Fantastic experience: I have found the clinic while searching on the web so I think it is fair to write here to give back to whoever wrote feedback about them before. I couldn't be happier with the results I got after I started my treatment from depression, which also unveiled other issues. Today, I am in a much better mental health state thanks to the team and the reception is super kind and helpful, following up and being very private about everything. Now that I moved away from the region, I continue having my sessions via their online tools when i can't go there.

Negative experience: Attempted to get help, instead got the opposite, never felt so suicidal in my life after the call with Dr Ru Patel, worst experience of my life.

She genuinely cares and is doing whatever possible to make you feel comfortable, whether it be the time of the sessions, or the pace of them, or the theme of them. Fantastic experience: I’ve been struggling with my mental health and finally decided to seek professional help around four months ago. After reviewing available therapists in my area I chose the Blue Tree Clinic and I am so glad I did. From the very start, I was amazed by the Blue Tree Clinic staff and especially the lovely clinic manager Kim who has been so compassionate, accommodating and made me feel very comfortable booking my first appointment. My therapist Hadassah is so helpful in helping me to unravel my thoughts, come to terms with my emotions and, most importantly, develop coping mechanisms to get on with my day-to-day life. Meeting with her has been transformational and although my therapy journey is not over yet, I have a lot of confidence in my ability to get back on my feet and be happy again. I also appreciate the clinic's flexible hours, and the availability to choose online and offline appointments so I can always find time to meet with Hadassah that works for my schedule. The clinic itself is such a beautiful and peaceful place and it’s just a short walk from my office. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with the clinic and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for help.

Fantastic experience: I started with the clinic when I was in a really low place. The response time was very fast. Emails with Kim are efficient and useful. I worked with Merve who was amazing. She gave me the strength to come to terms with what I was feeling and genuine, useful advice to cope. The sessions were spent discussing what I wanted to discuss and this felt flexible and I felt listened to. I cant thank Merve enough for just how much she helped me - so much so I have now secured my first job and nearly graduated uni with their support through these last few months. My doctor was also great and really helped me with the medication and treatment plan. I felt very supported and owe a lot to this wonderful practice.

I found the psychiatrist was caring, skilled and the best psychiatric experience I’ve ever had. I felt the approach was thorough, holistic and exactly what I needed. Though I tried nhs and insurance covered places (sadly my insurance wasn’t supported), I am glad I decided to pay out of pocket. Negative experience: I have requested information twice via email as it is stated that the service is unfortunately not available on the telephone. It is unfortunate that I haven’t received not a single reply on both occasions. I appreciate the busy times. But it saddens me that no effort was made to reply back to my emails.

Fantastic experience: After seeing 3 other different therapists, I was lucky enough to find Dr. Mark Silvert. Other physiologists told me I am fine, but probably did not have the capacity to solve my problems. In reality, I was struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, borderline personality disorder and even considering suicide. The mental struggle and pain was just too much to handle by myself. However, Dr. Silvert actually helped me so much during those difficult times, he genuinely did care about me, and knowing him, he cares about every patient. He had so much patience with me, even talking to me 3 times per week when I was really struggling. His treatments actually work and I could see progress in every single session, as well as the group therapy sessions. I can say knowing Mark literally changed my life, I am new person and my mental health disorders are a thing of the past. Mark is literally my hero, I am a totally new person because of him, and many things he told me during treatment are still with me every day. Thank you Mark and the Blue Tree Clinic team!
