Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Sheldon since the start of the year now and enjoying some great mobility improvements. Sheldon knows his stuff and given his background has given me some good pointers what to stop at gym for longevity. I very grateful I've found such a great chiropractor close to home.

Our consult was with Polly who was very thorough in checking her jaw, head, posture and more. Fantastic experience: Polly is amazing chiropractor. I was on pain from 2019 ( chronic back pain ) after everything NHS could offer me I was still in pain . I start chiropractic from 3 months and at the moment I’m stop taking any medication and start live like a new person . Before pain was 9/10 now 1,2/10. Recommended to anyone who wants to start living without thinking about the pain .

The reception team are incredibly warm and welcoming every single time and my child’s chiropractor Polly is one of the most down to earth professionals I have ever come across; she has a wonderful relationship with my severely autistic non verbal child. Additionally, the management of the appointment and billing system the clinic have in place really does take the stress out of managing appointments for the client. I would not hesitate to recommend Polly and her team whom were recommended to me by another parent.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Polly for a few years post-partum for a neck issue I've had for 5 years. I've tried everything from acupuncture to regular massages and she's been the only therapy that's actually worked! She's caring and professional, and been a true life-saver!! Also, having had a number of massages, Anna is hands down the best massage therapist I've had to date. She uses a variety of techniques, is attentive and kind, and honestly is very gifted!

Fantastic experience: Lauren is a fantastic Chiropractor, bringing also her experience as a physio to treat and care for the whole body. My previous Chiropractor wanted to see me as often as possible and I was spending a fortune on regular appointments in fear of my back not coping without. Lauren helps me to manage my scoliosis and mitigate against all the stresses and strains on my body seeing her only when I feel the need. My back, my body, my scoliosis and my wallet are all in much better shape since I started coming to CBH more than a year ago

Fantastic experience: I'm a huge fan of Chiropractic by Hand and have been a patient of Polly's now for a few years. I'm a yoga teacher who puts her body through about 16 hours of yoga teaching each week, and Polly is wonderful at providing nurturing adjustments to realign huge amounts of mat carrying and kit shifting! Fantastic experience: I went to see Kat when I was 14 weeks pregnant as I started getting a nighly back. Kat was great, the adjustments really helped keep me feeling great throughout my pregnancy. I didn’t feel pregnant until very late and I credit that to regular chiropractic care. Would definitely recommend chiropractic by hand to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Polly since my daughter was only a few weeks old and she has helped enormously with our tummy / gut struggles. She is kind, professional and really listens to your concerns. Fantastic experience: I used to come regularly when I was pregnant, I felt the treatments with Polly really helped me to support my body through the changes. Always felt so much better after. I still now, 4 years later make sure to come see polly when I need support with different aches and always come out in a much better position. I can really feel the difference and need to come regularly. As a doula over the year I referred different clients, all were happy with the care they received.

Fantastic experience: Chiropractic by Hand has been my lifesaver postpartum. Polly is an amazing chiro to visit after you’ve had a baby & I wish I knew about her during my pregnancies! She is thorough, takes her time to explain everything to you, and it has really made all the difference in my recovery. Bonus point for mum’s is that babies are welcome too! The staff & reception are so friendly & babies are made at ease, with a small play area whilst you are having your treatment done. Fantastic experience: Everyone at Chiropractic by Hand is so friendly and supportive, it’s so reassuring to be there! My son is now 10.5 months old and has been seeing Polly since he was about 9.5 months having just had a tongue tie diagnosed and cut. Because of this he had tension in different parts of his body, would wake every hour of the night since he was born, wasn’t really able to roll or put much weight through his arms and had Sandifers tremors from the tension. Since he has been seeing Polly, he is able to roll much more easily and can put weight through his arms now, the tremors have greatly reduced and he is often having nights where he just wakes 3-4 times which is huge for him! He seems much more relaxed and comfortable! He is always so at ease going to see Polly as she is so great with him, doing rhymes with him and has plenty of toys to distract him when needed. I highly recommend them and only wish I had taken my son sooner! Thank you so much for all the support!

Fantastic experience: Lovely practice, really friendly receptionist. I don’t know her name, young girl, with long hair, but is very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend Brodie as a chiropractor as she makes me feel relaxed and safe in her hands. After my first treatment, the next day I was greatly improved and ever session thereafter.

