Isabel was kind, considerate and took her time to analyse my issue and then provide the right treatment, to not just mange my pain, but also help sort it out. I had immediate pain relief and increased range of motion and flexibility and by the second visit was told I only needed to return if the problem recurred. To have chronic back issues sorted in two visits is nothing less than amazing. Thanks Isabel

Fantastic experience: Great. I was seen by Lloyd who quickly diagnosed 2 issues with my foot, one being treated there and then and the other needing self-treatment at home. Lloyd was friendly, welcoming and provided clear explanations as to what my issues were and how they should be treated. No pushing for unnecessary follow ups! Very happy with the whole experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a pleasant visit to Theale Wellbeing Centre. The osteopath I met was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided me with valuable insights on addressing my issue. Nearly a week later, I feel significantly better and attribute this improvement to his care. I needed a replacement for my orthotics and she managed to handle this for me very efficiently as well as being kind in understanding my situation. Dr Lloyd is also a very caring individual who is very attentive and thorough with his work. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs treatment :)

Fantastic experience: Booking was very easy, was offered an appointment the same week and at a time that was convenient (with a few choices just in case!) Saw Michael who took time to explain what was needed and to listen to my issue. Helped my neck pain almost immediately! No pressure to book another appointment, in fact reassured me that it was probably a simple alignment rather than needing repeat adjustments but also gave a timeframe to reassess and book another appointment if necessary. Easy to park on the high street (only 1 hour free which was fine for my appointment time) and easy to find.

I didnt want my dad knowing how much the appointment was and Louise and Brenda helped keep that from my dad so I could pay for the treatment. Fantastic experience: Back in Easter 2021, I was having significant issues following Carpel Tunnel Release surgery. This had been extremely debilitating to the point where I was questioning whether I would be able to recover sufficiently to continue with my business. I really was rock bottom. I contacted Michael at Theale Wellbeing Centre on Easter Thursday, and he fitted me in with one of his fellow Osteopaths – Abi, early the following week. I have been seeing Abi on an ongoing basis since then, and I can honestly say the work she’s done with me has saved my sanity, and has also given me the confidence to question the initial diagnosis and request a second opinion to determine the root cause of my symptoms. I would thoroughly, recommend Theale Wellbeing Centre to anyone suffering as I was. A thoroughly welcoming clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have recently been receiving Osteopathy treatment from Yulia at The Theale Wellbeing Centre as I have had ongoing back, shoulder and neck problems for the last 4 years. I have tried other treatments from chiropractors and massage therapists at other places in the past and although there was an improvement initially, it never really got to a stable point where it was manageable. Then in desperation I found the Theale Wellbeing Centre and after enquiring about treatment, it was suggested that Yulia treat me with Osteopathy. It has been the best advice. Yulia has quite literally changed my life. she has been treating me for 5 sessions so far and has also given me some stretching exercises to do which I have been doing daily. Whilst not being completely pain free yet, I am off the pain-killers and when my back or shoulders or neck feel they have gone into spasm, I can do the stretches and it is instant relief. My mobility is improving daily. Yulia is amazing. she is friendly, warm and very experienced and she really knows her stuff!! If you are in pain, don't hesitate. Book that appointment. It really could change your life!! The reception staff are warm and friendly too and the clinic has really nice welcoming vibe.

Fantastic experience: Podiatrist - Edd Henstridge I can't thank Edd enough for my recent visit to the Wellbeing Centre. Prior to my appointment with Edd, I had spent 5 weeks in agony with a swollen right foot unable to walk properly. I had visited the hospital on 2 separate occasions for X-rays and treatment, but was still no further on and feeling very disheartened. Within 30 minutes of visiting Edd he had diagnosed the problem and issued me with a full treatment plan. Within 24 hours of following Edd's advice I was pain free and the majority of the swelling had gone down. 4 weeks on from my appointment I'm now back to exercising lightly with the intent of getting back to full training soon. The Wellbeing Centre is outstanding and well worth my 2 hour round trip to see Edd. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I got recommended this clinic from my midwife whilst I was pregnant and then once my little boy was born. My son suffered from colic since the day after he was born. Very stressful times. As first time parents my husband and I couldn't bare to see our son in so much discomfort. He is formula fed and we use Colief drops in his feed to. I phoned the clinic and spoke to a lovely lady called Claire. She was so sympathetic and extremely helpful. Claire thankfully managed to get me an appointment the same day with Kerry the cranial osteopath for my son. Kerry was amazing! Were home and my son is so much calmer and definitely losing more wind as time passes. Looking forward to returning next week. The staff here are a god send! Would 100% recommend your clinic. Fantastic experience: I started treatment with Michael in 2006. Having put up with back pain for probably years, I was at the stage where my back would lock painfully on a daily basis. The first few treatments made a clear improvement and allowed me to return to various sporting activities which had begun to elude me. Eight years on, I continue to keep a regular (8-10 week) appointment by choice as I feel it is the balance of part prevention and part cure.

Fantastic experience: I am an ex-professional dancer and Michael has taken care of my sundry injuries and problems throughout the last 11 years. His level of knowledge and treatment is excellent and I would highly recommend him and the whole team at Theale - we now send our students, who are in full-time dance training, for treatment there with the confidence that they will have expert care taken of them.
