Fantastic experience: Popped in on the off chance with my mum's wheelchair as one of the tyres kept deflating and wouldn't pump up. Turns out the inner tube I bought and had fitted from another shop in January was faulty. Valve had become detached! Although they were incredibly busy, He changed it there and then ! Fabulous service... And was also cheaper than the faulty one I paid for just 6 months ago elsewhere! Yes, would recommend.

Not only did they have the parts but David fitted them in within ten minutes free of charges with a smile and even helped put the bike in the car . Fantastic experience: I’ve not used this company for any of the sports stuff, but every year they sell fireworks and I have to say you can’t go wrong with them. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the area other than these guys. Customer service is top notch, you tell them what you want and they will advise you your best options. They never go out of their way to sell their most expensive fireworks.

Negative experience: Beware - don't expect any customer service! I ordered Beet It Sport Nitrate 400 Shots and SiS REGO Cherry Juice sachets from Lky7sports on May 2nd 2023. The Beet It Shots never arrived. I was never informed that they would not be delivered and that I had been refunded. By the time I realised this it was too late to order from somewhere else in time to receive them for use in a competition on the 16th May. The SiS REGO Cherry Juice sachets did arrive, however 9 of the 40 were faulty having an incomplete seal in one corner causing them to leak in storage/transit. I emailed to complain on the 12th May and the 25th May but have had no reply from Lky7Sports to either email. Would I recommend Lky7Sports to anyone? No. Order from them at your own risk and don't expect any customer service! Fantastic experience: I’d highly recommend this shop for bikes. My boyfriend brought his bike here & they were great. I popped in today as had lost the springs fr the front wheel (quick release part) they gave me 2 springs for this, no cost! That doesn’t happen often. Lovely people.

Negative experience: I have been trying to reach this company since ordering and paying for a water bottle back in May which I have not yet received. Their number always disconnects and no one responds to emails. I am wondering how they have any positive reviews and if they are indeed legit. I would advise to keep away.

Negative experience: ​Frustrated and disappointed in your service and the way in which as a customer you treated me. I originally messaged Lky7 through Ebay in regards to a Merida frameset to which I received no answer, I then called the shop 3 times and only got the answer machine so messaged again through Ebay and eventually got a response asking to call the shop which I did and spoke to a lady who asked me to put in an email the questions I have, this I did and again got no response for 24 hours, I messaged through Ebay and did get a response, I then messaged back asking for payment details and how to move forward with the purchase, I got no reply but then a phone call from the original lady I spoke to apologizing for the lack of response and confusion, she stated the frame was still available and asked me to email a David to get the details I needed and he would reply later that day, I emailed within 30 mins of the phone call but again no email response or contact all day, I then called at 17.15 that same day wondering what was happening and not wanting to miss out on the frameset where I spoke to David and he said he would get back to me in the next 20mins........ no contact again that evening! finally I get an email this morning from David saying the frame is now sold! You can imagine I was shocked and angry to read that! I wanted to purchase a frame and spend over £2k with Lky7 sports and all I got was the run around and false promises of them contacting me......... Extremely disappointed and angry, overall a terrible experience dealing with all involved at this business, would seriously consider spending your money here!

Fantastic experience: This shop is a joy!.....from the first moment you enter, you are met with a smile, and a very helpful team of people , who, go out of their way to try and solve your cycling problems, whether you are a lycra clad speed merchant, or a hi viz commuter(like me!) you are treated in exactly the same manner, which is very refreshing, from a customer point of view. No b******t, just good advise.....and all, at a very good price....... no ripoffs here.....Yes...I would HIGHLY recommend this shop....and luckily for me, its very close to where I work.

Fantastic experience: Took my Hybrid Giant bicycle to Lky7sports in Ashford for a service and replace a missing spoke. True the rear wheel and replace worn brake cables. Having visited lky7sports many times previously this time was no different. David and Craig so helpful and friendly. The shop is so convenient just two miles from home. They always are so helpful and if I need some advice they always help. My little way of helping them is to do these posts and telling friends to use them for their bicycle requirements. Word of mouth is so important. It's how I found out through a friend.

