Fantastic experience: I had my very first hyperbaric oxygen treatment at the Hale Clinic. I was a bit anxious as i’m not very good with small space. But Helen was so kind and patient with me. She took her time to explain and have stayed in the room with me the whole time. This made me feel comfortable and enjoyed my 1 hour treatment. I slept like a baby that night and have so much energy the following day. Highly recommended I will definitely have this treatment regularly!

Fantastic experience: Attended for a blood draw to be sent to a third party. Siobhan was very warm and welcoming and made for a calm experience, even helped me bag up the tests so they were easy and ready to send to the supplier!

Fantastic experience: I scheduled an appointment for HBOT through Hale Clinic. Unfortunately, I had to cancel last minute as I became unwell. Hale Clinic were very accommodating and gave me a credit to use when I was feeling better. Great customer service!!

Fantastic experience: I happened upon the Hale Clinic after the blood draw appointment I had booked elsewhere was canceled upon arrival. I had already tried a couple of other options in the area and let’s just say it was a relief to find the Hale Clinic. From the lovely receptionist to staff to visiting consultants, everyone was super welcoming and professional. And Yasmin who took my blood was absolutely amazing - kind, competent and so gentle - everything you want in a phlebotomist! She knew the test I needed and how to do the paperwork to get the blood to where it needed to go, which took all the stress away. The Hale Clinic fee was also 25% less than I had been quoted at the other place. So top marks all round. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I've been very impressed by how helpful the staff was at The Hale Clinic. Especially Yasmine the Phlebotomist who went above and beyond to get my blood sample sent to Germany. It is rare to find people like this who cares about their patients.

Negative experience: Now I get the bad reviews... My first two Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapies at the Hale Clinic were excellent; the receptionist, who I think is called Kim, provided an outstanding service. I booked further 6 sessions, and my first one was today(10/01/2023) at 2pm. I CLEARLY explained to the NEW receptionist my bad experience with HBOT elsewhere, and I asked her to depressurize very slowly, otherwise I choke. She did not listen to what I told her, and depressurized so quickly that I've started choking. I pressed the phone button in a panicky way, and asked her to slow down. It was a horrible experience; I was so shaky that I couldn't talk properly. I expressed my discontentment in a polite way; but she did not show any remorse. She actually explained that she had to, because of the next appointment. I felt like I was Guinea pig! I left; and while waiting for the elevator, I could hear her swearing at me(!!!) She didn't even wait for me to leave. This is not acceptable by any standards; this is a serious lack of professionalism. HBOT is a serious procedure, which should be taken seriously, and only provided by someone very professional, who know what they're doing. What's worse for me is that I have 5 sessions left, and I will have to deal with her again! This is a 100% genuine review. If the owner of the clinic wants to verify what I have said face to face, please do. I will be more than happy to confront her.

Fantastic experience: Used the phlebotomy service at the clinic. It was the only service in London that didn’t tie you in to using their testing kits. So I was able to take the one from my nutritionist/doctor. The booking system was so easy and efficient. And most importantly a virtually painless blood draw! Lovely lady, said she often works with children so has perfected the technique. I will be bringing my very nervous teenager who has avoided the blood test he desperately needs. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I have just finished a course of 20 HBOT sessions for my long covid. The Hale Clinic were so lovely throughout. They were accommodating of my schedule, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They got to know me, how I liked the chamber set up and how I liked to spend my time. Little things like there always being an extra pillow ready and lowering the blinds as I often took a nap! I’ve also stopped taking my long covid medication since having the HBOT sessions and it’s really been revolutionary for my symptoms. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I tried HBOT (5 sessions) as an additional line of treatment post surgery for SCT and found it to be beneficial in terms of helping with better energy levels. Having a full “normal” day has been a challenge since surgery, so this was a considerable improvement. The staff are kind, considerate and very competent. It was a pleasure to receive treatment here.

Fantastic experience: A very efficient operation - ordered 24-hr fit-to-fly tests for Boxing Day morning, in and out of the clinic very quickly, and got the results within about five hours!