Fantastic experience: Polly sees both my baby and I - she is warm, friendly and an exceptional chiropractor. Polly is one of the very few chiros who've I've felt has really tailored my treatment based on the issues I came in with and has made such a huge difference to my quality of life. She is also fantastic with babies and takes the time to understand what challenges your little one is experiencing. Her adjustments have helped our baby, who was breech and suffering from reflux, enormously. With Amelia at reception, you're guarenteed a warm welcome and all round helpful support and service. I had no choice but to bring them today due to nursery being closed with a short notice! She made me feel extremely comfortable during my three session treatment plan I will continue to see her as I have seen significant improvement in my back condition. Fantastic experience: I was recommended Polly when suffering awful hip pains in advanced stage of my pregnancy. Making the appointment was the best decision I've made in a long time. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Lauren for my lower back pain and the difference is incredible. I've tried physio and oestopathy before but I've found chiropratic treatment to be the thing that works for me. Not only is the worst of my back pain and stiffness permanently reduced after the first session, I've been given exercises and tips to help manage when I get a flair up and improve my core strength to avoid injuries. I now return regularly just for a tune up. I also must mention the receptionist for Chiropractic By Hand, who is always lovely to me on arrival and departure, making the whole experience a joy.

Fantastic experience: Staff were welcoming and friendly, and it really helped me. I went because I had a tension headache that had plagued me for 5 days. I didn't think it would help, but the practitioner listened to my problem, did her thing - releasing knotted muscles and a some adjustments. Headache was already relieved by the evening, and had completely disappeared after 2 days! I couldn't believe it. I was also given advice on preventative treatment, which was very useful.

Fantastic experience: Chiropractic by hand offers a very professional and welcoming service! The pain from my scoliosis has been reduced massively from the adjustments given by Lauren and the at home stretches have proven helpful for short-term pain. Always a very comfortable and easy experience and very grateful for this service!

Fantastic experience: I had an inflamed knee tendon caused by me not stretching properly after my workout and then slipping on some grass playing rounders. I was in so much pain and discomfort, limping everywhere I had to see the chiropractors at CBH as I was growing frustrated with not being able to do work out or walk properly. After 4 sessions, with easy-to- follow home exercises, I am now able to walk pain and limp- free. I'd like to thank all of the chiropractors for seeing to my knee, but especially Lauren and Brodie who I did most of my treatments with. I am very grateful and happy to be able to walk and do lower body exercises again, which I missed.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Lauren now for nearly two years. She is very professional and experienced and knows exactly what she is doing. I attend the clinic once a month for maintenance, Lauren straightens me up clicks me back in place, making me feel like a new woman. Lauren is amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: I suffered with a trapped nerve and taking a lot of pain medication for weeks. I’d never been to a chiropractor before and some of the stuff Polly does is definitely weird to a newbie but really effective, really quickly. I finally got treatment for the cause of the pain not just trying to ease the symptoms. I’m pain free and back to exercise. Polly’s also got full PPE and has lots of procedures in place to limit any Covid risk.

Fantastic experience: All members of staff from my practitioner to Tamara the receptionist at Chiropractic by Hand are worth the five stars alone. I've been coming here for the last 9 months and can honestly say Dr Lauren Bright has made a me feel better, I frequently train and in particular working from home, the adjustments have helped alleviate any pains I've been having. Also good hygiene standards are high all the time, not just for Covid.

I had an ongoing headache due to tension in my neck/shoulders/back and Polly got rid of the pain within one session, and helped reallign my posture in the sessions after to minimise the chances of tension headaches returning. Fantastic experience: About 2 weeks ago I had severe lower back pain and needed some help. I called up Chiropractic by Hand and they squeezed me in. Given the pandemic, all patients are required to fill out a screening form before their appointment which is important. My appointment was with Polly who is the owner of the practice. She was professional and wore PPE at all times. The appointment went well and I immediately felt better afterwards. I returned the following week for a check up treatment and my back felt strong again. The staff are welcoming and professional, I felt safe and really taken care of as a customer/patient. I would highly recommend Chiropractic by Hand and have now booked in recurring appointments

