! I book a 1 hour session because of the deep tissue massage that he offers, as it’s amazing, as well as the skeletal manipulation. I cannot recommend him enough and even as I write this review, I can’t really put into words how much he has helped me. I am so grateful to him and for him. Fantastic experience: I pulled a muscle in my buttocks, which caused severe sciatica pain. I could not sit, stand, or lie down comfortably. A friend recommended Leslie, and although I live an hour away from Bournemouth, the drive was absolutely worth it. Fantastic experience: Leslie has been treating to control pain and build muscle strength as I have severe arthritis in both hips. His understanding and knowledge of the human body and how it functions is very impressive. He is able to locate sources of pain and treat them quickly and effectively. Fantastic experience: I had one treatment with Leslie, I felt that I got a really good chiropractor who knows what he is doing. After two sessions of treatment with Leslie, my neck, shoulders, top back and lower back all relieved which is amazing. I would strongly recommend Leslie if you have some health issues . Fantastic experience: I went to see Leslie with an agonising persistent pain which was preventing me from walking unless I took strong pain killers. Leslie identified the issue straightaway and saved me from unnecessary X-rays and endless painkillers. His knowledge was second to non and really helped me understand what had caused the pain in the first place. Within a few weeks, the pain had subsided and I ran a half marathon!

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering with acute pain in my right leg below the knee for over a year. Despite x - ray , scans, and other tests, no cause of the pain or resolution was successful. So I was in pain and taking painkillers with no future plan. My daughter encouraged me to see a chiropractic, Leslie Budzynski, as he had helped her years ago. When I had my first appointment with Leslie just before Christmas, he diagnosed the problem which was linked to the Peroneus longus and Peroneus brevis area. He massaged the muscle, which was extremely tight. That night, I had zero leg pain . After over a year, this felt amazing . I immediately stopped taking painkillers . I had my 2nd appointment a week later and had further massage and instruction on exercises to strengthen the muscle. I remain pain free and no longer require painkillers. I greatly appreciate Leslie's help and expertise and would recommend any one else living in pain to pay him a visit.

Fantastic experience: I had my first experience of Sciatica. The pain was awful and I could hardly walk. I went to see Leslie 3 times and he did wonders for me. Fantastic experience: I have been having Chiropractic treatment from Leslie for over 25 years. When I first went see Leslie he was practising in Winchmore Hill, a part of Enfield in North London. Leslie resolved a long standing back injury for me and the treatment I had from Leslie  was always of a very high standard, he also gave excellent advice on  exercise and care of my back and other issues I was suffering with. I always leave his treatment room feeling much better ! When Leslie moved to Bournemouth I tried many other Chiropractors in or around Enfield and a much wider area but found none came close to the treatment and care I received  from Leslie, so eventually I contacted him and asked if I could continue as his patient in Bournemouth, to which he readily agreed. I now make regular trips to Bournemouth to see him, a trip of about 125 miles and Leslie will also take the trouble to fit me in when I am in need of an “emergency“ appointment. Leslie’s treatment is always very gentle and his wider medical knowledge is invaluable. I highly recommend a visit to him if you have need of a back injury or any of the many other problems that he can treat.

Fantastic experience: I’m not normally a person that does reviews, but after 2 years of suffering with bad lower back pain and now being totally free of it I have to share my story. From age 16 I started working in the building industry as a carpenter and then in the glazing industry, my body has taken a lot of strain over the years (I’m now 54). For the past two years I’ve had hideous lower back pain, my gp told me it’s wear and tear, so man up and live with it!! I sought various alternative therapies and wasted plenty of money and time on acupuncture , massages etc etc etc. Whilst on holiday in Westbourne I googled various back practitioners and came across Leslie. I decided to give him a go, after a first examination and Gentle bending in various positions ( not painful) I was given a stretching plan, I had a second visit, with a bit more manipulation and given some further regular stretches. I AM PAIN FREE and very mobile again exactly 8 days after first visit. Thank you Leslie you’re a total genius.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from a very painful hip for three weeks after returning to running. I tried various exercises gleaned from online videos, but none seemed to work. I made an appointment with Leslie. After three treatments I am now fully recovered. He is excellent. He took my medical history, carefully examined me, and soon diagnosed the problem. He explained it in terms I could easily understand and gave me loads of information about how I can avoid a recurrence of the injury. I have no hesitation in recommending him - richly deserving of the 5 stars.

