The number provided doesn't exist, fb chat, google Chat, and online chat, but there is no response. Even sent multiple emails, no response. It's time to contact my bank now.

Negative experience: We ordered from you (quite an expensive order) and it didn't arrive safely. Royal Mail said it was your responsibility to make a claim and provide a refund/ replacement. You then replied and stated you would provide a replacement. I have received no emails since and I have sent countless emails with no reply. Terrible customer service. Please stop ignoring my emails and respond and get this matter resolved.

Negative experience: Ordered on 16th Feb, now 1st March, no delivery yet. Sent 2 emails asking why, still no reply.

Negative experience: Disgusting customer service. Ordered the wrong item and wanted to either exchange it or wanted a refund. Rang the support line constantly busy line, wrote numerous emails nobody responded. Been over 3 weeks and nobody has responded to my emails and they are not picking up the phone.

Negative experience: Had email on 29th November stating refund been done was told could take up to 8 working days which I thought was a long time but that was fine it is now 11 working days and no refund still have spoke several times to them and they say they will look into it and find out and no one got back to me at all

Negative experience: Shame can't be zero stars. Poor. I've made order with guaranteed 2-3 days delivery. 5 days later I HAVE to contact Cardiff sports nutrition to track where is my order? With no apology just that they are out of stock. I'm sorry that's not mine issue. You shouldn't be advertising something you out of stock. So called them 2 days later and still out of stock. If you need something faster don't bother. If you want good customer service don't bother. Very appalling way to run a business. Sticking to my usual supplier. Your website clearly states. ,,do you want this product within 3 days? " It doesn't says do you want this product in 3 days when we get it first in maybe Week. I'm sorry but don't advertise something which is misleading that's all. I've made order from you based on 2-3 days delivery promise. If I'd know that you don't even have the product on stock I'd not have bothered waiting. Have a good day

Negative experience: Useless! They say order now for Tuesday delivery and then post it using Snail Mail! You will have to wait nearly a week for delivery. When you complain it's just excuses. This is the fourth time I ordered and the fourth time I've had delivery issues! I won't be using them again! MY ADVICE AVOID!

Negative experience: Purchased some tudca 41£ "order no 151652" from these guys on 06-04-20 , first i was sent a tracking no, that one is still "out for delivery. After getting in touch with customer service on the 16-04-20 i got another tracking no. That one was delivered 2 days later.....where...i have no idea as both me and my wife are home/lock-down. Tried to get in touch with customer service but no reply. Still no parcel or reply on 30-04-20.

Fantastic experience: Drove down from Bath specifically to visit CSN. They made it worth while. Ended up in there for 40 minutes or so talking with the guys there who I chatted away with. Marks knowledge of supplements and of the industry itself is incredible and he was extremely helpful in guiding me on what to purchase. Likewise the Rest of the team were incredibly friendly and kind enough to recommend gyms in the area and more. You NEED to pay the place a visit!

Negative experience: Spamming me emails despite me unsubscribing and having not bought from there for years. The latest one was rather alarmingly telling me my "account had been created" and all I needed to do was activate it. Reported to google as phishing spam.

And he sells you product you actually need that can benefit you and your goals! Not only that, my dad is a diabetic and I regularly buy from their huge range of sugar free products (my favourite being the peanut butter skinny syrup) also you MUST try the CSN own brand of peanut butter! Positive experience: Staff need to be trained to be more helpful rather than making customers to feel little and stupid. Bought a drink here but didn't match what I needed to full extent. If staff were more welcoming and asking if customers need help or advice then I would of parted with more cash to get the correct item. I got what I needed from Asda afterwards but would of preferred to give my money to a local small business. shame

Fantastic experience: I've been going to these guys for about 3 years now. Service and advice is always excellent. Since I am local I buy in store and through the website. I think in 3 years I've only ever had one issue and that was down the courier and not CSN and in any case CSN more than put me right as a result. Positive experience: Went out of my way to walk here because it seems like this is the only decent sports nutrition shop left in Cardiff. And to be fair it didn't disappoint. They have a vast array of different brands and the staff seemed very knowledgeable. The only thing that was disappointing was that it quite disorganised in here and can be difficult to navigate unless you know exactly what you want or you ask for help.