They were great, had a look at the bike told me what needed doing, and said I didn’t need a full service this time around! Great honest bike shop, not out to cheat you! Negative experience: I took a bike there to fix a wobbly rear wheel. The owner said it would cost £15 to fix it. When I arrived next day to pick it up the wheel was wobbling in exactly the same way as before but the guy said it is all fixed, then he changed his kind and said that the wheel must to be bend, that is why is wobbles like this. After I asked what was wrong with it and what did he end up repairing he got very angry and called his son who I think supposed to intimidate me, but I am not the easiest to be intimidated so he took the bike to the back for about 15 min and did something to it before bringing it back saying that he cannot fix it and I have to go. I then watched a few YouTube videos of how to diagnose the issue with the wheel and I have opened it just to realise that the cup that hold the bearings on one side is missing. This is without a doubt something he did at the back to teach me a lesson not to question his botched repair. I went back next day to ask for the parts he removed from my bike but his extremally unpleasant wife with an awful attitude said he is busy with the client and he wont be available to speak to me, and that she recycled all the parts that they have removed from my bike. When I asked to speak to anyone else she suddenly stand up saying she feels very intimidated and she wants me to leave the shop. I was shocked, she had two of here friends on the shop floor and I wasn't acting in any intimidating way but that was clearly done to get rid off me. I have never in my life received that horrible shocking customer service from the whole family in this awful business. Of course no one from the family or their friends wore any kind of mask or observed any social distancing. I promised to report them to the police which I did as intentionally removing parts from the bike and endangering someone's life is a crime in this country. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this awful place!

Negative experience: I took in the back wheel of my bike, that had been allegedly repaired a couple of days ago, due to further and more severe damage caused as a result of the "repair"(and I am using that term loosely). When asking for the owner and explaining to the till lady what had happened, she denies any fault on their part and said that the owner will be busy for the whole day and hence is not accessible at the time. So this was a bike shop without someone who can help with bike repairs at the given time. Not only was she rude, disrespectful and unhelpful, unhelpfully was also not wearing a mask and two other customers that were in the shop at the time were not wearing any either. Absolutely appalling customer service, rather than trying to show me that they actually did everything they could, they insisted that the bike has been repaired and there was no mistake from their side. I would avoid this shop in the future, because the owners just want to rip you off of your money and do Absolutely nothing to help you. To top that, they will even insist that they are " professionals" that they "know what they are doing".

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of family run LKY7 for two and a half years. But watching the team provide such brilliant service during COVID-19 with the high demand of bicycles and servicing, it has spurred me to write a review to credit their hard work! When I visit the store, I am always treated with respect. The staff are very loyal to their customers and very accommodating and honest. Between them, they hold so much knowledge on cycling and servicing as this passion runs through the family, so you're always in good hands. They also have many expertise in nutrition and motorsport - and randomly, fireworks. So if you ever need your bike repaired, advice on optimising your nutrition, a funny story or two about karting and driving - or a firework for a celebration, head to LKY7 :) Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking service, My wife and I purchased two bikes from them .I had to take my wife's bike back to them which was their demonstrator as the seat could not be lowered any more and the bike was to big for her. After explaining to the owner that it is their duty to at least make Shure the bike fitted her . They very begrudgingly refunded my money back for her bike. The son however behaved like a small child and started to try to intimate my wife and myself , we are both in our 60s and a bit of an easy target for such a big tough bully. After reading my bikes handbook I found that the weight limit was 120Kg unfortunately fully dressed with a coat I exceeded that limit . I clearly asked Dave the owner 4 times if my weight would be a problem and he said no I would be fine. Also he said my bike was a limited edition which he lied about as I have since found out that its not a Ltd edition at all. Due to the intimidation we experienced I contacted the UK distributer of Merida bikes regarding returning the bike for safety reasons . They were extremely helpful and acted as an intermediary. I returned the bike today 26/5/2020 and got a refund. Dave the owner at least acted with some form of dignity as he refunded my money. However the owners son started the intimidation again trying to bully two old people . This is a true and honest account of our experience with this company .

Fantastic experience: Im not a big cyclist but have been going to LKY7 for my supplement supplies for a few years. The selection is always great and they seem to always have the latest available products from all the big brands. Prices are definitely competitive and so many offers constantly. Next step will be a bike for myself the range and quality they display is always jaw dropping even for a small amateur like myself

Fantastic experience: Took my bike in as I was experiencing some brake rub on my new bike. The lad readjusted the callipers and fixed the issue quickly. Even tightened up my bike seat for me as it was loose. I offered to pay but he said to not worry about it. Fantastic experience: Great family run business that can’t do enough to make your experience 10 out of 10. I order my supplements from them and always receive my orders within a day or so. Communication is always excellent and if there’s an item out of stock an alternative or expected lead time is always provided. The only shame is that I don’t live nearer otherwise I’d be in their on a daily basis making the most of the watt-bike studio, drinking an espresso and eating a protein bar, whilst taking advantage of the great advice the friendly team have to offer. I would, however, probably own more bikes and kit by now though as I wouldn’t be able to leave without buying another something special from their excellent range on offer. On a side note, I’m not sure where the negative feedback below has come from as those comments couldn’t be further from what I and any one else I know has experienced. If you want an all-in-one bike and nutritional supplement store, this is the one! Keep up the great work guys!
