Fantastic experience: I am writing this review after 3 and a half years and I can still remember all the special details and outstanding experience I got. The staff were amazing. From The welcoming atmosphere when i first had my consultancy to when my aftercare was dealt with in such care and precision. I was given the time to express the wish for my prefered outcome after surgery and the technology provided was allowing me to vision it in 3D and the futuristic approach made it easier for me to make the right choice. The private hospital i was admitted at was incredible, felt like a 4 star hotel with all the comfort, high level of attention to detail and the food, my goodness the food was mouth watering! Finalising with a beautiful care pack including a dressing gown I wear till this day was a beautiful finishing touch. I get a heartwarming amount of compliments on my astheric based on my change. I can not vouch more for such an amazing consultancy! Today, I can honestly say, I am in my most happiest form and I owe part of that to eterno 360! Fantastic experience: I had a first consultation for surgery with Dr Fulvio and it was an extremely positive experience. He was professional and very knowledgeable but shared that experience in a relatable and relaxed manner. There was no pressure to do or accept anything. This was also reflected in the clinic staff and their welcoming approach too- very friendly, helpful and positive.

Positive experience: The staff and owner were lovely people and was looked after very well. Unfortunately my wife was very disappointed with the results. After having both ears done multiple times and sticking to all the advise given the ears have failed over the last year and now has 2 ears in not great positions. We were advised at the start that it might not hold but i think rather than people spending over 3k it might be best to stop the procedure all together to limit peoples disappointment. Im sure its worked for some people but sure we are just the unlucky ones i guess. I must stress though people are fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I never normally leave reviews but I have been seeing Jenna for ages now and wouldn’t trust anyone else. Jenna is extremely knowledgeable and would only carry out a treatment if she felt it to be beneficial and evidence based. You can approach her about anything and know you will be getting the very best advice. I couldn’t be happier with the results from the various treatments I have had and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She is extremely proficient with injectables and I have been so happy with the outcomes each time!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Jenna High enough. I think she's absolutely brilliant. I've had some botox and a small amount of filler - just enough to give me a refreshed, natural look. When you walk through the door you are welcomed by the friendly team and everyone is so welcoming and chatty. I was lucky enough to win a free hydra facial and it has drastically changed my skin after one appointment!!! Maxine was so kind and thorough and explained exactly what my skin type was and how to improve it. I left feeling very refreshed, relaxed and informed. Fantastic experience: Last week I had a hydrafacial with maxine, I’ve never really bothered with facials but I kept seeing people after having one done and all I can say is wow . Maxine was amazing from start to finish, I felt so relaxed and fresh faced after. Maxine talked me through the different stages of the facial whilst she was doing it as I didn’t know what to expect. she was very informative and my skin feels fab.

From the moment you walk in the premises, you are welcomed by a warm, smiley and polite team. I have seen Maxine several times now. A passionate and well trained in skin aesthetics lady who has my skin looking absolutely wonderful. I like how she inspects your skin before discussing what she is going to do and customises the treatment accordingly each session. When in London, I am loyal to my monthly hydrafacial at Eterno360. I find Maxine professional, polite and friendly. Always a nice experience and, I highly recommend her. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I had my first ever Hydrafacial with Maxine and it was AMAZING! The treatment was very thorough, although this may not be the most relaxing facial I came out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and my skin defiantly reflected that! I was / am GLOWING! Fantastic experience: I am in my mid 40s and have recently got derma fillers on my cheeks. I cannot recommend this practice enough. All the staff are very knowledgeable and work extremely hard. I immediately knew I was in exceptional hands with Jenna as she was very informative about the procedure and she really knew the science behind it all. She kept me well informed though out the procedure and made sure I was at ease. Straight away I could see the results and it was exceptional. Very natural but yet so effective that I feel at least 10 years younger. Fantastic experience: Last year I had my first hydrafacial with Maxine and my skin was in a very sorry state. For some unknown reason my previously compliant skin had flared horrendously and I had developed rosacea. I was covered in pimples and redness, and really distressed about it. Maxine was so kind, skilled and knowledgable. She gave me great advice which I’m delighted to report was proved to be excellent. Contrary to what I have experienced elsewhere in the past, she didn’t load me up with products, but instead advised stripping back my regime and simplifying it massively as she felt I was overloading my skin. I took on board all her advice, but I wasn’t hopeful as my skin was terrible. Fast forward one year and during my hydrafacial today, I was super-happy to hear Maxine describe my skin as “happy skin”! It’s now completely smooth, clear and well-hydrated, unlike the pebble-dashed appearance of last year! The treatment itself is fab - you can really feel each stage of the process penetrating deeply and it’s satisfying to see all the debris removed floating around in the canister afterwards. I can highly recommend both the hydra-facial treatment (it’s an amazing treatment to ‘re-set’ your skin) and also Maxine. She is very professional, capable and inspires confidence. . She’s also a lovely person to spend an hour with - I was so relaxed I fell asleep! I’m very grateful for her advice, it has honestly made so much difference. She was also really helpful in her recommendations for some further treatments I expressed an interest in, but I didn’t feel at all pressured - just very well-informed of all my options. The clinic is spotlessly clean and all the team are authentically welcoming. I can’t fault Eterno 360 - highly recommended all round.