Fantastic experience: Hale clinic was so helpful! I have a flight to catch this evening as I missed one from the night before as my covid pcr had expired. The team were very comforting especially Kim and advised that they will do the best to get my results back on time for my flight. I had my results back with in a few hours and was really surprised at how kind and understanding they was to my situation! I would use their service again

Fantastic experience: I was initially worried as i needed to book the test asap and have done very little research about the clinic. However the booking was very easy and fast. I arrived around 10 mins earlier and i have been taken in for the test immediately. The lady who took my test Mica, was extremely lovely and made the experience more relaxed by having a nice conversation with me. I expected the results to arrive the next day however i got them the same day 5 hours later :) I will definitely be coming back in the future

Previous review: Haven't taken the test yet, but already a bit baffled that everything on the website says "48h results" while you book, and once booked the confirmation page states "48-72h results" We'll see how this one goes...

Fantastic experience: It was such a super experience at The Hale Clinic beginning with Covid testing on arrival to the UK and for the Fit To Fly RTPCR tests. In between 10 sessions of HBOT rejuvenated me and regenerated my ole cells. The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and caring. A big thumbs up to them and keep it going!

The price is £48, which is affordable and cheaper than other providers. They posted my 4 kits before arriving and they were waiting for me. Done the tests and send them by mail, the clinic received them in the morning, by evening I have received emails with the results, thank you so much for your great service.

Fantastic experience: We did a Fit-to-Fly test and were very impressed with how professional and responsive the Hale Clinic was. We had a last minute scare at the airport when the airline advised that they needed a different wording on the certificate and the Hale Clinic (Simone) provided us with an amended certificate within minutes. They completely took the stress out of the situation. Thank you!

Positive experience: I ordered the same day results "test to result" and they haven't sent me the results by the time promised. Only after I messaged them later they told the the results are on their way. After I received the results they were invalid (the reason in unknown) and they gave me an option to do the test the very next day. On the next day the results came in time.

Negative experience: This is a scam - do not trust (and ignore fake, paid-for reviews). We paid extra for (very expensive) Day 5 test to release covid results which were promised by 9pm the same day. This of course didn't come through so we missed our trip and couldn't get any sort of response from them or a refund. Horrible experience.

Fantastic experience: Covid-19 PCR test providers that are UKAS certified (a requirement travelling to certain places) are hard to find, and we are so glad we managed to find the Hale Clinic which works with a UKAS certified lab. My family had earlier been turned away from the airport as our PCR test was from a non-certified provider. We arrived at the clinic just after the next day cut off time at 4pm, but desperately needed to get a test for our flight the next day. Upon hearing our plight, Beena went out of the way to help us, contacting the lab and specially arranging a courier to send our swabs to the lab, and followed up the next day with a call the moment our test results were ready. We managed to board our already once missed flight successfully! We are so grateful for the service which went above and beyond!

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Booked a very expensive same-day (by 9pm) result 5th day test to release. Didnt get results on time, instead received a message around 11.30PM saying there was an issue that should be resolved by next morning. Ended up not getting my results back until 8.30 PM the following day. They also then wanted to charge 99 from the original 130 pound price.

Fantastic experience: A huge, huge thank you to Kim at The Hale Clinic!! She attended to my family and I attentively, professionally and diligently. It felt as though we had one-to-one personal care from the moment we sat down. After a mix up Kim came to our rescue and sorted everything out with good humour and kindness. She also put us at ease when we took the test. I also rang (panicking!) and was contacted later on in the day by Kim. She made sure we had our tests sent off with time (we were against the clock!) then called me to let me know. I also received a complimentary call saying that the tests were back and they had been emailed to me! I would definitely recommend The Hale Clinic and would use them again.

Fantastic experience: This place did amazing work. I was very late with my PCR test to travel home. The entire team was so supportive to help me catching my flight with a test result on time. The testing itself was super easy and quick as well as the staff was very friendly. From now on thats my clinic to go to. Fantastic experience: I’ve been using the hyperbaric chamber at the Hale Clinc for 6 weeks and it has made a huge difference as I suffer from long COVID. The team here are always really friendly, welcoming and caring. So glad I found this place and would definitely use their other facilities and recommend it to all!

Fantastic experience: I never came to use this clinic as the trip was cancelled, however I had so many questions regarding the test and timespan etc .I always had a very informative, prompt and friendly reply back via email or phone. The website is also very clear and user friendly. I received my refund promptly. Appears to be a very professional and personable service .