Fantastic experience: I recently had a telehealth consulation with Polly at Chiropractic by Hand. I had a few clinic sessions before lockdown, which started my road to recovery (disc herniation was the injury). The telehealth consultation was very worthwhile. You may think that a chiropractic video call isn't going to help, but they can still assess your posture, stretches and advise on new stretches and tips and tricks to aid own recovery. It's totally worth it and I'd recommend, certainly for anyone who is working from home permanently now and isn't sure on best practice for posture. Thanks Polly

Fantastic experience: I was initially quite sceptical about having a remote consultation and had to be forced to do it by the wife! However, having had a couple of sessions, I’m very impressed with Polly’s knowledge and manner and happily, I saw quick results after a just a few days of doing the stretches Polly demonstrated. Whilst nothing can ultimately replace one to one work, I’d use remote consultation in the future without a second thought and Polly is first class.

Fantastic experience: I had a telehealth consultation with Polly last week after getting severe lower back pain working at home in lockdown. We went through the pain I was currently experiencing and she looked at my restricted mobility via the videocall, comparing this to my previous issues when I had been able to visit in person. She's also reviewed my new desk set up. She then talked me through a number exercises to help and sent me a comprehensive video afterwards so that I could refer back to them. She also recommended improvements to my working set up, including getting a step to help with the pain. I bought the step which made a huge difference and the exercises mean my pain has been subsiding since the consultation and my mobility has significantly improved already. I would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Polly just as lockdown was announced, so I decided to try some telehealth sessions while waiting for the clinic to reopen. Polly designed an exercise programme that’s made a real difference to my back pain. I’ve been following it for five weeks now and there’s been a marked improvement in my mobility and comfort. If you can’t make it to the clinic, I'd recommend booking some virtual sessions with Polly. Obviously, doing stuff online isn't quite as good as seeing Polly in person, but it’s the next best thing, and it can still really help.

Fantastic experience: Polly is amazing! She has helped me a lot over the years. The teleheath consult was great, everything is done for you, no need to download software, the video chat is built in. Polly was able to give me a review and set me stretches and exercises which have really helped. The follow up care has been great also. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Chiropractic By Hand enough, especially Polly who has helped me so much during lockdown. I had suffered from a meniscus tear in my knee causing me to be in pain every time I walked. I was complaining about the pain so much pain, that my girlfriend recommended that I spoke to Polly as getting to a doctors during lockdown would be near impossible and she was still available online. Although all of our calls were online, the level of professionalism, and friendliness was still felt. She educated me about my issue, answered all of my questions and set me exercises to do every week, helping me to progress from not being able to stand properly to walking normal again in such a short matter of time, pain-free. Thank you sooo much Polly for the amazing treatment and advice towards rehabilitating my knee. You truly are amazing and I can't thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: I have known Polly for a few years and I have more recently been visiting CBH every couple of months. I used to get severe headaches and grind my teeth in my sleep, which now only happens when I’m due a visit! It’s amazing how different your body feels with some adjustments :-) My dad also had an emergency appointment as his back was so bad he couldn’t even walk... in a couple of sessions he was back on his feet in time for my wedding! Fantastic experience: Polly is extremely professional and highly skilled chiropractic specialist. I’m very glad to be treated by her. I have advanced spine scoliosis and progressed osteoporosis.I’ve been suffering from extreme back pain for so many years and had to receive facet joint injections every year to manage the pain. I originally went in for a SC joint pain and shoulder injuries that wasn't going away, actually only getting worse even with regular physiotherapy sessions. Literally, by the end of the first session with Poly, I could see a massive difference, by the third session pain was 100% gone. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Lauren at CBH to treat severe back and pelvic pain I've been experiencing through my first pregnancy. I was a little nervous at first, because I hadn't been to a chiropractor in ages, and I was unaware you could receive adjustments while pregnant. But I couldn't be happier with the results! Lauren is so friendly and knowledgable, and immediately put me at ease. She spotted the misalignments that were contributing to my pain right away, and within a few visits, I was seeing significant improvements. She has provided me with such relief from my awful hip pain. I don't think I would be able to make it through the last stage of my pregnancy without Lauren!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Polly at Chiropractic by Hand for a few weeks and have been so pleased with the treatment and service so far. After my first session I could notice a difference with my back pain and 5 sessions in, there are definite improvements.