Fantastic experience: I was thinking of having liposuction done for a very long time, and after doing a lot of research I came across with this lovely clinic I had the first appointment with Fulvio and I felt very reassured that it was the best procedure for me. He is very genuine on what can and can’t be done and sets realistic expectations on you. After a long wait for the surgery (was my fault because I had very little dates I could have it done ) finally I had my procedure done. The day of the surgery I felt very scared, but he was so lovely that I instantly felt I was in safe hands. I am still recovering but after a week my results are magical. I never imagined I could have this body in a million years ! It’s naturally skinny and I look in the mirror now and I am speechless. Positive experience: I did not have a totally delightful experience here. Dr. Fulvio seems very pleasant, but the environment of the clinic feels two-faced, although given the industry I guess it must come as no surprise. I didn’t end up getting the lip filler I wanted, the booking of appointments is not a swift procedure and the wait is long as soon as you booked something (Dr. Fulvio is clearly very popular), especially for a staged procedure and especially when it’s your first time getting anything ‘done’ or, if in my case, you also had a slight issue with the lip after the first procedure. In the end, I was told that maybe ‘it’s not for me’. It was a little surprising to hear this and made me feel excluded from the idea of me having ‘fuller lips’ given the fact that I have thin lips and always wanted to enhance them but obviously didn’t have a lot of confidence in the world of ‘done up’ women. Hoping to find a more comfortable place in the close future for myself.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to start, Fulvio and the Eterno 360 team have been incredible from start to finish, they have gone way above and beyond expectation. Ive felt safe and really well looked after from the point of our first online communication right the way through to this present point ( recovery) and I know this will also continue. I have been made to feel very comfortable during every consultation and through any wobbles I had Fulvio and the team where amazing and reassured me any time I needed it, I really can’t thank them enough! Fantastic experience: I had contemplated having a breast reduction for a very long time but it was only this year that I finally decided to get it done. After doing my research and meeting a few different surgeons I found Fulvio through a company called Medbelle. On day one of meeting Fulvio I knew he was the right surgeon for me. From the very beginning he was detailed and honest about what he could do for me as my situation was different to a standard breast reduction. Fantastic experience: An exceptional surgeon! As a victim of the PIP breast implant scandal, I was naturally apprehensive about undergoing any further surgery and also adamant that I get it right the second time around after discovering that one implant had shifted out of place. Previous consultations left me feeling unmoved but as soon as I met Mr Urso Baiarda, I knew I’d struck gold. He has a gift of making you feel completely at ease, and as we discussed my options, I could tell right away that he genuinely cares about his work. Fantastic experience: From the first consultation with Fulvio to now, 11 days post surgery I could not be happier. I have just had a considerable arm reduction and liposuction to my back after losing a great deal of weight, and the results have astounded me! Fantastic experience: There are not enough words to describe what Fulvio has done for me, and how he has improved my life. I had botched breast surgery in Poland, and the lack of knowledge, technique and the actual surgical procedure done by the Polish surgeon left me in a sorry state. I saw 5 other surgeons before going for a consultation with Fulvio. I had to be sure this time. Although some were lovely, none of them came up with the right procedure for me, and none convinced me that any suggested procedure would solve my problems. On meeting Fulvio, his kindness, sympathetic nature, and passion for patient satisfaction and safety shone through. He is an artist, and will only do a procedure if he knows he can do it well. I enquired about another procedure while I was there, and Fulvio said he wouldn’t do it as he didn’t do it often enough, and there were other surgeons who could do a better job, and who did the procedure all the time. He offered to refer me to such a surgeon, and even said I could have my breast surgery with him at the same time if I wanted it all done in one operation. Now there is a surgeon looking after a clients interests, and not just taking business where he can! There was no way I wanted anyone else to operate on my breasts, as I had complete faith and confidence in Fulvio, which is difficult when you have had a bad experience before. Rather than the procedure he offered to refer me on for, we went with another plan, and I have to say I am amazed and thrilled at the results Fulvio has achieved without having to go through major surgery. Fulvio is a kind, gentle, family man, who is incredibly easy to talk to. He is honest about risks, and the dangers of surgery, and the things that could go wrong, and will not make any false promises. The surgery I had was extensive, and a fairly robust procedure. Fulvio informed me of what to expect at every stage, and that results wouldn’t be instantaneous, but as things settled the true result would be seen. 3 months on, I have to say the result is nothing short of a miracle! My breasts are looking so good, and hubby agrees! There is one other consideration I should mention, and that is scarring. My previous scars hadn’t healed well, and it was a concern that further scarring would be necessary. Whatever technique Fulvio has used to close the wounds, has produced the most thin and neat scars, he hid them well, and his tips for aftercare of the scars has no doubt helped. Needless to say I am over the moon with my results, and I can’t thank Fulvio, Eterno Plastic Surgery, his staff, and the staff at Spire Dunedin Hospital enough. I hope to return for further surgery in due course

I have had prior experience with a different cosmetic surgeon and in comparison, Fulvio is so much more attentive, reassuring, and meticulous in his work.