Negative experience: Very poor experience. greedy, money grabbing clinic which I was suggest you avoid! My wife and I had booked a test at a whopping £350.00 for two jut to get a PCR certificate to travel. We had to cancel but were advised of the charge (£50pp!!) so we postponed the test, but with the ever changing circumstances had to cancel again not knowing when or if we could reschedule. Despite all this the Hale clinic demonstrated no flexibility or empathy to our situation and were adamant the £50pp charge would apply. There are so many companies offering this service who show much better customer service, flexibility and empathy. Would not recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great, uncomplicated service - and they deliver exactly what they promise! I had my Covid-19 PCR test sample taken at 12 am and had the results a little after 3 pm the following day. Awesome! Thank you!

Negative experience: I booked appointments for X4 prepaid PCR travel tests with Hale Clinic, but unfortunately due to revised government travel restrictions we were unable to travel. I contacted Hale clinic by email 1 week before the appointments and requested a cancellation as per their booking policy that states cancellation possible less an admin fee. My numerous emails requesting the cancellation have gone unanswered, and it is impossible to contact the clinic by phone as the call goes directly to a recorded message.to this date i have received no correspondence or refund from the clinic.

Wasn't sure about the clinic online (website spelling and grammar for example) but happy to be proved wrong. Would recommend to anyone traveling urgently.

Fantastic experience: Went to the clinic 2 days before my flight to spain and arrived 15 mins early for my appointment but they did the test anyways. They already knew that spain needed the passenger’s passport number in the pcr test result so they asked us to put our number in it. The procedure was quick and painless (thank goodness) and they reassured that the result will come the next evening. And they did! So i highly recommend going there. (Also the lady who did my test was from same place i live in spain so that was a bonus )

Fantastic experience: Used the services of the Hale Clinic for a COVID 15 minutes antigen test. Very pleased with the service from the beginning, easy to book a date, easy to reschedule the test with a short notice. In the day of the test everything was on time, results came in as expected. I recommend the Hale Clinic and I would definitely use their service again in the future, if needed.

I did one already before in a different clinic few months ago and it was super painful, so I thought that's how covid tests are like and I was expecting pain. When I came to Hale Clinic for test, they were so professional and gentle, so it didn't hurt. The lady who signed me in was super friendly and very kind. Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment here as it was the only option I could find for a rapid antigen test on a Sunday afternoon. The experience was seamless and communication clear. I had my results back within 45 minutes and it was the only way I would've been able to fly to the Canaries on a Monday morning. Extremely grateful!

Negative experience: PRUEBA MOLECULAR PCR PARA VIAJAR Pague 225 Pounds para una prueba que garantizan te entregan al dia siguiente entre las 6 y 8 pm. Decidi tomarla porque tenia que tomar un vuelo, con conexión incluida solo con 72 horas de anticipación. La prueba no llego al tiempo ofrecido. Llegue al aeropuerto esperando que llegase. Tuve que embarcarme en el vuelo de conexión sin prueba porque el counter cerraba. Londres también por el lockdown. He pasado el peor momento de mi vida, y casi pierdo el vuelo. Luego de emprender el vuelo llego la prueba. 24 horas después de lo prometido y PAGADO. Tuve que rogar para subir al siguiente tramo. De terror. Ellos están sobrecargados y no pueden cumplir con lo prometido. No confíen en ellos. NO vayan. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank The Hale Clinic and their wonderful team for their assistance with my PCR test, which I required for travel. From the initial booking and answering all of my questions (which I'm sure they are asked all the time) to having the PCR test and obtaining my results the next evening, the whole process was smooth and I was kept updated. The clinic is very easy to find on google maps and a few minutes walk from Oxford street. Inside the clinic was very clean and comfortable.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Booked a PCR test as was supposed to fly abroad, due to the national pandemic I am unable to take the test and The Hale Clinic will not be able to give me a full refund as their policy say there is an administration fee of £25. I would fully agree if I had cancelled my appointment however a national lockdown has been imposed and while other companies are being sympathetic and offering full refunds, The Hale Clinic still want to profit while their customers lose!!

Negative experience: Paid £225 for next day results. More than 48 hours have passed and nothing. They keep saying they will call back but wont. My mother is going to lose her flight without the results. This is extremely unacceptable. Will they refund the 225 plus costs of the flight?

Negative experience: Worst place ever. All they care about is money ands thats it. They will charge you high prices and do not even provide those services and when you try contacting them, they do not even reply. All they care about is suck money from people.

Negative experience: Results not available by stated time (next day 8:00p.m). Telephone number to get results is unable to help “Will get someone to call you tomorrow”. Very disappointing after having paid 225 pounds for test. Hopefully flying tomorrow - now in doubt because of this company.