Negative experience: There's no prices anywhere! How can you claim being "the best" without even giving the info about your fees?!!

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from headaches and neck pain for around 18 months and having tried different types of medication with little success, I decided to book an appointment with Leslie. I explained my symptoms and following an examination, Leslie was quickly able to identify the cause of my discomfort. Leslie was reassuring, thorough, and set out a treatment plan. I attended regular appointments and my headaches have significantly reduced since having chiropractic treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his service for headaches I thought couldn’t be helped!

Fantastic experience: When I arrived for a consultation with Leslie, I had already sought advice from a number of different practitioners for my back pain and sciatica. I felt that Leslie actually took genuine interest in my condition which was a great source of comfort in itself! Each visit convinced me of his wealth of experience and professionalism. After a few weeks of treatment with him I had to leave on a trip but Leslie even offered to give advice remotely should I need it. Unfortunately, I ended up needing surgical help for my problem, but I only proceeded with the operation having sought a second opinion from Leslie which he happily provided me with. Fantastic experience: I have had joint problems due to hyper mobility and rheumatoid arthritis my whole life and have seen many different hospital specialists over the last 30+ years. After a flare up in my hip joint I was left in constant pain and the NHS were baffled, unable to diagnose what the problem was. It worsened last year and wanting to avoid further hospital treatment and steroid injections a trip Leslie was recommended to me. Not only is Leslie an extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable Chiropractor, after a course of sessions I am completely pain free! I have learnt more from Leslie over the last six months than I have in my life of dealing with joint issues and I won’t hesitate to go straight back to him in future. five stars well deserved, I highly recommend his services :)

Fantastic experience: Leslie is a miracle worker. He has treated me in the past for a couple of minor matters but when I broke my shoulder in a scooter accident he was an absolute godsend. He is hugely experienced in many fields and his knowledge and application sets him apart from others. Without him I doubt my recovery would have been as quick and in less than eight weeks from the accident I was able to head off to india for an intensive yoga retreat. Fantastic experience: I was suffering with a pinched nerve in my neck, causing pain in my neck upper back and down my right arm to my hands, with several numb fingers. After suffering for a week whilst away on holiday I visited my GP on my return who prescribed some pills and sent me on my way. These had no effect at all after several days, so I took it on myself to see a Chiropractor. Leslie Budzynski set me on my course to recovery, I started to improve after my first few visits and within six visits was 90% recovered. He started off by showing me a model of a spine and pointing out where my trapped nerve was and how the movement of the vertebrae when moving my head was pinching the nerve causing the pain to shoot down my arm. Arming me with this knowledge helped me greatly as I was able to adapt my behaviour to minimise the pain and aid my recovery. He also manipulated my neck and massaged the surrounding muscle which was very tense. It is a very miserable time when you are in constant pain, Leslie knows exactly what you are going through, and his empathy and skill is worth every penny of the cost. He is very easy to get on with and we had some very good chats during my visits. I’m convinced I’d have been no further forward had I just stuck with the pills my GP prescribed as no other advice or treatments were offered. I therefore wholly recommend Leslie if you are suffering with any Musculoskeletal problems.

Fantastic experience: I came in ten days ago and could barely stand let alone walk. Leslie has a really calm and assured approach and over the course of a few treatments has got me upright and virtually back to fulfill health. Having hurt my back twice before the comparison in recovery is staggering. Last time it took months!

Fantastic experience: Lesley was fantastic. I had a recurring back pain which also effected movement in my neck. He saw me last minute on Xmas eve when he had left the office, but kindly stayed on to see me. After the first session the pain subsided and I was able to move my neck properly just 24 hours after the treatment. After the 2nd session the pain has completely gone. Lesley is a brilliant chiropractor and there is parking out the front of the building, which makes visiting him easy especially if you are in pain. I had visited chiropractors before, but they were not a patch on Lesley. Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: 7 years after my scoliosis correction procedure I started having excruciating pain and horrible headaches for almost a year and was taking extremely strong pain killers on a daily basis. Having had many x rays and visits to different specialist doctors they had no helpful answers of what was causing the pain.
