Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I met my favorite dietitian, Gio, last September. Before that, I had never tried a diet plan, and since I have a busy schedule, I don’t spend much time in the kitchen. I also train hard and am always hungry, so I told Gio three things: I needed a simple menu, enough energy for my training, and a plan that wouldn’t make me feel like I was suffering. From day one, Gio understood exactly what I needed. We experimented with different plans—detox, keto, low-carb, and high-fat. By the third month, I started feeling more confident in my body. I’ve lost a significant amount of body fat (now around 17%), and I feel so happy. Along the way, I also learned about smart snacking, calorie management, and how to make better eating choices. I am a 30 years old man who had a high cholesterol and pre diabetes, after my first consultation with Giovanna I followed her program for 6 weeks and I started losing weight then I had another blood test done and I have got back my health. Fantastic experience: Raquel changed my life. When I started following Raquel on Facebook, in one of those videos, I heard Raquel talk about food intolerance and the symptoms it caused. In my case, I suffered from many migraines that brought me to the hospital every month because the vomiting was so much that I needed to be given intravenous medication to stop. So, I messaged Raquel, and she asked me if I had already done any tests on food intolerance. I replied no, and then she explained everything to me, sent me the kit, and I took my test. When I received the results, my God, I was in shock at the number of intolerances I had. The biggest one was milk and its derivatives at 89%, plus gluten, wheat, barley, egg whites, brewer's yeast, corn, and many more. Rejane contacted me, and we talked about all of this and about substituting foods to ensure I wouldn't lack any nutrients. I removed everything I was intolerant to from my diet, and I haven't had a migraine in over 5 years. I am very grateful to Raquel, who, with her help and the whole team, advised me to take this simple test that changed my life. I also tested my 2-year-old son because he had a lot of constipation, skin prone to eczema, and many gases, and I also discovered some food intolerances. I went to the gym and reduced the amount of food. I went on a diet and deprived myself of everything I loved, but to no avail. There was no result. I felt hopeless and always miserable. Negative experience: Not at all impressed!! Visit went well, but I was given a very sparse menu for the following few weeks. I had to ask for a list of substitute food which I could eat. I also had to ask about fruit as this info wasn't offered. At the consultation I was led to believe that my programme would be personalised to me, but in reality it is very much a copy and paste version. Even more maddening is that all the emails from the clinic, for whatever reason are in Portuguese!! Def not Harley Street service, quality or worth the money

Fantastic experience: Best Nutritionists in London! ❤️ I have struggled for years with my weight , couldn't keep strict diets because of my digestive issues. (Reflux, IBS, Gluten, Lactose) They recommended to do a food intolerance and a DNA test to figure out what would be the best option for me. Fantastic experience: The secretary Grabielle was very helpful, she explained the plans and the values and answered all my questions, in the consultation with Nutri Lucia Braz she was very friendly, made me feel very comfortable, she explained how the 'treatment' works and I did my food plan depending on what I like, it was very professional and very friendly I felt like I was talking to a friend, I am very anxious to see my results. I will recommend to my friends.

Fantastic experience: Working with Lucia at Raquel Britze I've lost over 2 stone in a year when I honestly thought it was going to be impossible after gaining a lot of weight during lockdown. This is the slimmest and healthiest I've been in a long time. Lucia is super knowledgable, positive, realistic, and great at recommending easy meals/snacks based on my preferences and her own recommendations. As well as giving advice on diet, she recommends supplements and workouts, and responds to any queries quickly. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Lucia last Friday, she asked a lot of questions about my lifestyle in order to assess my individual needs. She then went ahead and advised me on a healthy and ambitious weight loss plan. She shared tips and showed me how to use the app. Now a week later I have lost more than a kilo and feel very positive about my path. Fantastic experience: I have decided to go for a consultation after I have tried a few diets on the internet and all were useless. After I've meet Karline everything changed for me. Hello, I am Sónia, I am 47 years old and I decided to seek help from Raquel's clinic because, despite not being obese, I did not feel well physically, and my body began to alert me that I was doing something wrong!
